The effect of the laser ridge width on the performance characteristics of deep violet In0.082Ga0.918N/GaN double quantum well (DQW) laser diodes (LDs) has been numerically investigated. Simulation results indicated that threshold current of LDs is decreased and slope efficiency and differential quantum efficiency (DQE) are increased by decreasing ridge width, whereas output power is decreased. The results also showed that a decrease of more than 1 μm in the ridge width reduces the threshold current, whereas the slope efficiency, output power, and DQE are decreased. A new DQW LD structure with a strip active region has been proposed to obtain a lower current threshold and higher output power, slope efficiency, and DQE. The results showed the InGaN DQW LD with a strip DQW active region has the highest output power, slope efficiency, and DQE; it also has a lower threshold current compared with that of the original LD. The comparative study conducted for the LDs with output emission wavelengths of 390, 414 and 436 nm has also confirmed the enhancement in LD performance using the strip DQW active region structure.  相似文献

We demonstrate that the etalon effects of alkali cells can be used as the output coupler of an alkali laser. Based on a rubidium cell with highly parallelized windows, a 2.7 W rubidium laser with optical efficiency of 20.9% and slope efficiency of 31.8% is obtained by adopting unconventional output couplers. Since it has compact configuration and the inner surface of the rubidium cell is uncoated, this may be used in high power laser systems with long lifetimes.  相似文献

从理论上分析了高功率光纤激光器直接抽运和二级抽运的斜率效率和热管理问题. 计算结果表明:波长为975 nm的激光直接抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,理论斜率效率为80%,但当抽运光功率为10 kW时,在强制水冷条件下纤芯极值温度也难以降到150 ℃以下;在二级抽运技术中,波长为1018 nm的激光抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,若采用传统的包层抽运技术,其斜率效率不足20%,如果抽运功率填充因子由0.0025提高到0.1,则理论上斜率效率可由18.5%提高到80.9%,从而总斜率效率由15.5 关键词: 二级抽运 功率填充因子 斜率效率 热管理  相似文献

It is shown that at low grazing angles, the slope probability density function (PDF) of the nonshadowed part of a rough surface can differ significantly from the slope PDF of the overall surface, if surface heights and slopes are functionally dependent. If the surface steepness has a tendency to increase with height, the effective slopes of the illuminated part of the surface can be significantly steeper than the average slope of the surface as a whole. This fact can play a crucial role in any theoretical interpretation of experimental results concerning radar scattering by the sea surface at low grazing angles.  相似文献

In this work, we compare the experimental slope values measured at the border of the surface protrusions that appear in growth fronts of evaporated Au films with the slope values predicted by the selected slope theories, showing a good agreement between them. For this purpose, a theoretical expression for the histogram of terrace widths at the borders of surface protrusions is developed for surfaces composed of paraboloidal-shaped elements whose shape parameters have a low statistical correlation and a high statistical dispersion between each other. The theoretical histogram was compared with those experimentally measured in Au(111) films grown on single-crystal and polycrystalline substrates. Experimental minimum values of terrace widths at the protrusion borders (that correspond to maximum slopes) obtained from the single-crystal-growth agree with those provided by the selected slope theory. An extension of the selected slope theory has been performed to interpret the additional maximum slope value observed in the polycrystalline films.  相似文献

To meet the application need for agile precision beam steering, a novel liquid crystal prism device with a simple structure, convenient control, low cost and applicable performance is presented, and analysed theoretically and experimentally. The relationships between the optical path and the thickness of the liquid crystal cell under different voltages are investigated quantitatively by using a theoretical model. Analysis results show that the optical path profile of the liquid crystal prism has a quasi-linear slope and the standard deviation of the linear slope is less than 16 nm. The slope ratio can be changed by a voltage, which achieves the programmable beam steering and control. Practical liquid crystal prism devices are fabricated. Their deflection angles and wavefront profiles with different voltages are experimentally tested. The results are in good agreement with the simulated results. The results imply that the agile beam steering in a scope of 100 μrad with a micro-rad resolution is substantiated in the device. The two-dimensional beam steering is also achieved by cascading two liquid crystal prism devices.  相似文献

