Two new coordination polymers comprised of Mn(2+), N(CN)(2)(-) (dicyanamide, herein denoted dca) and pyrimidine (pym) have been synthesized and structurally and magnetically characterized. Mn(dca)(2)(pym)(2), , crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn and forms trans bi-bridged Mn-(micro(1,5)-dca)(2)-Mn ribbons that extend along the b-axis of the unit cell. Two terminally bonded pym ligands are trans-coordinated to the Mn center. Adjacent chains interdigitate in an undulating fashion presumably due to a templating effect imposed by the pym ligands where N-atoms of consecutive pym rings stack parallel to the chain axis. Mn(dca)(2)(pym)(H(2)O), , which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, has a unique interdigitated 2D network that consists of double-bridged [Mn(2)(dca)(2)(pym)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](2+)"dimers" that are connected via single-bridging dca ligands. Each MnN(5)O octahedron is comprised of a coordinated H(2)O, a monodentate pym ligand, and four micro(1,5)-bridging dca anions. The magnetic data for were fitted to a uniform antiferromagnetic chain model which yielded J/k(B) = -0.34(1) K. In contrast, is best described as an alternating chain owing to the presence of both single- and double-bridging dca anions; a least-squares fit afforded J(a) = -0.43(1) and J(b) = -0.20(2) K, respectively. A transition to long-range magnetic ordering was observed for below approximately 2.4 K in addition to a field-induced spin flop transition at 15.6 kOe (1.7 K).  相似文献

The magnetic properties of Cu(2)(dca)(4)(2,5-me(2)pyz) have been reexamined. The extended structure of Cu(2)(dca)(4)(2,5-me(2)pyz) can be viewed in terms of Cu(2)(2,5-me(2)pyz)(4+) dimer units interconnected via mu(1,5)-dca ligands. The bulk magnetic susceptibility chi(T) and the isothermal M(H) of Cu(2)(dca)(4)(2,5-me(2)pyz) are shown to be well described by an isolated dimer model. This finding was confirmed by carrying out a spin dimer analysis based on tight-binding calculations, which shows that the 2,5-me(2)pyz ligand provides a substantial spin exchange interaction between the Cu(2+) ions while the dca ligands do not.  相似文献

A new series of hybrid materials of type [Cp*2M][M'(dca)3] has been prepared by cation templation and structurally characterised (M = Fe(III), Co(III); M'= Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cd(II); dca-= N(CN)2-). The crystallographic analysis of [Cp*2Fe][Cd(dca)(3)] showed that the [Cd(dca)3]- anionic framework is of a symmetrical 3-D alpha-polonium type, containing octahedral Cd nodes and micro (1,5)-dca bridging ligands. The [Cp*2Fe]+ cations occupy the cube-like cavities within the framework. The cationic and anionic-framework sublattices remain magnetically independent and display susceptibilities, over the range 300 to 2 K, of a Curie-Weiss nature obtained by adding a S= 1/2 (Cp*2Fe+) or a S= 0 (Cp*2Co+) contribution to those of the weakly antiferromagnetically coupled frameworks of M'. These hybrid species do not show any intrinsic long-range magnetic order. The present [Cp*2Fe]M'(dca)3] series display the characteristic, unusually shaped [Cp*2Fe]+ Mossbauer line, in the range 295-5 K, assigned (below 101 K) as the sum of a narrow and a broad line. Relaxation effects were evident. The [Fe(dca)3]- compound showed superimposed low-spin Fe(III) and high-spin Fe(II) lines, the latter giving relaxation broadening effects.  相似文献

