Zinc enolates derived from 2,2-dibromoindan-1-one and 2,2-dibromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one reacted with 2-arylmethylidenemalononitriles, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enoates, and N-substituted 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enamides to give, respectively, 3-aryl-1′-oxo-1′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indene]-2-2-dicarbonitriles, 3-aryl-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2,2-dicarbonitriles, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyano-1′-oxo-1′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indene]-2-carboxylates, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyano-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2-carboxylates, and N-substituted 3-aryl-2-cyanol-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2-carboxamides as a single diastereoisomer. The stereoconfiguration of the products was determined by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The Magnetic Properties of NaMnP, NaMnAs, NaMnSb, NaMnBi, LiMnAs, and KMnAs, Characterized by Neutron Diffraction Experiments Neutron diffraction experiments led to the determination of the antiferromagnetic spin structures of NaMnP, NaMnAs, NaMnSb, NaMnBi, LiMnAs and KMnAs. For the sodium compounds an arrangement was found that can be described in the crystallographic cell; in the case of LiMnAs and KMnAs the c-axes have to be doubled. The Shubnikov-groups are P4/n′m′m′ and P4/n′cc, respectively. The values determined for the magnetic moments can be correlated with the crystal field splittings in the AMnX-structures.  相似文献

A series of 3,3′-bismaleimidodiphenylsulphone/allylamine (3,3′-BDS/A) adducts were prepared by reacting 3,3′-BDS with various molar percentages of allylamine (A). The reaction path, revealed by a model compound study of n-phenylmaleimide reacting with allylamine, indicates that the imido ring of 3,3′-BDS was opened by allylamine resulting in the formation of two amido groups. The infrared and mass spectra of curing 3,3′-BDS/A adducts indicate that the allylamino groups cleaved with the recovery of imido ring of 3,3′-BDS and then participated in the cure reactions. The cure reaction paths depend on the amount of allylamino groups in the 3,3′-BDS/A adducts. When it is in a small amount, the cleaved allylamines will accelerate the homopolymerization of 3,3′-BDS through the maleimide double bonds. When allylamino groups are plentiful, the cleaved allylamines might polymerize by themselves through the allyl groups. Abstract

By changing the ancillary ligands, three new zinc-based coordination polymers (CPs), {[Zn(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)4]·(TDC)·(H2O)}n (1), [Zn(2,2′-dmbpy)(TDC)]n (2), and [Zn2(3,3′-dmbpy)(TDC)2]n (3) (H2TDC =2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bpy =4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-dmbpy =2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine, 3,3′-dmbpy =3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine) have been synthesized under the same reaction conditions (H2O, pH =7–8, and 140°C) and were structurally characterized. 1 is a linear chain structure and further connected into a 3-D structure through hydrogen bonds. 2 shows a 2-D (4,4) network when the dinuclear [Zn2(COO)4N2] building unit is regarded as a six-connected node. 3 has a twofold-interpenetrating 3-D zinc-organic framework pcu topology. Furthermore, 1–3 show strong photoluminescence at room temperature in the solid state, and the catalytic activities of 1–3 for degradation of methyl orange in a Fenton-like process have been investigated. The results suggest that the ancillary ligands influence the final resulting CPs.  相似文献

Application of a 30% aqueous potassium carbonate solution for the condensation of 1,2-hydrazinedicaboxamidine with 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentanedione leads to the formation of 4,4′-dimethyl-6,6′-bis(trifluoromethyl)-2,2′-hydrazopyrimidine, with 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-hexanedione to 4,4′-diethyl-6,6′-bis-(trifluoromethyl)-2,2′-hydrazopyrimidine. 2-Guanidinoamino-4-methyl-6-trifluoromethylpyridine formed as an intermediate in this reacton may be isolated, while 4-ethyl-2-guanidinoamino-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidine undergoes cyclization to yield 2-amino-5-ethyl-7-trifluoromethyl-s-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine.  相似文献

