The g-factor of the 308 keV 2+ state in48V has been measured by means of the time differential perturbed angular correlation technique, following the implantation of48Cr activity into ferromagnetic iron in the reaction46Ti(,2n)48Cr. We obtained g = 0.222(8) and a substitutional fraction of f1>80%.  相似文献

73Se was produced by proton irradiation of polycrystalline arsenic. The quadrupole interaction of the 66 keV, 5/2? state in the daughter isotope73As with the electric field gradient in the noncubic arsenic lattice was observed at room temperature by means of theγ-γ perturbed angular correlation technique. The measured angular correlation pattern is characterized by a quadrupole coupling constantv Q =51.6 (1.3) MHz. By use of the known electric field gradient on regular lattice sites, a value of ¦Q¦=0.356(12)b is derived for the quadrupole moment of the 66 keV, 5/2? state of73As.  相似文献

The TDPAD technique was used to measure the magnetic moment of the 738 keV 7/2? state in43K excited via the reaction4He(40Ar,p) and the 190 MeV pulsed40Ar beam of VICKSI; the value found is g=1.266 ±0.015. The mean life of the state, Τ=292±5ns, was determined from pulsed Ge(Li) spectra. The application of this hyperfine probe and deorientation effects during recoil in the target gas and in vacuo are discussed.  相似文献

We study magnetic dipole moments of right-handed neutrinos in a keV neutrino dark matter model. This model is a simple extension of the standard model with only right-handed neutrinos and a pair of charged particles added. One of the right-handed neutrinos is the candidate of dark matter with a keV mass. Some bounds on the dark matter magnetic dipole moment and model parameters are obtained from cosmological observations.  相似文献

From Mössbauer effect measurements the magnetic momentμ=(+1.80±0.08) nm of the 83.4 keV rotational state of153Eu and the ratio of the changes of the mean square charge radiiΔ〈r 2〉 (153Eu, 83 keV)/Δ〈r 2〉 (153Eu, 103 keV)=+0.025±0.008 were determined. The nuclear g-factor of the 2543 keV, 7+ state 40K has been measured as g = 0.59 ± 0.10. Time-integral perturbed angular distributions were measured in an external magnetic field and, after implantation, in the hyperfine field at potassium in nickel. The magnetic dipole interaction of the 91 keV state of147Pm in an environment of metallic neodymium has been investigated by a time-differential perturbed angular correlation (TDPAC) experiment. The measurement was performed in an external magnetic field of 2.94 (3) T at room temperature. From the Larmor precession frequency the magnetic dipole moment of the 91 keV state is derived as =+3.22(16) K. The enhancement of the external magnetic field by the paramagnetic 4f shell determines the ionicity of the Pm ion as Pm3+ in metallic and as Pm4+ in non-metallic sources.  相似文献

Using the Mössbauer effect of the 23.8 keV transition in119Sn, the nuclear magnetic dipole moment of the 23.8 keV 3/2+ state is measured to be 0.632(3)μ n . From a comparison with previously published results a hyperfine anomaly of ?8.8(5)% is obtained.  相似文献

The magnetic dipole interaction of the 150 keV state of177Lu in an environment of metallic ytterbium has been investigated by time-differential perturbed angular correlation experiments. The measurements were performed in an external magnetic field of 0.4 T at room temperature. Two independent measurements at different - cascades give the same Larmor precession frequency. From the weighted average the magnetic dipole moment of the 150 keV state is derived as =+5.5(3) K. From the angular correlation coefficient A22=–0.042(7) of the (139–150) keV - cascade the mixing ratio =+0.21(4) is deduced. The coefficient A22=+0.015(7) of the (1080–150) keV - cascade yields the mixing ratio =+0.08(4).  相似文献

The ground state nuclear moments of186Ir (j π=5(+)) have been determined with NMR on oriented186Ir in Ni as |μ|=3.80 ?0.02 +0.12 μ n andQ=?3.00 (15)b. The quadrupole moment is consistent with an anamolousj π K=5+0 or 5+1 ground state configuration. The explanation of the magnetic moment in terms of pure 5+0 or 5+1 configurations would require a high collectiveg R-factor ofg R≧0.76. The effective electric gradient is known from a nuclear quadrupole resonance measurement with the ground state of 139La. A quasipotential method for calculating relativistic and radiative corrections to the magnetic moment of a two-particle bound state is formulated for particles of arbitrary spin. It is shown that the expression for the g factors of bound particles involve O(α 2) terms depending on the particle spin. Numerical values are obtained for the g factors of the electron in the hydrogen atom and in deuterium.  相似文献

The Larmor precession for the 362 keV state in 165Ho(I π ?=?3/2?+?, T 1/2?=?1.512 μs) in Dy2O3 with an external magnetic field of 0.3 T was determined to be ??32.3 ± 0.6 MHz by use of the perturbed angular correlation technique, intending to determine the magnetic moment and apply it to the measurement of the hyperfine field at Ho in Fe. The magnetic moment for this state was tentatively deduced under the assumption that the paramagnetic correction factor for a free Ho3?+? ion is applicable to the present case. The independent A 22 measurement for the 633???362 keV γ cascade for the sign assignment of the Larmor frequency is inconsistent with that from known multipolarities and mixing ratios for this cascade, implying that the mixing ratios may be different from the reported values.  相似文献
