The nonlinear I-V characteristic (V(I)) of YBa2Cu3O7−x single crystal was investigated near the transition from the resistive to the superconducting state in the absence of a magnetic field. A modulation Fourier analysis at temperature T* (the maximum of the amplitudes of the higher (n>1) harmonics of the response voltage) was used to determine an analytic dependence V(I) which accurately describes the experimental results (direct measurements and harmonics) in the range of currents I<30 mA (j<310 A/cm2). It is shown that at T* the power approximation of the I-V characteristic V∼I 3 is only found in the low current density limit (jj 0=140 A/cm2). The results are interpreted in terms of the Kosterlitz-Thouless (KT) transition model. It is established that T* corresponds to the temperature of the KT transition T KT, which means that T KT can be determined directly. The deviation of V(I) from a power dependence is caused by the nonlogarithmic variation of the vortex interaction energy as a function of the distance between them. Fiz. Tverd. Angle dependence of Mössbauer spectra parameters on angle δO between the ψ-rays wave vectork and the unit cellc-axis of single crystal YBa2(Cu0.98Fe0.02)3O7?y is studied at room temperature. The zero-field-cooled magnetization relaxation has been studied over wide temperature and field ranges on iron-doped YBa2Cu3O7–y single crystals. The relationship between the twin boundary density, which depends on the iron composition, and the pinning strength of the flux lines is determined systematically. For magnetic fields up to 1 T the inductive critical current density decreases as the iron composition increases. The Bean critical state model and the Anderson-Kim thermally activated flux-creep model are utilized to analyze and interpret the experimental results.  相似文献

Neutron scattering has been used to measure the charge and spin structure in the highly underdoped superconductor YBa(2)Cu(3)O(6.35). Incommensurate static charge ordering is found that remains at high temperatures. The magnetic pattern is complex with a resonance and incommensurate structure observed at low temperatures. The results clarify the role of striped phases in YBa(2)Cu(3)O(6+x) superconductors.  相似文献
