This report describes the reaction of N-(thio)phosphoryl imines with diethylzinc under different conditions. An interesting and distinct chemoselectivity between hydrogen-addition and ethyl-addition to imine double bond is disclosed: in weakly polar solvent, e.g. toluene, N-(thio)phosphoryl imines were exclusively reduced in excellent yields via a β-H transfer from diethylzinc to imine double bond; in polar solvents like THF, the reduction product was competitively formed as a major product together with the minor product resulting from ethyl-addition to imine double bond; in sharp contrast, in the presence of strong coordinative additive N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), the ethylation product was formed exclusively from the reaction of N-(thio)phosphoryl imine with diethylzinc. These results are discussed and explained in terms of the coordination interactions between the imine, solvent, and additive with diethylzinc.  相似文献

Tributylphosphine was used as catalyst to facilitate a [3+2] cycloaddition between γ-substituted allenoates and N-sulfonylimines. The resulting adducts, 3-carbethoxy-2,5-disubstituted-3-pyrrolines, were formed in excellent yields with high diastereoselectivity. The reaction went to completion in several hours at room temperature, and the starting materials were easily prepared with one step from commercially available compounds via known procedures.  相似文献

A microwave-assisted tandem [3+2] cycloaddition/retro-Diels-Alder reaction of azomethine ylides derived from imines of α-amino esters to dimethyl 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2,5-diene-2,3-dicarboxylate derivatives is described. The procedure delivers, in a short reaction time, pyrrolines in high yields. In a such sequence, the oxanorbornadiene derivatives behave as masked forms of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate. Subsequent oxidation of the synthesized 3-pyrrolines with DDQ affords 2H-pyrroles with yields in the 76-88% range. If this three-step sequence is run on the non-substituted 7-oxabicycloheptadienedicarboxylate, purification of the intermediate 3-pyrrolines is avoided to afford 2H-pyrroles in less than 2 h.  相似文献

Semiempirical quantum-chemical calculations of the spatial arrangement and electronic structure of the tautomeric forms of N-[diisopropoxy(thio)phosphoryl](thio)benzamides were carried out by the PM3 method. The most energetically favorable forms were revealed, and the reasons for their stabilization were discussed.  相似文献

N-[2-(X)-1,3,2-Oxathiaphospholane] derivatives (X = S, Se, O) of carboxamides were prepared and their DBU-assisted reaction with alcohols led to the corresponding O-alkyl-N-acylphosphoramido(thio)(seleno)ates. Their structures were confirmed by MS analysis and 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Independently N-acylphosphoramidoselenoates were converted to N-acylphosphoramidates by treatment with tert-butylperoxytrimethylsilane. The oxathiaphospholane approach was also applied to the synthesis of derivatives having N-prolylphosphoramido(thio)(seleno)ate linkages on the 5′-OH group of AMP.  相似文献

2-Fluoro-2-pyrrolines have been prepared by a domino reaction of difluorocarbene with N-substituted ketimines in the presence of fumaronitrile, malenitrile or dimethyl maleate, involving azomethine ylide formation, 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, and dehydrofluorination. The reactions of 1H-dibenzo[b,e]azepine and 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines with difluorocarbene in the presence of fumaronitrile proceed with the formation of fluorinated 1H-dibenzo[c,f]pyrrolo[1,2-a]azepine and pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives. The yields of 2-fluoro-2-pyrrolines depend mostly on their resistance to chromatographic work-up and are higher for 5,5-disubstituted pyrrolines compared to 5-monosubstituted derivatives.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of crown-containing N-(thio)phosphoryl(thio)ureas and their complexes with 3d transition metals was studied by dc voltammetry on a graphite electrode in acetone. Crown-containing N-(thio)phosphoryl(thio)ureas are not reduced but are oxidized on solid electrodes in the examined range of potentials; the electrons are transferred via the (thio)urea group. Electrooxidation of macrocyclic Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes probably occurs via formation of M(III) complex species. Electroreduction of these metal complexes involves stepwise electron transfer, with the oxidation state of the metal atom decreasing to 0, followed by dissociation of the electrochemical reaction products.  相似文献

A new synthesis of N-(α-methoxyarylmethyl)-2,2-dimethylaziridines is presented. Different benzaldehydes were converted into the corresponding imines upon reaction with 2-bromo-2-methylpropylamine. Treatment of the latter imines with sodium methoxide afforded N-(α-methoxyarylmethyl)-2,2-dimethylaziridines in good yields.  相似文献

Fluoro- und aminofluoro-silanes react with the lithium salt of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine under LiF elimination and substitution. Alkyl- and amino-fluorosilanes give O-fluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines, arylfluorosilanes give N-fluorosilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines. By the further reaction of O-difluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine with the lithiated hydroxylamine, O,O′-fluoromethylsilyldi[N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine] is formed. On heating N-difluorophenylsilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine di[fluorophenylsilyl(methyl)amino]pentamethylsiloxane is formed by methyl group migration. The NMR and mass spectra of the compounds are reported.  相似文献

The stereoselective synthesis of two epimeric penta-hydroxylated indolizidines was accomplished from 2,3:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-d-mannofuranose and N-(2-methylpent-4-en-2-yl)hydroxylamine. The transformation of these substrates into the corresponding 7-oxa-1-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane by the intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition was the key step of the synthesis. The adduct was transformed into the tricyclic ammonium salt by intramolecular N-alkylation. The tricyclic ammonium salt was converted to the target compounds by: (route 1) the catalytic hydrogenation; or (route 2) the reaction with sodium azide, followed by the enantioselective reduction of the resulting indolizidinone.  相似文献

