建立阴离子分离柱离子色谱法测定纯净水中F~-,BrO_3~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,Br~-,NO_3~- 6种微量阴离子的方法。以SH-AC-1型阴离子柱为分离柱,柱箱温度为35℃,以1.0 mmol/L Na_2CO_3为淋洗液,流量为1.5 mL/min。F~-,BrO_3~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,Br~-,NO_3~-的线性范围分别为20~320,40~800,40~640,10~200,50~1 000,50~1 000μg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.7~7.5μg/L,加标回收率在95.0%~106.3%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.41%~4.27%(n=5)。该方法测定结果准确、可靠,操作简便、快速,适用于纯净水中BrO_3~-,F~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,Br~-,NO_3~- 6种阴离子的测定。  相似文献

电化学 Stark效应是指电极溶液界面的吸附物或金属-吸附物之间的化学键的振动频率随电极电势而发生变化的现象.研究该效应,可以更好地理解吸附物与基底的相互作用(如吸附构型、吸附取向和覆盖度等随电位的变化),也可反过来推断电极基底的电子构型及其随电势的变化规律,对理解电化学双电层的结构以及电催化反应的构效关系都很有帮助.多年以来,电极表面吸附 CO的电化学 Stark效应广受关注,是由于 CO为很多小分子氧化的中间产物,研究 CO的谱学行为,可加深对 CO以及其它能产生 CO中间物有机小分子的电催化氧化机理和动力学的理解;另一方面, CO与过渡金属之间普遍存在s给电子以及p反馈电子作用,因此 CO也可作为探针分子,通过考察 COad以及 M–COad的振动频率的变化,可推断相应条件下基底的电子与几何结构等信息.
  本文使用电化学原位表面增强拉曼技术,在一个大的电势范围内考察了 Au@Pd纳米粒子薄膜电极上饱和吸附 CO的振动光谱行为,以期更好地理解 COad与基底的成键作用与电极电势之间的关系.由于纯 Pd电极表面的拉曼信号太弱,实验使用具有核壳结构的 Au@Pd纳米粒子薄膜作为模型电极,并利用 Au核的拉曼增强特性.宽广的电势范围约–1.5到0.55V vs. NHE,通过使用酸性、中性以及碱性电解质得以实现.实验考察的电势上限由 COad氧化起始电位决定,而下限由强烈氢析干扰测量所限制.结果表明,在检测的电势范围内, C–OM(M指在电极表面的桥式吸附CO和穴位吸附 CO所形成的谱带重叠)和 Pd–COM键的振动频率可以分为三段: dνC–OM/dE在–1.5~–1.2 V范围内是185~207 cm–1/V,在–1.2~–0.15 V是83~84 cm–1/V,在–0.2~0.55 V是43 cm–1/V;而 dνPd–COM/dE在–1.5~–1.2 V范围内是–10~–8 cm–1/V,在–1.2~–0.15 V是–31~–30 cm–1/V,在–0.2~0.55 V是–15 cm–1/V.与同时记录的极化曲线对比,认为在中性和碱性介质中所观察到 dνC–OM/dE在–1.2 V附近的急剧变化与电极表面发生了强烈的析氢反应有关.另外,结合密度泛函理论模型计算,认为共吸附的 H减少了 COad从桥式构型到穴位构型的转变,在酸性介质中这种变化不明显,可能是由于对应的电势较高,桥式吸附的 CO比例越大,桥式向穴位的转变本身相对较少.  相似文献

Ab initio density functional theory (DFT) and density function perturbation theory (DFPT) have been used to investigate the thermal properties of the Al–Mg–Sc, Al–Mg–Zr and Al–Mg–Sc–Zr alloys over a wide range of temperature and pressure. Phonon dispersions are obtained at equilibrium and strained configurations by DFPT. Using the quasiharmonic approximation (QHA) for the free energy, several physical quantities of interest such as thermal Grüneisen parameter, heat capacity at constant pressure and at constant volume, thermal expansion coefficient, entropy, adiabatic bulk modulus and isothermal bulk modulus as a function of temperature and pressure are calculated and discussed. The present results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of the Al–Mg–Sc–Zr is far lower than that of Al–Mg–Sc and Al–Mg–Zr, and the variation features in the adiabatic bulk modulus and isothermal bulk modulus for the Al–Mg–Sc–Zr are also very different from that of Al–Mg–Sc and Al–Mg–Zr.  相似文献

