氟代乙烯阳离子的理论研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用B3LYP和MP2方法及6-31G(d, p)、6-31+G(d, p)、6-311G(d, p)和6-311+G(d, p) 基组,对六种氟代乙烯阳离子做了理论研究,优化了它们的基电子态的结构,计算了对应分子的垂直电离势(VIP)和绝热电离势(AIP).结果表明,与具有非平面结构的乙烯阳离子不同,六种氟代乙烯阳离子都只具有平面结构;与分子结构相比,离子结构的C-C键增长, C-F键缩短, CCF键角变小. 自然布居分析计算表明,这些离子的正电荷主要分布在与F原子相连的C原子和各H原子上. B3LYP/6-311+G(d, p) 级别上计算的各分子的VIP和AIP值和实验值符合得很好. 使用含弥散基函数的基集可以明显提高这类分子的电离势的计算精度.  相似文献

Absolute rate coefficients for the gas-phase reactions of ground-state oxygen atoms with CCl(2)=CH(2) (1), (Z)-CHCl=CHCl (2) and CCl(2)=CCl(2) (3) have been measured directly using the fast flow discharge technique. The experiments were carried out under pseudo-first-order conditions with [O((3)P)](0) < [chloroethene](0). The temperature dependences of the reactions of O((3)P) with CCl(2)=CH(2), (Z)-CHCl=CHCl and CCl(2)=CCl(2) were studied in the range 298-359 K. The kinetic data obtained were used to derive the following Arrhenius expressions (in units of cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)): k(1) = (1.82 +/- 1.29) x 10(-11) exp[-(12.63 +/- 0.97) x 10(3)/RT], k(2) = (1.56 +/- 0.92) x 10(-11) exp[-(16.68 +/- 1.54) x 10(3)/RT], k(3) = (4.63 +/- 1.38) x 10(-11) exp[-(19.59 +/- 3.21) x 10(3)/RT]. This is the first temperature dependence study of the reactions of O((3)P) atoms with (Z)-CHCl=CHCl and CCl(2)=CCl(2). All the rate coefficients display a positive temperature dependence and pressure independence, which points to the importance of the irreversibility of the addition mechanism for these reactions. The obtained rate coefficients are compared with previous studies carried out mainly at room temperature. The rates of addition of O atoms and OH radicals to the double bond of alkenes at 298 K are related by the expression: log k(OH) = 0.57278 log k(O(3P)) - 4.095. A correlation is presented between the reactivity of chloroethenes toward O atoms and the second-order perturbational term of the frontier molecular orbital theory which carries the contribution of the different atomic orbitals to the HOMO of the chloroethene. To a first approximation, this correlation allows room-temperature rate coefficients to be predicted within +/-25-30% of the measured values.  相似文献

Absolute ClO radical product yields in the gas-phase reactions of O((1)D) with Cl(2), HCl, CCl(4), CHCl(3), CH(2)Cl(2), CH(3)Cl, CFCl(3), CF(2)Cl(2), CF(3)Cl, CHFCl(2), and CHF(2)Cl are reported. Product yields were measured using pulsed-laser photolysis of O(3) to produce O((1)D) in the presence of excess reactant combined with dual wavelength differential cavity ring-down spectroscopic detection of the ClO radical. ClO radical absorption cross sections for the A(2)Π(v = 10) ← X(2)Π(v = 0) transition band head near 280 nm were determined between 200 and 296 K as part of this work. The ClO product yields obtained at room temperature were Cl(2) (0.77 ± 0.10), HCl (0.20 ± 0.04), CCl(4) (0.79 ± 0.04), CHCl(3) (0.77 ± 0.04), CH(2)Cl(2) (0.73 ± 0.04), CH(3)Cl (0.46 ± 0.06), CFCl(3) (0.79 ± 0.04), CF(2)Cl(2) (0.76 ± 0.06), CF(3)Cl (0.82 ± 0.06), CHFCl(2) (0.73 ± 0.05), and CHF(2)Cl (0.56 ± 0.03), where the quoted error limits are 2σ of the measurement precision. ClO product yields in the O((1)D) + Cl(2) and CFCl(3) reactions were found to be independent of temperature between 200 and 296 K, within the precision of the measurements. The absolute ClO yields obtained in this study are compared with previously reported values determined using relative and indirect methods.  相似文献

High-precision quantum chemical calculations have been performed for atmospherically important halomethane derivatives including CF, CF(3), CHF(2), CH(2)F, CF(2), CF(4), CHF, CHF(3), CH(3)F, CH(2)F(2), CCl, CCl(3), CHCl(2), CH(2)Cl, CCl(2), CCl(4), CHCl, CHCl(3), CH(3)Cl, CH(2)Cl(2), CHFCl, CF(2)Cl, CFCl(2), CFCl, CFCl(3), CF(2)Cl(2), CF(3)Cl, CHFCl(2), CHF(2)Cl, and CH(2)FCl. Theoretical estimates for the standard enthalpy of formation at 0 and 298.15 K as well as for the entropy at 298.15 K are presented. The determined values are mostly within the experimental uncertainty where accurate experimental results are available, while for the majority of the considered heat of formation and entropy values the present results represent the best available estimates.  相似文献

