Ruthenium(II) tris(2,2′-bipyridine) complexes show interesting photochemical properties1. Complexes containing substituents in the 4-and 4′-position of the 2,2′-bipyridine ligand have recently been used in systems which are aimed at the conversion and storage of solar energy2,3. 2,2′-Bipyridine has a long history as a metal-chelating agent4. The use of 4,4′-disubstituted bipyridines as metal-chelating agents so far has been restricted probably because the reported syntheses of these compounds are rather laborious and the yields are low or moderate5–8.  相似文献

Lithium 2-picolylselenolate/tellurolate is obtained by reacting lithiated 2-picoline with elemental selenium/tellurium which upon aerial oxidation gives 2,2'-dipicolyl diselenide in case of selenium while 1,2-bis(2-pyridyl)ethane in case of tellurium. Condensation of 2-picolylselenolate anion with a variety of electrophiles provides a facile synthesis of 2-picolylalkyl selenides in good to excellent yields. Quenching of lithiated 2-picoline with 2,2'-dipyridyl diselenide gives mixed 2-picolylseleno pyridine in low yield. All the compounds prepared are new and have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and mass spectral studies.  相似文献

Two new α-aminophosphonate derivatives containing thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, diethyl(((6-ethyl-2-methyl-4-oxothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(4H)-yl)amino)(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl)phosphonate(1) and diethyl((4-bromophenyl)((6-ethyl-2-methyl-4-oxothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(4H)-yl)amino)methyl)phosphonate(2), have been synthesized by a facial phosphorylated reaction, and their structures were characterized by NMR, IR, HRMS and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1(C21H28N3O5PS, Mr = 465.49) belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 10.83653(16), b = 12.04906(19), c = 18.0061(3) , V = 2351.06(6) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.315 g/cm3, μ = 2.177 mm-1, F(000) = 984.0, the final R = 0.0389 and w R = 0.0985 for all data. Compound 2(C20H25Br N3O4 PS, Mr = 514.37) belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 10.9187(5), b = 11.9522(4), c = 17.7667(7) , V = 2318.60(16) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.474 g/cm3, μ = 4.175 mm-1, F(000) = 1056.0, the final R = 0.0367 and w R = 0.0946 for all data.  相似文献

The Kröhnke reaction of 2-bromoacetylphenoxathiin and 2--bromophenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide, through N-ylide and S-ylide intermediates, leading to the corresponding glyoxals, was described. The condensation reaction of 2--bromoacetylphenoxathiin with aromatic o-hydroxy aldehydes and further cyclization to new furan derivatives was also performed. The new compounds were characterized through elemental analysis and spectral data (IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR).  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers {[Zn2L1(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n(1) and [Zn2L2(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]n(2)(H4L1 = terphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4L2 = quarterphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, and 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. Complex 1 displays 2D wavelike networks, which are further joined together through O–H···O hydrogen bonds to give a 3D supramolecular network. Complex 2 exhibits 1D ladder-like chains, and they are further joined together by π-π stacking and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D supramolecular network. The results indicate that the backbone of carboxylate ligands has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulting functional coordination polymers. Additionally, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also investigated in detail.  相似文献

Comparative study of cyclopalladated ethylenediamine complexes of 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline (Hdphqx) [Pd(dphqx)En]ClO4 and 2,2′,3,3′-tetraphenylbiquinoline (H2tphbq) [(PdEn)2(μ-tphbq)](ClO4)2, and the free heterocyclic ligands was performed by means of 1H NMR spectroscopy, electronic absorption and emission spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. It was shown that cyclopalladation gives rise to a long-wave absorption band in the visible spectrum, a batochromic shift of the vibrationally structured phosphorescence band, and an anodic shift of the ligand-centered reduction potential of the complexes com-pared to free ligands.  相似文献

An efficient Baeyer–Villiger rearrangement of cyclobutanone derivatives was investigated. One-pot synthesis of keto-δ-lactone from the Baeyer–Villiger rearrangement products was developed. Meanwhile, the synthetic useful γ-lactone and butenolide derivatives could be easily prepared.  相似文献