The neutral part of the acetone extract from the bark of Pinus luchuensis Mayer has been investigated and found to consist of alkanes (C22–C34) and triterpenes of serratene type. A series of pyrrole–2–carboxamide derivatives ( 4a–j ) were synthesized and evaluated for theirantibacterial activity. Among the tested compounds, the most effective were 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4g and 4h with MIC value in the range of 1.05–12.01 μg/mL against Gram–positive and Gramnegativebacterial strains. Further, the synthesized compounds have been screened for their invitro antifungal activity. In the present study, design and expeditious synthesis of novel 1–(4–chlorobenzyl)–N–(4–methoxybenzyl)–1H–pyrrole–2–carboxamide hybrid molecules as promising antibacterial agents.  相似文献

The Fe–Cr–Ni and Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta alloy films were deposited on quartz substrates by magnetron-sputtering using targets of AISI 316 stainless steel and in combination with pure tantalum. The conventional melting of the Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta alloy formed is virtually impossible because the melting point of tantalum is higher than the boiling points of the other components. Elemental content of the films was determined by XPS analysis. Corrosion behaviour of both alloy films was studied in 5% NaCl and 10 M HCl by electrochemical quartz crystal microgravimetry (EQCM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and dc-voltammetry. The corrosion resistance of Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta appeared to be significantly higher than that of Fe–Cr–Ni in both neutral (5% NaCl) and strongly acidic (10 M HCl) media. The Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta specimen exhibited an extremely high corrosion resistance in 10 M HCl, where the corrosion rates were about one order of magnitude lower than those of Fe–Cr–Ni in neutral solution. EQCM measurements in NaCl solution indicated accumulation of corrosion products on the Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta surface, which was evident from a distinctive increase in electrode mass. By contrast, the mass of the tantalum-free alloy film decreased with a constant rate, which indicated alloy dissolution to prevail. The corrosion current calculated from the mass decrease was in good agreement with that derived from voltammetric measurements. The EQCM data showed that the corrosion resistance of the Fe–Cr–Ni–Ta alloy film in 10 M HCl was about two orders of magnitude higher than that of the Fe–Cr–Ni.  相似文献

In the present work, a series of eight new imidazole, 4,5–dichloroimidazole, 4,5–diphenylimidazole and benzimidazole based nitro–functionalized mono–N –heterocyclic carbene (NHC)–silver(I) acetate ( 7a–d ) and bis–NHC–silver(I) hexafluorophosphate complexes ( 8a–d ) were synthesised by the reaction of the corresponding azolium hexafluorophosphate salts ( 6a–d ) with silver(I) acetate and silver(I) oxide in methanol and acetonitrile, respectively. All the synthesised compounds were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Additionally, the structure of bis–(1–benzyl–3–(p –nitrobenzyl)–4,5–dichloroimidazole–2–ylidene)silver(I) hexafluorophosphate complex ( 8b ) was confirmed by single crystal X–ray diffraction analysis. Preliminary in vitro antibacterial evaluation was conducted for all the compounds ( 6a–d) , ( 7a–d) , and ( 8a–d) by Kirby–Bauer's disc diffusion method followed by the determination of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) from broth macrodilution method against five standard bacteria; two Gram–positive bacterial strains (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and three Gram–negative bacterial strains ( Escherichia coli , Shigella sonnei, and Salmonella typhi). All the hexafluorophosphate salts ( 6a – d) were found inactive against the tested bacterial strains and their corresponding mono– and bis–NHC–silver(I) complexes ( 7a–d and 8a–d ) exhibited moderate to high antibacterial activity with MIC value in the range 8–128 μg/mL. In addition, preliminary in vitro anticancer potential of all the silver(I) complexes ( 7a–d and 8a–d ) was determined against the human derived breast adenocarcinoma cells (MCF 7) by MTT assay. All the mono– and bis–NHC–silver(I) complexes ( 7a–d and 8a–d ) orchestrated high anticancer potential with IC50 values ranging from 10.39 to 59.56 nM. In comparison, mono– NHC–silver(I) complexes performed better than the bis–NHC–silver(I) complexes.  相似文献

