In the presence of TBAB, CuI-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of vinyl halides and aryl halides with arylboronic acids was conducted smoothly to afford the corresponding diarylethenes and polyaryls in moderate to good yields using DABCO (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) as the ligand. We also found that the inexpensive CuI/DABCO catalytic system was effective for Sonogashira cross-couplings of aryl halides and vinyl halides. A variety of aryl halides and vinyl halides including activated aryl chlorides underwent the coupling with terminal alkynes in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

Solid-state 207Pb NMR studies have been conducted on mixed lead(II) halides of the type PbFX, where X=Cl, Br, or I. NMR data for the mixed halides are compared to the solid-state NMR data for the divalent, binary lead halides, PbX2 (X=F, Cl, Br, I). The NMR data are evaluated in the context of the structures of the compounds and the effects of the mixed halides on the electronic structure of the divalent lead. Data sets for the mixed halides are discussed and compared to those for the regular lead(II) halides.  相似文献

A ligand free, copper-catalyzed N-arylation reaction of amines with diheteroaryl halides in heterogeneous medium at room temperature has been developed. The protocol is very effective for low boiling amines and useful for amines available in aqueous solution. The reaction gives chemospecific arylation of amines with diheteroaryl halides in the mixture monoheteroaryl halides, diheteroaryl halides and carbocyclic aryl halides. The reaction is also chemospecific with respect to arylation of aliphatic amines. Monoarylated piperazines were also synthesized at room temperature following this protocol.  相似文献

Rhodium(II)-catalyzed reactions of cyclic diazodicarbonyl compounds with a variety of halides have been examined. With acid halides, β-acyloxy α-haloenones are produced in good yields. With benzyl halides, β-benzyloxy α-haloenones are obtained in good yields. Reactions with methylene halides yield β-halomethoxy α-haloenones in good yields, whereas reactions with ethyl halides and ethylene dihalides result in β-hydroxy α-haloenones in high yields. These reactions provide a useful and rapid entry to β-substituted α-haloenones. The mechanistic pathway for the formation of these products has been also described in terms of halonium ylides.  相似文献

Until recently, the explosive nature of halogen azides made these compounds unsuitable for preparative uses and greatly impeded investigation of their physical properties. Reactions of ClN3 and BrN3 with metal halides, metal carbonyls, and organometallic compounds to from metal azide halides, nitride halides, carbonyl azide halides, and alkylmetal azides were reported only very recently. The stability relationships of the halogen azides are discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of tin metal with alkyl halides in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of halide ion rapidly produces very high yields of triorganotin halides. An overview of these reaction conditions and those required for the catalytic preparation of diorganotin dihalides shows that these preparations follow the normal reactivity of the alkyl halides towards nucleophiles. Both processes are satisfactorily explained by a mechanism involving tin halogenoanions as nucleophiles. A similar mechanism also explains the formation of organomagnesium and organozinc halides.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of heteroaromatic acids and their derivatives (esters and salts) by carbonylation of the corresponding halides was developed. Hetaryl halides were activated in alcoholic-alkali medium by highly active catalytic systems based on cobalt carbonyl modified with epoxides, developed previously for carbonylation of aryl halides.  相似文献

Carbene adduct of cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine exhibited highly catalytic activity for the α-arylation of ketones with aryl halides. The corresponding products were obtained in moderate to excellent yields. Such protocol was applied to various ketones and a broad scope of aryl halides including aryl chlorides, bromides as well as unactivated and sterically hindered aryl halides.  相似文献

Various benzylic halides were smoothly and directly converted into the corresponding aromatic nitriles in high yields using molecular iodine and 1,3-diiodo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin, respectively, in aq ammonia. Similarly, primary alkyl halides were also converted into corresponding nitriles in moderate to good yields using molecular iodine and 1,3-diiodo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin in aq ammonia, although a long reaction time was required. The present reaction is a new method for the preparation of aromatic nitriles from benzylic halides and a new method for the conversion of alkyl halides into corresponding nitriles with retention of the number of carbon atoms.  相似文献