The two title complexes,[Cd{3,5-(NO2)2sal}(2,2′-bipy)]n 1 and [Mn{3,5-(NO2)2sal}(2,2′-bipy)]n 2 (3,5-(NO2)2sal=3,5-dinitrosalicylate,2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine),were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1,a=5.581(4),b=12.071(8),c=12.88(1),α=92.10(3),β=96.73(3),γ =102.02(2)°,C17H10N4O7Cd,Mr=494.69,V=841(1)3,Z=2,Dc=1.954 g/cm3,F(000)=488,μ =1.353 mm-1,R=0.0248 and wR=0.0761. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic with space group P21/c,a=8.604(3),b=23.88(1),c=8.894(3),β=102.45(1)°,C17H10N4O7Mn,Mr=437.23,V= 1785(1) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.627 g/cm3,F(000)=884,μ=0.791 mm-1,R=0.0471 and wR=0.1250. Complex 1 possesses an infinite 1D polymeric chain structure consisting of the repeated basic four-membered ring units (Cd2O2) and eight-membered ring units (CdOCO)2. Compound 2 displays a linear 1D chain through Mn(Ⅱ) atoms and bridging carboxylate groups of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid ligands with the Mn…Mn separation of 4.472(2). The fluorescence properties and cyclic voltammetric behaviors of the complexes are also reported.  相似文献

Reactions of the ligand precursors 2-(2′-pyridyl)-3,5-Me2-pyrrole ( L 1 H) and 2-(2-pyridyl)-3,4,5-Me3-pyrrole ( L 2 H) with [(Me3Si)2N]3RE(μ-Cl)Li(THF)3 in toluene afforded a series of low-coordinated rare-earth metal bis-amido complexes L 1 RE[N(SiMe3)2]2 [RE = Y ( 1a ), Dy ( 1b ), Er ( 1c ), Yb ( 1d )] and L 2 RE[N(SiMe3)2]2 [RE = Y ( 2a ), Dy ( 2b ), Er ( 2c ), Yb ( 2d )]. With the ionic radius of rare-earth metal increasing, the reaction of L 1 H and [(Me3Si)2N]3RE(μ-Cl)Li(THF)3 gave dinuclear complexes ( L 1 )2RE(μ-Cl)(μ-η5:η1:η1- L 1 )RE( L 1 )[N(SiMe3)2]2 [RE = Sm ( 1e ), Pr ( 1f )]; however, the reaction of L 2 H and [(Me3Si)2N]3Sm(μ-Cl)Li(THF)3 afforded ( L 2 )2Sm[N(SiMe3)2]2 ( 2e ). Results indicated that the ionic radius of rare-earth metal and subtle change in the ligands have substantial effects on the structure and bonding mode of complexes. The complexes showed a high catalytic activity for the ring-opening reaction of cyclohexene oxide with amines to afford various β-aminoalcohols under mild solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

Two coordination complexes based on H4btec and H2bibzim (H4btec = 1,2,3,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, H2bibzim = 2,2′-bibenzimidazole), [Ni(H2bibzim)3]2(btec) (1) and [Zn(H2bibzim)(btec)0.5]n (2), have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is composed of [Ni(H2bibzim)3]2+ with free btec4? as counter anion. In 2, the btec4? ligands bridge the Zn(II) ions into a 1-D chain with H2bibzim as auxiliary chelating ligands. Interesting supramolecular structures were demonstrated due to the existence of hydrogen bonding as well as π?π interactions in the two different complexes. The H2bibzim ligands act as a 2-connected spacer in both complexes. However, in 1, the [Ni(H2bibzim)3]2+ cations act as 3-connected nodes, hydrogen bonded with the 6-connected btec4? ligands into a 3-D framework with (3,6)-connected topology Schläfli symbol as (4.6.8)(42.6)(43.64.87.10). As for 2, Zn serves as a 3-connected node with btec4? as a 6-connected node, leading to a 2D (3,6)-connected hydrogen bonding kgd topology sheet with Schläfli symbol of (43)2(46.66.83). Thermal stabilities and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 were also studied.  相似文献

3-Amino-4-aryl-6-pyridin-3-ylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carbohydrazides 3a,b were used as the starting materials in the present study. Our targets here were represented by the synthesis of several 3-amino-N′-4-arylmethylenes 5a,b, N-formamides 8a,b, ethyl imidoformate 10b, N,N-dimethyl-N′-imidoformamides 12a,b, N-acetyl-N-acetamides 14a,b, 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol 16a,b, pyrazolothienopyridines 20a,b, 2-[(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)carbonyl]-4-aryl-6-pyridin-3-ylthieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-amines 22a,b, 2-carbonyl-5-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-ones 24a,b, and 2-carbonyl-pyrazolidine-3,5-diones 26a,b. The newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were tested as anti-Alzheimer and anti-COX-2 agents, and their structures were elucidated by considering the data of IR, 1H NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analyses.
