Two metal-organic coordination polymers, [Co(tda)(ip)(H2O)2] n (1) and [Mn(tda)(ip)(H2O)] n (2) [H2tda?=?thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, ip?=?1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, PXRD, and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that 2,5-tda is a bridging ligand, exhibiting two coordination modes to link metal ions: μ11?:?η011?:?η0 and μ21?:?η111?:?η0. Compound 1 demonstrates a 1-D structure in which Co2+ centers are connected via tda anions into 1-D chains; the chains are further connected via hydrogen-bonding and π?···?π interactions. Compound 2 displays a 2-D structure in which tda connects two Mn ions forming a dinuclear molecule. In 2 the 3-D supramolecular structure arrays through hydrogen-bonding and π?···?π interactions. In addition, photoluminescence for 1 and 2 is also investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Four new coordination polymers were obtained by employing polycarboxylato spacers and cationic copper(II) complexes as nodes: 2[Cu3(trim)2(NH3)6(H2O)3] (1); 1[Cu(tmen)(dhtp)] (2), 1[Cu(tmen)(hitp)(H2O)] (3), 1[Cu(tmen)(nitp)] (4). (H3trim = trimesic acid, H2dhtp = 2,5-dihydroxy-terephthalic acid; H2hitp = 5-hydroxy-isophthalic acid, H2nitp = 5-nitro-isophthalic acid; tmen = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-ethylenediamine). The crystal structures of the four compounds have been solved. Compound 1 consists of 2D coordination polymers with heart-shaped meshes, while compounds 24 contain infinite zigzag chains. The role of the hydrogen bond interactions in sustaining the supramolecular solid-state architectures in compounds 1 and 3 is discussed. The cryomagnetic investigation of compounds 1, 2, and 4 reveals antiferromagnetic interactions between the copper ions.  相似文献

A series of lanthanide(III) complexes with chelidamic acid ligand, [Ln(C7H2NO5)·3H2O]n·nH2O (Ln = La (1), Y (2), Sm (3), and Nd (4)), [Gd2(C7H2NO5)3·4H2O]n·2nH2O (5) and [Ce(C7H2NO5)·1.5H2O]n (6), have been synthesized by hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 14 are isostructural and possess 2D framework. Complex 5 contains two different Gd(III) ions linked through carboxylate group to form a 2D framework. Complex 6 exhibits a (44) topology 2D network. The variable-temperature magnetic properties of 3 and 5 have been investigated. Furthermore, the photoluminescent properties of 1, 2, 3, and 5 at room temperature were also studied.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Mn(dipt)(m-BDC)3] n (1) and [Pb(mip)(1,4-NDC)] n (2) [dipt?=?2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, mip?=?2-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, m-BDC?=?isophthalic acid, 1,4-NDC?=?naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid], have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 and 2 have 1-D chain architecture. Complex 1 has a 2-D-layered structure constructed from C–H···O hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 has a 2-D-layered structure constructed from N–H···O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. TG analyses suggest 1 and 2 have excellent thermal stabilities from hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. Mn(II) in 1 has trigonal bipyramidal geometry surrounded by three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three monodentate bridging m-BDC and two nitrogen atoms from one dipt. Pb(II) has [:PbN2O4] pentagonal bipyramidal geometry in 2. The luminescent properties for dipt, mip, 1, and 2 are also presented.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide chloride, phosphonoacetic acid (H2O3PCH2COOH), and water in the presence of HCl provide a series of lanthanide coordination polymers. FT-IR spectra confirm that there are three kinds of structures among seven complexes, {[Ln2(O3PCH2CO2)2(H2O)3]?·?H2O} (type I) (Ln?=?LaIII for 1; PrIII for 2; NdIII for 3 and EuIII for 4), [Ln(O3PCH2CO2)(H2O)2] (type II) (Ln?=?TbIII for 5), and [Ln(O3PCH2CO2)(H2O)2] (type III) (Ln?=?HoIII for 6 and YbIII for 7). Complexes 15 show 2-D 4,4,5,5-connected (44?·?62)(45?·?6)(46?·?64)(48?·?62) topology networks and 2-D 4-connected (44?·?62) topology networks and then are further linked into 3-D supramolecular networks by hydrogen-bonding interactions; 6 and 7 both exhibit a 3-D 4-connected (42?·?63?·?8) topology with 1-D dumbbell-shaped channels. The results indicate infrared spectroscopy is in accord with the result of single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Mn(dpa)(2,2′-bipy)] n (1) and [Ni(dpa)(2,2′-bipy)] n (2) (H2dpa = 3,4′-biphenyl-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2′-bipy = bipyridine), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that 3,4′-diphenic acid acts as a bridging ligand, exhibiting rich coordination modes to link metal ions: μ 2η 1: η 1, μ 1η 1: η 1, and μ 1 –η 1: η 0. Compound 1 demonstrates a 1-D zigzag chain. Compound 2 is a 1-D helical chain. In 1 and 2, there exist intermolecular π–π stacking interactions and non-covalent interactions responsible for the stabilization of the supramolecular structure. In 1, the Mn(II) chains exhibit a weak antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献