The [2+2] carbonylative cycloaddition of N-α-aza-heteroaryl substituted imines with allyl bromide led partially to β-lactams, which underwent isomerization to the more stable α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compound. Pyrimidinone derivatives together with doubly unsaturated amides represent the remaining isolated products. The strong electron-withdrawing effect of the two α-aza-heterocycles linked to the nitrogen atom and to the C4 of the 2-azetidinone structure could give a ring expansion, through a 2-azetinone intermediate that affords the pyrimidinone compounds. The substituted amides, instead, should result from a ring-opening reaction of the β-lactam.  相似文献

The aza-Diels-Alder reaction of trans-1-methoxy-2-methyl-3-trimethylsiloxybuta-1,3-diene with N-benzhydryl imines in the presence of Yb(OTf)3 in toluene at room temperature gave the corresponding 2,5-disubstituted 2,3-dihydro-4-pyridones in high yields. This reaction can also be carried out with diene, aldehydes, and amine in a three-component one-pot reaction manner in moderate to high yields under solvent-free conditions. The relationship between Lewis acids and activity, solvents and catalyst loading were studied. Some investigation towards the reaction mechanism was discussed.  相似文献

Higher values of the energies of the highest occupied molecular orbitals for N-benzyl-4-[9-(thio)-xanthenyl]aniline, N-benzyl-4-(5-dibenzosuberenyl)aniline molecules and their zwitterions and the electron density increase on the reaction center (carbon atom in the CH2-group) for the latter were obtained in the quantum-chemical calculations by RHF/6-31G(d) method. This explains the possibility and the ease of dehydrogenation of N-benzyl-4-[9-(thio)xanthenyl]aniline with imines in trifluoroacetic acid due to effect of the substituents. The calculated data suggest the same possibility for N-benzyl-4-(5-dibenzosuberenyl)aniline: it is dehydrogenated already in the synthesis from N-benzylaniline and dibenzosuberenol in acetic acid.  相似文献

Through a [2+3] cycloaddition reaction, a new environmentally friendly method was developed to enable the synthesis of bioactive 1-alkyl-1H-naphtho[2,3-d][1,2,3]triazole-4,9-diones and N-aryl-2-aminomethylene-1,3-indanediones using water as the solvent with good yields and minimum requirement of purification. This new green synthetic protocol is simple and suitable for scale-up synthesis.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Carbamate deprotonation followed by treatment with CuCN.2LiCl affords alpha-(N-carbamoyl)alkylcuprates which react with propargyl halides, mesylates, tosylates, phosphates, acetates, and epoxides to give alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes via an anti-S(N)2' substitution process. Propargyl halides, sulfonates, and phosphates give good yields of carbamoyl allenes, while the acetates afford low yields. Propargyl substrates undergo regiospecific S(N)2' substitution in the absence of severe steric hindrance. The alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes can be cyclized to 2-oxazolidinones or deprotected to afford the free amines which can be cyclized to Delta(3)-pyrrolines with either AgNO(3) or Ru(3)(CO)(12).  相似文献

In this paper we describe the phosphine-catalyzed [3 + 2], [3 + 3], [4 + 3], and [3 + 2 + 3] annulations of azomethine imines and allenoates. These processes mark the first use of azomethine imines in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis, producing dinitrogen-fused heterocycles, including tetrahydropyrazolo-pyrazolones, -pyridazinones, -diazepinones, and -diazocinones. Counting the two different reaction modes in the [3 + 3] cyclizations, there are five distinct reaction pathways-the choice of which depends on the structure and chemical properties of the allenoate. All reactions are operationally simple and proceed smoothly under mild reaction conditions, affording a broad range of 1,2-dinitrogen-containing heterocycles in moderate to excellent yields. A zwitterionic intermediate formed from a phosphine and two molecules of ethyl 2,3-butadienoate acted as a 1,5-dipole in the annulations of azomethine imines, leading to the [3 + 2 + 3] tetrahydropyrazolo-diazocinone products. The incorporation of two molecules of an allenoate into an eight-membered-ring product represents a new application of this versatile class of molecules in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis. The salient features of this protocol--the facile access to a diverse range of nitrogen-containing heterocycles and the simple preparation of azomethine imine substrates--suggest that it might find extensive applications in heterocycle synthesis.  相似文献

A simple method for thiacalix[4]arene O-monoamide preparation with high yields using 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene reaction with diaminoalkanes is reported. The solid state cyclization reaction of the acylethylenediamines function of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-O-[(N-(2-aminoethyl)aminocarbonyl)-methoxy]thiacalix[4]arene leading to the formation of the 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-[2-methoxy-imdazoline]thiacalix[4]arene compound is described for the first time for the calixarene macrocycle family. Finally, preliminary results show that O-mono-amide-thiacalixarene derivatives are promising candidates for the production of self-assembled materials and efficient precursors for the synthesis of bisthiacalix[4] arenes.  相似文献

The first example of N-iodosaccharin (NISac)-catalyzed step, pot and atom economic synthesis of 1,3-oxazines via formal [2+4] cycloaddition of imines and enones has been reported. No by-product formation, operational simplicity, ambient temperature and high yields (85-95%) are the salient features of the present synthetic protocol. After isolation of the product, the catalyst NISac can be easily recovered and reused without any loss of efficiency.  相似文献

2H-1,2,3-Triazoles (2) were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of (Z)-2,3-diaryl substituted acrylonitriles (1) with sodium azide and ammonium chloride in DMF/water.
