Cis-dioxo-metal complex ( NH3CH2CH2NH2 ) 2.5 [ Mo0.5^(V)W0.5^(VI)O2 ( OC6H4O ) 2] 1 was obtained by the reaction of tetra-butyl ammonium hexamolybdotungstate with 1, 2-dihydroxybenzene in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and ethylenediamine,and characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis and EPR analysis. Compared with its analogous complexes (NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo^(V)O2(OC6H40)2] 2 and (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[W^(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2] 3, the results show that tungsten(VI) is less active in redox than molybdenum (VI) and that the change of the valence induced by substitution of W(VI) for Mo(V) in EMO2(OC6H40)2]n- does not influence the coordination geometry of the complex anion in which the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo catechol. The responses to EPR of complexes 1 and 2 are active but complex 3 is silent,and the UV-vis spectra exhibited by the three complexes are obvious different because of the different electronic configuration between the central Mo(V) and W(VI) ions in the complexes.It is noteworthy that complexes 1 and 2 have the similar EPR signal to flavoenzyme, suggesting that the three complexes have the same coordination geometry feature with the co-factor of flavoenzyme.  相似文献

A homodinuclear complex (NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3)2 {Na2[(C6H4O2)2] (C6H4O2H)2} (1) has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.  相似文献

(NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo(Ⅴ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (1), (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2.5[Mo(Ⅴ)o.sW(Ⅵ)o.502(O2C6H4)2] (2) and(NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[VC(Ⅵ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (3) were synthesized, structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, and studied on their interactions with ATP, their DNA cleavage activities and antitumor properties. The redox state of molybdenum was not changed on going from crystal to aqueous solutions in complexes 1 and 2, while tungsten underwent reduction from W(VI) to W(V) in complexes 2 and 3. ATP promoted the oxidation of both molybdenum and tungsten from M(Ⅴ) to M(Ⅵ) and the hydrolysis of catecholate ligands in solution consisting of ATP and the complexes. Complex 1 possesses fairly good activity to DNA cleavage and against tumor S180 in mice, and is more effective than the control drug cyclophosphamide under the identical conditions. However, complexes 2 and 3 exhibited marginal effectiveness. The effectiveness of anti-tumor of the complexes was related positively to their DNA cleavage activities and their hydrolysis of catecholate ligands.  相似文献

The title complex [NH_3CH_2CH(NH_2)CH_3]_2 [M(Ⅵ)O_2(OC_6H_4O)_2](M= Mo_(0.6)W_(0.4))was synthesized via a simple solution-phase chemical route.The determination of single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the title compound is crystallized in a monoclinic system with P2(1)/n space group,a=1.0913(10)nm,b=1.0442(10)nm,c=1.8842(19)nm,α=90°,β=96.530(17)°,γ=90°,Z=4,and V=2.133(4)nm3.The mononuclear anionic unit [M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2]2-displays chiral pseudo-octahedral [MO_6] coordination geometry and is linked by chiral cations via hydrogen bond and π…π stacking interaction.The transmission electron microscopy images show that the title complex is comprised of nano-particles with diameters ranging from 20 to 50 nm.The NMR study shows the 1H downfield chemical shifts of [NH_3CHaHbCH(NH_2)CH_3] cations in the title complex when it is mixed with adenosine-triphosphate(ATP),and the chemical shift difference between Ha and Hb is increased greatly,and most of the catecholate ligands dissociate from the central metal atoms.The DNA cleavage activity experiment reveals that DNA cleavage promoted by the title complex is lower than that by Na_2MoO_4 which possesses antitumor pro-perty,but higher than that by Na_2WO_4.  相似文献

Hydrothermal treatment of MCl2(M=Co or Cu), NH4VO3, and 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione(pdon) resulted in the formation of a duplex coordination polymer [Co(bpdc)(H2O)3]·H2O(bpdc=2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylate) and a chain-like coordination polymer [Cu(bpy)V2O6](bpy=2,2′-bipyridine). X-ray single-crystal structural analysis shows that under hydrothermal conditions and in the presence of different transition metals, the organic reagent pdon was transformed in situ into bpdc and bpy, respectively. Mechanism of the in situ ligand synthesis reaction has been discussed.  相似文献

