Three exact non-static solutions of Einstein-Maxwell equations corresponding to a field of flowing null radiation plus an electromagnetic field are presented. These solutions are non-static generalizations of the well known Kerr-Newman solution. The current vector is null in all the three solutions. These solutions are the electromagnetic generalizations of the three generalized radiating Kerr solutions discussed by Vaidya and Patel. The solutions discussed by us describe the exterior gravitational fields of rotating radiating charged bodies. Many known solutions are derived as particular cases.  相似文献

We investigate the possibility of cosmic censorship violation in the gravitational collapse of radiating dyon solution. It is shown that the final outcome of the collapse depends sensitively on the electric and magnetic charge parameters. The graphs of the outer apparent horizon, inner Cauchy horizon for different values of parameters are drawn. It is found that the electric and magnetic components push the apparent horizon towards the retarded time-coordinate axis, which in turn reduces the radius of the apparent horizon in Valdya spacetime. Also, we extend the earlier work of Chamorro and Virbhadra [Pramana, J. Phys. 45 (1995) 181].  相似文献

The Prasad-Sommerfield-like, colorless anl finite-mass dyon anolytic solution in SU(5) ground unified model is found. It is the only physical dyon solution so far. In the SU(5) model the Dirac equation of fermions in the dyon field is derived concretely, and the mathematic method for solving the equation is pointed and discussed.  相似文献

Using a two potential approach, dyon solutions have been found in the temporal and non-temporal gauges for a non-Abelian theory. Both the charges, electric and magnetic, of the temporal dyon solution are topological, while for the non-temporal case both charges are partially topological.  相似文献

We prove a theorem that characterizes a large family of non-static solutions to Einstein equations in N-dimensional space-time, representing, in general, spherically symmetric Type II fluid. It is shown that the best known Vaidya-based (radiating) black hole solutions to Einstein equations, in both four dimensions (4D) and higher dimensions (HD), are particular cases from this family. The spherically symmetric static black hole solutions for Type I fluid can also be retrieved. A brief discussion on the energy conditions, singularities and horizons is provided.  相似文献

In this article we discuss Noether conservation laws admitted by a Lagrangian L = gab(dx~a/ds)(dx~b/ds)of a test particle moving in the field of a general plane symmetric non-static spacetime metric. In this context, we first present a general solution representing a Noether symmetry vector subject to differential constraints satisfied by the general plane symmetric non-static metric. We then use a class of plane symmetric non-static metrics obtained by Feroze et al. and discuss, in each case, Noether conservation laws in comparison with Killing symmetries.  相似文献

Undertaking the study of behaviour of an extended dyon moving in the generalized electromagnetic field of another non-Abelian dyon in moduli space, Dirac's equation has been solved for energy eigenvalues and it has been shown that spin momentum of an interacting non-Abelian dyon behaves as extra energy source. Introducing suitable spinors, the Pauli equation for a spin-1/2 non-Abelian dyon moving in the field of another non-Abelian dyon has been solved in moduli space and it has been shown that ad hoc introduction of spin in the system of two non-Abelian dyons perceptibly modifies the energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of bound states of the system.  相似文献

We study the scattering of a non-Abelian dyon and photons. We demonstrate thattwo photons are necessary for Compton scattering of a non-Abelian dyon, throughS-matrix expansion. One of these two photons is associated with electric four-potentialand is ordinary, while the other is associated with magnetic four-potentialand is highly energetic and responsible for scattering of magnetic charge of thenon-Abelian dyon. We also study dyon—photon, dyon—dyon, and dyon—antidyonscattering and the self-energy of the dyon and both photons in non-Abeliangauge theories.  相似文献

We prove the existence and uniqueness of a static and radially symmetric BPS monopole of unit topological charge in an arbitrary (4p – 1)-dimensional space descended from the generalized Yang–Mills theory in 4p dimensions and formulated and presented in a recent study of Radu and Tchrakian. This monopole solution also gives rise to an electrically and magnetically charged soliton, called dyon, in the same spacetime setting through the well-known Julia–Zee correspondence. Our method is based on a dynamical shooting approach depending on two shooting parameters which provides an effective framework for constructing the BPS monopole and dyon solutions in general dimensions.  相似文献

Two dyon-like solutions to theSU(2) Yang-Mills-Higgs system are presented. These solutions are obtained from the BPS dyon solution by allowing the gauge fields to be complex, or by letting the free parameter of the new solution be imaginary. In both cases the measurable quantities connected with these new solutions are real. A class of backgrounds invariant under inversion of the Ernst matrix potential is identified with the SU(2)/U(1) subspace of target space of the stationary D = 4 low energy heterotic string theory. A non-static exact solution of Einstein’s equations corresponding to a field of flowing null radiation plus an electromagnetic field is presented. The geometry of the solution is described by the Kerr-Schild metric. The solution admits a shear-free, geodetic null congruence. It has the symmetry of the Kerr-Newman solution and when a certain parameter is put equal to zero the solution becomes static and reduces to the Kerr-Newman solution.  相似文献

The problem of bound states of the spinor and scalar particles with arbitrary isospin on the back-ground of regular magnetic monopole and dyon solution of theSU(2) gauge system is considered using Newman-Penrose formalism. The explicit general formulas for the energy eigenvalues are obtained which are in agreement with many particular cases described earlier.  相似文献