Two new europium complexes [Eu(inic)3(H2O)] (1) and [Eu(inic)3] (2) [inic = isonicotinate] have been structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence, and thermogravimetric analysis. In the two complexes, bifunctional isonicotinate ligands interlink europium metal ions to construct 2-D (for 1) and 3-D (for 2) coordination polymeric networks.  相似文献

Two 2D complexes, [Co(mal)(phen)(H2O)2] (1) and [Ni(mal)(phen)(H2O)2] (2) (mal?=?malonate dianion; phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized by the reaction of Co(ClO4)2·6H2O and Ni(ClO4)2·6H2O with disodium malonate and 1,10-phenanthroline in MeOH/H2O solution. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The structures of Complexes 1 and 2 show that each metal ion is coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline, two water molecules and a malonate ligand forming a distorted octahedral environment and each mononuclear fragment forms a 2D supramolecular network through H-bonding interactions.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers with the same topological structure [Zn(L)]2n·n(H2O) (1) and [Co(L)]2n·n(H2O) (2) (H2L = 5-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)-isophthalic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized by reactions of metal salts and H2L. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that 1 and 2 are isostructural and crystallize in orthorhombic chiral P21212 space group. These compounds feature 2-D undulated layer structures with (3,6)-connected kgd topology, which further extended into a 3-D supramolecular framework via intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In addition, the luminescent properties of 1 and 2 and the magnetic property of 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Ag(tza)] (1) (Htza=tetrazole-1-acetic acid) and [Cu(tza)2] (2) have been prepared at room temperature and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR, UV-vis, fluorescence spectra and magnetism analysis. Compound 1 exhibits extended helical chains through bridging ligand tza. The AgAg interactions between the adjacent chains form a 3-D framework featuring the extended tza-connected Ag chains that obviously affect the photoluminescent property. Compound 2 features undulated layered structure with hourglass-shaped [Cu4(tza)4] as subunits with the weak ferromagnetic interactions between Cu(II) ions, which are further stabilized by inter-lamellar CHO hydrogen bonds in the resulting 3-D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

One homochiral 1D coordination polymer [Cu(ATIBDC)(2,2′-bipy)]·3H2O·CH3OH (1) and three achiral 1D coordination polymers: [Cd(ATIBDC)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·3H2O (2), [Cd(ATIBDC)(phen)(H2O)]·4H2O (3), and [Mn(ATIBDC)(phen)2]·5H2O (4) have been synthesized and characterized (H2ATIBDC=5-amino-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalic acid, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine, and phen=1,10-phenanthroline). Extended high dimensional network architectures are further constructed with the help of weak secondary interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, aromatic stacking, and halogen bonding (C-I…π and C-I…N/O). Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with chiral space group P2(1) and exhibits a right-handed 21 helical chain structure. The homochirality of 1 was confirmed by CD spectrum. Interestingly, two new configurations of decameric water cluster are found in 3 and 4. The acyclic tetrameric cluster (H2O)3(CH3OH) in 1 and (H2O)4 in 2 array into highly ordered helical infinite chains. Thermal stabilities of all the complexes have been studied. Solid state fluorescent properties of the Cd(II) complexes have been explored.  相似文献

Two complexes constructed from aromatic acid and N-heterocyclic ligands have been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction: [Pb(cipt)(NDC)]n (1) [cipt?=?2-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, NDC?=?naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid] and [Pb(ipm)(BDC)2]n (2) [BDC?=?terephthalic acid, ipm?=?5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol]. Single-crystal X-ray analysis shows that 1 exhibits an interesting arm-shaped chain structure. 1-D ladder chain structure is formed by N–H···O bonding interactions and further into a 2-D network by N–H···O hydrogen bonds and interchain ππ stacking interactions. Complex 2 shows a 2-D butterfly wings structure, which has been rarely reported. The structure in 2 has intermolecular N–H···O interactions, which help in construction of the 3-D framework. In 1, the coordination sphere of Pb(II) is hemi-directed, whereas the Pb(II) geometry in 2 is holo-directed. The solid-state fluorescence spectra of 1 and 2 are also investigated, as well as the ligands cipt and ipm.  相似文献

