生殖是生物体最基本特征之一,是物种得以延续和进化的保证。近年来,微流控芯片系统得到了迅猛发展,技术也逐渐成熟,具有良好的应用前景。在生殖研究中,微流控技术具有以下优势:微管道的形状和尺寸可以灵活设计,从而更好地模拟生理环境;微流控芯片对样品的消耗量低;微流控技术具有很高的集成性。微流控技术已被应用到精子活力评价与筛选、精子的化学趋向性筛选、卵丘细胞去除、透明带移除、卵细胞定位与筛选、受精过程、早期胚胎培养以及生殖器官模拟等各个方面。该文着重介绍近几年基于微流控技术生殖研究的最新进展,并对其应用前景进行展望。 相似文献

Cell-based nanotherapy holds great potential to transform diagnosis and treatment patterns for human diseases, especially for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Surface coating with cell membrane has become a powerful strategy for functionalization of therapeutic nanoparticles to achieve biological performances of superior biocompatibility, immune evasion, and specificity. Additionally, extracellular vesicles (EVs) play key roles in the progression of CVDs with their ability of transferring cargos to distant tissues, thus emerging as an appealing option for the diagnosis and therapy of CVDs. In this review, recent progress in cell-based nanotherapy for CVDs is summarized, and different sources of EVs and biomimetic nanoplatforms derived from natural cells are highlighted. Meanwhile, their promising biomedical applications in the diagnosis and targeted treatment of different CVDs are also provided, followed by a discussion of their potential challenges and future prospects. 相似文献

Organoboron compounds are attracting immense research interest due to their wide range of applications. Particularly, low-coordinate organoboron complexes are receiving more attention due to their improbable optical and nonlinear optical properties, which makes them better candidates for medical applications. In this review, we summarize the various synthetic methods including multicomponent reactions, microwave-assisted and traditional pathways of organoboron complexes, and their optical and nonlinear properties. In recent years, floating photovoltaic (FPV) technologies have gained more importance as a key source of clean energy, particularly in the context of providing sustainable energy to buildings. The rise of land scarcity and the need to reduce carbon emissions have made FPV systems a cost-effective solution for generating electricity. This review article aims to explore the rapidly growing trend of floating PV systems, which can be a practical solution for regions with limited land areas. The article discusses the structure of the PV modules used in FPV plants and key factors that affect site suitability choice. Moreover, the article presents various techniques for cooling and cleaning FPV to keep optimal performance and discusses feasible trends and prospects for the technology. Finally, this paper proposes the potential integration of FPV systems with other technologies to enhance energy generation efficiency and discusses other research aimed at the advancement of the technology. By examining the various features of FPV systems, this review article contributes to understanding the advantages and challenges associated with using this sustainable energy technology in different regional contexts. 相似文献
