Some results of studying the direct-current (DC) conductivity of perylenetetracarboxylic acid dimethylimide films by cyclic oxygen thermal desorption are presented. The microscopic parameters of hopping electron transport over localized impurity and intrinsic states were determined. The bandgap width and the sign of major current carriers were determined by scanning probe microscopy methods (atomic force microscopy, scanning probe spectroscopy, and photoassisted Kelvin probe force microscopy). The possibility of the application of photoassisted scanning tunneling microscopy for the nanoscale phase analysis of photoconductive films is discussed. 相似文献

We deal with the thermal conductance and the denaturation of a three-dimensional DNA double helix based on the Peyrard-Bishop-Dauxois model by using non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations. It is reported that the thermal conductance of DNA has a substantial decrease near the denaturation where the DNA double helix separates into two single chains. We explain this phenomenon through the phonon spectra at different temperatures. It is suggested that the denaturation of DNA can also be characterized by the change of the thermal conductance. 相似文献

A dual probe, i.e., high resolution scanning piezo-thermal microscopy, is developed and employed to characterize the local piezoresponse and thermal behaviors of ferroelastic domains in multiferroic BiFeO3 thin films. Highly in- homogeneous piezoelectric responses are found in the thin film. A remarkably local thermal transformation across ferroelastic domain walls is clearly demonstrated by the quantitative 3w signals related to thermal conductivity. Different polarization oriented ferroelastic domains are found to exhibit different local thermal responses. The underlying mechanism is possibly associated with the inhomogeneous stress distribution across the ferroelastic domain wails, leading to different phonons scattering contributions in the BiFeO3 thin film. 相似文献

Transient thermal grating method is used to measure the thermal diffusivity of absorbing films deposited on transparent substrates. According to periodically modulated dielectric constant variations and thermoelastic deformations of the thin films caused by the transient thermal gratings, an improved optical diffraction theory is presented. In the experiment, the probing laser beam reflectively diffracted by the thermal grating is measured by a photomultiplier at different grating fringe spaces. The thermal diffusivity of the film can be evaluated by fitting the theoretical calculations of diffraction signals to the experimental measured data. The validity of the method is tested by measuring the thermal diffusivities of absorbing ZnO films deposited on glass substrates. 相似文献

扫描隧道显微镜(STM)提供给我们一种表征单分子的局域物理和化学特性的特殊方法,甚至还能帮助我们操纵单分子以构造分子尺度的新型器件。本文中我们采用了两种新型STM技术分别来表征封装在富勒烯笼里面的金属原子和构造一种具有较强Kondo效应的分子器件。空间dI/dV映像谱被用来探索单个Dy@C82分子中能量分辨的金属-笼杂化态,揭示了有关Dy原子在碳笼中的空间位置和Dy-碳笼之间相互作用的重要信息。我们也通过控制STM针尖诱导的高电压脉冲来诱导CoPc分子的边缘脱氢化,从而改变了这个分子在Au(111)表面的吸附构型,导致吸附在Au表面的完整CoPc分子所不具备的Kondo效应产生。 相似文献

We present the first realization of a Two-Color Two-Photon Laser-Scanning Microscope (2c2pLSM) and UV fluorescence images
of cells acquired with this technique. Fluorescence is induced by two-color two-photon absorption using the fundamental and
the second harmonic of a Ti:Sa femtosecond laser. Simultaneous absorption of an 800 nm photon and a 400 nm photon energetically
corresponds to one-photon absorption at 266 nm. This technique for Laser-Scanning Microscopy extends the excitation wavelength
range of a Ti:Sa powered fluorescence microscope to the UV. In addition to the known advantages of multi-photon microscopy
like intrinsic 3D resolution, reduced photo damage and high penetration depth 2c2pLSM offers the possibility of using standard
high numeric aperture objectives for UV fluorescence imaging. The effective excitation wavelength of 266 nm corresponds especially
well to the excitation spectrum of tryptophan. Hence, it is an ideal tool for label free fluorescence studies and imaging
of intrinsic protein fluorescence which originates mainly from tryptophan. Thus a very sensitive natural lifetime probe can
be used for monitoring protein reactions or changes in conformation. First measurements of living MIN-6 cells reveal differences
between the UV fluorescence lifetimes of the nucleus and cytoplasm. The significance of this method was further demonstrated
by monitoring the binding of biotin to avidin. 相似文献

在近场光学扫描显微镜及其它一些以扫描方式成像的系统中,由于图像是逐行扫描而成,因此扫描图像行与行之间存在较大的噪音.针对这种情况及相应的含噪近场光学图像模型,并结合对近场光学扫描图像及其行噪音特点的分析,提出了根据图像行间相关性寻找行噪音补偿因子.同时考虑图像背景波动性选择噪音补偿因子,以此进行行噪音的消除.在此基础上,利用小波变换进一步处理,消除随机起伏噪音.实验结果表明,本方法可以快速有效地去除扫描图像行噪音,且适用于各类扫描图像的处理. 相似文献

扫描电化学显微镜是一种扫描探针技术,利用微电极检测发生在固/液、液/液或者气/液界面反应物或者反应产物的连续变化。这里将对该技术原理进行详细说明。过去我们工作主要都集中在固定化酶的活性成像。最近研究的领域开始拓展到与能源转变相关材料上,如染料敏化太阳能电池和(生物)燃料电池的氧气催化还原。起初的尝试已经扩展到如何扩宽研究材料的范围和成像模式的应用范围。扫描电化学显微镜的反馈和产生~收集模式已被用于研究染料敏化太阳能电池半导体/电解质界面的光激发染料阳离子再生过程。现在开始关注更多的与太阳能的再生,燃料电池或染料敏化太阳能电池相关的复杂反应,这些复杂的反应包括外部质量传输过程、内部质量和电荷传输过程、多孔物质反应中心的本身活性等。 相似文献
