本文基于介孔材料具有均一可调的孔径结构、高比表面积以及稳定的骨架,利用硅藻土作为硅源,CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)为模板剂,掺杂聚丙烯酸,制备了杂化的功能介孔材料MCM-41-PAA,采用FT-IR、XRD、氮气吸脱附、SEM等手段对该介孔材料的组成、结构与形貌进行了表征,并利用所制备的功能吸附剂MCM-41-PAA对Hg(Ⅱ)进行了吸附研究,探讨了吸附剂的用量、Hg(Ⅱ)初始浓度、pH值和吸附时间等因素对Hg(Ⅱ)离子吸附效果的影响。研究表明:当吸附剂的用量、Hg(Ⅱ)浓度、pH和吸附时间分别为0.2g、300mg/L、4和180min时,对应的吸附量达到132mg/g。  相似文献

This work represents the elaborated investigation for the ligational behavior of the albendazole ligand through its coordination with, Cu(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Cr(III) ions. Elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, spectral studies (IR, UV-Vis and ESR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG and DTG) have been used to characterize the isolated complexes. A deliberate comparison for the IR spectra reveals that the ligand coordinated with all mentioned metal ions by the same manner as a neutral bidentate through carbonyl of ester moiety and NH groups. The proposed chelation form for such complexes is expected through out the preparation conditions in a relatively acidic medium. The powder XRD study reflects the amorphous nature for the investigated complexes except Mn(II). The conductivity measurements reflect the non-electrolytic feature for all complexes. In comparing with the constants for the magnetic measurements as well as the electronic spectral data, the octahedral structure was proposed strongly for Cr(III) and Ni(II), the tetrahedral for Co(II) and Mn(II) complexes but the square-pyramidal for the Cu(II) one. The thermogravimetric analysis confirms the presence or absence of water molecules by any type of attachments. Also, the kinetic parameters are estimated from DTG and TG curves. ESR spectrum data for Cu(II) solid complex confirms the square-pyramidal state is the most fitted one for the coordinated structure. The albendazole ligand and its complexes are biologically investigated against two bacteria as well as their effective effect on degradation of calf thymus DNA.  相似文献

The capture of carbon dioxide was carried out using MCM-41 and SBA-15 as adsorbents. These mesoporous materials were synthesized by the hydrothermal method, and subsequently functionalized with the di-iso-propylamine (DIPA). Then, they were characterized by XRD, BET, and TG/DTG. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the synthesized samples showed the characteristic peaks of MCM-41 and SBA-15, indicating that the structures of these materials were obtained. The functionalized samples presented a decrease of the intensities of these peaks, suggesting a decreasing in the structural organization of the material; however, the mesoporous structure was preserved. For the adsorption capacity measurements, the materials were previously saturated with carbon dioxide at 75 °C, and then desorbed in a thermobalance in the temperature range of 25–900 °C, under helium atmosphere. Desorption tests showed that the functionalized MCM-41 presented a weight loss of 7.5 wt%, against 5.9 wt% for SBA-15. The obtained values indicate that these nanostructured materials can be used as adsorbent for carbon dioxide capture.  相似文献

将乙二胺(EDA,60 g/mol)、四乙烯五胺(TEPA,189 g/mol)和两种聚乙烯亚胺600(PEI600g/mol; PEI1800g/mol)分别负载在MCM-41上制备氨基功能化介孔材料,研究其对CO2的吸附性能和热稳定性.结果表明,除了EDA-MCM41,其他三种材料随着胺分子量增大CO2吸附性能下降,但是热稳定性却有所提高,其中,TEPA-MCM41的吸附容量最大,达到2.7 mmol/g.同时发现,乙二胺在制备过程中随溶剂挥发而难以完全负载在MCM-41上.在纯N2气氛和再生温度100 ℃条件下,经10次循环实验后,TEPA-MCM41的吸附能力下降了7.4%,而PEI600-MCM41和PEI1800-MCM41吸附能力保持不变,且质量变化在1%以内,表现出良好的再生稳定性.采用80%CO2/20%N2对吸附饱和的材料进行再生,四种材料的再生温度将提高到160 ℃以上,高分子量PEI600-MCM41和PEI1800-MCM41相比于TEPA-MCM41具有更好的热稳定性.  相似文献

