The thermodynamic properties of the reaction of amide and formaldehyde were calculated via B3LYP method when substituents chosen included CH3,CH2CH3,CH2CH2CH3,CH2CH2CH2CH3,CH(CH3)2,CH2CH(CH3)2,CH(CH3)CH2CH3 and C(CH3)3.Based on the optimization of the structures for reactants and products,the thermodynamic functions of all the species for an actual state were obtained.The thermodynamic data and the equilibrium constants were investigated within a temperature range of 300―343.15 K.The calculated results show that the reaction is exothermic and spontaneous.The trends of all thermodynamic properties are consistent with the temperature.The preferential order of the substituent effect is CH2CH(CH3)2CH(CH3)CH2CH3CH2CH2CH2CH3 CH2CH2CH3CH2CH3≈CH(CH3)2C(CH3)3≈CH3.  相似文献

研究了在9.84 – 11.80 eV光子能量范围内1-丙醇和2-丙醇的光电离和离解光电离,测量了1-丙醇离解电离产生的碎片离子CH3CH2CH2OH+, CH3CH2CHOH+, CH2CH2OH+, CH3CH2CH2+, CH3CH=CH2+和CH2OH+及2-丙醇离解电离产生的碎片离子CH3CH(OH)CH3+, CH3C(OH)CH3+, CH3CHOH+, CH2=CHOH+, CH3CHCH3+和CH3CH=CH2+的光电离效率谱,得到了这些离子的出现势。结合从头算理论计算,给出了1-丙醇的碎片离子CH3CH2CHOH+, CH2CH2OH+, CH3CH2CH2+, CH3CH=CH2+, CH2OH+和2-丙醇的碎片离子CH3C(OH)CH3+, CH3CHOH+, CH2=CHOH+, CH3CHCH3+, CH3CH=CH2+等的解离通道和解离能。理论计算结果与实验结果符合得很好。  相似文献

The reduction of symmetric, fully-substituted titanocene dichlorides bearing two pendant omega-alkenyl groups, [TiCl2(eta5-C5Me4R)2], R = CH(Me)CH= CH2 (1a). (CH2)2CH=CH2 (1b) and (CH2)3CH=CH2 (1c), by magnesium in tetrahydrofuran affords bis(cyclopentadienyl)titanacyclopentanes [Ti(IV)[eta1:eta1: eta5:eta5-C5Me4CH(Me)CH(Ti)CH2CH(CH2(Ti))CH(Me)C5Me4]] (2a), [Ti(IV)[eta1:eta1:eta5: eta5-C5Me4(CH2)2CH(Ti)(CH2)2CH(Ti)(CH2)2C5Me4]] (2b) and [Ti(IV)[eta1:eta1:eta5:eta5-C5Me4(CH2)2CH(Ti)CH(Me)CH(Me)CH(Ti)(CH2)2C5Me4]](2c), respectively, as the products of oxidative coupling of the double bonds across a titanocene intermediate. For the case of complex 1c, a product of a double bond isomerisation is obtained owing to a preferred formation of five-membered titanacycles. The reaction of the titanacyclopentanes with PbCl2 recovers starting materials 1a from 2a and 1b from 2b, but complex 2c affords, under the same conditions, an isomer of 1c with a shifted carbon - carbon double bond, [TiCl[eta5-C5Me4(CH2CH2CH=CHMe)]2] (1c'). The titanacycles 2a-c can be opened by HCl to give ansa-titanocene dichlorides ansa-[[eta5:eta5-C5Me4CH(Me)CH2CH2CH(Me)CH(Me)C5Me4]TiCl2] (3a), ansa-[[eta5:eta5-C5Me4(CH2)8C5Me4]TiCl2] (3b), along with a minor product ansa-[[eta5:eta5-C5Me4CH2CH=CH(CH2)5C5Me4]TiCl2] (3b'), and ansa-[[eta5:eta5-CsMe4(CH2)3CH(Me)CH(Me)CH=CHCH2C5Me4]TiCl2] (3c), respectively, with the bridging aliphatic chain consisting of five (3a) and eight (3b, 3b' and 3c) carbon atoms. The course of the acidolysis changes with the nature of the pendant group; while the cyclopentadienyl ring-linking carbon chains in 3a and 3b are fully saturated, compounds 3c and 3b' contain one asymetrically placed carbon-carbon double bond, which evidently arises from the beta-hydrogen elimination that follows the HCl addition.  相似文献