用3He球形4中子探测器,通过直接反应法可以对核素的(n,2n)反应截面进行测量。在此类实验中,要求对中子束进行很好的准直。好的准直器设计要求能够提高样品处的中子注量率的均匀性,同时保证中子束流边缘处的下降幅度,能够降低低能中子所占份额。本工作采用FLUKA和MCNPX对圆柱形准直器、单锥形准直器及三种不同斜率的双锥形准直器对中子注量率的均匀性和低能中子所占份额进行了对比研究,结果表明,低斜率的双锥形准直器可以满足实验对这两方面的要求。同时,在有样品和无样品两种条件下,对探测系统经由这五种不同准直器准直后的中子束流的响应做了对比,结果显示,经过低斜率的双锥形准直器准直的中子束流,探测系统在有样品时表现为较高的计数率,在无样品时表现为较低的本底。除此之外,对准直器出口处的斜率对准直效果的影响也做了比较。最终中子准直器选用为这种低斜率的双锥形准直器,材料选用为紫铜、不锈钢、聚乙烯和铅。准直孔开口处直径为2.64 cm,长度为137 cm,经准直后样品处的中子束斑直径为3.2 cm。  相似文献

It is shown that at low grazing angles, the slope probability density function (PDF) of the nonshadowed part of a rough surface can differ significantly from the slope PDF of the overall surface, if surface heights and slopes are functionally dependent. If the surface steepness has a tendency to increase with height, the effective slopes of the illuminated part of the surface can be significantly steeper than the average slope of the surface as a whole. The influence of in-plane displacement and strain components on slope (first-order derivative of out-of-plane displacement component) fringe distributions in double-aperture speckle wedge-shearing interferometry is discussed in detail. The research results show that only the in-plane displacement component parallel to the centre line of double apertures has an influence on the slope fringe distributions. It is also shown that the in-plane strain components have no influence on the slope fringe distributions when utilising normal illumination and an axisymmetric system. A theoretical analysis and an experimental demonstration are given. The experimental results are in good agreement with the quantitative analysis.  相似文献

根据绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的工作特性,研究设计了一种应用于脉冲功率系统的开关驱动电路,实现了IGBT的快速开通。阐述了驱动电路的原理,设计了基于平面变压器的驱动电路,在驱动芯片基础上为栅极提供幅值为60 V脉冲电压,提高开关速度。最后使用Blumlein双线结构对驱动电路的性能进行了实验验证。应用这种驱动方式,提高了集电极电流上升速率。实验结果表明,在1000 V的工作电压下,通过IGBT的脉冲电流达到了470.53 A,脉冲前沿为40 ns,di/dt达到9.41 A/ns,相比数据手册提供的数据,该电流上升速度提高了7.53倍,实现了对IGBT的快速驱动。  相似文献

An appropriate Ga slope is required in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) film to enhance the cell performance of CIGS thin-film solar cells. In the conventional three-stage-co-evaporation process, the Ga slope was obtained by controlling Ga/In flux during deposition process. However, in two-step process, where a precursor was deposited first and then annealed in a Se environment for mass production, the desirable Ga slope was not achievable with the Ga/In flux control. We observed that the Ga/(Ga + In) ratio was nearly flat in CIGS film for Se-rich precursor and the ratio was nearly zero at surface and very high on bottom side of CISG film for Se-deficient precursor. We were able to generate a CIGS film with a Ga non-zero Ga surface and desired slope in the bulk by devising a precursor with Se-rich layer on top and Se-deficient layer on bottom, resulting in the enhancement of Cell performance.  相似文献

In this paper,new delay-dependent stability criteria for asymptotic stability of neural networks with time-varying delays are derived.The stability conditions are represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) by constructing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional.The proposed functional has an augmented quadratic form with states as well as the nonlinear function to consider the sector and the slope constraints.The less conservativeness of the proposed stability criteria can be guaranteed by using convex properties of the nonlinear function which satisfies the sector and slope bound.Numerical examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

植被含水量是植被生长状态的重要指示因子,是农业、生态和水文等研究中的重要参数,其诊断对于监测自然植被群落的干旱状况、预报森林火灾等都具有重要意义。通过对植被光谱反射率与植被含水量的相关性分析,发现植被波谱不同波段的光谱反射率与植被含水量的相关性差异很大,其中可见光红光波段(620~700 nm)、近红外波段(800~1 350, 1 600~1 950, 2 200~2 400 nm)的光谱反射率与植被含水量具有较好的相关性,选取了660,850,1 630和2 200 nm的光谱反射率作为RED,NIR,SWIR1和SWIR2的波段值来建立角度斜率指数;分析了植被含水量与角度斜率指数的关系,将角度斜率指数(SANI,SASI,ANIR)作为反演植被含水量的参量,建立植被含水量与角度斜率指数之间线性回归模型。通过对近红外角度指数ANIR改进,提出了近红外角度归一化指数NANI(near infrared angle normalized index)与近红外角度斜率指数NASI(near infrared angle slope index),建立植被含水量与NANI和NASI之间线性回归模型,结果显示:NANI与Palacios-Orueta等提出的角度斜率指数(SANI,SASI,ANIR)相比有一定的优势,模型可决系数R2从原最高0.791提高到0.853,RMSE也从原最小0.047降低到0.039。确定了NANI为反演植被含水量的最佳角度斜率指数,并建立了植被含水量反演模型。该研究主要创新点:在前人研究成果基础上,通过对原角度斜率指数的改进,提出了NANI和NASI角度斜率指数,使其在植被含水量反演上具有更高的精度。  相似文献