Hexagonally ordered mesoporous silica material MCM-41 (SBET?=?1090?m2/g, pore size?=?31.2 ?) was synthesized and modified by 3-aminopropyl ligands. The differences in an uptake and subsequent release of anti-inflammatory drug naproxen from unmodified and amino modified MCM-41 samples were studied. The prepared materials were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption/desorption, Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), thermoanalytical methods (TG/DTA) and elemental analysis. The amount of the drug released was monitored with thin layer chromatography (TLC) with densitometric detection in defined time intervals. The amounts of the released naproxen from mesoporous silica MCM-41/napro and amine-modified silica sample A-MCM-41/napro were 95 and 90% of naproxen after 72?h. In this study we compare the differences of release profiles from mesoporous silica MCM-41 and mesoporous silica SBA-15.  相似文献

Mesoporous silica (MCM-41) with d (100) interplanar distance of 38 Å was prepared by a room temperature process through low surfactant templation technique. The surface of MCM-41 was functionalized with dithiocarbamate (dtc) ligand, named as MCM-41-dtc and this was characterized by X-ray diffraction, BET surface area, particle size analysis, 29Si MAS NMR spectra and sulphur analysis. The sorption of mercury from 0.1M HCl solution by MCM-41-dtc was studied as a function of pH, [Hg2+], time and temperature. The sorption data obtained at various initial concentrations of mercury were fitted into Langmuir adsorption model. Mercury speciation in solution and the sorption capacity measurements indicated possible formation of a 1 : 1 square planar complex in the solid phase. A very rapid sorption of mercury was observed in the initial stages of equilibration, which can be attributed to the large surface area, wide porosity and fine particle size of MCM-41-dtc, facilitating facile accessibility of mercury into the inner pores of the sorbent. The enthalpy change accompanied by the sorption of mercury was found to decrease from 83.7 to 6.2 kJ/mol, when the initial concentration of mercury was increased from 5.10-4M to 1.5.10-3M.  相似文献

用含氨基的偶联剂修饰介孔分子筛MCM-41的表面,将修饰前和修饰后的介孔分子筛分别负载难溶性药物萘普生(NAP),利用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和N2吸附 脱附分析等技术分别对其进行了结构表征和性能测试。 结果表明,药物分子存在于分子筛的孔道中。 负载在MCM-41中的萘普生溶出速率远优于原料药,60 min时大约溶出70%。 氨基修饰后的药物释放速率比修饰前有所减慢,表明可通过氨基修饰调节释放速率。  相似文献

Mesoporous molecular sieves (denoted as M-MCM-41) with ordered hexagonal structure have been successfully synthesized from the assembly of precursors from preformed zeolite Mordenite with CTAB surfactant micelle in alkaline media. The samples were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, IR and DTG. The materials exhibit highly hydrothermal stability, as compared with conventional MCM-41. Characterization results indicate that the mesoporous walls of M-MCM-41 contain the secondary building units similar to those in microporous crystal of zeolite Mordenite. In catalytic dealkylation of C10+ aromatic hydrocarbon, M-MCM-41 shows higher activities in comparison with Mordenite and MCM-41, which would be ascribed to the combination of advantages of both MCM-41 (large pores) and Mordenite (strong acidity). Furthermore, this synthesis strategy could be used as a new general method for the preparation of hydrothermally stable mesoporous aluminosilicate materials under alkaline conditions.  相似文献

