Abstract An eco-friendly efficient synthesis of symmetrical and unsymmetrical 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles is described through the reaction of aromatic hydrazides with aryl aldehydes obtained by grinding them in the presence of catalytic amounts of molecular iodine in a mortar in a single step. The present method avoids the isolation of N-acyl hydrazones prior to their oxidative cyclization and avoids the use of organic solvents at any stage of the reaction. 相似文献

An easy,safe,solvent free and effective method for the synthesis of pyrazole-substituted chalcones has been achieved by grinding pyrazole aldehydes and acetophenones in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200) in high yield within short span of time.All reactions were carried out just by grinding the two reactants in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200). A new and efficient method for the synthesis of thiourea derivatives by a sequential one-pot, three-component reaction between aromatic isocyanides, amines, and 1,2-di-tert-butyldisulfane (DTBS) was developed and 27 different examples were synthesized in good to excellent yields. DTBS was identified as an effective sulfur surrogate without the use of both catalysts and solvents. This protocol does not employ any transition metal catalyst or special experimental setup. 相似文献

A convenient and efficient method for synthesis of substituted 2,4,6-triarylpyridines by the reaction of chalcones and ammonium acetate or via one-pot, three-component condensation of aromatic aldehydes with acetophenones and ammonium acetate has been developed by using the efficient catalyst PEG1000-based dicationic acidic ionic liquid (PEG1000-DAIL) under solvent-free conditions. Recycling studies have shown that the PEG1000-DAIL can be readily recovered and reused several times without significant loss of activity. 相似文献

The ability of titanium(IV) chloride as a catalyst to promote the Pechmann condensation reaction with a range of phenols and β-keto esters is described.The reaction was carried out by addition of TiCl4 to a mixture of the phenol and the β-keto ester with thorough stirring in the absence of a solvent and represents an improvement on the classical Pechmann conditions. The yields of coumarins obtained via this novel protocol were significantly higher than those using the conventional method and the reaction duration was reduced to a few minutes or even a few seconds. 相似文献