Two new compounds, [Ph3PCH2Ph]2[Zn3(tp)3Cl2] (1) and Ni3(tma)2(H2O)8 (2) (tp = terephthalate, tma = trimesate), are metal-polycarboxylate coordination polymers prepared by similar hydrothermal synthesis techniques. X-ray single-crystal structural analysis shows that both compounds crystallize in the 2D claylike lamellar architectures, in which 1 possesses the interlayer [Ph3PCH2Ph]+ exchangeable cation and has been confirmed by PXRD patterns. 1 (C74H56Cl2O12P2Zn3) belongs to monoclinic P21/c, Z = 2 (a = 18.956(1) A, b = 10.2697(5) A, c = 17.067(1) A, beta = 99.486(4) degrees ). 2 (C18H22O20Ni3) is attributed to triclinic P, Z = 1 (a = 6.6643(8) A, b = 9.622(1) A, c = 10.089(1) A, alpha = 112.675(2) degrees , beta = 94.007(1) degrees, gamma = 106.411(2) degrees ). Linear metal trinuclear clusters bridged by rigid linear tp ligands for 1 and trigonal tma ligands for 2 give rise to a novel 2D 6-linked (3,6) topological anionic network in 1 and an interesting 2D 3,6-linked molybdenite topological neutral network in 2, respectively. Both compounds exhibit intense fluorescent emission bands at 410 nm (lambda(exc) = 355 nm) for 1 and 398 nm (lambda(exc) = 300 nm) for 2 in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two manganese(III)‐dicyanamide compounds, [Mn(5‐Brsalen)(dca)] · CH3OH ( 1 ) and [Mn(3‐Meosalphen)(dca)(H2O)] ( 2 ) (dca = dicyanamide anion, [N(CN)2]), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis, and cyclic voltammetry. The structure of complex 1 is an infinite zigzag chain of hexacoordinate MnIII ions, in which the adjacent manganese atoms are connected by dca in μ1,5‐bridging mode. The molecular structure of complex 2 consists of a hexacoordinate MnIII atom, which generates a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, and a dimer structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions. The electrochemical properties of the two complexes were measured by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

A trinuclear rhenium sulfide cluster complex, [(Ph(3)P)(2)N][Re(3)(mu(3)-S)(mu-S)(3)Cl(6)(PMe(2)Ph)(3)], synthesized from Re(3)S(7)Cl(7), dimethylphenylphosphine, and [(Ph(3)P)(2)N]Cl is readily converted to a bridging SO(2) complex, [(Ph(3)P)(2)N][Re(3)(mu(3)-S)(mu-S)(2)(mu-SO(2))Cl(6)(PMe(2)Ph)(3)], by reaction with O(2). The oxygen atoms on the SO(2) ligand react with phosphines or phosphites to form phosphine oxides or phosphates, and the original cluster complex is recovered. The reaction course has been monitored by (31)P NMR as well as by UV-vis spectroscopy. The catalytic oxygenation of PMePh(2) in the presence of the SO(2) complex shows that turnovers are 8 per hour at 23 degrees C in CDCl(3). The X-ray structures of the cluster complexes are described.  相似文献

A copper-mediated trifluoromethylation of propargylic halides and trifluoroacetates was performed with high allenyl or propargyl selectivity. The reaction proceeds smoothly with aliphatic and aromatic substituents bearing either electron-withdrawing or -supplying groups. Preliminary mechanistic results indicate an ionic mechanism involving nucleophilic transfer of the CF(3) group from the Cu complex to the propargylic substrate.  相似文献