FTIR smog chamber techniques were used to measure k(Cl+n-C3H7OH) = (1.74 +/- 0.15) x 10-10 and k(Cl+CH2ClCH2CH2OH) = (7.54 +/- 0.73) x 10-11 cm3 molecule-1 s-1 in 700 Torr of N2 at 296 K. The reaction of Cl with n-C3H7OH gives CH3CH2CHOH, CH3CHCH2OH, and CH2CH2CH2OH radicals in yields of 60 +/- 5, 25 +/- 8, and 15 +/- 3%, respectively. Neither CH3CH2CHClOH nor CH3CHClCH2OH is available commercially, and infrared spectra for the three chlorides CH3CH2CHClOH, CH3CHClCH2OH, and CH2ClCH2CH2OH were calibrated experimentally. MP2/6-31G(d,p) calculations were used to corroborate the experimental vibrational assignments. Analysis reveals that each geometric isomer possesses several structurally and spectroscopically distinct conformers arising from intramolecular hydrogen bonding and, in the case of CH3CH2CHClOH, negative hyperconjugation. These conformers interchange slowly enough to be distinguished within the room-temperature vibrational spectrum. The experimentally observed vibrational spectra are well described by a Boltzmann-weighted superposition of the conformer spectra. As is typical of alpha-halogenated alcohols, CH3CH2CHClOH readily decomposes heterogeneously to propanal and HCl.  相似文献

Reaction pathways and free energy barriers for alkaline hydrolysis of the highly neurotoxic insecticide 2-trimethylammonioethyl methylphosphonofluoridate and related organophosphorus compounds were studied by performing first-principles electronic structure calculations on representative methylphosphonofluoridates, (RO)CH3P(O)F, in which R = CH2CH2N+(CH3)3, CH3, CH2CH2C(CH3)3, CH2CH2CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)CH2N+(CH3)3, and CH(CH3)CH2N(CH3)2. The dominant reaction pathway was found to be associated with a transition state in which the attacking nucleophile OH- and the leaving group F- are positioned on opposite sides of the plane formed by the three remaining atoms attached to the phosphorus in order to minimize the electrostatic repulsion between these two groups. The free energy barriers calculated for the rate-determining step of the dominant pathway are 12.5 kcal/mol when R = CH2CH2N+(CH3)3, 15.5 kcal/mol when R = CH3, 17.9 kcal/mol when R = CH2CH2C(CH3)3, 16.5 kcal/mol when R = CH2CH2CH(CH3)2, 13.4 kcal/mol when R = CH(CH3)CH2N+(CH3)3, and 18.7 kcal/mol when R = CH(CH(3))CH(2)N(CH(3))(2). The calculated free energy barriers are in good agreement with available experimentally derived activation free energies, i.e. 14.7 kcal/mol when R = CH(3), 13.4 kcal/mol when R = CH2CH2N+(CH3)3, and 13.9 kcal/mol when R = CH(CH3)CH2N+(CH3)3. A detailed analysis of the calculated energetic results and available experimental data suggests that the net charge of the molecule (M) being hydrolyzed is a prominent factor affecting the free energy barrier (DeltaG) for the alkaline hydrolysis of phosphodiesters, phosphonofluoridates, and related organophosphorus compounds. The electrostatic interactions between the attacking nucleophile OH- and the molecule M being hydrolyzed favor such an order of the free energy barrier: DeltaG(M(+)+OH-) < DeltaG(M0+OH-) < DeltaG(M(-)+OH-), where M+, M0, and M- represent the cationic, neutral, and anionic molecules, respectively. The change of the substituent R in (RO)CH(3)P(O)F from CH3 to CH2CH2N+(CH3)3 is associated with both the electrostatic and steric effects on the free energy barrier, but the electrostatic effect dominates the substituent shift of the free energy barrier. This helps to better understand why the alkaline hydrolysis of (RO)CH3P(O)F with R = CH2CH2N+(CH3)3 and CH(CH3)CH2N+(CH3)3 is significantly faster than that with R = CH3. The effect of electrostatic interaction also helps to understand why the rate constants for the alkaline hydrolysis of phosphodiesters, such as intramolecular second messenger adenosine 3',5'-phosphate (cAMP), are generally smaller than those for the alkaline hydrolysis of the phosphonofluoridates and related phosphotriesters.  相似文献

