固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析环境水样中痕量有机磷农药 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
研究了固相微萃取(SPME) 气相色谱 质谱联用(GC MS)同时测定环境水样中二嗪农、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷和水胺硫磷4种有机磷农药(OPPs)的分析方法。选择聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取纤维,对SPME的条件如萃取时间、萃取溶液的pH值和离子强度、解吸温度、解吸时间和GC MS的条件进行了优化。对二嗪农和水胺硫磷方法线性范围为0.001~10μg L,对甲基对硫磷和对硫磷方法线性范围为0.001~100μg L。二嗪农、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、水胺硫磷的检出限分别为0.015,0.020,0.013和0.039μg L。分析加标自来水、矿泉水和湖水样品,回收率在89.0%~102%之间,RSD在2.1%~14.1%之间。适合于环境水样中痕量OPPs的快速分析。 相似文献

A method based on solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC/MS) for the determination of 18 organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in textiles is described. Commercially available SPME fibers, 100 μm PDMS and 85 μm PA, were compared and 85 μm PA exhibited better performance to the OPPs. Various parameters affecting SPME, including extraction and desorption time, extraction temperature, salinity and pH, were studied. The optimized conditions were: 35 min extraction at 25 °C, 5% NaSO4 content, pH 7.0, and 3.5 min desorption in GC injector port at 250 °C. The linear ranges of the SPME-GC/MS method were 0.1-500 μg L−1 for most of the OPPs. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.01 μg L−1 (for bromophos-ethyl) to 55 μg L−1 (for azinphos-methyl) and the RSDs were between 0.66% and 9.22%. The optimized method was then used to analyze 18 OPPs in textile sample, and the determined recoveries were ranged from 76.7% to 126.8%. Moreover, the distribution coefficients of the OPPs between 85 μm PA fiber and simulative sweat solution (Kpa/s) were determined. The determined Kpa/s of the OPPs correlated well with their octanol-water partition coefficients (r = 0.764 and 0.678) and water solubility (r = −0.892 and −0.863). 相似文献

This paper describes the extraction of 49 organophosphorus pesti-cides (OPPs) from water samples using solid-phase microextraction (SPME). Three fibers, including a 15-μm XAD-coated fiber, a 85-μm polyacrylate-coated fiber, and a 30-μm polydimethylsilox-ane-coated fiber (PDMS), were evaluated here. The effects of stirring and the addition of NaCl to the sample were examined for the polyacrylate-coated fiber. The precision of the technique was examined for all three fibers and the extraction kinetics were investigated using the XAD- and polyacrylate-coated fibers. With some exceptions, the XAD- and polyacrylate-coated fibers performed better than the PDMS-coated fiber. The superiority of the XAD-nd polyacrylate-coated fiber. The superiority of the XAD- and polyacrylate-coated fibers over the PDMS-coated fibers can be attribuibuted to the aromatic functionalities of the XAD and the polar functionalities in the polyacrylate. The relatively high percent RSDs indicate that the SPME technique needs to be further refined before it can be used for anything other than screening. A more effective form of agitation than mechanical stirring may be neccessary to reduce variability and achieve a faster equilibrium between the sample and the SPME fiber. 相似文献

A new cold fiber solid-phase microextraction device was designed and constructed based on thermoelectric cooling. A three-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC) was used for cooling a copper rod coated with a poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) hollow fiber, which served as the solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber. The copper rod was mounted on a commercial SPME plunger and exposed to the cold surface of the TEC, which was enclosed in a small aluminum box. A heat sink and a fan were used to dissipate the generated heat at the hot side of the TEC. By applying an appropriate dc voltage to the TEC, the upper part of the copper rod, which was in contact to the cold side of the TEC, was cooled and the hollow fiber reached a lower temperature through heat transfer. A thermocouple was embedded in the cold side of the TEC for indirect measurement of the fiber temperature. The device was applied in quantitative analysis of off-flavors in a rice sample. Hexanal, nonanal, and undecanal were chosen as three off-flavors in rice. They were identified according to their retention times and analyzed by GC-flame ionization detection instrument. Headspace extraction conditions (i.e., temperature and time) were optimized. Standard addition calibration graphs were obtained at the optimized conditions and the concentrations of the three analytes were calculated. The concentration of hexanal was also measured using a conventional solvent extraction method (697+/-143ng/g) which was comparable to that obtained from the cold fiber SPME method (644+/-8). Moreover, the cold fiber SPME resulted in better reproducibility and shorter analysis time. Cold fiber SPME with TEC device can also be used as a portable device for field sampling. 相似文献