Luteochrome isolated from the tubers of a white-fleshed variety of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas LAM .) has been shown by HPLC, 1H-NMR and CD spectra to consist of a mixture of (5R,6S,5′R,8′R)- and (5R,6S,5′R,8′S)- 5,6:5′,8′-diepoxy-5,6,5′,8′-tetrahydro-β,β-carotene ( 1 and 2 , resp.). Therefore, its precursor is (5R,6S,5′R,6′S)-5,6:5′,6′-diepoxy-5,6,5′,6′-tetrahydro-β,β-carotene ( 4 ). This is the first identification of luteochrome as a naturally occurring carotenoid and, at the same time, gives the first clue to the as yet unknown chirality of the widespread β,β-carotene diepoxide. These facts demonstrate that the enzymic epoxidation of the β-end group occurs from the α-side, irrespective of the presence of OH groups on the ring.  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 7′-arylspiro{adamantane-[2,3′]-(1′,2′,4′,5′,7′-tetraoxazocanes)} by the ring transformation reaction of spiro{adamantane-[2,3’]-(1′,2′,4′,5′,7′-pentaoxacane)} with arylamines in the presence of Sm(NO3)3·6H2O as the catalyst. NMR signals of the synthesized compounds were assigned considering the conformation dynamics of the tetraoxazocane ring with two rigid peroxide bonds. The structures of some of the compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction. The thermal stability of single crystal was determined by DSC method. Compounds 7′-(2-methylphenyl)spiro{adamantane-[2,3′]-(1′,2′,4′,5′,7′-tetraoxazocane)} and 7′-(4-fluorophenyl)spiro{adamantane-[2,3′]-(1′,2′,4′,5′,7′-tetraoxazocane)} exhibited cytotoxicity towards cancer cells.  相似文献

Aromatic polyesters connected by methylene groups were synthesized. Two pairs of aromatic diacid chlorides, 3,3′-methylenedibenzoyl chloride and 4,4′-methylenedibenzoyl chloride were each polymerized via interfacial polycondensation with 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane (bisphenol A), 3,3′-methylenediphenol, and 4,4′-methylenediphenol. For comparison, 3,3′-carbonyldibenzoyl chloride and 4,4′-carbonyldibenzoyl chloride were similarly polymerized with bisphenol A. Substitution of meta,meta' oriented phenylene groups for para,para' oriented phenylene groups had a significant and cumulative effect in reducing the glass transition temperatures of the polymers, thereby enhancing their processability. In air the methylene groups of the polyesters undergo oxidation and crosslinking at elevated temperatures. Electron beam irradiation of thin films of the methylene-linked polyesters at room temperature resulted in some chain extension and crosslinking, as evidenced by increased solution viscosity and gel formation. Irradiation at a temperature near or above the glass transition temperatures of the polymers greatly enhanced the tendency for the polymers to crosslink.  相似文献

The assignment of the proton spectrum of 3′,4′-anhydrovinblastine is reported. Assignments are made for several protons for which only approximate assignments were available previously. Homonuclear TOCSY and ROESY spectra were utilized in conjunction with HMQC and HMBC spectra in making the assignment. Correlations in the ROESY spectrum suggested a preferred conformation of the cleavamine (upper) portion of 3′,4′-anhydrovinblastine in which the 21-methyl of the 20/21 ethyl group of the vindo-line (lower) portion is in proximity to the H14′ and 16′-NH resonances of the cleavamine. In a Monte Carlo search, the global minimal energy structure was oriented with the 16-methoxyl group oriented toward the H14′ and 16′-NII resonances. Two other structures, the second and tenth lowest in energy, 0,2 kJ and 8 kJ higher in energy, respectively, brought the 21-methyl group in proximity to the H14′ and 16′-NH resonances in a fashion consistent with the ROESY data. The preferred solution conformation of 3′,4′-anhy-drovinblastine is consistent with the reported solution conformation of vinblastine.  相似文献

A 2-D coordination polymer with mixed ligands, [Zn2(BDC)(4,4′-bipy) (HCOO)2] (1) (BDC, 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate; 4,4′-bipy, 4,4′-bipyridine), has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction. Compound 1 provides the first coordination polymer structure constructed by bridging BDC, 4,4′-bipy, and formate. Both BDC and 4,4′-bipy link zincs alternatively, resulting in a zigzag coordination chain; adjacent chains are further linked by formates to form an infinite extended 2-D folding screen layer. The synthesis mechanism and fluorescence property are discussed.  相似文献

