This paper deals with the integrability of a finite-dimensional Hamiltonian system linked with the generalized coupled KdV hierarchy. For this purpose the associated Lax representation is presented after an elementary calculation. It is shown that the Lax representation enjoys a dynamical r-matrix formula instead of a classical one in the Poisson bracket on R2N. Consequently the resulting system is proved to be completely integrable in view of its r-matrix structure.  相似文献

We demonstrate that in a certain gauge the elliptic Ruijsenaars-Schneider model with N = 2 admits a nondynamical r-matrix structure and the corresponding classical rmatrix is the same as that of its nonrelativistic counterpart (CalogereMoser model) in the same gauge. Based on the symbolic computational system Maple, the similarity reductions of a Lax pair for the (2+1 )-dimensional differential Sawada Kotera (SK) equation by the classical Lie point group method, are presented. We obtain several interesting reductions. Comparing the reduced Lax pair's compatibility with the reduced SK equation under the same symmetry group, we find that the reduced Lax pairs do not always lead to the reduced SK equation. In general, the reduced equations are the subsets of the compatibility conditions of the reduced Lax pair.  相似文献

A new discrete heiarchy of integrable equations is generated from a new Lax Operator and a canonical Bäcklund transformation of the system is derived using Sklyanin’s formalism, based on the classical r-matrix. By quantising the system a quantum analogue of the corresponding canonical Bäcklund transformation is obtained and certain properties of the associated Q-operator are examined. We construct a Lax pair with spectral parameter for the elliptic Calogero-Moser Hamiltonian systems associated with each of the finite-dimensional Lie algebras, of the classical and of the exceptional type. When the spectral parameter equals one of the three half periods of the elliptic curve, our result for the classical Lie algebras reduces to one of the Lax pairs without spectral parameter that were known previously. These Calogero-Moser systems are invariant under the Weyl group of the associated untwisted affine Lie algebra. For non-simply laced Lie algebras, we introduce new integrable systems, naturally associated with twisted affine Lie algebras, and construct their Lax operators with spectral parameter (except in the case of G2).  相似文献

After extending the usual Lax pair of the Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation to a generalized form by using a gauge transformation, an adjoint Lax pair of the KdV equation is introduced. With the help of the spectral functions of the Lax pair and the adjoint Lax pair, a new nonlocal seed symmetry (which is gauge-invariant) is found and then a set of new infinitely many generalized nonlocal symmetries are obtained after establishing a general symmetry theory for an arbitrary nonlinear system.  相似文献
