Thioether 4‐[(1′E,3′E)‐4′‐phenylsulfanyl‐1,3′‐butadienyl]pyridine 8 and sulfone 4‐(4′‐phenylsulfonyl‐1′,3′‐butadienyl)pyridine 14 were prepared by reaction of the carbanions derived from allylic thioether or allylic sulfone with isonicotinaldehyde. The reaction with the sulfonyl carbanion occurred at the α position and on heating the alcolate gave the dienic sulfone 14 . The corresponding pyridinium iodide 10 and 15 were prepared by reaction with methyl iodide, respectively, on pyridine derivates 8 and 14 . The dienic pyridinium thioether 10 showed a long wavelength absorption band centered at 420 nm. The reaction of dienic pyridinium sulfone 15 with thiophenol gave the dienic pyridinium thioether 10 by a nucleophilic vinylic substitution. The reaction of sulfone 15 with glutathione was of second order and the rate constant was 8.5 M?1s?1 at 30°C and pH 7, about 500 times smaller than the rate constant observed with (E)‐1‐methyl‐4‐(2‐methylsulfonyl‐1‐ethenyl)pyridinium iodide 1 . The dienic pyridinium thioether 10 was a negative solvatochrome.  相似文献

N,N'-Bis(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1,8,4,5-naphthalenetetracarboxylic bisimide was prepared from the reaction of 1,8,4,5-naphthalenetetrcarboxylic acid dianhydride and 2-aminophenol in N, N-dimethylformamide. Polymerization of this bisimide with 4,4'-difluorodiphenylsulfone and disodium 3,3'-disulfonate4,4'-difluorodiphenylsulfone gave ion-exchange sulfonated poly(ether sulfone). The structure of the title compound was characterized with 1H-NMR and its polymer was characterized with FT-IR.  相似文献

Water-soluble sulfonated tetraarylporphyrins are studied in a wide variety of contexts including as analytical reagents and as possible agents in cancer photodynamic therapy as well as in antiviral and antidiabetic applications. Herein, we report the first synthesis of a pentasulfonated porphyrin bearing an internal cyclic sulfone ring. Treatment of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin (TPPS4) with fuming H2SO4 gave a structure consistent with initial sulfonation followed by dehydration to give a sulfone bridge between an ortho-position of one of the phenyl groups and a β-pyrrole position on the porphine ring (TPPS4Sc). The structure was established by electrospray mass spectrometry and 1H NMR. The Soret UV-visible absorption is red shifted by about 32 nm compared to that of TPPS4.  相似文献

Functionalized poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) was synthesized by successive chloromethylation and azidation, followed by curing reaction with the propargyl end-groups of various molecular weight crosslinking agents in the presence of Cu(Ⅰ) catalyst via the azide-alkyne click reaction. The influences of the chain length of crosslinking agents on the poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) system were studied. FTIR and DSC tests demonstrated certain crosslinking by azide-alkyne reaction with the formation of triazole ring. DSC results showed that curing temperature shifted to lower temperatures considerably in the presence of Cu(Ⅰ) catalyst. TGA showed cured polymers were of much higher thermal stability, including higher thermal decomposition temperatures and higher char-yielding properties. After being cured, the polymers became insoluble in organic solvents and the gel fraction of the cured polymers exceeded 71%. Wide-angle X-ray diffraction results indicated there was a short distance order in the poly(ether sulfone)(PES) main chain except for the azido methyl poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) and 4,4'-bis(2-propynyloxy) biphenyl( AMPPESK-BP) system.  相似文献

New thermoplastic random copoly(thioether sulfone)s with high refractive indices and high Abbe numbers have been developed by the simultaneous introduction of sulfide, sulfone, and alicyclic units in the polymer chains. They were prepared by random copolymerization of 2,5-bis(sulfanylmethyl)-1,4-dithiane (BMMD) and cyclohexane-1,4-dithiol (CHDT) with divinyl sulfone (DVS) based on the Michael polyaddition. Tough, flexible, colorless and transparent copoly(thioether sulfone) (poly(BMMD/CHDT-DVS)) films were obtained, and they showed good thermal stability with the 5% weight-loss at temperatures over 300 °C in nitrogen, and the glass transition temperatures of 42-50 °C. The inherent amorphous nature of films was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry. Poly(BMMD/CHDT-DVS) exhibited quite high level of refractive indices and Abbe numbers as thermoplastics, in the range of 1.6512-1.6022 and 42.6-50.6, respectively. The experimental refractive indices and their wavelength dispersions were well reproduced by the DFT calculations with the aid of empirical density prediction.  相似文献