The geometries of the MBeX(3) (M = Li, Na; X = F, Cl, Br) series with all real frequencies are reported using the B3LYP and MP2 methods with the 6-311+G(d) basis set. The natural bond orbital (NBO) and atom in molecule (AIM) analyses indicate the ionic character of the M-X bonds connecting the alkali atom M and the superhalogen BeX(3). The introduction of a counterion M(+) only slightly affects the geometry of BeX(3)(-), but produces a more stable species. The bond energies (E(b)) and vertical ionization potentials (VIP) of the MBeX(3) species are obtained at the CCSD(T)/6-311+G(3df) level. These alkali-superhalogen species exhibit large E(b) (130.4-222.3 kcal mol(-1)) and VIP values (9.46-14.05 eV) to show considerable stabilities. In addition, both E(b)s and VIPs of MBeX(3) are found to be closely related to the electronegativity of the X ligands and partial atomic charges.  相似文献

Smog chamber/FTIR techniques were used to study the atmospheric chemistry of the Z and E isomers of CF3CF=CHF, which we refer to as CF3CF=CHF(Z) and CF3CF=CHF(E). The rate constants k(Cl + CF3CF=CHF(Z)) = (4.36 +/- 0.48) x 10-11, k(OH + CF3CF=CHF(Z)) = (1.22 +/- 0.14) x 10-12, and k(O3 + CF3CF=CHF(Z)) = (1.45 +/- 0.15) x 10-21 cm3 molecule-1 s-1 were determined for the Z isomer of CF3CF=CHF in 700 Torr air diluent at 296 +/- 2 K. The rate constants k(Cl + CF3CF=CHF(E)) = (5.00 +/- 0.56) x 10-11, k(OH + CF3CF=CHF(E)) = (2.15 +/- 0.23) x 10-12, and k(O3 + CF3CF=CHF(E)) = (1.98 +/- 0.15) x 10-20 cm3 molecule-1 s-1 were determined for the E isomer of CF3CF=CHF in 700 Torr air diluent at 296 +/- 2 K. Both the Cl-atom and OH-radical-initiated atmospheric oxidation of CF3CF=CHF give CF3C(O)F and HC(O)F in molar yields indistinguishable from 100% for both the Z and E isomer. CF3CF=CHF(Z) has an atmospheric lifetime of approximately 18 days and a global warming potential (100 year time horizon) of approximately 6. CF3CF=CHF(E) has an atmospheric lifetime of approximately 10 days and a global warming potential (100 year time horizon) of approximately 3. CF3CF=CHF has a negligible global warming potential and will not make any significant contribution to radiative forcing of climate change.  相似文献

The ionization potentials (IPs) and electron affinities (EAs) of formamide in the gas phase have been calculated using density functional theory (DFT), ab initio HF and Møller-Plesset perturbational theory (MP) at 6-311++G** basis set. The results indicate that the IPs of formamide obtained with DFT and MP are in agreement with the results obtained from experiment. And B3LYP has been confirmed to be the most accurate method in calculating the AIPs and VIPs of formamide through our work. IPs and EAs of formamide in solution are not known experimentally, therefore IPs and EAs of formamide in chloroform, acetone, and dimethylsulfoxide have been calculated using polarized continuum model (PCM) with B3LYP/6-311++G** level and have been compared with the values in the gas phase. The AIPs and VIPs of formamide have been compared with those of its methylation derivatives. All EAs of methylation derivatives of formamide are bigger than those of formamide conformers in the gas phase with BLYP, B3LYP, and B3P86 methods at 6-311++G** basis set. All these indicate that all anions of methylation derivatives of formamide are more stable than anions of formamide with respect to electron detachment adiabatically and vertically in the gas phase.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/DZP++水平上研究气相中疏水氨基酸的单电子氧化还原性质.计算表明:发生单电子氧化反应时,侧链较小的甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸丢失电子的主要部位是氨基、α-碳和羧基,对应着相对较大的绝热电离能(8.52-9.15 eV);而半胱氨酸、甲硫氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸因侧链丢失较多负电荷,其电离能有所降低.气相中疏水氨基酸从外界捕获的电子主要驻留在羧基或氨基的氢原子外侧以及分子的骨架上,形成具有偶极边界结构和价键结构的混合状态阴离子,绝热电子亲和势在-0.08至-0.63 eV之间.由于氨基酸的电离能较大且电子亲和势为负值,所以在气相中它们既不容易被氧化也难以被还原.  相似文献