A convenient and one-pot synthetic method of lanthanide thiolate compounds was developed. An excess of metallic samarium, europium, and ytterbium directly reacted with diaryl disulfides in THF to give selectively Ln(II) thiolate complexes, [Ln(SAr)(&mgr;-SAr)(thf)(3)](2) (1, Ln = Sm; 2, Ln = Eu; Ar = 2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl), Yb(SAr)(2)(py)(4) (3, py = pyridine), and [{Ln(hmpa)(3)}(2)(&mgr;-SPh)(3)][SPh] (6, Ln = Sm; 7, Ln = Eu; 8, Ln = Yb; hmpa = hexamethylphosphoric triamide). Reaction of metallic lanthanides with 3 equiv of disulfides afforded Ln(III) thiolate complexes, Ln(SAr)(3)(py)(n)()(thf)(3)(-)(n)() (9a, Ln = Sm, n = 3; 9b, Ln = Sm, n = 2; 10, Ln = Yb, n = 3) and Ln(SPh)(3)(hmpa)(3) (11, Ln = Sm; 12, Ln = Eu; 13, Ln = Yb). Thus, Ln(II) and Ln(III) thiolate complexes were prepared from the same source by controlling the stoichiometry of the reactants. X-ray analysis of 8 revealed that 8 has the first ionic structure composed of triply bridged dinuclear cation and benezenethiolate anion [8, orthorhombic, space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with a = 21.057(9), b = 25.963(7), c = 16.442(8) ?, V = 8988(5) ?(3), Z = 4, R = 0.040, R(w) = 0.039 for 5848 reflections with I > 3sigma(I) and 865 parameters]. The monomeric structures of 11 and 13 were revealed by X-ray crystallographic studies [11, triclinic, space group P&onemacr; with a = 14.719(3), b = 17.989(2), c = 11.344(2) ?, alpha = 97.91(1), beta = 110.30(2), gamma = 78.40(1) degrees, V = 2751.9(9) ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.045, R(w) = 0.041 for 7111 reflections with I > 3sigma(I) and 536 parameters; 13, triclinic, space group P&onemacr; with a = 14.565(2), b = 17.961(2), c = 11.302(1) ?, alpha = 97.72(1), beta = 110.49(1), gamma = 78.37(1) degrees, V = 2706.0(7) ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.031, R(w) = 0.035 for 9837 reflections with I > 3sigma(I) and 536 parameters]. A comparison with the reported mononuclear and dinuclear lanthanide thiolate complexes has been made to indicate that the Ln-S bonds weakened by the coordination of HMPA to lanthanide metals have ionic character.  相似文献

New synthesis procedures are described to tetranuclear manganese carboxylate complexes containing the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) or [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) (X(-) = MeCO(2)(-), F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)) core. These involve acidolysis reactions of [Mn(4)O(3)(O(2)CMe)(4)(dbm)(3)] (1; dbm is the anion of dibenzoylmethane) or [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(6)(dbm)(2)] (8) with HX (X(-) = F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)); high-yield routes to 1 and 8 are also described. The X(-) = NO(3)(-) complexes [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))(O(2)CR)(3)(R'(2)dbm)(3)] (R = Me, R' = H (6); R = Me, R' = Et (7); R = Et, R' = H (12)) represent the first synthesis of the [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))](6+) core, which contains an unusual eta(1):mu(3)-NO(3)(-) group. Treatment of known [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(7)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) with HNO(3) gives [Mn(4)O(2)(NO(3))(O(2)CEt)(6)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) (15) containing a eta(1):eta(1):mu-NO(3)(-) group bridging the two body Mn(III) ions of the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) butterfly core. Complex 7 x 4CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with (at -168 degrees C) a = 21.110(3) A, b = 22.183(3) A, c = 15.958(2) A, Z = 4, and V = 7472.4(3) A(3). Complex 15 x (3)/(2)CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/c with (at -165 degrees C) a = 26.025(4) A, b = 13.488(2) A, c = 32.102(6) A, beta = 97.27(1) degrees, Z = 8, and V = 11178(5) A(3). Complex 7 contains a [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(3)(mu(3)-NO(3))](6+) core (3Mn(III), Mn(IV)) as seen for previous [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. Complex 15 contains a butterfly [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(2)](8+) core. (1)H NMR spectra have been recorded for all complexes reported in this work and the various resonances assigned. All complexes retain their structural integrity on dissolution in chloroform and dichloromethane. Magnetic susceptibility (chi(M)) data were collected on 12 in the 5-300 K range in a 10.0 kG (1 T) field. Fitting of the data to the theoretical chi(M) vs T expression appropriate for a [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complex of C(3)(v)() symmetry gave J(34) = -23.9 cm(-)(1), J(33) = 4.9 cm(-)(1), and g = 1.98, where J(34) and J(33) refer to the Mn(III)Mn(IV) and Mn(III)Mn(III) pairwise exchange interactions, respectively. The ground state of the molecule is S = 9/2, as found previously for other [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. This was confirmed by magnetization data collected at various fields and temperatures. Fitting of the data gave S = 9/2, D = -0.45 cm(-1), and g = 1.96, where D is the axial zero-field splitting parameter.  相似文献

