In this study, alumina, zirconia, manganese oxide/alumina, and manganese oxide/zirconia have been investigated for their catalytic activity in the condensation reaction between o-phenylenediamine and an aldehyde or a ketone to synthesise 2-substituted benzimidazoles and 1,5-disubstituted benzodiazepines respectively. Surface area, surface acidity, and morphology of the catalysts have been analysed and correlated with their catalytic activity. The isolated yields of 2-substituted benzimidazoles and 1,5-disubstituted benzodiazepines are in the range of 30% to 95%. A good correlation between the amount of surface acid sites as well as the surface morphology of the catalysts and the catalytic activity has been observed. This method has been found to be simple and economical. The solid supports could be regenerated and reused without much loss in their activity. Further, the solid supports have been also found to be effective as general catalysts in the condensation of o-phenylenediamine with other substituted aldehydes and ketones.  相似文献

A new one-pot, multicomponent condensation reaction of aldehydes, 2-naphthol, and 1-acylthiosemicarbazides is described as an efficient method for the synthesis of novel 4-substituted 1-acylthiosemicarbazides in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) as a catalyst under two conditions: organic solvent and solvent-free media. The present procedure offers several advantages, such as good yields, low cost, and very easy workup.  相似文献

A one-pot synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted 1,2,4-oxadiazoles with two identical substituents directly from the reaction of nitriles and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of potassium fluoride as catalyst and solid support under solvent-free condition is described. Moreover, the formation of products has been discussed, and a plausible mechanism has been presented. The functionalized multi‐wall carbon nanotube with 1,2‐naphthoquinone‐4‐sulfonic acid sodium (Nq‐MWNT) was fabricated by a simple and low‐cost method. Techniques of scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) analysis, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV‐vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used to characterize the property of the Nq‐MWNT. The results showed that the MWNT with high functionalization of Nq can be obtained using this simple method. The Nq‐MWNT modified carbon paste electrode (Nq‐MWNT/CPE) was fabricated by drop‐casting technique. The resulted modified electrode was tested successfully to detection D‐penicillamine (D‐PA) and captopril (CAP) in an aqueous solution. It is found that D‐PA and CAP participate in Michael addition reaction with Nq on MWNT to form the corresponding thioquinone derivative. The reoxidation of adducts at a potential of less positive than D‐PA and CAP at the surface of the bare CPE leads to an increase in the oxidative current, which is proportional to the concentration of D‐PA and CAP. The catalytic response showed a wide linear range (3‐200 μM and 1‐130 μM for D‐PA and CAP, respectively) as well as its experimental limit of detection can be achieved 0.8 μM, and 0.4 μM for D‐PA and CAP, respectively. The modified electrode for D‐PA and CAP determination is of the property of simple preparation, good stability and high sensitivity. Furthermore, the fabricated electrode was used to determine the content of D‐PA and CAP in the tablet, suggesting the good accuracy of the method.  相似文献

A novel and practical strategy for the construction of imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridin‐2‐amine frameworks has been developed. The present sequential approach involves addition of arylamines to nitriles and I2/KI‐mediated oxidative C?N bond formation without purification of the intermediate amidines. This operationally simple synthetic process provides a facile access to a variety of new 2‐amino substituted imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridines and related heterocyclic compounds in an efficient and scalable fashion.  相似文献

A convenient, one-pot, three-component regioselective synthesis of novel 2,2′-(1,4-phenylene)-bis-(3-aryl-2-substituted imino-4-aryl-3H-thiazole) derivatives from 1,4-phenylene diisothiocyanate, aryl amines, and various phenacyl bromide, and also the regioselective synthesis of 3-alkyl-2-(aryl imino)-4-cyclopropyl-5-(2′-fluorophenyl)-thiazole derivatives from alkylisothiocyanate, aryl amines, and 2-bromo-2-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-cyclopropylethanone in the presence of poly-4-vinyl pyridine as heterogenous basic catalyst are described. This efficient method produced the products at room temperature with excellent yields (82–96%). The structures of all products were characterized by spectral and elemental analyses. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized compounds was evaluated against Salmonella enterica, Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Abstract

(1R,2R)-1,2-bis[5-(arylideneamino)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]ethane-1,2-diol (2a–d) were synthesized by using appropriate aldehydes and (1R,2R)-1,2-bis(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diol (1) as a starting compound. Then, the phosphinic acid component (3a–d) were obtained from (2a–d) and hypophosporus acid. In addition, the structures of the novel chiral compounds (2a–d) and (3a–d) were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and 31P-NMR spectra.

在多孔α-Al2O3载体上,采用喷涂方法引入一层晶种,再用水热法合成出渗透量大、气体选择分离系数高的ZSM-5沸石膜;对影响ZSM-5沸石膜合成的主要因素进行卫考察,并用XRD,SEM及单组分气体渗透性能测定对所合成的沸石膜进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的沸石膜是典型的ZSM-5沸石膜,膜表面晶粒排列有序,整齐地连成一致密层,绝大部分晶粒的取向一致,无较大裂缺存在,经一次合成的沸石膜的H2渗透率可达  相似文献

Serotonin 5-HT1A and 5-HT7 receptors play an important role in the pathogenesis and pharmacotherapy of depression. Previously identified N-hexyl trazodone derivatives, 2-(6-(4-(3-chlorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)hexyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride (7a·HCl), with high affinity for 5-HT1AR and 2-(6-(4-([1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl)hexyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride (7b·HCl), a dual-acting 5-HT1A/5-HT7 receptor ligand, were prepared with a new microwave-assisted method. The protocol for the synthesis of 7a and 7b involved reductive alkylation under a mild reducing agent. We produced the final compounds with yield of 56–63% using ethanol or 51–56% in solvent-free conditions in 4 min. We then determined the 5-HT7R binding mode for compounds 7a and 7b using in silico methods and assessed the preliminary ADME and safety properties (hepatotoxicity and CYP3A4 inhibition) using in vitro methods for 7a·HCl and 7b·HCl. Furthermore, we evaluated antidepressant-like activity of the dual antagonist of 5-HT1A/5-HT7 receptors (7b·HCl) in the forced swim test (FST) in mice. The 5-HT1AR ligand (7a·HCl) with a much lower affinity for 5-HT7R compared to that of 7b·HCl was tested comparatively. Both compounds showed antidepressant activity, while 5-HT1A/5-HT7 double antagonist 7b·HCl showed a stronger and more specific response.  相似文献

Aqueous solutions containing sodium dodecyl sulphate, xanthan gum, and salt were characterized by ionic conductivity, viscosity, and surface tension methods. A preliminary experimental study was performed to evaluate the effect of the mixture compositions on the surface behavior of the mixed polymer/surfactant systems under different solution conditions. An experimental design using response surface method (RSM) was then applied to assess factors interactions and empirical models regarding the physicochemical responses variables (i.e., conductivity, surface tension and viscosity). The main effects of the three independent factors: SDS concentration (x1), NaCl concentration (x2) and xanthan concentration (x3) were determined using in particular a D-optimal design. The results show an important effect of the factors on responses; they also indicate that the synergetic action of surfactant, electrolyte and biopolymer greatly influences these properties. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed high variance coefficient (R 2 Avarnas , A. and Panagiotis , I. ( 2003 ) J. Colloid Int. Sci. , 258 : 102109 .[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]) values, thus, ensuring a satisfactory adjustment of the second-order regression model with the experimental data.  相似文献