A sol-gel-based amino functionalized fiber for immersed solid-phase microextraction of organophosphorus pesticides from environmental samples 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A method based on immersed solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry detection (GC-MS) for the determination of organophosphorous pesticides (OPPs) in aqueous samples was developed. A sol-gel based coating fiber was prepared using 3-(trimethoxysilylpropyl) amine as precursor. The synthesized fiber was prepared in a way to impart polar moiety into the coating network and would be more suitable for extracting polar and semi-polar organic pollutants. Important parameters influencing the extraction process were optimized and an extraction time of 40 min at 30 °C gave maximum peak area, when NaCl (20% w/v) was added to the aqueous sample. The linearity for disulfoton, phorate and sulfotep was in the concentration range of 0.01 to 5 ng mL− 1 and for parathion and O,O,O-triethylthiphosphate was in the range of 0.01 to 50 ng mL− 1. Limits of detection ranged from 1 ng L− 1, for parathion, to 0.05 ng L− 1, for disulfoton using time-scheduled selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode, and the RSD% values were all below 10.5% at the 1 ng mL− 1 level. The developed method was successfully applied to real water samples while the relative recovery percentages obtained for the spiked water samples were from 80 to 115%. 相似文献

Summary Organosphosphate pesticides have been found extractable by headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME), and the best conditions of their extraction from human whole blood and urine samples have been investigated. The body fluid samples containing nine pesticides (IBP, methyl parathion, fenitrothion, malathion, fenthion, isoxathion, ethion, EPN and phosalone) were heated at 100°C in a septum-capped vial in the presence of various combinations of acid and salts, and SPME fiber was exposed to the headspace of the vial to allow adsorption of the pesticides before capillary gas chromatography (GC) with nitrogen-phosphorus detection. The heating with distilled water/HCl/(NH4)2SO4/NaCl and with distilled water/HCl gave the best results for urine and whole blood, respectively. Recoveries of the nine pesticides were 0.8–10.6% except for phosalone (0.03%) for whole blood, and 3.8–40.2% for urine. The calibration curves for the pesticides showed linearity in the range of 50–400 ng/0.5 mL for whole blood except for malathion (100–400 ng/0.5 mL whole blood) and 7.5–120 ng/0.5 mL for urine except for phosalone (15–120 ng/0.5 mL urine) with detection limits of 2.2–40 ng/0.5 mL for whole blood and 0.8–12 ng/0.5 mL for urine. 相似文献

A new solid-phase microextraction (SPME) procedure using an ionic liquid (IL) has been developed. Reusable IL-based SPME fiber was prepared for the first time by fixing IL through cross-linkage of IL impregnated silicone elastomer on the surface of a fused silica fiber. 1-Ethoxyethyl-3-methylimidazloium bis(trifluoromethane) sulfonylimide ([EeMim][NTf2]) ionic liquid was employed as a demonstration and the prepared fiber was applied to the forensic headspace determination of methamphetamine (MAP) and amphetamine (AP) in human urine samples. Important extraction parameters including the concentration of salt and base in sample matrix, extraction temperature and extraction time were investigated and optimized. Combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) working in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode, the new method showed good linearity in the range of 20–1500 μg L−1, good repeatability (RSD < 7.5% for MAP, and <11.5% for AP, n = 6), and low detection limits (0.1 μg L−1 for MAP and 0.5 μg L−1 for AP). Feasibility of the method was evaluated by analyzing human urine samples. Although IL-based SPME is still at the beginning of its development stage, the results obtained by this work showed that it is a promising simple, fast and sensitive sample preparation method. 相似文献

A simple and efficient binary solvent-based two-phase hollow fiber membrane (HFM)-protected liquid-phase microextraction (BN-LPME) technique for moderately polar compounds was developed. Six organophosphorous pesticides (OPPs) (triethylphosphorothioate, thionazin, sulfotep, phorate, disulfoton, methyl parathion and ethyl parathion) were used as model compounds and extracted from 10-mL wastewater with a binary-solvent (toluene:hexane, 1:1) mixture. Some important extraction parameters, such as extraction time, effect of salt, sample pH and solvent ratio composition were optimized. BN-LPME combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometric (GC/MS) analysis provided repeatability (R.S.D.s ≤ 12%, n = 4), and linearity (r ≤ 0.994) and solid-phase microextraction provides comparable of R.S.D.s ≤ 13%, n = 4 and linearity (r = ≤0.966) for spiked water samples. The limits of detection (LODs) were in the range of 0.3-11.4 ng L−1 for BN-LPME and 3.1-120.5 ng L−1 for SPME at (S/N = 3) under GC/MS selective ion monitoring mode. In addition to high enrichment, BN-LPME also served as a sample cleanup procedure, with the HFM act as a filtering medium to prevent large particles and extraneous materials from being extracted. To investigate and compare their applicability, the BN-LPME and SPME procedures were applied to the detection of OPPs in domestic wastewater samples. 相似文献