The self-assembly of several cis-unsaturated carboxylic acids of the structure cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CH(CH2)m-1COOH on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) was studied. The impact of the interior cis-CH=CH group and the molecular chain length on their self-assembled structures was considered. Due to the cis conformation of the -HC=CH- group in the interior of these molecules, they display self-assembled structures significantly different from saturated acids with all-trans configurations. As an example of the class of molecules cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CH(CH2)2n-1COOH (p not equal 2n) (p=8, n=7), cis-CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)13COOH self-assembles into two kinds of enantiomer domains with opposite 2-D chirality. Due to the steric restriction of the interior cis-HC=CH group, all chains with acid groups are packed at the same side of a lamella, a head-to-head arrangement which is different from the head-to-tail packing of saturated all-trans acids. However, cis-CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)8COOH, considered as one example of the group cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CH(CH2)2n-2COOH (p not equal 2n-1) (p=8, n=5), does not form any stable self-assembled domain, consistent with the molecular arrangement model. This difference in self-assembly behavior between cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CH(CH2)2n-1COOH (p not equal 2n) and cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CHC2n-2COOH (p not equal 2n-1) shows an odd-even chain-length effect of cis-CH3(CH2)p-1CH=CH(CH2)m-1COOH (p not equal m, m=2n or 2n-1). For another category of molecules, cis-unsaturated acids with equal numbers of all-trans carbon atoms on both sides of the cis-CH=CH group, cis-CH3(CH2)m-1CH=CH(CH2)m-1COOH (m=2n or 2n-1), display another odd-even effect. cis-CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)7COOH, one example of cis-CH3(CH2)2n-1-CH=CH(CH2)2n-1COOH (n=4), is predicted to form both an enantiomer and a nonchiral racemic structure, which is in accordance with the experimental observation of its self-assembled monolayer. However, cis-CH3(CH2)2n-2CH=CH(CH2)2n-2COOH does not form a stable self-assembled domain due to the same steric repulsion as that seen in the cis-CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)8COOH structure. These odd-even effects demonstrate that molecular self-assembly can be significantly tailored by slightly changing the molecular chain length.  相似文献

Dissociations to alkane ions in gas phase ion chemistry are rare and poorly characterized. Therefore, the pathways to CH3CH3+* + CO from *CH2CH2O+=CH2 and some of its isomers are investigated by theory. The pathway found for this reaction is *CH2CH2O+=CH2 --> CH3CH2O+=CH* --> [CH3CH2- -H- -CO]+* --> CH3CH+* + CO. The crucial intermediate in this pathway is the stable hydrogen-bonded ion-neutral complex [CH3CH2- -H- -CO]+*, a species held together by a strong hydrogen bond. CH3CH3+* + CO rather than CH3CH3 + CO+* is formed from *CH2CH2O+=CH2 and other C3H6O+* ions because the former pair is much more stable than the latter. The photoionization appearance energies of CH3CH3+* from CH3CH2CHO+* and from CH3CH2CO2H+* demonstrate that the onsets of these reactions are at to just above their thermochemical thresholds, consistent with the intermediacy of ion-neutral complexes. We also found transition states for interconversion of CH3CH2CHO+* and CH3CH2O+=CH* and transformation of CH3CH2C:=OH+* to CH3CH2CHO+*; the latter reaction occurs by a 1,2-H-shift from O to C.  相似文献

Photodissociation of 3-(methylthio)propylamine and cysteamine, the chromophores of S atom containing amino acid methionine and cysteine, respectively, was studied separately in a molecular beam at 193 nm using multimass ion imaging techniques. Four dissociation channels were observed for 3-(methylthio)propylamine, including (1) CH(3)SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->CH(3)SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH+H, (2) CH(3)SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->CH(3)+SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2), (3) CH(3)SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->CH(3)S+CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2), and (4) CH(3)SCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->CH(3)SCH(2)+CH(2)CH(2)NH(2). Two dissociation channels were observed from cysteamine, including (5) HSCH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->HS+CH(2)CH(2)NH(2) and (6) HSCH(2)CH(2)NH(2)-->HSCH(2)+CH(2)NH(2). The photofragment translational energy distributions suggest that reaction (1) and parts of the reactions (2), (3), (5) occur on the repulsive excited states. However, reaction (4), (6) occur only after the internal conversion to the electronic ground state. Since the dissociation from an excited state with a repulsive potential energy surface is very fast, it would not be quenched completely even in the condensed phase. Our results indicate that reactions following dissociation may play an important role in the UV photochemistry of S atom containing amino acid chromophores in the condensed phase. A comparison with the potential energy surface from ab initio calculations and branching ratios from RRKM calculations was made.  相似文献

