The structure of solid high-conductance potassium electrolytes K1 − x Al1 − x TixO2 (x = 0.1; 0.2) at 25 and 575°C is studied by a powder neutron diffraction analysis with the application of full-profile Rietveld analysis. Inserting titanium ions removes in potassium aluminate the phase transition at 540°C and the conductance anisotropy typical for its low-temperature form. Both structures are identical (fcc lattice, space group Fd3m). Experiment and calculation coincide best under the assumption that the potassium sublattice is disordered. The EMF method with a solid Cu+-conducting electrolyte of Cu4RbCl3I2 was sued to study the Cu-Tl-Te system in the temperature range of 300–420 K. A diagram of solid-phase equilibriums of this system is constructed, partial molar functions of copper in alloys, standard thermodynamic functions of formation and standard entropies of CuTlTe2, CuTl4Te3, Cu2TlTe2, Cu3TlTe2, Cu9TlTe5 triple compounds and Cu x Tl5 − x Te3 solid solutions (0 < x < 1) are calculated. The obtained results confirmed the assumption as to the possibility of using this modification for the EMF technique for thermodynamic studies of copper-containing triple systems, even if they contain a less noble component than copper.  相似文献

Electrochemical parameters of an H2|air fuel cell with a membrane of solid electrolyte CsHSO4 or composites (1 − x)CsHSO4/xSiO2 (x = 0.1–0.3) and different electrodes are measured at 175 °C. The maximal power (3.5 mW/cm2 at a voltage of 0.6 V) is obtained for a cell with platinum-black electrodes and an intermediate layer of a mixture of platinum black and the electrolyte material. The literature data on the heat capacity of solid antimony telluride over the range 53–895 K were analyzed. The heat capacity of Sb2Te3 was measured over the range 350–700 K on a DSM-2M calorimeter. The equation for the temperature dependence was suggested. The thermodynamic functions of Sb2Te3 were calculated over the range 298.15–700 K.  相似文献

The electrolyses of solutions of bismuth oxide and tellurium oxide in nitric acid with molar ratios of Bi:Te=3:3–4:3 lead to cathodic deposits of films of bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), an n-type semiconductor. Current densities of 2–5 mA/cm2 were applied. Voltammetric investigations showed that Bi2Te3 deposition occurred at potentials more negative than −0.125 V (Ag/AgCl, 3 M KCl). The deposit was identified as bismuth telluride (γ-phase) by X-ray analysis. Hall-effect measurements verified the n-type semiconducting behaviour. The films can be deposited in microstructures for thermoelectric microdevices like thermoelectric batteries or thermoelectric sensors.  相似文献

Nonstoichiometric tellurides FexTi1–x Te1.45 synthesized at 850°C were studied by X-ray phase and X-ray fluorescence analysis and by 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy. The mutual iron-titanium substitution is limited in this series. The system contains four individual phases in which iron is in three different states: Fe2+ in an asymmetric environment, Fe2+ in a symmetric environment, and Fe0. Microstructure and conduction of ceramic composites Bi2CuO4 + xBi2O3 (x = 5, 10, 15, 20 wt %) near the eutectic melting point (770°C) are studied. Bismuth oxide, initially randomly distributed over the ceramics bulk, after quenching from temperatures exceeding the eutectic melting point, becomes localized at triple junctions and grain boundaries in Bi2CuO4, which is caused by wetting grain boundaries and forming a liquid-channel structure. The jumpwise change in the composites’ conductivity near 730 and 770°C caused by polymorphic transformation of Bi2O3 and the eutectic melting with simultaneous formation of a liquid-channel structure. Transport numbers of the oxygen ion are measured at 770°C by coulomb-volumetric method. Solid-phase interactions in the V2O5-Ta2O5-MoO3 system were studied. The formation of com- pounds TaVO5 and VTa9O25 in the V2O5-Ta2O5 binary system was verified. Tetragonal VTa9O25-base solid solutions of the general formula Ta5 + 4x V5 − 4x O25 (x = 0.25–1) and TaVO5-base solid solutions of the general formula Ta x Mo1 − x V2 − x O8 − 3x (x = 0.625–1) were found to form. Subsolidus phase equilibria in the V2O5-Ta2O5-MoO3 were determined.  相似文献