Allyloxy bisbenzo 16-crown-5 trimethoxysilane was first used as precursor to prepare the sol-gel-derived bisbenzo crown ether/hydroxyl-terminated silicone oil (OH-TSO) SPME coating. The coating procedure involving sol solution composition and conditioning process was presented. Compared with commercial SPME stationary phases, the new coatings showed higher extraction efficiency and therefore could provide higher sensitivity for organphosphorous pesticides (OPs). Limits of detection (LODs) were in the range of 0.003-1.0 ng/g for these OPs in food samples (honey, juice, orange and pakchoi). The optimal extraction conditions of the new coatings to OPs in these samples were investigated by adjusting extraction time, salt addition, extraction temperature, and dilution ratios of samples with distilled water by using SPME coupled with gas chromatography (GC)-flame photometric detection (FPD). A direct immersion solid-phase microextraction (SPME) procedure was used in combination with capillary gas chromatography with atomic emission detection (GC-AED) for the determination of 10 pesticides (organochlorines, organophosphorus compounds and pyrethrins) in herbal and tea infusions. Ionic strength, sample dilution and time and temperature of the absorption and desorption stages were some of the parameters investigated in order to select the optimum conditions for SPME with a 100 μm PDMS fiber-coating. Element-specific detection and quantification was carried out by monitoring the chlorine (479 nm) and bromine (478 nm) emission lines, which provided nearly specific chromatograms. Calibration was carried out by using a spiked sample infusion. The detection limits varied between 11.9 ng ml−1 for deltamethrin and 0.03 ng ml−1 for p,p′-DDE and p,p′-DDD. The recoveries ranged from 73.5% for deltamethrin to 108.3% for p,p′-DDT in a spiked white tea infusion. Two of the eight samples analyzed contained low levels of some the pesticides considered. 相似文献

A method for the determination of trace Cr(III) in aqueous solution by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC)-flame photometric detection (FPD) was developed. Aqueous Cr(III) was first converted to the volatile chromium trifluoroacetylacetonate (Cr(tfa)3) by derivatization with 1,1,1-trifluoroacetylacetone (Htfa), followed by SPME extraction using a polyimide-coated silica fiber. The distribution constants (K) of derivatized cis- and trans-Cr(tfa)3 between the polyimide phase and aqueous phase were 2012 and 2214, respectively. The two Cr(tfa)3 isomers extracted can be efficiently separated by a DB-210 GC column within 9 min. Selective detection of Cr was performed by a FPD equipped with a 385-nm long-pass filter. Linearity (r> 0.99) over the concentration range 5-300 ng ml(-1) Cr was obtained and the limit of detection was 2 ng ml(-1) Cr. The relative standard deviation was 7% at 10 ng ml(-1) Cr (n = 5). Applicability of this method to water analysis was tested by analyzing the chromium content in a reference standard water sample and an industrial effluent. 相似文献

We report on the fabrication and performances of a solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber based on a stainless steel wire coated with a covalently attached polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composite. This new coating is obtained by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of acrylonitrile mixed with MWCNTs. ATRP is initiated from 11-(2-bromo-2-methylpropionyloxy)-undecyl-phosphonic acid molecules grafted on the wire surface via the phosphonic acid group. The extraction performances of the fibers are assessed on different classes of compounds (polar, non-polar, aromatic, etc.) from water solutions by headspace extraction. The optimization of the parameters affecting the extraction efficiency of the target compounds was studied as well as the reproducibility and the repeatability of the fiber. The fibers sustain more than 200 extractions during which they remain chemically stable and maintain good performances (detection limits lower than 2 μg/l, repeatability, etc.). Considering their robustness together with their easy and inexpensive fabrication, these fibers could constitute promising alternatives to existing products. 相似文献

A novel procedure for solid-phase microextraction fiber preparation is presented, which combines the use of a rigid titanium alloy wire as a substrate with a blend of PDMS sol–gel mixture/silica particles, as a way of increasing both the mechanical robustness and the extracting capability of the sol–gel fibers. The 30 μm average thick fibers displayed an improvement in the extraction capacity as compared to the previous sol–gel PDMS fibers, due to a greater load of stable covalently bonded sol–gel PDMS. The observed extraction capacity was comparable to that of 100 μm non-bonded PDMS fiber, having in this case the advantages of the superior robustness and stability conferred, respectively, by the unbreakable substrate and the sol–gel intrinsic characteristics. Repeatability (n = 3) ranged 1–8% while fiber production reproducibility (n = 3) ranged 15–25%. The presence of the silica particles was found to have no direct influence on the kinetics and mechanism of the extraction process, thus being possible to consider the new procedure as a refinement of the previous ones. The applicability potential of the devised fiber was illustrated with the analysis of gasoline under the context of arson samples. 相似文献