Some metal halides (Mn, Co, Ni, Pb and possibly Fe) emit metal(I) halide spectra from the MECA cavity in hydrogen-nitrogen-air flames, in contrast to their behaviour in conventional aspiration flame systems. However, the emission intensity is too weak to provide sensitive analytical applications. Indium halides give intense emissions by either the MECA or aspiration method. Halogenated organic compounds give intense CH and C2 emissions. Cadmium halides give only an intense atomic emission. Sensitive methods for halides, indium, cadmium and organic compounds are thus possible. Mercury (II) halides and metal fluorides give no measurable emission in the cavity method.  相似文献

Forging a bond: An efficient, general palladium catalyst for C?O bond-forming reactions of secondary and primary alcohols with a range of aryl halides has been developed using the ligand 1. Heteroaryl halides, and for the first time, electron-rich aryl halides can be coupled with secondary alcohols. Mechanochemical synthesis of CsPbI3, as a model system for ABX3 halides, was studied. Water was shown to strongly promote the kinetics of formation of CsPbI3 from the CsI+PbI2 mixture through increased mobility of the constituting ionic species. Since many binary and ternary halides are hygroscopic, it was concluded that the presence of small, uncontrollable and unintentional additions of water should often occur in both precursor mixtures and synthesized complex halides boosting the kinetics of formation of many, if not all, ternary organic–inorganic hybrid halides such as, for example, MAPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I). In addition, trace amounts of water should influence the transport characteristics of complex halides. Thus, the presence of water explains, at least partially, the huge scatter in both the reported mechanochemical reaction times necessary for obtaining single-phase APbX3 perovskite halides and the activation energies of ionic diffusion in APbX3.  相似文献

The reaction of the dianion of phenylsulfinylacetone with alkyl halides afforded beta-keto sulfoxides, which were first chlorinated with hexachloroethane and then treated successively with KH and t-BuLi to give carboxylic acids in three-steps in moderate overall yields from the alkyl halides. This procedure affords a good method for a synthesis of carboxylic acids from alkyl halides with three-carbon elongation.  相似文献

Unimolecular decomposition kinetics of selected ethyl halides, phenethyl halides and methoxyphenethyl halides have been investigated using high level computational chemistry methods. The phenethyl halides decompose faster than the ethyl halides due to a more electronegative chlorine atom, induced by the chloroethyl functionality as an electron-withdrawing group. 1-Chloro-2-(methylthio)ethane exhibits faster dehydrochlorination than that of chloroethane/1-chloro-2-methoxyethane, owing to more polarisable C?H and C?Cl bonds in the transition structures. Calculations suggest that electronic factors rather than anchimeric assistance influence the dehydrochlorination reactions.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthetic pathway for the preparation of homoallylic halides by in situ generated MgBrCl-promoted ring opening of cyclopropylcarbinyl acetates has been established. An easily accessible one-pot synthetic protocol of 1,3-butadienes by the elimination of hydrogen halides from the resulting homoallylic halides in the presence of an excess amount of strong base has also been developed.  相似文献

Enantioselective functionalization of racemic alkyl halides is an efficient strategy to assemble complex chiral molecules, but remains one of the biggest challenges in organic chemistry. The distant and selective activation of unreactive C−H bonds in alkyl halides has received growing interest as it enables rapid generation of molecular complexity from simple building blocks. Here, we reported a cobalt-catalyzed remote borylation of alkyl (pseudo)halides (alkyl−X, X=I, Br, Cl, OTs) with pinacolborane (HBpin) and presented a robust approach for the generation of valuable chiral secondary organoboronates from racemic alkyl halides. This migration borylation reaction is compatible with primary, secondary, and tertiary bromides, offering direct access to a broad range of alkylboronates. The extension of this catalytic system to the borylation of aryl halides was also demonstrated. Preliminary mechanistic studies revealed that this remote borylation involved a radical reaction pathway.  相似文献

The example of methanesulfonyl halides has shown the possibility of initiating cationic polymerization of 2-oxazolines by alkylsulfonic acid halides. Chain propagation rate constants and activation energy of the processes have been determined. The kinetic mechanisms suggest a slow initiation of polymerization followed by fast chain propagation. It has been shown that the polymerization of 2-ethyl-2-oxazoline initiated by aliphatic sulfonyl halides proceeds predominantly at the active centers of the ionic type. The synthesis of oligo(3-sulfonyl)methacrylate-graft-poly(2-isopropyl-2-oxazoline) is described as an example of using alkylsulfonyl halides for graft copolymers.  相似文献