Binary blends of poly(2,6–dimethyl–1,4–phenylene oxide) (PPE) with various styrene copolymers were investigated. Poly(styrene–co–acrylonitrile) (SAN), poly[styrene–co–(methyl methacrylate)] (SMMA), poly[styrene–co–(acrylic acid)] (SAA) and poly[styrene–co–(maleic anhydride)] (SMA) are only miscible with PPE when the amount of comonomer is rather small. From calculated binary interaction densities it can be concluded that the strong repulsion between PPE and comonomer limits miscibility. In blends of PPE with SAN, as well as with ABS, the inter-facial tension between the blend components is significantly reduced upon addition of polystyrene–block–poly–(methyl methacrylate) diblock copolymers (PS–b–PMMA) and polystyrene–block–poly (ethylene–co–butylene)–block–poly–(methyl methacrylate) triblock copolymers (PS–b–PEB–b–PMMA). They show a profound influence on morphology, phase adhesion and mechanical blend properties.  相似文献

Bubble points of the HCl–water–isopropanol and the HCl–water–isopropanol–benzene systems and liquid–liquid equilibria (LLE) of the HCl–water–benzene and the HCl–water– isopropanol–benzene systems were measured at 25–85°C and 30–70°C, respectively. The electrolyte nonrandom two-liquid model proposed by Chen et al. [C.-C. Chen, H.I. Britt, J.F. Boston, L.B. Evans, AIChE J. 28 (1982) 588–596] can satisfactorily correlate bubble points and liquid–liquid equilibria of the present mixed-solvent electrolyte systems over the entire range of temperature and concentrations using only binary adjustable parameters.  相似文献

The fragmentation chemistry of protonated H–Val–Asn–OH, H–Val–Gln–OH and H–Val–Lys–OH is investigated in this work by means of modeling and density functional theory calculations. Former experimental studies indicate that the ratio of a 1 and y 1 ions cannot be explained by considering the proton affinities of the corresponding dissociating species on the a 1y 1 pathway, while the fragmentation of other dipeptides can be understood in this way. We demonstrate that considering the correct PA value for H–Asn–OH eliminates the deviation observed for H–Val–Asn–OH. The larger than expected a 1/y 1 ratio of H–Val–Gln–OH is explained by considering the dissociation kinetics of the proton-bound dimers formed on the a 1y 1 pathway and competition of the deamidation and a 1y 1 channels. For H–Val–Lys–OH, it is proposed that a 1 ions are indeed formed from one of the primary products, protonated H–Val–Cap–OH.  相似文献

The intrinsic viscosity of a polymer in a solvent mixture is related to the excess free energy of the solvents. Intrinsic viscosities at different temperatures are obtained for poly-2-vinylpyridine–chloroform–ethyl alcohol, poly(methyl methacrylate)–chloroform–ethyl alcohol, polystyrene–cyclohexane–benzene, polystyrene–dioxane–chloroform, and polystyrene–cyclohexane–ethanol. Purification of the 11S proteasome regulator from mouse brain was optimized; the subunit composition of the isolated protein was determined by Western blot. The dependency of 20S proteasome peptidase activity on the molar concentration of the 11S regulator was examined. The Michaelis constants of hydrolysis of the specific fluorescent substrates Suc–Leu–Leu–Val–Tyr–AMC, Ac–Arg–Leu–Arg–AMC, and Z–Leu–Leu–Glu–AMC by the 20S proteasome from BALB/c mouse brain and the 20S–11S complex were determined. It was shown that the 11S particle has almost no influence on binding of specific fluorescent substrates to the 20S proteasome, but strongly accelerates hydrolysis of all three substrates, while not affecting the rate of peptide substrate hydrolysis by the 26S proteasome.  相似文献