A direct immersion solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-electron capture detection (SPME-GC-ECD) method was optimized and validated for the quantitative determination of 18 organochlorine pesticides in ground water. Ionic strength, stirring speed, adsorption and desorption time and pH were some of the parameters investigated in order to select the optimum conditions for SPME with a 50/30 DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber coating. The SPME-GC/ECD method showed good linear response below 10 ng L−1 with R2 values in the range of 0.9950–0.9997. The repeatability of the measurements were lower than 10%. Values of relative recoveries located within the acceptable range (80–120%). Limits of quantification (LOQ) from 4.5 × 10−3 to 1.5 ng L−1 were obtained. On average 8 organochlorines were found per sample, even so all the 18 organochlorines were quantified among them. Substances such as endrin ketone, γ-BHC and β-BHC were the pesticides determined in larger concentration (0.06–305 ng L−1), while methoxychlor and aldrin in smaller amounts (0.151–1.55 ng L−1). Measured levels of organochlorine pesticides were above the limits established by Brazilian regulations. 相似文献

A novel laboratory-made sol-gel calix[4]arene/hydroxy-terminated silicone oil coated fiber has been applied for headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD) to determine 12 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and their metabolites in radish sample. The analytes in the study consisted of α-, β-, γ- and δ-hexachlorocyclohexane (BHC), 1,1,1-trichloro-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)ethane (o,p′-DDT), 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethane (p,p′-DDT), 2,4-dichlorobenzophenone (o,p′-DBP), 4,4-dichlorobenzophenone (p,p′-DBP), 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethylene (p,p′-DDE), bis(4-chlorophenyl)methane (p,p′-DDM), 1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chlorophenyl)ethane (p,p′-DDD) and endrin. The following parameters were adjusted to optimize HS-SPME in order to obtain the maximum sensitivity: extraction temperature, extraction time, the addition of salt, desorption temperature and time. Especially, the effect of the complex radish matrix on quantitative extraction of pesticides was discussed in detail. Detection limits of the developed method for radish matrices were below 174 ng/kg for all pesticides. Relative standard deviations for quintuplicate analyses of radish samples fortified each analytes were not higher than 13.1%. The results demonstrate the suitability of the HS-SPME/GC-ECD approach for the analysis of multi-residue OCPs and metabolites in radish. 相似文献

建立了茶叶中22种有机磷农药的残留量的气相色谱分析方法. 样品用V(乙腈)∶V(丙酮)=4∶1提取, 经Envi-Carb固相小柱净化, 以V(乙腈)∶V(甲苯)=3∶1洗脱, GC-FPD检测, 外标法定量. 在添加0.05~1.0 mg/kg的水平, 22种有机磷的平均回收率在81.3%~107.9%之间, 相对标准偏差在1.1%~8.9%, 该方法的检出限为0.01~0.04 mg/kg. 该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留量测定的技术要求. 相似文献

A solid-phase microextraction technique using steel fiber coated with 20 μm polypyrrole (Ppy) doped with polyphosphate was developed for the GC determination of a group of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in water. The coating was prepared using a three-electrode electrochemical system from a 10% aqueous sodium polyphosphate solution containing 0.05 M pyrrole by applying a constant potential of 1.2 V for 30 min. In order to obtain an adherent, smooth and stable film of polypyrrole, experimental parameters related to the coating process consisting of the type of dopant or counter-ion, deposition potential, concentration of the monomer, concentration of the counter-ion, and deposition time were optimized. The effects of various parameters on the efficiency of SPME process such as extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, desorption time, and desorption temperature were also studied. The coating was highly stable and extremely adherent to the surface of the steel fiber. The method was linear for at least three orders of magnitude with correlation coefficients varying from 0.9818 to 0.9977. The accuracies found through spiking blank samples showed high recoveries between 82 and 110%. Intra- and inter-day precisions of the method were determined from mixed aqueous solutions containing 1.0 ng ml−1 of each OCP. The intra-day precisions varied from 4.7% for heptachlor to 11.4% for methoxychlor, while the inter-day precisions varied from 6.8% for endosulfan I to 13.0% for p,p′-DDD and o,p-DDD. Limits of detection based on S/N = 3 were in the range 0.015-0.66 pg ml−1. The proposed method was applied to monitor organochlorine pesticides in some well water samples. 相似文献