The reaction of HCN(2)(SiMe(3))(3) with benzenesulfenyl chloride in a 1:3 molar ratio produces HCN(2)(SPh)(3) (4) as thermally unstable, colorless crystals. The decomposition of (4) in toluene at 95 degrees C was monitored by UV-visible, (1)H NMR and ESR spectroscopy. The major final products of the decomposition were identified as PhSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSPh (5) and PhSSPh. The structures of 4 and 5 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of 4 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a, with a = 9.874(2) ?, b = 19.133(2) ?, c = 10.280(2) ?, beta = 113.37(1) degrees, V = 1782.8(5) ?(3), and Z = 4. The final R and R(w) values were 0.042 and 0.049, respectively. The crystals of 5 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with a = 5.897(6) ?, b = 18.458(10) ?, c = 7.050(8) ?, beta = 110.97(5) degrees, V = 716(1) ?(3), and Z = 2. The final R and R(w) values were 0.075 and 0.085, respectively. The diazene 5 adopts a Z,E,Z structure with weak intramolecular S.N contacts of 2.83 ?, giving rise to four-membered NCNS rings. During the thermolysis of 4 at 95 degrees C in toluene a transient species (lambda(max) 820 nm) was detected. It decomposes with second-order kinetics to give 5 (lambda(max) 450 nm). The ESR spectrum of the reaction mixture consisted of the superposition of a three-line 1:1:1 spectrum (g = 2.0074, A(N) = 11.45 G), attributed to (PhS)(2)N(*), upon a doublet of quintets (1:2:3:2:1) with g = 2.0070, A(N) = 6.14 G, A(H) = 2.1 G assigned to the radical HCN(2)(SPh)(2)(*). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the models of the radical showed the E,Z isomer to have the lowest energy. Thermochemical calculations indicate that the decomposition of HCN(2)(SH)(3) into the diazene (Z,E,Z)-HSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSH (and 2 HSSH) is substantially more exothermic (DeltaH = -176.1 kJ mol(-)(1)) than the corresponding formation of the isomeric eight-membered ring (HC)(2)N(4)(SH)(2) (DeltaH = -40.6 kJ mol(-)(1)). These calculations also indicate that the diazene is formed by a mechanism in which the RS(*) radical acts as a catalyst.  相似文献

Two series of novel complexes, [Ln(dca)(2)(Phen)(2)(H(2)O)(3)](dca).(phen) (Ln = Pr (1), Gd (2), and Sm (3), dca = N(CN)(-), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and [Ln(dca)(3)(2,2'-bipy)(2)(H(2)O)](n), (Ln = Gd (4), Sm (5), and La (6), 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipydine), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures of the first series (1-3) are isomorphous and consist of discrete [Ln(dca)(2)(Phen)(2)(H(2)O)(3)]+ cations, dca anions, and lattice phen molecules; whereas the structures of the second series (4-6) are characterized by infinite chains [Ln(dca)(3)(2,2'-bipy)(2)(H(2)O)](n). The Ln(III) atoms in all complexes are nine-coordinated and form a distorted tricapped trigonal prism environment. The three-dimensional frameworks of 1-6 are constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements for complexes 1, 2, 4, and 5 indicate a Curie-Weiss paramagnetic behavior over 5-300 K.  相似文献