Two 1-D linear coordination polymers, {[Gd2(L)2 · (Phen)2 · 2(H2O) · 2(NO3)] · 2(EtOH)} n (1) (H2L = olsalazine) and {[Eu2(L)2·(Phen)2 · 2(H2O) · 2(NO3)] · EtOH} n (2), were obtained from self-assembly of Gd(NO3)3 · 8H2O or Eu(NO3)3 · 8H2O with olsalazine. Both complexes are 1-D polymers, for 1 with crystal data: P 1, a = 11.651(4), b = 11.865(4), and c = 12.296(4) Å, α = 77.984(4)°, β = 65.559(4)°, and γ = 74.558(5)°, V = 1482.1(8) Å3, Z = 1, R 1 = 0.0389, wR 2 = 0.0793, and 2 with crystal data: P 1, a = 11.626(3), b = 11.834(3), c = 12.287(4) Å, α = 77.743(3), β = 65.576(3), γ = 74.371(3)°, V = 1472.5(5) Å3, Z = 1, R 1 = 0.0609, wR 2 = 0.1185. Reactions of the tripodal bridging ligand 5-(4-carboxy-phenoxy)-isophthalic acid (abbreviated as H3cpia) with lanthanide salts lead to the formation of a family of different coordination polymers, that is, [Ln(cpia)(H2O)2]n·nH2O (Ln=Ce (1), Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4), Eu (5), Gd (6), Dy (7), Er (8), Tm (9) and Y (10)) in the presence of formic acid or diethylamine, which are characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), XRPD spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1-10 are isostructural and exhibit three-dimensional microporous frameworks. Furthermore, the photoluminescent properties of 4, 5 and 7 have been studied in detail.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers with formula [Gd(bta)(H2O)·1.39H2O] n (1), [Dy(bta)(H2O)·1.35H2O] n (2) and [Y(bta)(H2O)2·0.5H2O] n (3) were synthesized by using corresponding rare earth nitrates and 1,3,5-benzenetriacetic acid (H3bta) under hydrothermal/solvothermal reaction conditions, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In these complexes, the carboxylate groups of bta3− adopt different coordination modes, namely one carboxylate group adopts μ211-bridging and each of the other two carboxylate groups adopts μ221-bridging coordination modes in 1 and 2, and one carboxylate group adopts a μ221-bridging coordination mode and each of the other two carboxylate groups adopts a μ211-bridging mode for the major component and one carboxylate group adopts a μ221-bridging coordination mode, one has a μ211-bridging mode and the third has a monodentate mode for the minor component in 3. The magnetic properties of the complexes 1 and 2 were investigated in the temperature range of 1.8–300 K.  相似文献

Manganese(II) and nickel(II) coordination polymers, [Mn(L)(H2O)2] n (1) and [Ni(L)·14H2O] n (2), have been synthesized from a rigid viologen-based tetracarboxylic acid ligand, 1,1′-bis(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-4,4′-bipyridinium dichloride (H4L·2Cl) and the Mn(II)/Ni(II) chlorides. The compounds have been characterized by infrared spectra, elemental analyses, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analyses and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 has a 2D coordination network with uncoordinated carboxyl groups, which further stack into a 3D supramolecular structure by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compound 2 shows a 3D supramolecular framework with 1D channels along the crystallographic b-axis, formed from zigzag chains through hydrogen-bonding interactions. Both compounds display prominent photochromic and photomagnetic behavior upon light irradiation, suggesting that they may be potential photomagnetic materials.  相似文献

Two new erbium compounds, [Er2(BDC)3(DMF)2] (1) and [Er2(CQC)3(DMF)3(H2O)]?·?DMF?·?H2O (2), where BDC stands for 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, CQC for 2-(4-carboxyquinolin-2-yl)quinoline-4-carboxylate, and DMF for N,N-dimethylformamide, have been synthesized through pre-heating and cooling-down crystallization. In 1 the Er(III) is seven-coordinate with oxygen atoms from six BDC and one DMF, forming a three-dimensional open-framework structure. Compound 2 possesses a 2D structure based on dinuclear Er(III) building units. The photoluminescence of 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

The solvothermal reactions of AgX (X = CN, SCN) with mbix [mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazole-l-yl-methyl)benzene] or bix [bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-l-yl-methyl)benzene] afforded the polymers [AgCN(mbix)]n (1), [(AgCN)4(bix)2]n (2) and [(AgSCN)2(mbix)]n (3). They were all characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal analysis. The structure of 1 contains a 3-fold-interpenetrated 2D network, while that of 2 exhibits 2-fold parallel interpenetration. There is no interpenetration observed in 3. Compounds 2 and 3 show 3D supramolecular structures built from 2D networks through weak π ? π interactions. The photoluminescent properties of the present compounds were also investigated.  相似文献