Novel poly(arylene ether)s, poly(arylene thioether)s, and poly(arylene sulfone)s were synthesized from the dihydroxy(imidoarylene) monomer 1 . The syntheses of poly(arylene ether)s were carried out in DMAc in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3 by a nucleophilic substitution reaction between the bisphenol and activated difluoro compounds. Poly(arylene thioether)s were synthesized according to the recently discovered one-pot polymerization reaction between a bis(N,N′-dimethyl-S-carbamate) and activated difluoro compounds in the presence of a mixture of Cs2CO3 and CaCO3. The bis(N,N′-dimethyl-S-carbamate) 3 was synthesized by the thermal rearrangement reaction of bis(N,N′-dimethylthiocarbamate) 2 , which was synthesized from 1 by a phase-transfer catalyzed reaction. The poly(arylene thioether)s were further oxidized to form poly(arylene sulfone)s, which would be very difficult, if not impossible, to synthesize by other methods. All of the polymers described have extremely high Tgs and thermal stability as determined from DSC and TGA analysis. A number of 2-X-3-nitro-1,8-naphthyridines (X= H,D,OH,Cl,NH2, OEt) react with the anion of chloromethyl phenyl sulfone exclusively into 2-X-3-nitro-4-(phenylsulfonylmethyl)-1,8-naphthyridines in high yield. The reaction is found by quantum chemical calculations to be controlled by the interactions of the HOMO of the nucleophile with the LUMO of the substrate, and not by charge.  相似文献

A series of isomeric bis(chlorophthalimide)s (BCPIs) were conveniently prepared from 3-chlorophthalic anhydride, 4-chlorophthalic anhydride, and mixtures thereof. Polymerization of BCPIs with bis(4-mercaptophenyl) sulfone (BMPS) proceeded smoothly in the presence of tributylamine, from which a class of isomeric poly(thioether ether sulfone imide)s (PTESIs) with inherent viscosities of 0.45-0.82 dL/g were obtained. The solubility, thermal stability, and mechanical properties of these polymers were characterized. Compared to the PTESIs derived from single BCPIs, i.e., 3,3′-, 3,4′-, or 4,4′-BCPIs, the PTESIs derived from mixed BCPIs showed better solubility and higher storage modulus. These PTESIs also demonstrated good thermal stability, giving only 5% weight loss at temperature of 490 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. The glass transition temperatures (Tgs) of these isomeric PTESIs were between 242 and 265 °C, and were increased with increasing of the ratio of 3-chlorophthalimide unit in the polymer backbone.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Highly stereoselective nucleophilic monofluoromethylation of (R)-(tert-butanesulfinyl)imines with fluoromethyl phenyl sulfone was achieved to afford alpha-monofluoromethylamines with a nonchelation-controlled stereoselectivity mode. By using the same chemistry, (R)-(tert-butanesulfinyl)imines bearing a terminal tosylate (OTs) group can be converted to alpha-monofluoromethylated cyclic secondary amines with high stereoselectivity.  相似文献

Treatment of methyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]heptane-1-carboxylate and phenyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl sulfone with a ~1:8 mixture of N2O4 and NOCl in diethyl ether at ?5 to 0°C gave products of formal anti-addition of NO2Cl at the central C1-C7 bond. In the reaction with phenyl tricyclo[4.1.0.02,7]hept-1-yl sulfone nitryl chloride acts as an effective chlorinating agent; as a result, a mixture of diastereoisomeric syn- and anti-6,7-dichlorobicyclo[3.1.1]hept-6-yl phenyl sulfones at a ratio of 7.5:1 is formed.  相似文献