Deprotonation of Mn2(μ-H)(μ-PR2)(CO)8 (R = Ph Cy) for Synthesis of Heteronuclear Manganese-Gold Clusters with Mn2Aun Cores (n = 1–3) The dimanganese complexes Mn2(μ-H)(μ-PR2)(CO)8 (R = Ph, Cy) have been deprotonated with 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-en (DBU) in tetrahydrofuran solution at 20°C to give the anions [Mn2(μ-PR2)(CO)8]?, which were isolated as tetraethylammonium salts. Both dimanganese complexes and the related anions were measured by cyclic voltammetry. The treatment of the aforementioned dimanganese complexes in thf solution with Lir' (R =Me, Ph) and subsequently with PPh3AuCl gave at 20°C three types of products: Mn2(μ-PR2(CO)8(AuPPh3),Mn2(μ-PR2)(μ-C(R′)O)(CO)6-(AuPPh3)2 and Mn2(μ-PR2)(CO)6(AuPPh3)3. The newly prepared substances were characterized by means of IR-, UV/VIS, 31P NMR data. The results of single X-ray analyses showed for the three-membered metal ring compound Mn2(μ-PPh2)(CO)8(AuPPh3) an uni-fold bridged σ(Mn? Mn) bond length of 306.7(3) pm, the metallatetrahedron complex Mn2(μ-PPh3)(μ-C(Ph)O(CO)6(AuPPh3)2 a twofold bridged σ(Mn? Mn) bond length of 300.6(4) pm and the trigonal-bipyramidal cluster Mn2(μ-Pph2)(CO)6(AuPPh3)3 an uni-fold bridged π(Mn? Mn) bond length of 274.7(3) pm. The Mn? Au bonds of these substances are accompanyied by semi-bridging CO ligands which are signified through short Au…C contact lengths in the range of 251 to 270 pm. In the substance with the Mn2Au2 metallatetrahedron core exists, additionally, such a contact with the acylic C atom of C(Ph)O bridging group of 263.4(18) pm. Such contact lengths were compared for corresponding dimanganese and dirhenium complexes.  相似文献

New members of the family of complex-perovskite oxides with the formula RCu(3)(Mn(3)Fe)O(12) (R = Ce, Pr, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y) have been synthesized and characterized. Polycrystalline samples have been prepared from citrate precursors treated under moderate pressure conditions (2-3.5 GPa) and 1000 °C in the presence of KClO(4) as an oxidizing agent. All the samples have been studied by neutron powder diffraction (NPD) at 300 K and 2 K. These oxides crystallize in the cubic space group Im3[combining macron] (no. 204). Mn(4+)/Mn(3+) and Fe(3+) occupy at random the octahedral B positions of the perovskite structure. These materials have also been characterized by magnetic and magnetotransport measurements. The observed enhancement of T(C) along the RCu(3)(Mn(3)Fe)O(12) series is understood as an effect of the chemical pressure on the (Mn,Fe)-O bonds as R(3+) size decreases. The semiconducting behaviour observed in all of the samples is related with the introduction of Fe at B position. Despite the drastic change of the transport properties, significant negative magnetoresistance values are observed in the Fe-containing compounds both at 10 K and 300 K.  相似文献

Treatment of RuHCl(CO)(L)3 with a slight excess amount of K[HB(3,5-Me2pz)3] in boiling MeOH solution yielded unusual 3,5-dimethylpyrzaole (Hdmpz) complexes, RuHCl(CO)(Hdmpz)(L)2 (L=PPh3, 1 or AsPh3, 2). Unexpectedly the dissociation of the bonds between the boron atom and the nitrogen atoms of the potentially tridentate [HB(3,5-Me2pz)3] ligand during the coordination of the ligand to the RuII metal has been observed. In a separate preparation, the RuHCl(CO)(Hdmpz)(PPh3)2 complex has also been synthesized from the reaction between RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 and the monodentate Hdmpz ligand. Complexes 1 and 2 have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. Compound 1 has also been prepared by the reaction between RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 and K[H2B(3,5-Me2pz)2] in boiling toluene solution. The crystal structure of 2 has been studied by X-ray crystallography. The geometrical structure around RuII of 2 is a distorted octahedral structure. The crystal structure of 2 consists of a discrete monomeric compound. It is interesting to find that the sterically-demanding [HB(3,5-Me2pz)3] or [H2B(3,5-Me2pz)2] ligands break up during the reaction with the RuII complexes to form the neutral 3,5-dimethylpyrazole complexes. In contrast to these observations, [H2Bpz2] and [H2B(4-Brpz)2] ligands form very stable RuII complexes.  相似文献
