The crystal structures of two new-adrenergic antagonists, derivatives of propranolol containing 2-methylalanine fragment are described in this paper. The space groups and unit-cell parameters are: compound1 (C17H21NO4): monoclinic, space groupP21/n,a=5.787(1),b=18.703(4),c=23.526(5)Å,=96.49(2)°; compound2 (C17H22N2O3): triclinic, space groupP¯1,a=8.321(1),b=10.121(1),c=10.368(1)Å,=109.49(1)°,=90.49(1)°, =103.48(1)°. The structures were solved by direct methods and refined with full matrix least-squares techniques toR indices of 0.055 and 0.049, respectively. The molecules of compound1 exist in the crystal as dual ions. The molecules of compound2 are compact and their external chain is twisted in a characteristic way (similar to that found in peptides).  相似文献

Ethyl (2Z)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-cyano-3-(methoxyamino)prop-2-enoate was prepared by reacting the lithium salt of ethyl cyanoacetate with (Z)-O-methyl-4-chloroben-zohydroximoyl fluoride. This compound crystallizes in space group Pbca,with lattice constants a=7.5740(15) ?, b=11.337(2) ?, and c=30.424(5) ? at 110 K. Characterizations include spectrometric identifications employing IR, UV, and 1H and 13C NMR. The compound exists in the solid as the enamine tautomer, with the cyano group cis to the 4-chlorophenyl group (the Z configuration). The C=C and C–N bond distances are 1.3930(16) ? and 1.3278(16) ?, respectively. The N–H group forms a bifurcated hydrogen bond with acceptors C=O (intramolecular) and C≡N (intermolecular).Supplementary material CCDC-289444 contains the supplementary crystallographic data for this paper. The crystal structure of the title compound is determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The structure is solved by the direct method. The experimental data are obtained on a DAR-UMB diffractometer by the θ-θ/2θ scan technique using MoK α radiation. The crystal is monoclinic, a = 17.913(3) Å, b = 17.239(3) Å, c = 5.501(5) Å, γ = 74.4(3)°, space group P21/a, Z = 4 for C17H22N4O, and ρcalcd = 1.211 g/cm3. The molecule consists of the phenyl and triazole rings and the dimethylamino, carbonyl, and isopropyl groups attached to the rings. The dihedral angle between the rings is 67.4°. The carbonyl oxygen atom and the triazole ring are in the trans position relative to each other. The N-C-C-O torsion angle is 172.8°. The molecule is in the Z isomeric form.  相似文献

Two compounds, [Zn(mipit)4][BF4]2 (1) and [Zn(mnbit)4][BF4]2 (2) have been synthesized and characterized via standard solid and solution state methods including single crystal X-ray crystallography (mipit: 1-methyl-3-(2-propyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione and mnbit: 1-methyl-3-(1-butyl)-2(3H)-imidazolethione). Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.804(2) ?, b = 16.710(3) ?, c = 25.763(5) ?, γ = 90.14(3)° and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in tetragonal space group $${\rm I}\bar{4}$$ with a = b = 11.6517(16) ?, c= 16.820(3) ?, and Z = 2. Both complexes are high melting, colorless water soluble 2:1 electrolyte solids that state have flattened tetrahedral ZnS4 coordination geometry. The isopropyl analog is slightly more distorted than the n-butyl analog, and the degree of distortion is not directly related to the steric bulk of the ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the enol tautomer of 1-(2-hydroxphenyl)-3-(2-thiomethoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanedione C16H14O3S, was determined from X-ray crystallography. The finalR value was 5.99% based on 1945 unique observed reflections. The crystals are monoclinic,P21/c, witha=7.406(6),b=8.585(6),c=21.992(4) Å,=93.42(2),D c =1.36 g cm–3 forz=4. The compound is present in the solid state as a unique enol tautomer.There are two short, intramolecular OO contacts of 2.553(4) and 2.577(4) Å. Both the phenol and the enol H atoms are asymmetrically located with respect to the O atoms.  相似文献

