全英化学竞赛的试题侧重于推理和结构分析,几乎没有记忆和描述性的内容,题目新颖,试题可读性强,试题起点高、落点低,总体难度适中。我国的全国化学竞赛初赛难度较大,推理和空间想象的能力,记忆和描述性的知识并重。     

1987年全国高二学生化学竞赛题和参考答案

1987年11月,在全国范围内举行了一次高二学生化学竞赛。本刊特公布这份赛题,一是作为历史资料;二是为引起各界的注视和研讨,推动化学竞赛的发展。据有关人士说：这种全国高二学生化学竞赛,今后要年年搞,一年一度;赛题的知识水平,就其基本内容,不超过高二化学的大纲和进度;但赛题要求参赛音有较高的智力水平。简言之,竞赛是智力的竞赛,不是知识的竞赛。或者说,竞赛对参赛者的知识要求是一般的,普遍可及的,而对参赛者的智力要求是特殊的,但也不是高不可攀的。诚然,不能说下面公布的这份赛题已充分体现了上面的命题原则,但它是努力地去体现这一原则的。以第11题为例。解此题所需的化学知识并不超过中学化学的教学水平：①浓硫酸有吸水性;②浓盐酸有挥发性;③若将浓盐酸滴入浓硫酸,必将出现两个相反的热效应：一方面,浓硫酸与水反应将放热;另一方面,氯化氢挥发将吸热,这跟将纯水滴入浓硫酸的热效应将有差别;④此题所列的其他试剂无一可发生学生已学过的氧化还原反应并放出某种气体;⑤所谓“纯净的”气体自然包含着连水蒸气也不应作为杂质;⑥氯化氢极易溶于水,为制得纯 HCl 气体绝不应用水溶液去洗涤它;……如果说,这些知识超出了学生的认识范围,绝不是各个知识点本身而是它们的综合。而综合知识,从本质上讲,是智力,不是知识本身。尽管该题的干燥氯化氢气体的制法本身正是实验室少量 HCl 气体制法的常规方法,但中学化学,甚至大学化学里都未提及,这或许是教材有些问题,但似乎也不必要求凡是有用的教材里都必须讲到。出题者或许正是考虑到应当取大家不熟悉的命题来作为赛题对所有参赛者才是公平合理的。参赛者及其指导者们不应当去补知识,若是以这种想法来准备竞赛,恐怕是补不完的。重要的是将已学的知识、概念、原理综合起来,运用于新的未知的场合,以得出正确的结论。     

1997年全国高中学生化学竞赛(初赛)试题与试题分析

今年的全国高中学生化学竞赛的初赛刚刚结束。我们认为这次竞赛的试题较好地体现了今年5月全国高中学生化学竞赛工作会议上再次肯定的试题的水平要求:原理水平大致与人民教育出版社的《化学读本》相当,基本上不涉及更高一级的,即大学化学的原理,但考虑到冬令营的优胜选手以及参加国际竞赛的选拔,需要补充一定量的静态立体化学的知识(包括立体异构),当然试题涉及的具体化学内容本身对中学生是陌生的,但用竞赛学生的已有知识以及适当增加的知识为基础是可以理解的。为进一步考察试题的难易,我们对试题作如下的分析。

夯实基础、理清脉络、充实内容,讲透高分子结构

高分子结构是高分子性能的基础,高分子结构知识也是学生学习高分子科学知识的起点与基础,高分子结构包含一、二、三、四级结构,一级结构具有更重要的基础性决定作用,是高分子结构的基础;二级结构的多样性是高分子特性的重要表现,它与一级结构一起共同决定高分子的高次结构与性能。在高分子物理的教学过程中,注重高分子结构的基础作用,用清晰的高分子结构知识脉络,辅以已经市场检验的具有优异性能的高分子产品的结构知识,讲解高分子结构对其性能的决定性作用,可以夯实学生对高分子结构基础性作用的认识,达到讲透高分子结构的目的。     

科学设计教学起点 扎实实施有效教学

教学的起点是根据学生的学习起点确定的,是建立在课前对学生发展现状的分析和发展可能的预测上的.有关学生的学习起点问题,有学者将其分为学习的可能起点和学习的现实起点."学习的可能起点是指学生按照教材文本、课标的规定,应该具有的知识、能力基础.把握学习的可能起点,可以使教学更有针对性,有效地防止教学中的随意性.     

第二届全国高校计算机辅助化学教学软件交流会

1987年12月底,我系制药专业举办了一次化学实验知识竞赛,参赛对象为即将进入毕业环节学习的84级学生。我们在教学中发现许多学生对实验环节不够重视。为了使学生重视实验,我们举办了这一次实验知识竞赛。其目的还在于提高学生对实验的兴趣及操作水平,开拓知识面,并检杏实验教学的效果。这次竞赛分两轮进行:第一枪是初赛,所有报名者均参加,采用笔试形式;第二轮决赛,由第一轮的优胜者(前六名)参加,以口答为主。竞赛     

2005年全国高中学生化学竞赛部分（无机）试题赏析

2005年全国高中学生化学竞赛暨冬令营是在上海华东理工大学进行的,今年的理论试题共有无机化学题3题、有机化学题2题、分析化学题1题、物理化学题2题,难度与去年相比略有下降。一般说来,无机化学题往往比较基础,难度应该不高,但是今年的无机题难度却反而有所上升。现将本次竞赛1至3题（无机题）分析如下。

Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Determination of heats of detonation and influence of components of composite explosives on heats of detonation of high explosives

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.     

非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。