Cu-based quaternary shape memory alloys were extensively investigated alloy in last decade. In this study, Cu–Al–Mn, Cu–Al–Mn–V and Cu–Al–Mn–Cd shape memory alloys were produced by arc melting. We have investigated the effects of the alloying elements on the characteristic transformation temperatures, variations in structure and microstructure. The characterization of the transformation temperatures was studied by the differential scanning calorimetry. It was observed that the addition of the vanadium and cadmium decreases the characteristic transformation temperatures. The structural changes of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction measurements and optical microscope observations. The crystal structure of the martensite Cu–Al–Mn, Cu–Al–Mn–V and Cu–Al–Mn–Cd shape memory alloys were identified as M18 at room temperature. The crystallite sizes of the alloys were determined. The microstructure of the alloy was studied with the help of optical microscope and V-type martensites with different orientations were detected. Microhardness value of the alloys were found between 194 and 211 Hv.  相似文献

Synthesis and radical polymerization of a novel optically active methacrylate, (S)–2–tert–butoxycarbonylamino–3–phenylpropyl methacrylate (MA–F–BOC), were examined. MA–F–BOC was synthesized from methacrylic acid and N–protected (L)–phenylalaninol. Radical polymerization of MA–F–BOC quantitatively afforded the corresponding polymethacrylate with a relatively high molecular weight. Radical copolymerizations of MA–F–BOC were carried out with styrene and acrylamide to afford the copolymers. Radical polymerization of MA–F–BOC in the presence of n–butanethiol afforded the oligomers, whose degrees of polymerizations were 3.3–8.0. 建立离子色谱法测定核电站一回路冷却剂中痕量氟离子F~-,氯离子Cl~-,硫酸根离子SO_4~(2-)的方法。采用80 mmol/L硼酸溶液配合氢氧化钾淋洗液发生器在线生成淋洗液,梯度洗脱,淋洗液流量为1.2 mL/min,在选定的分析条件下,NO_2~-,NO_3~-,PO_4~(3-)和CO_3~(2-)不干扰F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的测定。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的质量浓度与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.999 8,0.999 5,0.999 7,线性范围分别为0.85~30.0,2.65~30.0,2.00~30.0μg/L。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.56%~1.58%,0.85%~3.62%,1.21%~4.60%(n=7)。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的加标回收率分别为98%~104%,98%~108%,93%~108%。该方法快速、准确,满足核电站一回路冷却剂中痕量F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的检测要求。  相似文献

Optimizing a function with respect to a set of variables using the quasi‐Newton–Raphson method implies updating the Hessian matrix at each iteration. The Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno update formula is used for minimization and the Murtagh–Sargent–Powell update formula for optimization of first‐order saddle points. Two new formulae are proposed to update the Hessian matrix. One of these formulae is derived using exponential weights and should be used to locate first‐order saddle points. The second formula is a modification of the TS–Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno update and could used for both minimum and first‐order saddle point optimizations. These two update Hessian matrix formulae present a performance that is the same and in many cases better that the Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno and Murtagh–Sargent–Powell formulae. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Graphene oxide–polydopamine–Au (GO–PDA–Au) nanoscrolls were prepared by rolling up GO–PDA–Au sheets through a simple lyophilization method. The structure of GO–PDA–Au nanoscrolls and GO–PDA–Au sheets were compared by powder X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectra, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The results demonstrated that the heterogeneous GO–PDA–Au nanoscrolls were synthesized successfully. Polydopamine (PDA) attached at the surface of GO sheets served as binding reagents to anchor and disperse Au nanoparticles (NPs). The electrocatalytic activity of methanol with GO–PDA–Au nanoscrolls and GO–PDA–Au sheets as electrodes were conducted. Compared to GO–PDA–Au sheets, GO–PDA–Au nanoscrolls showed better electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability owing to their scrolled structure. This article provides a simple and effective method to prepare GO nanoscrolls containing metal NPs that broadens the applications of the graphene‐based materials in optical, magnetic, and catalytic fields.  相似文献

1H and 13C NMR spectra of AC–PSer–Gly, Ala–PSer–Gly and Gly–PSer–Phe have been measured and analysed as a function of pD. The NMR parameters of the PSeryl side chain are a function of the sequence. The second titration step of the phosphate group (pK2 = 5.7) is much more difficult to detect in Ac–PSer–Gly and Ala–PSer–Gly than in Gly–PSer–Phe. The conformation in which H-α? C-α? C-β? O? P forms a planar W-type arrangement predominates only for Ala–PSer–Gly. In the other two phosphopeptides the gauche conformations contribute increasingly, in particular for Gly–PSer–Phe.  相似文献