The homodimers and the heterodimers of two amides, two boronic acids, and two carboxylic acids have been calculated in the gas phase and in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and CCl(4) solvents using the DFT (M06-2X and M06-L) and the MP2 methods in conjunction with the 6-31G(d,p) and 6-311+G(d,p) basis sets. Furthermore, their pairwise coencapsulation was studied to examine its effect on the calculated properties of the hydrogen bonds at the ONIOM[M06-2X/6-31G(d,p);PM6], ONIOM[MP2/6-31G(d,p); PM6], and M06-2X/6-31G(d,p) levels of theory. The present work is directed toward the theoretical rationalization and interpretation of recent experimental results on hydrogen bonding in encaptulation complexes [D. Ajami et al. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2011, 133, 9689-9691]. The calculated dimerization energy (ΔE) values range from 0.74 to 0.35 eV for the different dimers in the gas phase, with the ordering carboxylic homodimers > amide-carboxylic dimers > amide homodimers > boronic-carboxylic dimers > amide-boronic dimers > boronic homodimers. In solvents, generally smaller ΔE values are calculated with only small variations in the ordering. In the capsule, the ΔE values range between 0.67 and 0.33 eV with practically the same ordering as in the gas phase. The calculated % distributions of the encapsulated dimers, taking into account statistical factors, are in agreement with the experimental distribution, where the occurrence of boronic homodimer dominates, even though it is calculated to have the smallest ΔE.  相似文献

Atomic alignment effects for the formation of ArCl*(C) and CCl2*(A) in the reaction of Ar((3)P 2) + CCl 4 have been measured by using an oriented Ar( (3)P2, M J=2) beam at a collision energy of 0.08 eV. The emission intensity for ArCl*(C) and CCl2*(A) has been measured as a function of the magnetic orientation field direction in the collision frame. A significant atomic alignment effect is observed for the atom transfer process [ArCl*(C) formation]. Formation of ArCl*(C) is modestly enhanced when the electron angular momentum of the Ar((3)P 2) reactant is aligned along the relative velocity vector, while the excitation transfer process [CCl2*(A) formation] shows little alignment effect.  相似文献

We report that the absolute cross sections for dissociative attachment of approximately 0 eV electrons to chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) are strongly enhanced by the presence of H2O ice. The absolute cross sections for CFCl3, CHF2Cl, and CH3CF2Cl on water ice are measured to be approximately 8.9 x 10(-14), approximately 5.1 x 10(-15), and approximately 4.9 x 10(-15) cm2 at approximately 0 eV, respectively. The former value is about 1 order of magnitude higher than that in the gas phase, while the latter two are 3-4 orders higher. In contrast, the resonances at electron energies > or = 2.0 eV are strongly suppressed either for CFCs and HCFCs or for CF4 adsorbed on H2O ice. The cross-section enhancement is interpreted to be due to electron transfer from precursor states of the solvated electron in ice to an unfilled molecular orbital of CFCs or HCFCs followed by its dissociation. This study indicates that electron-induced dissociation is a significant process leading to CFC and HCFC fragmentation on ice surfaces.  相似文献

The ground states of the M-NH(3) (M=Na,Al,Ga,In,Cu,Ag) complexes and their cations have been studied with density functional theory and coupled cluster [CCSD(T)] methods. The adiabatic ionization potentials (AIPs) of these complexes are calculated, and these are compared to results from high-resolution zero-electron kinetic energy photoelectron spectroscopy. By extrapolating the CCSD(T) energies to the complete basis set (CBS) limit and including the core-valence, scalar relativistic, spin-orbit, and zero-point corrections, the CCSD(T) method is shown to be able to predict the AIPs of these complexes to better than 6 meV or 0.15 kcal/mol. 27 exchange-correlation functionals, including one in the local density approximation, 13 in the generalized gradient approximation (GGA), and 13 with hybrid GGAs, were benchmarked in the calculations of the AIPs. The B1B95, mPW1PW91, B98, B97-1, PBE1PBE, O3LYP, TPSSh, and HCTH93 functionals give an average error of 0.1 eV for all the complexes studied, with the B98 functional alone yielding a maximum error of 0.1 eV. In addition, the calculated metal-ammonia harmonic stretching frequencies with the CCSD(T) method are in excellent agreement with their experimental values, whereas the B3LYP method tends to underestimate these stretching frequencies. The metal-ammonia binding energies were also calculated at the CCSD(T)/CBS level, and are in excellent agreement with the available experimental values considering the error limits, except for Ag-NH(3) and Ag(+)-NH(3), where the calculations predict stronger bond energies than measured by about 4 kcal/mol, just outside the experimental error bars of +/-3 kcal/mol.  相似文献