运用离子印迹技术,以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为锚定剂,将功能单体直链聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)接枝在MCM-41分子筛表面,选择镱离子作为模板离子,以环氧氯丙烷交联制备出基于MCM-41表面的镱离子印迹聚合物Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41,并以同样的方法制备非离子印迹聚合物(NIP-PEI/MCM-41)。 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等技术手段对Yb3+印迹聚合物进行表征,采用静态吸附法确定了Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41对Yb3+的最佳吸附条件及选择性吸附性能。 结果表明,Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41和NIP-PEI/MCM-41的最大吸附量分别为229.93和99.27 mg/g;印迹材料对Yb3+的吸附符合Langmuir模型;吸附平衡在40 min的时候基本可以达到,可以利用准二级动力学模型来描述其吸附过程;Yb(Ⅲ)-IIP-PEI/MCM-41对Yb3+具有较强的选择性,同时也具有很好的重复使用性能。 成功地将MCM-41和离子印迹聚合物的优点结合起来,制备出一种对稀土Yb离子既有高吸附量又有高选择性的吸附材料,为进一步将其应用在处理实际废水,分离回收低浓度稀土废水中的稀土元素等方面打下了基础。  相似文献

Mn(II), Au(III) and Zr(III) complexes with N-benzoylglycine (hippuric acid) (abbreviation hipH) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, magnetic measurements, spectral methods (mid-infrared, (1)H NMR, mass, X-ray powder diffraction and UV/vis spectra) and simultaneous thermal analysis (TG and DTG) techniques. The molar conductance measurements proved that all hippuric acid complexes are non-electrolytes. The electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibility measurements were used to infer the structures. The IR spectra of the ligand and its complexes are used to identify the type of bonding. The kinetic thermodynamic parameters such as: E*, DeltaH*, DeltaS* and DeltaG* are estimated from the DTG curves. The free ligand and its complexes have been studied for their possible biological antifungal activity.  相似文献

Four various mesoporous silicas (MCM-48, SBA-15, MCF, and MSU) were modified by the molecular designed dispersion method using Fe(acac)3, Cr(acac)3, and Cu(acac)2 complexes. The deposition was performed at the same concentration of the metal acetylacetonate (acac) complex in a toluene solution. All as-synthesized samples were investigated by diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The calcined materials were studied with respect to their textural properties (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller adsorption isotherm) and chemical composition (electron microprobe analysis). It allowed elucidation of the mechanism of interaction between the acac complex and the silanol groups. For the MCM-48, SBA-15, and MCF materials, the formation of hydrogen bonding was found for the chromium- and copper-modified samples, whereas the Fe-containing materials showed the ligand exchange mechanism. The strong interaction of the MSU support and the different acetylacetonate complexes, resulting in a loss of at least one acac ligand, was observed. The mesoporous silicas modified with transition metal oxides were studied by UV-vis-DR spectroscopy. The different metal dispersions were found for the samples containing various transition metal oxides.  相似文献

Schiff base (L) ligand is prepared via condensation of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxaldehyde with -2-aminopyridine. The ligand and its metal complexes are characterized based on elemental analysis, mass, IR, solid reflectance, magnetic moment, molar conductance, and thermal analyses (TG, DTG and DTA). The molar conductance reveals that all the metal chelates are non-electrolytes. IR spectra shows that L ligand behaves as neutral tridentate ligand and bind to the metal ions via the two azomethine N and pyridine N. From the magnetic and solid reflectance spectra, it is found that the geometrical structures of these complexes are octahedral (Cr(III), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Th(IV)) and tetrahedral (Mn(II), Cd(II), Zn(II), and UO2(II)). The thermal behaviour of these chelates shows that the hydrated complexes losses water molecules of hydration in the first step followed immediately by decomposition of the anions and ligand molecules in the subsequent steps. The activation thermodynamic parameters, such as, E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* are calculated from the DTG curves using Coats-Redfern method. The synthesized ligand, in comparison to their metal complexes also was screened for its antibacterial activity against bacterial species, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus pyogones and Fungi (Candida). The activity data shows that the metal complexes to be more potent/antibacterial than the parent Schiff base ligand against one or more bacterial species.  相似文献