Abstract  

A new compound of (C27H25N3S) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c and crystals of (I) were found approximately 0.5:0.5 ratio to be twinned. The crystal structure is stabilized by N–H···N inter molecular hydrogen bonding. In addition to the molecular geometry and dimeric structure from X-ray experiment, the optimized molecular geometry for monomer and dimer, vibrational frequencies, atomic charges distribution, and total energies of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated using ab initio method. Density Functional Theory (B3LYP) and Hartree-Fock (HF) methods with basis sets 6-31G(d, p) and 3-21G were used in the calculations. Calculated frequencies are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data. UV-Vis absorption spectra of the compound have been ascribed to their corresponding molecular structure and electrons orbital transitions.  相似文献

The title compounds 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3, 2-h]quinoline 1 (C19H12ClN3O, M r = 333.77) and 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[b]pyran 2 were synthesized and crystallized. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenyl-1,3-propanedione crystallizes in the triclinic space group (a=5.4233(5),b=13.910(1),c=17.036(1) Å, =68.311(6), =80.854(7), =78.760(8)°) as two independent enolic tautomers in which the hydroxyl and phenolic protons are hydrogen bonded to the ketonic oxygen atom. The structure was refined toR=0.039 for 2085I3(I) reflections. 1-(1,3-Benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanedione, which belongs to the triclinic space group (a=7.3990(7),b=8.1239(5),c=14.004(1) Å, =86.673(6). =88.574(7), =64.885(7)°) also exists in the enolic form. Abstract  

The title compounds, 4-(3-nitropyridin-2-ylamino)phenol (I) and 4-(3-aminopyridin-2-ylamino)phenol (II), are two intermediates for the synthesis of a potential antitumor agent ABT-751. The reaction of 4-aminophenol with 2-chloro-3-nitropyridine yielded I which was converted into II by reduction. Instead of the Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation described in many literature, reduction with cheap sodium sulfide in aqueous media was utilized for shorting the reaction time and simplifying the operation. The crystal structures of the resultant compounds were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound I is crystallized in P21/c space group of monoclinic system, with a = 11.5236(19) ?, b = 8.7389(17) ?, c = 10.684(3) ? and α = 90.00°, β = 107.76(3)°, γ = 90.00°. The compound II is crystallized in Cc space group of monoclinic system, with a = 10.688(2) ?, b = 14.2181(18) ?, c = 7.9836(15) ? and α = 90.00°, β = 125.801(7)°, γ = 90.00°. In both crystal structures, the intermolecular N–H–O and O–H–N hydrogen bonds link the molecules, which effectively stabilize the structures.  相似文献

The crystal structure has two crystallographically independent molecules, I and II. These molecules are held together by weak intermolecular C—H···O interactions, forming a continuous chain. The crystal structures of difluoro[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato]boron(III), [BF2(C16H13O3)], and bis[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato]copper(II), [Cu(C16H13O3)2], have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The structures were solved by direct methods and electron density calculations and were refined by the full-matrix least-squares method. Difluoro[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato]-boron(III) crystallizes as yellow rhombs in the monoclinic space groupP21/c witha=11.429(3),b=11.364(4),c=11.412(4) Å,=92.19(2)°,V=1481.0(8) Å3 andZ=4. A total of 2754 unique reflections were collected. Of these 1342 were considered observed [I>3(I)] leading to a finalR-value of 0.045. Boron is tetrahedrally coordinated to the two fluorine atoms and to two oxygen atoms of the bidentate 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato ligand, C16H13O 3 . Average bond distances: C-C (aromatic) 1.378(10) Å, B-O 1.473(7) Å and B-F 1.343(4) Å. bis[2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato]copper(II) crystallizes as dark yellow-green plates in the monoclinic space groupC2/c witha=23.410(7),b=13.856(3),c=8.039(3) Å,=101.79(2)°,V=2553(1) Å3 andZ=4. Of the unique set of 3076 scanned reflections 2401 hadI>3(I) for whichR became 0.040. Copper is coordinated to four oxygen atoms, two from each of the two bidentate 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-3-phenylpropanalato ligands, in a distorted square planar manner. The molecule hasC 2 symmetry. Average bond distances: C-C (aromatic) 1.383(6) Å and Cu-O 1.896(8) Å. The crystals of both compounds consist of monomeric molecular complexes held together by van der Waals forces.  相似文献
