Symmetric laminated plates used usually are anisotropic plates. Based on the fundamental equation for anisotropic rectangular plates in plane stress problem, a general analytical solution is established accurately by method of stress function. Therefore the general formula of stress and displacement in plane is given. The integral constants in general formula can be determined by boundary conditions. This general solution is composed of solutions made by trigonometric function and hyperbolic function, which can satisfy the problem of arbitrary boundary conditions along four edges, and the algebraic polynomial solutions which can satisfy the problem of boundary conditions at four corners. Consequently this general solution can be used to solve the plane stress problem with arbitrary boundary conditions. For example, a symmetric laminated square plate acted with uniform normal load, tangential load and nonuniform normal load on four edges is calculated and analyzed.  相似文献

采用一般解析解和配点法相结合的方法,求解混合边界各向异性矩形板的弯曲问题.先由弯曲挠度的微分方程求出各种类型的齐次解和特解,然后组成一般解析解,再将板的每个边等分 为很多微小的段,仅对每一微段的中点建立应满足的边界条件,由全部边界条件方程式即可求得全部积分常数.以每边一半边界为平夹、另一半边界为简支或自由的方板为例进行了计算,并与四边均为简支的方板进行了对比,表明理论简单,结果实用.  相似文献

Summary This study presents exact relationships between the deflections of isotropic sandwich plates and their corresponding Kirchhoff plates. The governing equilibrium equations for the sandwich plates are derived on the basis of the Reissner-Mindlin shear deformation plate theory. The considered plates are either (i) simply supported, of general polygonal shape and under any transverse loading condition or (ii) simply supported and clamped circular plates under axisymmetric loading. As the relationships are exact under the assumptions used in the plate theories, one may obtain exact deflection solutions of sandwich plates if the Kirchhoff plate solutions are exact. The relationships should also be useful for the development of approximate formulas for plates with other shapes, boundary and loading conditions, and may serve to check numerical deflection values computed from sandwich plate analysis software.  相似文献

The fundamental solutions of the orthotropic thick plates taking into account the transverse shear deformation are derived by means of Hörmander's operator method and a plane-wave decomposition of the Dirac δ-function in this papey. The boundary integral equations of the thick plates have been formulated which are adapted to arbitrary boundary conditions and plane forms. The numerical calculation of the fundamental solutions is discussed in detail. Some numerical examples are analyzed with BEM.  相似文献

Exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations are investigated in the layer between parallel plates the distance between which changes proportionally to the square root of time. At the boundaries of the plates the no-slip condition is assigned. For approaching plates a countable family of exact solutions each of which continuously depends on the Reynolds number is obtained. At a sufficiently large Reynolds number, near the boundary a counterflow is formed: the velocity is directed oppositely to the average velocity. On the basis of the exact solution obtained, relative errors are calculated for the asymptotic theories of Reynolds lubricating layer and Prandtl boundary layer.  相似文献

The method of matched asymptotic expansions is used to reduce the problem of the transverse vibrations of a highly prestressed anisotropic plate into the simpler problem of the vibration of an anisotropic membrane with modified boundary conditions that account for the bending effects. In the absence of an exact solution the membrane problem can be solved by any well-known numerical technique. The numerical-perturbation results for a clamped circular plate with rectangular orthotropy and a uniform tensile stress applied on its boundary show an excellent correlation with finite-element solutions for the original problem. Furthermore, the solutions obtained for annular plates form the basis for solutions to problems involving near-annular plates.  相似文献

利用基于局部移动Kriging插值无网格法对层合板自由振动进行了数值分析,基于一阶剪切层合理论导出了层合板振动的控制方程和边界条件,进一步得到了自由振动的离散化特征方程。由于Kriging插值函数具有Kronecker delta函数性质,可以直接施加本质边界条件。通过本文给出的方法,对不同边界条件、不同跨厚比、不同材料参数和铺设角度的层合板的振动频率进行了计算,均得到满意结果。最后用该方法对层合板的铺设角度进行优化设计,得到了与已有文献完全一致的优化结果。数值结果充分表明了无网格Kriging方法分析层合板自由振动问题的有效性和高精确度。  相似文献

The Ritz method is one of the most elegant and useful approximate methods for analyzing free vibration of laminated composite plates. It is simple to use and also straightforward to implement. However, the Ritz method has its own difficulty in determining the natural frequencies of simply supported laminated anisotropic plates. This is caused by the fact that the natural boundary conditions in the vibration of anisotropic plates can never be exactly satisfied by a solution in a variables separable form. As a result, the calculated natural frequencies would be expected to converge to solutions a little higher than true ones. To overcome this difficulty, this paper presents a simple variational formulation with Ritz procedure in which all the natural boundary conditions are implemented in an averaging manner. It is revealed that the proposed method can produce lower upper bound solutions compared with the conventional Ritz method where the geometric boundary conditions can only be satisfied by the assumed deflection functions.  相似文献