From the self-assembly of the typical Salen-type Schiff-base ligand H2L and Zn(OAc)2·2H2O in the molar ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, the mononuclear [Zn(L)(H2O)](1) or binuclear [Zn2(L)(OAc)2(H2O)](2) are obtained, respectively. For both complexes 1 and 2, the unsaturated five-coordinate coordination environment to the catalytic active centers(Zn2+ ions) permits the monomer insertion for the effective solution copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide and maleic anhydride. All the solution copolymerizations afford poly(ester-co-ether)s, while lower catalyst and co-catalyst concentrations are helpful for the formation of alternating polyester. Of the three co-catalysts, 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine is found to be the most efficient, while an excess thereof is detrimental for chain growth of the copolymers.  相似文献

Extensive DFT calculations are performed to optimize the geometric structures of O-rich tungsten oxide clusters, to simulate the PES spectra, and to analyze the chemical bonding. The ground-state structure of W4O14^- is best considered as W4O12(O2^-), containing a side-on bound superoxide ligand. The current study indicates that the extra electron in W4O12^- is capable of activating dioxygen by non-dissociative electron transfer (W 5d → O2 π^*), and the anionic clusters can be viewed as models for reduced defect sites on tungsten oxide surfaces for the chemisorption of O2.  相似文献

Reaction of [Mo3(CO)7(S,O-C6H4-1,2)3]2- with FeCl2 in MeCN at 60℃ affords a new Mo-Fe-S cluster complex containing MoO3S3 unit and mixed-valeut Mo atoms, [Et4N]2[Mo2Fe-(CO)4(O,S-C6H4-1,2)aCl2] (1). 1 is characterized by elemental analysis, IR, Mossbauer spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectra and mass spectra. And the structure of 1 is suggested as the structure which contains a [Mo(S,O-C6H4-1,2)3] unit of which the two of three sulfur atoms link to a Mo(CO)4-moiety and the three oxygen atoms are coordinated to a FeCl2 ligand.  相似文献

The title complex L3Y(L = [O-4,6-di-tBu-C6H2-2-CH{CH(iPr2NCHCHN) }]) has been synthesized by the reaction of LiY[N(iPr) 2]4 with H2LCl and LiBu in a 1:3:2 molar ratio at 0 ℃ in THF,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21 with a = 14.3612(16) ,b = 14.7524(14) ,c = 16.898(2) ,β = 105.708(3) o,V = 3446.3(6) 3,Mr = 1203.50,Z = 2,Dc = 1.160 Mg/m3,μ(MoKα) = 0.90 mm-1 and F(000) = 1296. The structure was refined to R = 0.050 and wR = 0.110 for 10213 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . The Y ion is coordinated to three phenoxo groups and three NHC ligands to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The temperature effect on the reaction leads to the 1,2-benzyl migration of NHC ligand to form the title complex.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space groups P1 with a = 9.5520(2), b = 10.3730(1), c = 13.5722(2) (A), α = 74.940(12), β = 80.772(14), γ = 69.898(11)°, V = 1215.73(11) (A)3, Z = 2, C16H24Mo3N2O18, Mr = 820.19, Dc = 2.241 g/cm3, μ = 1.616 mm-1, F(000) = 808, T= 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0424 and wR = 0.0939 for 4119 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The trinuclear unit is coordinated by mixed ligands of oxalate and bipy. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among adjacent [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3] extend the compound into a therr-dimensional supramolecular framework. A new heteropolymolybdoarsenate [H2N(CH2CH2)2O]10[Mn2(AsVMo9O33)2]·12H2O(1) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is made up of sandwich-type [Mn2(AsVMo9O33)2]10- anions, [H2N(CH2CH2)2O]+ cations and H2O molecules of crystallization. The magnetic properties of 1 have been studied by measuring its magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range of 2.0-300.0 K, indicating the existence of antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

