为了实时、高精度地测试光学零件,对移相式数字波面干涉仪在锥体棱镜角度测试中的应用进行了研究。通过锥体棱镜二面角偏差计算方法得到了二面角偏差和干涉波面之间的关系,分析了干涉波面的形状与锥体棱镜综合误差的关系,编写了锥体棱镜角度和综合误差测试程序,并且在移相式数字波面干涉仪和ZYGO干涉仪上分别对锥体棱镜进行测试,给出了2者的比较测试结果。结果表明,移相式数字波面干涉仪测量锥体棱镜二面角偏差的误差在0.3″范围内,RMS值的测量误差在λ/50内;提出的方法可实现检测过程的自动化。 相似文献

为了对大口径平面镜面形轮廓的五棱镜扫描法测试进行误差分析和修正,对五棱镜转动时出射光角度的变化进行了分析与精确计算。首先建立了合适的坐标系并规定了角度的正负,然后由入射光的偏摆角和俯仰角计算入射光向量,接着介绍了五棱镜的作用矩阵与坐标转换矩阵,在此基础上详细分析了五棱镜转动的整个过程并且计算了出射光向量。然后计算出射光的偏摆角和俯仰角,再计算当五棱镜没有转动时出射光的偏摆角和俯仰角。最后计算出射光偏摆角和俯仰角的变化。特别分析了当入射光垂直入射五棱镜的情况。随后进行了实际计算与实验,总结了出射光角度变化的一些规律。将计算数据与实验数据进行了比较,结果最大偏差为1"。最大偏差在实验精度范围内,证明了计算方法是正确的。 相似文献

航天遥感仪器的光学装调需要使用大型精密调节架,其俯仰角调节机构使用步进电机驱动,且传动比为非线性,因此控制难点在于如何以步进电机开环方式来实现调节架俯仰角的精确运动。通过对现有调节架的俯仰角运动机构进行建模分析,得到其运动学模型为偏心曲柄滑块机构。根据运动学公式,分析了当前使用的控制方法精度不高的原因,并提出了新的控制方法。在此基础上,为了验证新方法下调节架俯仰角的运行结果,引进了全新的测量工具一激光跟踪仪。根据测量结果,绘制出俯仰角的目标值和误差曲线图,分析误差规律并修正。经复测,俯仰角的运动精度最终达到了光学装调的要求。 相似文献

Recent commissioning of the Cooler Storage Ring at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou enabled us to conduct high-precision mass measurements at the Institute of Modern Physics in Lanzhou (IMP). In the past few years, mass measurements were performed using the CSRe-based isochronous mass spectrometry employing the fragmentation of the energetic beams of 58Ni, 78Kr, 86Kr, and 112Sn projectiles. Masses of short-lived nuclides on both sides of the stability valley were addressed. Relative mass precision of down to 10−6 ~ 10−7 is routinely achieved. The mass values were used as an input for dedicated nuclear structure and astrophysics studies, providing for instance new insights into the rp-process of nucleosynthesis in X-ray bursts. In this contribution, we briefly review the so far conducted experiments and the main achieved results, as well as outline the plans for future experiments. 相似文献

A new experiment for a high-precision measurement of the pion mass at a 1 ppm level is presented. It combines an improved
cyclotron trap that produces pionic and muonic atoms in a small volume with a doubly focusing crystal spectrometer to measure
the corresponding exotic X-ray transitions with high accuracy and a novel type of CCD detector. The muonic X-rays lines serve
as highly accurate calibration lines. The measurement has been accomplished recently. A detailed analysis of the data is on
the way.

Fritzsch type of mass matrices for the 2×2 case and appropriate Lagrangians enable the choice of Yukawa constants of the Lagrangians in terms of the gauge constants. The mass matrices for the four quarks are shown to be proportional to VL. The Cabibbo angle is computed to be 13∘36′. 相似文献

利用北京谱仪(BES)获取的2×105 J/ψ事例,首次给出J/ψ能区π±、π0、K±、K0s、ρ0.K*0、K*±、φ等介子和p、Ξ±、Σ±(1385)等重子的单举产额,并与理论模型进行比较,结果表明唯象模型向低能区的延拓是可行的. 同时得到J/ψ能区的奇异抑制因子s/u ~0.3,自旋抑制因子V/(V+P)~0.3—0.5,与ARGUS在Υ能区的测量结果一致,说明SU(6)对称性破缺在J/ψ能区也是存在的. 相似文献