This paper presents the analytical solutions for the bending of orthotropic rectangular thin plates by the double finite integral transform, which, as an effective tool in solving plate problems, should have received attention. As a representative and difficult problem in the theory of plates, free plates’ bending is successfully solved to demonstrate the accuracy of the method by comparing the present analytical solutions with those from the literature as well as those by the finite element method. With the proper integral transform kernels, the proposed solution procedure is applicable to the bending of orthotropic rectangular plates with all combinations of simply supported, clamped and free boundary conditions, which serves as an elegant approach to analytical solutions of plate bending problems.  相似文献

We are concerned with the deformation of thin, flat annular plates under a force applied orthogonally to the plane of the plate. This mechanical process can be described via a radial formulation of the Föppl – von Kármán equations, a set of nonlinear partial differential equations describing the deflections of thin flat plates. We are able to obtain analytical solutions for the radial Föppl – von Kármán equations with boundary conditions relevant for clamped, loosely clamped, and free inner and outer. This permits us to study the qualitative behavior of the out-of-plane deflections as well as the Airy stress function for a number of cases. Provided that an appropriate non-dimensionalization is taken, we find that the perturbation solutions are surprisingly valid for a wide variety of parameters, and compare favorably with numerical simulations in all cases (rather than just for small parameters). The results demonstrate that the ratio of the inner to outer radius of the annular plate will strongly influence the properties of the solutions, as will the specific boundary data considered. For instance, one may choose to fix the plate in place with a specific set of boundary conditions, in order to minimize the out-of-plane deflections. Other boundary conditions may result in undesirable behaviors.  相似文献

基于一阶剪切变形板理论,推导了功能梯度材料圆形板在边界面内均布压力作用下的轴对称屈曲方程。在推导过程中,忽略了前屈曲耦合变形。利用一阶板理论与经典板理论屈曲方程之间在数学形式上的相似性,得到了一阶板理论下功能梯度材料圆板与经典板理论下均匀圆板临界屈曲载荷之间的解析关系。利用这个解析关系,可以直接从已有的较为简单的经典理论的结果,获得一阶板理论下功能梯度材料板的临界屈曲载荷。  相似文献

A simple and accurate mixed finite element-differential quadrature formulation is proposed to study the free vibration of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates with general boundary conditions. In this technique, the original plate problem is reduced to two simple bar (or beam) problems. One bar problem is discretized by the finite element method (FEM) while the other by the differential quadrature method (DQM). The mixed method, in general, combines the geometry flexibility of the FEM and high accuracy and efficiency of the DQM and its implementation is more easier and simpler than the case where the FEM or DQM is fully applied to the problem. Moreover, the proposed formulation is free of the shear locking phenomenon that may be encountered in the conventional shear deformable finite elements. A simple scheme is also presented to exactly implement the mixed natural boundary conditions of the plate problem. The versatility, accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method for free vibration analysis of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates are tested against other solution procedures. It is revealed that the proposed method can produce highly accurate solutions for the natural frequencies of rectangular and skew Mindlin plates with general boundary conditions.  相似文献

Axisymmetric bending of functionally graded circular magneto-electro-elastic plates of transversely isotropic materials is analyzed based on linear three-dimensional theory of elasticity coupled with magnetic and electric fields. The transverse loads are expanded in Fourier-Bessel series and therefore can be arbitrarily distributed along the radial direction. The radial distributions of the displacements are assumed in combination of Fourier-Bessel series and polynomials as well as the electric potential and magnetic potential. If the material properties obey the exponential law along the thickness of the plate, two three-dimensional exact solutions for two unusual boundary conditions can be derived since they satisfy the governing equations and specified boundary conditions point by point. For simply supported or clamped boundary, the obtained solutions satisfy the governing equations exactly and the boundary conditions approximately. A layer wise model is also introduced to treat with the plates whose material property components vary independently and arbitrarily along the thickness of the plates. The numerical results are finally tabulated and plotted to demonstrate the presented method and agree well with those from finite element methods.  相似文献

Analytic nonlinear three-dimension solutions are presented for axially symmetrical homogeneous isotropic circular plates and multilayered plates with rigidly clamped boundary conditions and under transverse load.The geometric nonlinearily from a moderately large deflection is considered.A developmental perturbation method is used to solve the complicated nonlinear three-dimension differential equations of equilibrium.The basic idea of this perturbation method is using the two-dimension solutions as a basic form of the corresponding three-dimension solutions,and then processing the perturbation procedure to obtain the three-dimension perturbation solutions.The nonlinear three-dimension results in analytic expressions and in numerical forms for ordinary plates and multilayered plates are presented.All of the plate stresses are shown in figures.The results show that this perturbation method used to analyse nonlinear three-dimension problems of plates is effective.  相似文献