By introducing the pyrazole moiety into the 5-position of 1,3,4-oxadiazole,a series of novel 2-(thioether/sulfone)-5-pyrazolyl-l,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized.Preliminary bioassays suggested that target compounds exhibited appreciable activity against pathogenic bacteria Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo) and five phytopathogenic fungi in vitro.Among them,the half-maximal effective concentration(EC_(50)) values of 6c,7a,7b and 7c against Xoo were within 16.6 μg/mL and 65.7 μg/mL,which were better than those of commercial agricultural antibacterial bismerthiazol(92.6 μg/mL) and thiodiazole copper(121.8 μg/mL).While compounds 7a,7b,and 7c exerted comprehensive antifungal activity toward five plant fungi,which were comparable with that of hymexazol.The results demonstrated that this kind of compounds can be further studied and developed as promising antifungal and antibacterial agents.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The condensation of ketones or aldehydes with sulfones was shown to give a variety of products. Condensation of 2-methylcyclohexanone with dimethyl sulfone using potassium t-butoxide as base gave useful yields of 1,2-dimethylenecyclohexane. Under the same conditions, cycloheptanone, 3-methyl-2-butanone, and 2-butanone were converted to dienes. Remarkably, these reaction conditions converted acetophenone into p-terphenyl (10%) and (E)-1,4-diphenyl-3-penten-1-one (44%). Propiophenone was converted to 2'-methyl-p-terphenyl (61%). Using alpha-tetralone produced 1-methynaphthalene and naphthalene. No reaction took place with beta-tetralone. Using diethyl sulfone with alpha-tetralone lead to pure naphthalene. Condensation of isobutyraldehyde and dimethyl sulfone using potassium t-butoxide gave isoprene in low yield. Using benzaldehyde and benzyl phenyl sulfone in N,N-dimethylacetamide gave 1,2-diphenyl-1-phenylsulfonylethylene, N,N-dimethylcinnamide, and a complex condensation product. Only 1,2-diphenyl-1-phenylsulfonylethylene was obtained when the solvent was THF.  相似文献

Polymerization of butadiene sulfone (BdSO2) by various catalysts was studied. Azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), butyllithium, tri-n-butylborn (n-Bu)3B, boron trifluoride etherate, Ziegler catalyst, and γ-radiation were used as catalysts. Butadiene sulfone did not polymerize with these catalysts at low temperatures (below 60°C.), but polymers were obtained at high temperature with AIBN or (n-Bu)3B. The polymerization of BdSO2 initiated by AIBN in benzene at 80–140°C. was studied in detail. The obtained polymers were white, rubberlike materials and insoluble in organic solvents. The polymer composition was independent of monomer and initiator concentrations and reaction time. The sulfur content in polymer decreased with increasing polymerization temperature. The polymers prepared at 80 and 140°C. have the compositions (C4H6)1.55- (SO2) and (C4H6)3.14(SO2), respectively, and have double bonds. These polymers were not alternating copolymers of butadiene with sulfur dioxide. The polymerization mechanism was discussed from polymerization rate, polymer composition, and decomposition rate of BdSO2. From these results, the polymerization was thought to be “decomposition polymerization,” i.e., butadiene and sulfur dioxide, formed by the thermal decomposition of BdSO2, copolymerized.  相似文献

New fluorinated poly(ether sulfone)s were prepared from bisphenols and α,ωbis(4-fluorophenylsulfonyl)perfluoroalkanes. The fluorinated sulfone monomers were synthesized by reaction of 4-fluorobenzenethiol salts with perfluoroalkylene diiodides, followed by oxidation. Sodium carbonate mediated polymerization gave high molecular weight polymers in excellent yield. The polymers are generally soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and some dipolar solvents, are amorphous with Tg's in the range of 120–160°C and are stable to 400°C. They form clear, colorless films by solution casting. Cast films have dielectric constants and dissipation factors somewhat below those of typical poly(ether sulfone)s, and show good permeability and selectivity for O2/N2 gas separations.  相似文献

Treatment of acetylated phenyl thioglycoside of N-acetylneuraminic acid with m-chloroperbenzoic acid (MCPBA) in CH2Cl2 affords quantitatively mixtures of the respective sulfone and glycal free from the sulfoxide. The outcome of the reaction does not depend on the anomeric configuration of the starting thioglycoside. The sulfone can be selectively prepared (yield 100%) by oxidation with an excess of MCPBA and NaHCO3. In the presence of pyridine (2 equiv.) and MCPBA (2 equiv.), the major product is glycal (yields 81—88%). This version of the reaction can be regarded as a new method for the preparation of sialic acid glycals.  相似文献

A novel type of crosslinkable poly(aryl ether sulfone)(PAES) bearing an allyl pendant(PES-OAllyl) was synthesized by a grafting reaction of hydrophenyl-containing PAES(PES-OH) and allyl bromide. A new aromatic sulfone ether diamine was synthesized by nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of 5‐amino‐1‐naphthol with bis(4‐chlorophenyl) sulfone in the presence of potassium carbonate in a polar aprotic solvent. Polycondensation reactions of the obtained diamine with pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), and hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic anhydride (6FDA) resulted in preparation of thermally stable poly(sulfone ether imide)s. Poly(sulfone ether amide)s also were prepared by reaction of the diamine with terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) and isophthaloyl chloride (IPC). The prepared monomer and polymers were characterized by conventional methods.