A total of 181 vertical ionization potentials (VIPs) of 41 molecules were calculated by density functional theory (DFT) employing the Perdew–Wang 1986 (PW86) exchange and Perdew–Wang 1991 (PW91) correlation functionals and using the aug‐cc‐pV5Z basis and experimental ground‐state geometries. The overall average absolute deviation (AAD) from experiment was found to be 0.55 eV and only 0.31 eV for linear molecules but 0.86 eV for nonplanar molecules. A number of VIPs were in error by over 2 eV. In particular, DFT performed most poorly when ionization was from an orbital with highly varying density gradients (which arise from the orbital's shape or compactness or through its density being distributed over a number of atoms). The extent of substituent influence on the vertical electron affinities (EAs) and ionization energies (IEs) of 43 substituted tria-, penta-, and heptafulvenes was examined computationally at the OVGF/6-311G(d)//B3LYP/6-311G(d) level of theory and compared with those of tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) and tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) as representing strong electron-acceptor and -donor compounds, respectively. The substituents X at the exocyclic positions of the fulvenes were either NH(2), H, or CN, while the substituents Y at the ring positions were H, Cl, F, CN, or NH(2). The variations of the EAs and IEs were rationalized by qualitative arguments based on frontier orbital symmetries for the different fulvene classes with either X or Y being constant. The minimum and maximum values found for the calculated EAs of the tria-, penta-, and heptafulvenes were 0.51-2.05, 0.24-3.63, and 0.53-3.14 eV, respectively, and for the IEs 5.27-9.96, 7.07-10.31, and 6.35-10.59 eV, respectively. Two of the investigated fulvenes outperform TCNQ (calcd EA = 2.63 eV) and one outperforms TTF (calcd IE = 6.25 eV) with regard to acceptor and donor abilities, respectively. We also evaluated the properties of bis(fulvene)s, i.e., compounds composed of a donor-type heptafulvene fused with an acceptor-type pentafulvene, and it was revealed that these bis(fulvene)s can be designed so that the IE and EA of the two separate fulvene segments are retained, potentially allowing for the design of compact donor-acceptor dyads.  相似文献

MRCI results are reported for the vertical excitation energies (VEE) and oscillator strengths f of doublet states of OClO up to 11 eV, including 3b(1) → 4s, 4p, 3d, 5s, 5p, 4d, and most 1a(2), 8a(1), 5b(2) → 4s and 4p Rydberg states. The lowest Rydberg states 3b(1) → 4s and 3b(1) → 4p(x) have mixed valence-Rydberg character. The observed spectral bands were reassigned to include valence states which have generally higher oscillator strengths. The well-known valence state 1(2)A(2) has a VEE of 3.63 eV, and a relatively high f of 0.042. Overall, the calculated oscillator strengths are in good agreement with measured values. The lowest quartet state, 1(4)B(2), lies at 6.95 eV. Quartet Rydberg states start with 1a(2) → 4s at 9.28 eV. According to calculated vertical ionization potentials (VIP) of OClO, the second VIP at 12.59 eV is reassigned from 1(3)B(1) to 1(3)B(2) (ionization from 1a(2), rather than 8a(1)), and the third VIP at 12.63 eV from 1(1)B(1) to 1(3)B(1) (ionization from 8a(1)). Vertical electron detachment energies of OClO(-) have been calculated up to 8.9 eV. There is good agreement with experimental values.  相似文献

采用B3LYP方法及6-311G(d,p)和6-311+G(d,p)基组,对12种氯代苯阳离子进行了理论研究,优化其电子基态的结构,计算了对应分子的垂直电离势(VIP)和绝热电离势(AIP).依据Jahn-Teller理论,确定了1,3,5-C6H3Cl3+和C6Cl6+离子分别具有C2v(2B1)和D2h(2B2g)结构(对应分子分别为D3h和D6h结构).其余10个离子的构型的对称点群与对应分子相同,但构型参数值有明显差别.用B3LYP方法计算的各氯代苯分子的垂直电离势和绝热电离势与实验值符合得很好.  相似文献

Complementary neutron spin-echo and x-ray experiments and molecular-dynamics simulations have been performed on difluorotetrachloroethane (CFCl2-CFCl2) glassy crystal. Static, single-molecule reorientational dynamics and collective dynamics properties are investigated. Our results confirm the strong analogy between molecular liquids and plastic crystals. The orientational disorder is characterized at different temperatures and a change in the nature of rotational dynamics is observed. A careful check of the rotational diffusion model is performed using self-angular correlation functions Cl with high l values and compared to results obtained on molecular liquids composed of A-B dumbbells. Below the crossover temperature at which slow dynamics emerge, we show that some scaling predictions of the mode coupling theory hold and that alpha-relaxation times and nonergodicity parameters are controlled by the nontrivial static correlations.  相似文献
