几何量子失协 (geometrical quantum discord, GQD)是目前度量量子体系中量子关联的一种行之有效的方法, 本文利用几何量子失协考察了有阻尼存在的Jaynes-Cumming (J-C)模型中两原子的量子关联动力学. 给出了几何量子失协在原子和光场发生共振和非共振耦合两种情况下的动力学演化行为, 尤其揭示了阻尼耗散对几何量子失协的影响.

根据密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算了具有非中心反演对称的异质结δ-(Zn,Cr)S(111)体系的原子结构和电子结构.Cr原子之间通过第一层S原子传递磁性相互作用.结合广义布洛赫条件,又进一步计算了反方向的自旋螺旋能量与波矢的色散关系E(q)与E(-q).E(q)与E(-q)能量之差反映了δ-(Zn,Cr)S(111)的S层与Cr层之间空间反演对称性破缺引起的DMI的大小.通过海森伯相互作用(HBI)模型与Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya作用(DMI)模型拟合第一性原理计算值,得到了Cr原子间各近邻的HBI参数J_1-J_4与DMI参数d-_1,d_2.在δ-(Zn,Cr)S(111)中,Cr原子间的耦合为M型反铁磁.DMI参数d_1为-0.53 meV,为顺时针手性DMI,在δ-(Zn,Cr)S(111)界面上有可能会产生斯格明子.本文计算表明,磁性和非磁性半导体界面有可能存在DMI,为理论研究和磁存储技术的进步开拓一个新的方向. 相似文献

用密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算程序VASP在广义布洛赫条件下计算了Co/h-BN反方向的自旋螺旋能量与波矢的色散关系E(q)与E(-q).E(q)与E(-q)能量之差反映了Co/h-BN界面上下层之间空间反演对称性破缺引起的Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya相互作用(DMI)的大小.通过海森伯作用(HBI)模型与DMI模型拟合计算值,得到Co原子间各近邻的HBI参数J_1—J_4及DMI参数d_1,d_2.在Co/h-BN中,J_1为负值起完全主导作用,J_3比J_1小一个量级,其他参数接近于0.因此,Co/h-BN的基态是三角反铁磁,而DMI很微弱.根据这种性质,h-BN可以作为其他DMI界面的覆盖层. 相似文献

The existence and properties of intrinsic localized spin-wave modes in a ferromagnetic XXZ spin chain with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction are investigated analytically in the semiclassical limit. The model Hamiltonian is quantized by introducing the Dyson-Maleev transformation and the coherent state representation is chosen as the basic representation of the system. By making use of the method of multiple scales combined with a quasidiscreteness approximation, the equation of motion for the coherent-state amplitude is reduced to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. It is shown that a bright intrinsic localized spin-wave mode whose eigenfrequency lies below the bottom of the magnon frequency band can exist in the ferromagnetic system. We also show that the system can produce a dark intrinsic localized spin-wave mode, i.e., nonpropagating kink, whose eigenfrequency is below the upper of the magnon frequency band. In addition, we find that the introduction of the Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction changes wave numbers in the Brillouin-zone corresponding to the appearance of intrinsic localized spin-wave modes. 相似文献

We consider a qubit symmetrically and transversely coupled to an XY spin chain with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya(DM) interaction in the presence of a transverse magnetic field.An analytical expression for the geometric phase of the qubit is obtained in the weak coupling limit.We find that the modification of the geometrical phase induced by the spin chain environment is greatly enhanced by DM interaction in the weak coupling limit around the quantum phase transition point of the spin chain. 相似文献

We find that the effects of DM interaction on antiferromagnetic system is distinct from that of ferromagnetic system. The magnetic field supplemented with DM term contribute to enhance the range of quantum discord. It is revealed that the situations where quantum discord fails to indicate a sudden change of groundstate at finite temperature though indicating such a sudden change of groundstate at zero temperature. In this paper, the critical behavior of the general XY spin chain with the Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya (DM) interaction is studied by means of a Loschmidt Echo (LE) calculation. LE presents a Gauss decay in the region of magnetic field intensity |λ|<1 and an exponential decay in the region of |λ|>1. There exists a critical spin chain size NC. When spin chain size is larger than NC, the value of λ corresponding to the minimum value of LE (λm) is independent of the spin chain size and keeps a stable value. In the region of λ<0, the stable value is same for different DM interactions. In the region of λ>0, the stable value varies with changing DM interaction. 相似文献