In this work, batch adsorption experiments are carried out for crystal violet dye using mesoporous MCM-41 synthesized at room temperature and sulfate modified MCM-41 prepared by impregnation method using H2SO4 as sulfatising agent. The surface characteristics, pore structure, bonding behavior and thermal degradation of both the MCM-41 samples are characterized by nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). The adsorption isotherm, kinetics and thermodynamic parameters are investigated for crystal violet (CV) dye using the calcined and sulfated MCM-41. Results are analysed using Langmuir, Freundlich and Redlich-Peterson isotherm models. It is found that the Freundlich model is an appropriate model to explain the adsorption isotherm. The highest adsorption capacity achieved is found to be 3.4×10−4 mol g−1 for the sulfated MCM-41. The percentage removal of crystal violet dye increases with increase in the pH for both the MCM-41 adsorbents. Kinetics of adsorption is found to follow the second-order rate equation. From the thermodynamic investigation, it is evident that the adsorption is exothermic in nature.  相似文献

MCM-41 and SBA-15 silica materials with spherical morphology and different particle sizes were synthesized and modified by post-synthesis method with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES). A comparative study of the adsorption and release of a model drug, ibuprofen, were carried out. The modified and drug loaded mesoporous materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, N2 physisorption, thermal analysis, elemental analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. Surface modification with amino groups resulted in high degree of ibuprofen loading and slow rate of release for MCM-41, whereas it was the opposite for SBA-15. The adsorbed drug content and the delivery rate can be predetermined by the choice of mesoporous material with the appropriate structural characteristics and surface functionality.  相似文献

将5,12-二[6-(2-氨基乙基氨基)己基] 喹吖啶酮(BAEAHQA)组装到介孔分子筛MCM-41的孔道中,制备了金属离子传感材料BEDAHQA /MCM-41. 荧光光谱显示组装体的发光避免了喹吖啶酮固体发光的浓度猝灭现象. 引入不同的金属离子将使BAEAHQA/MCM-41的荧光光谱强度发生不同程度的降低和峰位移动. 尤其是金属钴离子可以使BAEAHQA/MCM-41的发光产生明显的猝灭,猝灭程度可达到92.63%. 通过引入乙二氨基团BAEAHQA达到了发光基团与螯合基团之间的分离,有效地避免了pH值对发光的影响. 实验结果表明,BAEAHQA/MCM-41对于金属离子具有良好的传感特性.  相似文献

Four samples of MCM-41 mesoporous silicas whose average pore diameters are 2.4, 2.8, 3.2, and 3.6 nm were prepared using sodium orthosilicate and cationic surfactants of [CH(3)(CH(2))(n)N(CH(3))(3)]X (n=11, 13, 15, 17). These four samples were calcined at 1123 K in vacuo to obtain the dehydroxylated samples, which were further rehydroxylated at 298 K to obtain the rehydroxylated samples. The adsorption isotherms of nitrogen gas (77 K) for the 12 MCM-41 mesoporous silicas are of Type IVc, giving no adsorption hysteresis. On the other hand, the first adsorption isotherms of water vapor (298 K) for the dehydroxylated MCM-41 samples are quite different from those of nitrogen gas, giving the remarkable adsorption hysteresis. The second water isotherms for the rehydroxylated MCM-41 samples are of Type IV, showing slight hysteresis. Using the nitrogen isotherms, the relation between the pore size and carbon chain length of the surfactant has been determined, and the effect of dehydroxylation and rehydroxylation on the porous texture has been examined. Using the first and second water isotherms, the adsorption model of physisorbed waters adsorbed on the surface silanol groups has been proposed. From the pore size distribution curves of nitrogen and water, the presence of constrictions in the cylindrical pores has been predicted. Copyright 2000 Academic Press.  相似文献