The kinetics of the reactions of 1-and 2-butoxy radicals have been studied using a slow-flow photochemical reactor with GC-FID detection of reactants and products. Branching ratios between decomposition, CH3CH(O*)CH2CH3 --> CH3CHO + C2H5, reaction (7), and reaction with oxygen, CH3CH(O*)CH2CH3+ O2 --> CH3C(O)C2H5+ HO2, reaction (6), for the 2-butoxy radical and between isomerization, CH3CH2CH2CH2O* --> CH2CH2CH2CH2OH, reaction (9), and reaction with oxygen, CH3CH2CH2CH2O* + O2 --> C3H7CHO + HO2, reaction (8), for the 1-butoxy radical were measured as a function of oxygen concentration at atmospheric pressure over the temperature range 250-318 K. Evidence for the formation of a small fraction of chemically activated alkoxy radicals generated from the photolysis of alkyl nitrite precursors and from the exothermic reaction of 2-butyl peroxy radicals with NO was observed. The temperature dependence of the rate constant ratios for a thermalized system is given by k7/k6= 5.4 x 10(26) exp[(-47.4 +/- 2.8 kJ mol(-1))/RT] molecule cm(-3) and k9/k8= 1.98 x 10(23) exp[(-22.6 +/- 3.9 kJ mol(-1))/RT] molecule cm(-3). The results agree well with the available experimental literature data at ambient temperature but the temperature dependence of the rate constant ratios is weaker than in current recommendations.  相似文献

Treatment of the allyl-containing compounds Me2Si(CH2CHCH2)2 and MeSi(CH2CHCH2)3 with thioacetic acid in the presence of AIBN gave Me2Si[(CH2)3SC(O)CH3]2 and MeSi[(CH2)3SC(O)CH3]3, respectively, which were reduced with LiAlH4 to the dithiols Me2Si[(CH2)3SH]2(3) and MeSi[(CH2)3SH]3(4). This protocol was applied to the first and second generations of the doubly and triply-branched carbosilane allyl dendrimers, Si[(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CHCH2)2]4(G(1)allyl-8), Si[(CH2)3SiMe{(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CHCH2)2}2]4(G(2)allyl-16), Si[(CH2)3Si(CH2CHCH2)3]4(G(1)allyl-12), and Si[(CH2)3Si{(CH2)3Si(CH2CHCH2)3}3]4(G(2)allyl-36) to give the corresponding SH functionalised surface dendrimers Si[(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CH2CH2SH)2]4(G(1)SH-8), G(2)SH-16, G(1)SH-12, and G(2)SH-36. Reactions of 3 with [M(acac)(diolefin)](M = Rh, Ir; diolefin = 1,5-cyclooctadiene, 2,5-norbornadiene) gave the compounds of the type [M2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(diolefin)2]n. These diolefin complexes are octanuclear (n= 4) in solution while the complex [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(cod)2]n(5) is tetranuclear in the solid state. The structure of 5, solved by X-ray diffraction methods, consists of a 20-membered metallomacrocycle formed by two dimethylbis(propylthiolate)silane moieties bridging four fragments Rh(cod) in a mu2 fashion through the sulfur atoms. Treatment of [Rh(acac)(CO)2] with 3 gave [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(CO)4]n, which is a mixture of tetra (n= 2) and octanuclear (n= 4) complexes in a 2 : 1 ratio in solution, while the related complex [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(CO)2(PPh3)2]2 is tetranuclear. Reactions of [Rh(acac)(L-L)](L-L = cod, (CO)2, (CO)(PPh3)) with 4 and the dendrimers G(1)SH-8, G(2)SH-16, and G(1)SH-12, gave microcrystalline solids of formulae [Rh3(MeSi[(CH2)3S]3)(L-L)3]n, [Si[(CH2)3SiMe{(CH2)3SRh(cod)}2]4]n([G(1)Rh(cod)-8]n), [Si[(CH2)3Si{(CH2)3SRh(cod)}3]4]n([G(1)Rh(cod)-12]n), etc., which presumably are tridimensional coordination polymers.  相似文献

