沉淀溶解法制备纳米硫化锌   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
以烷基黄原酸锌和硫化钠分别为锌源和硫源,采用烷基黄原酸锌沉淀溶解法制备了粒度可调、粒径分布比较窄的面心硫化锌纳米粒子,利用比表面积(BET)测定、透射电镜(TEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)等方法对合成的硫化锌纳米粒子进行了表征。结果表明随着烷基黄原酸锌链长的增长,通过添加硫化钠而生成的硫化锌纳米粒子的粒径逐渐减小。本文还对沉淀溶解法制备纳米硫化锌的溶液化学反应机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

随着社会经济的高速发展,能源的短缺和生态的破坏引起了人们的关注。近年来,寻找合适的解决方案已成为关注的重点。作为一种绿色环保技术,光催化由于其高效、低成本等优点而成为能源和环境问题的研究热点。在许多光催化材料中,三元硫化物硫化铟锌(ZnIn2S4)由于具有可见光响应特性、简单的制备方法和出色的稳定性而表现出巨大的潜力。然而,较高的载流子复合率限制了其光催化性能。近年来,许多研究报道了改性ZnIn2S4以提高其光催化性能,在此,本文详细介绍了各种改性研究,包括ZnIn2S4单体的合成、半导体化合物的结构、贵金属沉积、碳元素改性、离子掺杂。然后,系统完整地总结了ZnIn2S4在光催化、降解有机污染物、去除六价铬、还原CO2和有机合成等方面表现出的光催化特性和机理。最后,对ZnIn2S4的发展前景提出了展望,以期ZnIn2S4光催化剂得到更广泛和深入的研究,尽快在实际生产中得到应用。  相似文献

Connected zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles are successfully synthesized by a simple solution‐based chemical route that uses evaporation and concentration technology. The influences of processing parameters, especially the evaporation and concentration time on the size and morphology of the nanoparticles, have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high‐resolution TEM (HRTEM). The structure and optical properties are systematically characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), UV/Vis spectrophotometery, and fluorescence spectroscopy (FL). It is found that the average diameter and morphology are strongly affected by the evaporation and concentration time. Additionally, the formation mechanism of the nanoparticles is also discussed. The studies revealed that the evaporation and concentration are important aggregation or nucleation processes for ZnO growth, which leads to the macro‐differences in morphology. These results provide some insight into the growth mechanism of ZnO nanostructures. The synthetic strategy developed in this study may also be extended to the preparation of other nanomaterials and promising applications in various fields of nanotechnology.  相似文献

A stable aqueous colloid solution of zinc sulfide (ZnS) nanoparticles was obtained by chemical condensation using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt. The mechanism of prolonged aggregative stability of solution at pH 7–8 with ~7-nm nanoparticles was determined as a result of the zeta potential measurements by dynamic light scattering. The blue and red shifts of the fundamental absorption edge of zinc sulfide semiconductor nanoparticles associated with the small size of nanoparticles and the defective state of their surface were found by optical spectrophotometry.  相似文献

铜锌锡硫(CZTS)半导体常作为对电极材料被应用于量子点敏化太阳能电池(QDSCs)中,然而效率一直低于4%。本文采用热注入法合成出纳米尺寸的CZTS并制成对电极(CZTS/FTO),用其组装的Cd Se QDSCs和Cd Se Te QDSCs的效率(PCE)分别达到了5.75%和7.64%。电化学阻抗谱、塔菲尔极化等表征证明电池效率的提高与CZTS良好的导电性及催化活性联系密切。  相似文献

在细菌纤维素纳米纤维网络结构中采用吐伦试剂与含醛基化合物原位反应生成纳米银颗粒, 制备了纳米银/细菌纤维素(n-Ag/BC)复合凝胶膜, 研究了不同反应条件对复合材料的银含量、 化学结构和晶体结构的影响以及n-Ag/BC的微观结构和纳米银在纤维素网络中的存在形态; 探讨了纳米银颗粒在纤维素网络中的形成机理; 采用伤口常见细菌之一金黄色葡萄球菌测试了n-Ag/BC的抑菌性能; 将n-Ag/BC与胎鼠表皮细胞共培养考察了材料的生物相容性. 研究结果表明, 在细菌纤维素纳米网络结构中可生成直径约为几十纳米的单质纳米银粒子; n-Ag/BC的银含量随着吐伦试剂浓度的增加而增加, 同时银含量还取决于含醛基化合物的用量; 原位反应生成纳米银粒子后细菌纤维素的晶型和结晶度没有发生变化; 纳米银颗粒在细菌纤维素纳米网络结构的交叉处生成, 复合材料n-Ag/BC对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到99%以上, 不影响细胞的增殖和分化过程, 具有良好的生物相容性, 是一种有广阔应用前景的创伤修复抗感染材料.  相似文献

以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为前驱体, 采用液相反应在全氟磺酸离子交换膜(Nafion)中自组装得到了均匀分布、单分散的纳米CdS晶体;与文献报道的前驱体如Na2S和H2S不同, TAA可以在全氟磺酸离子膜中均匀扩散, 最终在Nafion薄膜中得到均匀分布的纳米CdS晶体. 利用高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能量散射X射线分析(EDXA)研究了Nafion薄膜模板中CdS纳米晶体的形成机理、晶粒大小和分布;采用紫外- 可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析了Nafion薄膜中单分散纳米CdS晶体的光学性质. 结果表明, 随CdS纳米晶体尺寸的减小, 量子尺寸效应明显增强;在紫外吸收谱中表现为吸收边明显蓝移, 而在光致发光谱中, 表现为带边发射的蓝移.  相似文献

This study focuses on in situ synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles on the surface of multiwalled carbon nanotubes. By microwave-assisted chemical reaction of Zn(Ac)2·2H2O and NaS·9H2O in glycol solution with carbon nanotubes, which were pretreated by oxidization in concentrated HNO3. Zinc sulfide crystallite densely supported on carbon nanotubes with the diameter about 1 nm. The carbon nanotubes decorated by ZnS were characterized using transmission electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. It is found that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes can not only act as a substrate but also change the crystal structures of ZnS in the reaction.  相似文献

The effect of using different solvothermal approaches, involving heat‐up and hot‐injection routes, on the phase, morphology and optical properties of tin sulfide nanoparticles using novel dibutyltin(IV) p‐methylphenyl dithiocarbamate as single source precursor compound have been studied. Dibutyltin(IV) p‐methylphenyldithiocarbamate was synthesized and characterized using various spectroscopic techniques (FT‐IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn), and elemental analysis. TG analysis, studied under nitrogen, revealed tin sulfide of the rare mixed‐valence binary phase (Sn2S3) as the final residue at the end of the decomposition process. The samples presented as SnS1 and SnS2 obtained by the heat‐up and hot injection routes respectively, at 220 °C and in the presence of oleylamine as surfactant, revealed the α‐cubic phase of SnS with Herzenbergite structure. The X‐ray diffraction analysis of the nanoparticles also revealed patterns which showed preferred growth along (111) orientation; hence, favoring anisotropic shapes which were more distinct at higher magnification images of the TEM as a pseudo spherical morphology tending toward the formation of short rods. The optical property of the nanoparticles exhibited a blue shift in the bandgap energy with respect to the bulk, which is an evidence of quantum confinement effect.  相似文献

采用多元醇方法制备了硫化镉纳米粒子, 利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等技术对样品的微观结构、粒径大小和形貌进行了分析. 结果表明, 所得硫化镉纳米粒子粒径均一, 形貌均为球形. 光致发光性质研究结果表明, 所得纳米粒子具有较好的蓝光发射性能.  相似文献
