以氯霉素(CAP)为模板,2-乙烯基吡啶(2-Vp)为功能单体,四氢呋喃和离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐[BMIm]BF4的混合溶液为反应溶剂,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成了氯霉素的分子印迹及非印迹聚合物。优化功能单体、不同溶剂对印迹聚合物吸附性能的影响,结果表明,以2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,四氢呋喃和离子液体[BMIm]BF4(体积比1∶1)作为反应溶剂合成的分子印迹聚合物对氯霉素具有高的吸附容量,良好的特异性识别性能。氯霉素分子印迹聚合物的印迹因子为2.6,进行吸附-解吸附循环5次后,氯霉素印迹聚合物的性能稳定,可重复使用。将制备的氯霉素分子印迹聚合物作为富集材料,应用于鸡蛋样品中氯霉素的检测,回收率可达62.3%~81.1%,准确性好。  相似文献

以3-(甲基丙烯酸酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷修饰的Fe3O4为载体,没食子酸丙酯为模板分子,采用表面印迹技术制备了核壳结构的磁性没食子酸丙酯分子印迹聚合物(Fe3O4@SiO2-MIPS),并将该磁性分子印迹聚合物作为吸附剂引入到微流控芯片中,与HPLC联用,实现对痕量酚类抗氧化剂的分离富集.采用扫描电镜、磁滞回线、热重分析、红外光谱及X射线衍射对该磁性分子印迹聚合物表征.在最佳萃取条件下(样品体积3 mL,样品溶液pH=5.0,样品流速为0.5 mL./min,洗脱液流速为0.3 mL/min),该聚合物对酚类抗氧化剂具有较强的富集作用.3种酚类抗氧化剂在10~5000 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.9901,日内和日间相对标准偏差(n=5)分别低于2.8%和3.5%.将本方法用于化妆水中酚类抗氧化剂的分析检测,加标回收率在87.9% ~ 104.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=3)小于3.7%.  相似文献

In this report, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with racemic and L-mandelic acid as the templates were synthesized. Several structural analogues were chosen to study the selectivity of the MIPs prepared using 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as the monomer (MIP4-VP). At the same time, the chromatographic behaviors of the MIP using acrylamide (AA) as the monomer (MIPAA) in two different mobile phases, acetonitrile and hexane/ethyl acetate (1:1, v/v), were investigated and the separation of the enantiomers was tried. The results indicated that MIP4-VP had great retention with a template comparable to other analogues. However, no difference in the k′ values of the enantiomers was observed, as the interaction between the polymer and the enantiomers was mainly dependent on the acidity, which showed no difference. The MIPAA showed a more obvious imprinting effect for the template in hexane/ethyl acetate (1:1, v/v) than in acetonitrile. But the separation of the enantiomers was not achieved even in the less polar solvent, though there was an obvious difference between the retention time of L-MA and D-MA on the L-MA imprinted polymer.  相似文献

以S-萘普生为模板,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为功能单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂分别按照摩尔比1/4/10、1/4/20和1/4/30合成了分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。采用UV和Chem 3D Pro软件计算模拟研究了功能单体与模板分子之间的相互作用,经半经验量化PM3方法计算得到功能单体与模板分子之间的相互作用能为-20.97 kJ/mol。探讨了交联度对MIP吸附性能和识别能力的影响,结果表明在所研究的O~4mmol/L浓度范围内,MIP对S-萘普生的结合量随着交联度的增加而减小,而交联度为88%的印迹聚合物P3对S-萘普生和阿司匹林的分离因子为2.70,交联度为83%的聚合物P2的分离因子为2.60,交联度为71%的聚合物P1的分离因子为1.44,即高交联度MIP的识别能力优于低交联度的。  相似文献

In this work, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) using the mycotoxin zearalenone (ZEA) as template were first synthesized via precipitation polymerization and then applied as specific adsorbents in molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) cartridges. The MISPE procedure was optimized with 3 mL of acetonitrile for preconditioning, 1 mL of acetonitrile:H2O (60:40) for loading, 1 mL of acetonitrile:H2O (30:70), and 3 mL of methanol:acetic acid (95:5) for elution. The obtained MIPs showed high selectivity of 96.9% towards ZEA, and low cross-reactivity (1-20%) to other Fusarium mycotoxins including deoxynivalenol, nivalenol, HT-2 toxin and T-2 toxin. The cross-reactivity to fumonisin B1 amounted to 61%. The MISPE was applied for enrichment of ZEA, which was produced by Fusarium graminearum strains. An enrichment factor above 50 was reached. Recoveries of 1 µg/mL were between 90.8% and 99.6%. A small amount of ZEA was produced by 9 F. graminearum strains with a maximum of 13 µg, then purified by the developed MISPE and analyzed by LC-MS/MS.  相似文献