The products of the Cl atom initiated oxidation of diethyl ether (DEE) were investigated at atmospheric pressure over a range of temperatures (218-335 K) and O(2) partial pressures (50-700 Torr), both in the presence and absence of NO(x). The major products observed at 298 K and below were ethyl formate and ethyl acetate, which accounted for approximately equal to 60-80% of the reacted diethyl ether. In general, the yield of ethyl formate increased with increasing temperature, with decreasing O(2) partial pressure, and upon addition of NO to the reaction mixtures. The product yield data show that thermal decomposition reaction 3, CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(O.)CH(3)--> CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH=O + CH(3), and reaction 6 with O(2), CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(O.)CH(3) + O(2)--> CH(3)CH(2)-O-C(=O)CH(3) + HO(2) are competing fates of the CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(O )CH(3) radical, with a best estimate of k3/k6 approximately equal to 6.9 x 10(24) exp(-3130/T). Thermal decomposition via C-H or C-O bond cleavage are at most minor contributors to the CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(O.)CH(3) chemistry. The data also show that the CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(O.)CH(3) radical is subject to a chemical activation effect. When produced from the exothermic reaction of the CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(OO.)CH(3) radical with NO, prompt decomposition via both CH(3)- and probably H-elimination occur, with yields of about 40% and < or =15%, respectively. Finally, at temperatures slightly above ambient, evidence for a change in mechanism in the absence of NO(x), possibly due to chemistry involving the peroxy radical CH(3)CH(2)-O-CH(OO.)CH(3), is presented.  相似文献

In this study, preparation and decomposition of five novel pentavalent fluorosiliconates, RSi(CH3)3F- (R = CH3CH2O, CF3CH2O, (CH3)2CHO, (CH3)3SiO, and (CH3)3SiNH) is used to investigate the process of fluoride-induced desilylation. The siliconates were characterized by collision-induced dissociation and energy-resolved mass spectrometry. Decomposition of RSi(CH3)3F- leads to loss of the nucleophile R- and FSi(CH3)3, except in the case of (CH3)3SiNHSi(CH3)3F-, where HF loss is also observed. Ion affinities for FSi(CH3)3 have been measured for all five nucleophiles, and compare well with computational predictions. The observed trend of the bond dissociation energies resembles the trend of deltaH(acid) values for the corresponding conjugate acids, RH. Additionally, this data has been incorporated with existing thermochemistry to derive fluoride affinities for four of the silanes (R = CH3CH2O, (CH3)2CHO, (CH3)3SiO, and (CH3)3SiNH). We use the fluoride affinity of the silanes and the FSi(CH3)3 affinity of the departing nucleophilic anion to assess the feasibility of fluoride-induced desilylation of the silanes examined in this work.  相似文献

H-transfers by 4-, 5-, and 6-membered ring transition states to the pi-bonded methylene of CH3CH2CH2NH+=CH2 (1) are characterized by theory and compared with the corresponding transfers in cation radicals. Four-membered ring H-transfers converting 1 to CH3CH2CH=N+HCH3 (2) and CH3N+H=CH2 to CH2=NH+CH3 are high-energy processes involving rotation of the source and destination RHC= groups (R = H or C2H5) to near bisection by skeletal planes; migrating hydrogens move near these planes. The H-transfer 1 --> CH3C+HCH2NHCH3 (3) has a higher energy transition-state than 1 --> 2, in marked contrast to the corresponding relative energies of 4- and 5-membered ring H-transfers in cation-radicals. Six-membered ring H-transfer-dissociation (1 --> CH2=CH2 + CH2=N+HCH3) is a closed shell analog of the McLafferty rearrangement. It has a lower energy transition-state than either 1 --> 2 or 1 --> 3, but is still a much higher energy process than 6-membered ring H-transfers in aliphatic cation radicals. In contrast to the stepwise McLafferty rearrangement in cation radicals, H-transfer and CC bond breaking are highly synchronous in 1 --> CH3N+H=CH2 + CH2=CH2. H-transfers in propene elimination from 1 are ion-neutral complex-mediated: 1--> [CH3CH2CH2+ ---NH=CH2] --> [CH3C+HCH3 NH=CH2] --> CH3CH = CH2 + CH2=NH2+. Intrinsic reaction coordinate tracing demonstrated that a slight preference for H-transfer from the methyl containing the carbon from which CH2=NH is cleaved is due to CH2=NH passing nearer this methyl than the other on its way to abstracting H, i.e., some memory of the initial orientation of the partners accompanies this reaction.  相似文献

Reactions of oligomeric "Ca(dbbfo)2" and Ca9(CH3OCH2CH2O)18(CH3OCH2CH2OH)2 with Al(CH3)3 in toluene gave tetranuclear heterobimetallic [Ca(mu-dbbfo){(mu-dbbfo)(mu-CH3)Al(CH3)2}]2 (71%) and polymeric Ca{(mu-CH3OCH2CH2O)(mu-CH3)Al(CH3)2}2 (86%). The latter can be obtained as monomeric THF adduct Ca{(mu-CH3OCH2CH2O)Al(CH3)3}2(THF)2 (78%) when a mixture of solvents is used. The results, including an initial L-lactide polymerization test, are discussed in the context of calcium alkoxo cluster degradation in solution.  相似文献