Three novel fluorene‐containing poly(arylene ethynylene)s with amino‐functionalized side groups were synthesized through the Sonogashira reaction. They were poly{9,9‐bis[6′‐(N,N‐diethylamino)hexyl]‐2,7‐fluorenylene ethynylene}‐altco‐{2,5‐bis[3′‐(N,N‐diethylamino)‐1′‐oxapropyl]‐1,4‐phenylene} ( P1 ), poly{9,9‐bis[6′‐(N,N‐diethylamino)hexyl]‐2,7‐fluorenylene ethynylene} ( P2 ), and poly({9,9‐bis[6′‐(N,N‐diethylamino)hexyl]‐2,7‐fluorenylene ethynylene}‐altco‐(1,4‐phenylene)) ( P3 ). Through the postquaternization treatment of P1 – P3 with methyl iodide, we obtained their cationic water‐soluble conjugated polyelectrolytes (WSCPs): P1′ – P3′ . The water solubility was gradually improved from P3′ to P1′ with increasing contents of hydrophilic side chains. After examining the ultraviolet–visible absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, fluorescence lifetimes, and dynamic light scattering data, we propose that with the reduction of the water solubility from P1′ to P3′ , they exhibited a gradually increased degree of aggregation in H2O. The PL quantum yields of P1′ – P3′ in H2O displayed a decreasing tendency consistent with the increased degree of aggregation, suggesting that the pronounced degree of aggregation was an important reason for the low PL quantum yields of WSCPs in H2O. Two structurally analogous water‐soluble trimers of P2′ and P3′ , model compounds 2,7‐bis(9″,9″‐bis{6‴‐[(N,N‐diethyl)‐N‐methylammonium] hexyl}‐2″‐fluorenylethynyl)‐9,9‐bis{6′‐[(N,N‐diethyl)‐N‐methylammonium]hexyl}fluorene hexaiodide and 1,4‐bis(9′,9′‐bis{6″‐[(N,N‐diethyl)‐N‐methylammonium]hexyl}‐2′‐fluorenylethynyl)benzene tetraiodide, were synthesized. The amplified fluorescence quenching of these WSCPs by Fe(CN)64− in H2O was studied by comparison with a corresponding analogous trimer. The preparation of polyamides from derivatives of optically active biphenic acid is described. The diacid chlorides chosen were 2,2′-dinitro-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-4,4′-dicarbonyl chloride and 2,2′-dichloro-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-4,4′-dicarbonyl chloride, the diamines were phenyldiamines (o-, m-, p-) piperazine, trans-2,5-dimethylpiperazine, and 1,2-piperaazolidine. Polymerization was carried out by the method of interfacial polycondensation. The polymers of aromatic diamines were insoluble in common organic solvents but soluble in dimethylformamide containing 5% lithium chloride, triesters of phosphoric acid, and methanesulfonic acid. The polymers of aliphatic diamines were also insoluble in common organic solvents but soluble in trifluoroethanol. All polymers had melting points higher than 280°C.  相似文献

New fluoroalkyl-containing 2,2′-(biphenyl-4,4′-diyldihydrazono)bis(1,3-diketones) and 2,2′-(biphenyl-4,4′-diyldihydrazono)bis(3-oxopropionates) were synthesized by azo coupling of the corresponding 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds with biphenyl-4,4′-bis(diazonium) dichloride. Complexing ability of the obtained bis-hydrazones was studied, and new coordination compounds of the general formula M2L2 [where M = Ni(II), Cu(II); L = fluoroalkyl-containing 2,2′-(biphenyl-4,4′-diyldihydrazono)bis(1,3-diketone)] were obtained.  相似文献

Reaction of 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-binaphthyl with selenium followed by air oxidation gives a mixture of dinaph-thoselenophene and dimer and oligomers of 2,2′-diseleno-1,1′-binaphthyl. 2,2′-Dilithio-1,1′-biphenyl reacts with selenium to afford dibenzo[c,e][1,2]diselenin. Structures of the dimeric 2,2′-diseleno-1,1′-binaphthyl and dibenzo[c,e][1,2]diselenin have been confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analyses. Similar reaction of 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-binaphthyl with sulfur or tellurium gives a mixture of dinaphthothiophene and dinaphtho[2,1-c:-1′,2′-e][1,2]dithiin or a mixture of dinaphthotellurophene and oligomer of 2,2′-ditelluro-1,1′-binaphthyl, respectively. Dibenzotellurophene and oligomer of 2,2′-ditelluro-1,1′-biphenyl are obtained from reaction of 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-biphenyl with tellurium.  相似文献
