口服聚酯聚醚疫苗蛋白微球的制备研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
采用本体聚合法合成不同聚醚含量的聚酯聚醚嵌段共聚物聚 DL 乳酸 聚乙二醇(Poly DL lactide b polyethyleneglycol,PELA).PELA及PLA包裹人血清白蛋白(HSA)微球采用溶剂挥发法双乳液体系(W1/O/W2)制备.微球球形规整,粒径集中在05~50μm.用CBB法检测微球中蛋白含量,蛋白包裹量达25%,包裹效率近80%.从双乳液体系中界面张力角度考察了聚合物囊材的性质、稳定剂的种类及W1/O的稳定性等对微球粒径及蛋白包裹量的影响.微球体外释放结果表明PELA蛋白微球的突释现象不明显,释放速度较为恒定.  相似文献

2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)在极谱和伏安分析中的应用已有一些报道。陈林林等曾经研究过Ti(Ⅳ)-5-Br-PADAP络合物在稀H2SO4-H2C2O4溶液中的极谱行为,但灵敏度不高(1.0×10-7mol/L)。我们发现,在pH4.1左右的HAc-NaAc底液中,Ti(Ⅳ)-5-Br-PADAP-NaClO3体系产生一灵敏的极谱吸附催化波,二次导数峰电位在-0.86V(vs.SCE)左右,波形良好,波高稳定,检测限可达4×10-10mol/L。1 实验部…  相似文献

以电化学聚合法在石墨电极上获得聚间苯二胺膜(PMPD),并建立了快速、灵敏的膜质量检验方法:辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记PMPD膜-邻苯二胺(OPD)反应法,对聚合、活化等条件作了研究;进一步制成了检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)和检测鼠免疫蛋白(MIgG)的免疫电极,对血清样品作了检测.结果表明:2.5V电池电压下,于含0.12mol/LMPD的1.2mol/LH2SO4中聚合20min,再以30g/L浓度的戊二醛活化4h,所得HRP标记电极及免疫电极重现性好;检测HB-sAg和MIgG的线性范围分别为0.1~3.2mg/L及0.1~10mg/L  相似文献

博莱霉素(BLEO)A5在0.05mol/L H2SO4溶液中出现两个还原波,峰电位分别为EP1=-0.83V和EP2=-1.09V(vs.,Ag/AgCl)。用线性扫描与循环伏安法、恒电位库仑法、脉冲极谱、交流极谱等手段研究体系的伏安行为及反应机理。实验表明,P1为BLEOA5分子中嘧啶环第一步两电子还原的吸附波,P2为嘧啶环第二、三步还原和催化氢还原的具有吸附性的重叠波。  相似文献

微米级聚酯醚嵌段共聚物微球的制备及其蛋白包裹研究   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
聚酯 醚嵌段共聚物聚 D,L 乳酸 聚乙二醇(Poly DL lactide Polyethyleneglycol,PLA PEG)采用本体聚合法在180℃及-95×10-2MPa条件下制得.光谱分析证实产物结构.采用乳液溶剂蒸发法制备PLA PEG微球,粒径<5μm.以复合乳液技术包裹蛋白.差示扫描量热分析确证PLA PEG有效包裹蛋白.BCA法检测微球蛋白含量.结果表明与均聚物PLA比较,PLA PEG不仅改善了成球条件而且蛋白的包裹效率明显提高.  相似文献

本文报道一个光度法测定纳克量锡的新方法。在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下锡(Ⅳ)与钨酸盐和耐尔蓝(NB)反应形成离子缔合物,离子缔合物的最大吸收位于580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε值2.95×107L·mo1-1·cm-1,服从比耳定律范围0~2.0μg/L,检出限(3σ)0.083μg/L(n=10),对2.0μg/L锡测定的RSD为1.42%(n=11),离子缔合物至少稳定72h。考察了40多种共存离子的影响,大多数常见元素不干扰。测定锡的适宜条件[H2SO4]=1.20mo1/L,[WO2-4]=6.05×10-5mo1/L,[NB]=5.5×10-5mo1/L和PVA0.08%。本法已用于某些合金钢和锌合金中纳克量锡的测定,结果与推荐值吻合,回收率满意。  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,丁基罗丹明B(BRB)与铜钨杂多酸形成离子缔合物。缔合物的形成条件为cH2SO4=1.2mol/L,cWO2-4=6.1×10-5mol/L,cBRB=3.8×10-5mol/L和PVA0.08%。缔合物的最大吸收波长位于570nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.66×106L·mol-1·cm-1,铜量在每25mL0~0.5μg范围内服从比耳定律,检测限为每mL0.65ng(n=12),对每mL18ngCu测定的RSD为0.85%(n=10)。缔合物至少稳定150h,其摩尔比为Cu∶W∶BRB=1∶12∶5,红外图谱表明铜钨杂多酸具有Keggin结构。考察了40多种共存离子的影响,大多数常见元素不干扰。本法已用于天然水、自来水、降水、人发、中药和蔬菜中铜的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

在0.06mol/L NaAc-HAc pH4.5的缓冲底液中,偶氮氯膦Ⅲ(CPAⅢ)在-0.25V(vs.Ag/AgCl)有一良好的微分脉冲极谱还原波,加入希土(RE)后期峰高电流(ip)降低,轻希土浓度在1×10^-6~6×10^-6moo/L,钇和重希土浓度在2×10^-7~3×10^-6mol/L范围中,ip的降低与浓度呈线性关系,表明CPAⅢ亦是可用的希土极谱分析试剂。实验证明它们是不可  相似文献

研究了O/W型阴离子微乳液十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/正丁醇(n-C4H9OH)/正庚烷(n-C7H16)/H2O对Cd(Ⅱ)与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)显色体系的增敏增稳作用,试验结果表明,其灵敏度为ε^545=1.93*10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1,与相同含水量的SDS胶束体系(ε^545=1.15*10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1)比较,其测定灵敏度显著增加,用于香烟样品分析,结果满意。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