A supramolecular compound(H2en)2[Cu(en)2(H3O)2][Mo8O28](en=ethylenediamine) was hydrothermally prepared and confirmed by elemental analysis and TG analysis.Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.4635(4),b=9.8645(5),c=10.9794(5),α=69.2050(10),β=72.3730(10),γ=78.4510(10)o,Mr=1559.55,V=908.24(7)3,Z=1,Dc=2.851 g/m3,F(000)=749,μ=3.350 mm-1,S=1.000,the final R=0.0217 and wR=0.0567.The compound consists of(H2en)2+,[Mo8O28]8-anion and [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]2+ cations and constructs a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atoms from en of [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]4+ fragments and the terminal oxygen atoms from the [Mo8O28]8-polyoxoanions.The electrochemical behavior of this compound has been studied in detail based on a solid bulk modified carbon paste electrode of compound(CPE).  相似文献

T-jump/FT-IR spectroscopy was used to study the rapid thermal decomposition activity of [Pb2(TNR)2(CHZ)2(H2O)2]·4H2O and Cd(CHZ)2(TNR)(H2O) under 0.1 MPa Ar atmosphere. The results show that the main gaseous products of [Pb2(TNR)2(CHZ)2(H2O)2]·4H2O are NH3, H2O and HONO, while CO and NO are the major gaseous products of flash pyrolysis of Cd(CHZ)2(TNR)(H2O). Thus Cd(CHZ)2(TNR)(H2O) is not an eco-friendly and chemically compatible primary explosive. Both compounds liberate volatile metal carbonate, oxide and isocyanate compounds. The combustion temperature and products of the two compounds were calculated by Real code. The results of theoretical calculation show that the combustion temperature of [Pb2(TNR)2(CHZ)2(H2O)2].4H2O is higher than that of Cd(CHZ)2(TNR)(H2O), there is no HNCO in the combus- tion products and the amount of NO is less than the experiment result from T-jump/FTIR.  相似文献

The novel amino-acid-containing polyoxometalate K6[Cu(Ala)2(H2O)2]2[Cu4(H2O)2\5(AsW9O34)2]*16H2O was synthesized from the rea ction of K10[Cu4(H2O)2(AsW9O34)2]*20H2O with β-alanine. Its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, with a=1.196 3(2) nm, b=1.536 5(3) nm, c=1.591 4(3) nm, α=93.97(3)°, β=110.88(3)°, γ=101.07(3)°, V=2.651 8(9) nm3 and Z=1. Least-squares refinement of the structure leads to R and Rw factors of 0.067 3 and 0.162 8, respectively. An unusual structural feature of the compound is that the polyanion [Cu4(H2O)2(AsW9O34)2]10- is linked with the amino-acid complex of Cu2+ by a μ-oxygen atom.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] Br has been determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The molecular structure consists of a discrete [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] ^ cation and one Br^- anion, in the [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ cation, the coordination geometry of the central Co atom is square-pyramidal with four tertiary N atoms of benzimidazole from four α-( benzimidazol-1-yl) -hypnone ligands in the basal position and one chloride anion in the apical position. In the solid state, [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ and Br^- anion possess intermolecular and intramolecular interactions, which stabilize the crystal structure. The characterization of the title compound were also carried out by using elemeutal analysis, FTIR, UV spectrometries and TG-DSC.  相似文献

O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphato nickel complex [Ni(S2P{O}OC6HaCH3-p)(dppv)] has been synthesized by the treatment of (dppv)NiCl2 (dppv = Ph2PCH=CHPPh2) with (p-CH3C6HaO)2P{S}SH'Et2NH in THF. The new complex was fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 31p NMR spectroscopies and thermo-gravimetric analysis. The molecular structure of the complex was established by X-ray crystallography. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.2739(5), b = 17.8803(8), c = 20.1879(12) A, fl = 93.269(5), V = 3342.1(3) A3, Z = 4, C33H29NiO2P3S2, Mr = 673.30, Dc = 1.338 g/cm3, F(000) = 1392 and #(MoKa) = 0.877 rnm-l. The final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1045 for 4138 observed reflections with 1 〉 20(/) and R = 0.1050 and wR = 0.1204 for all data. The Ni centre atom adopts a NiP2S2 square-planar geometry with two phosphorus atoms from the dppv ligand and two sulfur atoms from the O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphate ligand. The most interesting structural feature of the title complex resides in its 1D helical chain structure constructing via intermolecular C-H'"O secondary interactions along the b-axis. The adjacent helical chains running in opposite directions are connected into a 1D double-stranded helical chain and further linked into a 2D supramolecular network by weak C-H.--C interaction.  相似文献