Stir bar sorptive extraction is widely used for the preconcentration of organic and inorganic compounds due to its simplicity and versatility. However, commercially available devices are based on nonselective sorbents. Molecularly imprinted polymers provide selective recognition abilities from the template employed during their preparation. In this review, strategies employed for recent for molecularly imprinted polymers employed in stir bar sorptive extraction are described. 以包覆Si O2的Fe3O4为载体,吡嘧磺隆(PS)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,通过表面印迹法制备了磁性PS分子印迹聚合物(MIP),采用红外光谱、扫描电镜对其结构进行表征,采用吸附实验对其性能进行研究,并以MIP为固相萃取填料,结合高效液相色谱进行检测。结果表明,MIP对PS的饱和吸附量为68.94mg/g,印迹因子为2.49。将本方法应用于大米中PS残留分析,回收率在87.73%~99.57%范围内,相对标准偏差低于5.51%。所制备的MIP对样品中PS的富集、分离效果良好。  相似文献

Ionic liquids (ILs) are ambient temperature molten salts, which have attracted considerable attention owing to their unique properties. In this contribution, we review advanced materials composed of ILs and polymers for the basis of a new design protocol to fabricate novel materials. As electrolytes for electrochemical devices, cross‐linked polymers containing ILs (ion gels) are endowed with functional properties inherited from ILs and mechanical consistency derived from polymers. To create such materials, micro‐phase separation of block copolymers and colloidal arrays in the ILs are utilized. Based on the molecular design of task‐specific ILs, the resultant ion gels are applicable as electrolytes for actuator, fuel cell, and secondary battery applications. Thermo‐ and photo‐responsive polymers in ILs are also highlighted, whereby such stimuli elicit changes in the solubility of the self‐assembly of block copolymers and colloidal arrays in the ILs. Further, thermo‐ and photo‐reversible changes in the self‐assembled structure can be exploited to demonstrate sol‐gel transitions and fabricate photo‐healable materials.  相似文献

A novel acrylamide (AA) molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) on graphite oxide (GO) particles. Propionamide (PAM) was used as a dummy template molecule, hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA) as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a crosslinking agent, and acetonitrile as both solvent and dispersion medium. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and infrared spectroscopy (IR) confirmed that the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) were successfully grafted onto the surface of the GO particles. The corresponding adsorption kinetic curves and adsorption isotherms showed that the AA adsorption reached equilibrium after 5 h, with large amounts of AA being adsorped in the first 100 min. The maximum AA adsorption capacity was 123.48 µmol g?1 according to Scatchard analysis, which indicated that the MIP possesses good AA adsorption capacity. This MIP-GO material was used to selectively determine AA in fried food samples.  相似文献

离子液体是一种有机盐,在接近室温下呈液状.离子液体是难挥发、极性高的溶剂,它能溶解很多种有机、无机和金属有机化合物.虽然有越来越多的人报道了有关离子液体在有机合成中的应用,但是在聚合过程中的应用却很少.然而在近几年,科学家证明了离子液体在聚合物的合成中的作用很大.在以离子液体为介质的自由基聚合反应中,kp/kt 会增大.尤其是在原子转移自由基聚合中,以离子液体作为溶剂有助于聚合物与残余催化剂的分离.本文主要阐述了原子转移自由基聚合反应的基本原理、特点以及离子液体在原子转移自由基聚合中的应用,并且还介绍了其他研究者的工作和原子转移自由基聚合的发展前景.  相似文献

A new type of molecularly imprinted ionic liquid magnetic microspheres was synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization, using 4,4′‐dichlorobenzhydrol as a dummy template, and 1‐allyl‐3‐ethylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate and methacrylic acid as co‐functional monomers. The results of morphology and magnetic property evaluation of the obtained microspheres demonstrated that it was monodispersed spherical, possessed a rough surface, and an outstanding magnetic properties. Binding experiments revealed that it had a substantial adsorption capacity and strong recognition ability to organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in aqueous solution. Then the microspheres were applied as an adsorbent of magnetic dispersive solid‐phase extraction for the selective recognition and rapid determination of OCPs in environmental water. Under the optimum conditions, good linearity of the three types of OCPs (dicofol, tetradifon, and p,p′‐dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane) was achieved in the range of 1.0–100 ng/mL (r ≥ 0.9994). The recoveries at three spiking levels ranged from 82.6 to 100.4% with the RSDs less than 6.9%.  相似文献

Microextraction is considered as one of the most critical steps in the entire analytical process because it can effectively remove interference and pre-concentrate the target analytes. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are synthetic polymers with a predetermined selectivity for a given analyte, or group of structurally related compounds, which are excellent materials for sample preparation in the process of microextraction owing to their high selectivity and ability. This review provides a critical overview of the synthesis and characterization of MIPs, with a focus on recent applications in the field of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and liquid-phase microextraction (LPME). The advantages and drawbacks of the applications of MIPs used in SPME and LPME as well as the future expected trends are also discussed.  相似文献