It is demonstrated by ESR measurements that O 2 (CO + O2) radical anions result from CO + O2 adsorption on the oxidized surface of CeO2. These radical anions are stabilized in the coordination sphere of Ce4+ cations located in isolated and associated anionic vacancies. This reaction shows an activation behavior determined by CO adsorption. The variation of O 2 (CO + O2) concentration with CO adsorption temperature suggests that surface carbonates and carboxylates participate in this reaction. In the (0.5– 10.0)%CeO2/ZrO2 system, O 2 forms on supported CeO2 and is stabilized on Ce4+ and Zr4+ cations. Phase relations in the Zn2V2O7-Cu2V2O7 system were studied by high-temperature X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The major phase constituents of the system are solid solutions based on Zn2V2O7 and Cu2V2O7 polymorphs and their coexistence regions. The generation of α-Zn2 − 2x Cu2x V2O7 solid solution, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.30, leaves almost unchanged the stabilization temperature of the high-temperature zinc pyrovanadate phase. The α-Cu2 − 2x Zn2x V2O7 homogeneity range is 5 mol % Zn2V2O7. In the range 0.050 ≤ x ≤ 0.09 from 20 to ∼ 620°C, there is the two-phase field of α-Cu2V2O7 and β-Cu2V2O7 base solid solutions. At still higher temperatures, β-Zn2 − 2x Cu2x V2O7 and α-Cu2 − 2x Zn2x V2O7 coexist in the mixed-phase region. β-Zn2 − 2x Cu2x V2O7 solid solution, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.30, exists above 610 ± 5°C. N-Sulfinyltrifluoromethanesulfonamide CF3SO2N=S=O reacts with salicylaldehyde, 2-furaldehyde, 2-thiophenecarbaldehyde, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde, and 2-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehyde to afford the corresponding N-aryl(hetaryl)methylidenetrifluoromethanesulfonamides in high yields. Reactions of the latter with aniline give no adducts at the C=N bond but transamination products. We have measured the second acid dissociation constant, K 2a , at several ionic strengths for hydrogen telluride (H2Te) using the Charge Transfer to Solvent (CTTS) uv spectra of its anions HTe and Te2−. Since it is produced in our solutions, we have also determined the spectra of Te2 2− both in the uv and in the visible regions. At 25 C, K 2a = (1.28 ± 0.02) × 10−12 by extrapolation to zero ionic strength. Its value at an ionic strength equal to 0.5 mol.dm-3 was estimated to be (8.7 ± 0.2) × 10−12. The solution thermodynamics of these species are also discussed and comparisons are made to related acids.  相似文献

The ionic conductivity of solid solution Cd0.77Sr0.23F2 is 1.6 × 10−4 S/cm at 500 K. The conduction mechanism changes from a vacancy mechanism to an interstitial one at 523–553 K. In solid solutions Cd0.9R0.1F2.1 (R = La-Lu, Y), the activation enthalpy of conduction decreases from 0.9 to 0.8 eV with decreasing ionic radius of R3+, raising the 500-K conductivity from 6 ×10−6 S/cm for La3+to 6 × 10−5 S/cm for Lu3+. Values of partial conductions (ionic: protonic, oxygen, hole) and their activation energies in LaYO3 are determined at 700–1050°C, pO2 ranging from air to 10−15 Pa, and pH2O = 0.04–13.5 kPa for different versions of doping with calcium (when introduced into the lanthanum or yttrium sublattices, or into both sublattices simultaneously). Synthesis of five binary complex salts with an [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2+ complex cation is described. The counterions are [ReCl6]2–, [IrCl6]2–, [ReBr6]2–, and Cl. A polycrystal X-ray diffraction study has been performed for [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2[ReCl6]Cl2, and its crystal structure has been determined. A series of Ir x Re1–x phases (0.5 x > 1) were obtained by reductive thermolysis. An extended hydrogen-bonded two-dimensional fumarato-bridged complex [Co(μ-fumarato)(γ-methylpyridine)2(H2O)2] has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The X-ray analysis reveals that the cobalt atom is positioned in distorted octahedral surroundings. An extended twodimensional structure was formed through interchain hydrogen bonding. Magnetic measurements showed the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the cobalt(II) ions within the chain, based on the spin Hamilitonian H = −2JSi Si+ 1 (J = − 0.22 cm−1).  相似文献

The (CO2)i(H2O)10 clusters with the kinetic energy corresponding to a temperature of 233 K is simulated by the molecular dynamics method. The stability of these clusters with respect to thermal, mechanical, and dielectric perturbations, as well as to the absorption of CO2 molecules, is studied. It is shown that the cluster composed of 10 water molecules remains thermodynamically stable if it captures one or two CO2 molecules. Clusters are absolutely unstable when 3 ≤ i ≤ 9. For La1−xThxNbO4+x/2, three phases with broad homogeneity regions occur, for 0.075 ≤ x ≤ 0.37, 0.41 < x < 0.61, and 0.65 ≤ x ≤ 0.74. All are related to the scheelite structure type, with at least the first exhibiting an incommensurate structural modulation. An analogous structurally modulated phase was found for LaNb1−xWxO4+x/2 for 0.11 ≤ x ≤ 0.22. Additional phases occur at La0.2Th0.8NbO4.4 and LaNb0.4W0.6O4.3. The electrical conductivity and the direction and wavelength of the structural modulation have been characterized for the La1−xThxNbO4+x/2 phase with 0.075 ≤ x ≤ 0.37.  相似文献