Numerical models based on the boundary element method and Boussinesq equation are used to simulate the wave transform over a submerged bar for regular waves.In the boundary-element-method model the linear element is used,and the integrals are computed by analytical formulas.The Boussinesq-equation model is the well-known FUNWAVE from the University of Delaware.We compare the numerical free surface displacements with the laboratory data on both gentle slope and steep slope,and find that both the models simulate the wave transform well.We further compute the agreement indexes between the numerical result and laboratory data,and the results support that the boundary-element-method model has a stable good performance,which is due to the fact that its governing equation has no restriction on nonlinearity and dispersion as compared with Boussinesq equation.  相似文献

A study of the regions of validity for rough surface scattering models is conducted for surfaces with Gaussian and power law power spectra. Models included in the study are physical optics (PO), geometrical optics, small perturbation method and small slope approximation. The range of validity of the PO model is commonly described by a bound on the radius curvature of the surface relative to the electromagnetic wavelength. We show empirically that for backscattering the region of accuracy is more accurately described by a bound on surface slope. For surfaces with a Gaussian power spectrum, the PO model is accurate to within 2 dB for RMS surface slope values less than 0.59 cos3θ. For surfaces with a power law power spectral density, the PO model is accurate for significant slope values (RMS surface height/wavelength of the dominant spectral peak) less than 0.037 cos3θ. These conditions are valid up to approximately 30°. The regions of validity of other models in the study are also shown to be well approximated by bounds on surface slope.  相似文献

利用直接波前斜率法和变形镜的电压一面形响应特性,研究了常规自适应光学系统和共光路/共模块(CP/CM)自适应光学系统中哈特曼波前传感器与变形镜的对准误差。常规自适应光学系统中,可以用重新测量变形镜的影响函数以减小对准误差的影响,虽并不能消除其影响,但系统都会有很大的调整容差;共光路/共模块自适应光学系统中采用不同的双哈特曼数据处理方法,哈特曼波前传感器与变形镜的对准精度对系统校正能力影响是不同的,采用加修正因子斜率融合法和电压融合法由于在数据融合时考虑了两台哈特曼传感器与变形镜对准的差异,所以对准误差的影响与在常规自适应光学中相同,系统都会有很大的调整容差,而采用直接斜率融合法的共光路/共模块系统由于是建立在两台哈特曼传感器完全一致的假设基础上,所以对对准精度的要求是很高的。分析过程中给出了相应的数值计算结果。  相似文献

采用自基准哈特曼径向斜率测量原理,设计了旋转加摩擦线性移动扫描机构,对被测波前进行连续极坐标扫描采样;用CCD相机采集光斑图像,经波面径向斜率计算和泽尼克径向斜率多项式最小二乘拟合,求出被测波面的泽尼克系数和波前畸变值。与干涉仪测量结果进行了比较,所以研制的波前测量装置可满足大口径光学系统的像质测量。  相似文献

To describe the depolarization of the electromagnetic field scattered from rough metal surfaces, a finite, non-vanishing value of the conductivity has to be considered. To reveal the modifications imposed by a complex dielectric constant, the Beckmann formula is expanded in power series of slope terms. We then arrive at an analytic expression which is convenient for evaluation as a function of the parameters involved. With this expression, plots of the cross-polarization ratio vs. angle of incidence and vs. slope are presented.  相似文献

A tunable chromatic dispersion and dispersion slope compensator is proposed that has a single lattice-form filter configuration. Wavelength dependence is intentionally added to its tunable couplers, which produces dispersion slope compensation in addition to the dispersion compensation. Dispersion tunability of +/- 500 ps/nm and a slope of -4.9 ps/nm(2) over 40 GHz are successfully demonstrated, thus meeting the requirement for 40 Gbits/s differential quadrature phase shift keying transmission with an 80 km long nonzero dispersion-shifted fiber.  相似文献

为了进一步研究有限长线声源的声场特性,完善有限长线声源声场理论,建立了有限长线声源斜面声场的模型,提出了其理论计算方法。基于仿真结果和数据分析,探讨并得到了有限长线声源斜面声场特性的三个参数与斜面声场特性之间的关系。通过调整斜面倾角α、交点的位置r0以及有限长线声源的长度L,可以有效改善斜面声场的分布。  相似文献
