A series of 10‐substituted‐3,3,6,6‐tetramethyl‐9‐aryl‐3,4,6,7,9,10‐hexahydroacridine‐1,8(2H ,5 H )‐dione derivatives 2 were synthesized by reaction of compounds 1 with amines. The compounds 1 were effectively prepared by 5,5‐dimethylcyclohexane‐1,3‐dione and aldehydes in the presence of a little amount of L‐proline as catalyst at room temperature. All the compounds were characterized by IR, MS, and 1H NMR. The crystal data of 1b and 2d were collected by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction, and compounds 2b and 2d exhibited better inhibitory activity against HepG2 cells.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrazolyl‐substituted 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives ( 4a‐4o ) were prepared by cyclization of the intermediate N′‐((3‐aryl‐l‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)methylene)arylhydrazide with acetic anhydride. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Furthermore, preliminary bioassay of some of the title compounds indicated that they exhibited moderate inhibition against HIV‐1 PR.  相似文献

Synthesis ofN1‐3‐{(4‐substitute daryl‐3‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐azetidine)‐iminocarbamyl}‐propyl‐6‐nitroindazole 4a – 4s was conducted by a conventional method. All the compounds were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB‐Mass techniques and chemical methods. All the final synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity and antitubercular activity with MIC values against some selected microorganisms.  相似文献

In the course of saponification experiments with bis(2‐cyanoethyl) 2,6‐dimethyl‐4‐(2‐nitrophenyl)‐1,4‐dihydro‐3,5‐pyridinedicarboxylate ( 1 ), an analogue of the calcium channel blocker nifedipine, three unexpected degradation products were isolated. The compounds were identified as 3‐(2‐acetamido‐1‐carboxy‐1‐propenyl)‐1‐hydroxy‐2‐indolecarboxylic acid ( 3 ), 9‐hydroxy‐1,3‐dimethyl‐β‐carboline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 4 ) and 6‐hydroxy‐2,4‐dimethyl‐5‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydrobenzo[c][2,7]naphthyridine‐1‐carboxylic acid ( 6 ). The structures of these compounds were deduced from one‐ and two‐dimensional 1H, 13C and natural abundance 15N NMR experiments (1H,1H‐COSY, gs‐HSQC, gs‐HMBC, 15N gs‐HMBC), and corroborated by comparison of their NMR data with the respective data for structurally similar compounds. Novel 2‐alkylcarbamato/thiocarbama‐to‐2,3‐dihydro‐5‐propylthio‐1H‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphos‐phole 2‐oxides ( 4a–J ) were synthesized by cyclization of 4‐propylthio‐1,2‐phenylenediamine ( 3 ) with the corresponding dichlorophosphoryl carbamates/thiocarbamates ( 2a–J ) that were obtained by the addition of alcohols/thiols to isocyanatophosphoryl dichloride ( 1 ). The structures of the title compounds were confirmed by the 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, and mass spectral studies. Some new compounds (E)‐3‐aryl‐1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones 5a–e were prepared by 1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐ethanone and various aromatic aldehydes. Then one pot reaction was happened by compounds 5a–e with hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid or propionic acid, respectively, to give the title compounds 1acyl‐5‐aryl‐3‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazoles 6a–i . 1,3‐Dipolar cycloaddition reactions of N‐cyclohexyl maleimide ( 1 ) with azomethine N‐oxide ( 2 ) have afforded novel isoxazolidine ( 3 ) in excellent yield. Their structures have been characterized from their IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, 1H,1H‐COSY, MS(ESI), and elemental analysis techniques. In vitro antibacterial activity of the synthesized compounds were investigated against a representative panel of pathogenic strains specifically two Gram‐positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes ) and two Gram‐negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli ) using agar‐well diffusion assay. Some of the compounds ( 3a , 3k , 3n , and 3o ) exhibited promising antibacterial activities. All the synthesized compounds have also been screened for their antioxidant activities and were found to be significantly active.  相似文献

N‐Glycosyl‐2‐(1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridazin‐6‐one‐3‐carbonyl)‐hydrazinecarbothioamides 3a‐3g and N‐glycosyl‐2‐(1,6‐dihydropyridazin‐6‐one‐3‐carbonyl)‐hydrazinecarbothioamides 5a‐5g were prepared by the reaction of glycosyl isothiocyanates with the compounds 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐3‐hydrozinecarbonyl‐6‐pyridazinone ( 1 ) and 1,6‐dihydro‐3‐hydrozinecarbonyl‐6‐pyridazinone ( 2 ). The terminal heterocyclic compounds 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives were obtained from cyclization of compounds ( 3a‐3g ) and ( 5a‐5g ) by mercuric acetate. Two series of novel 4‐acyl‐2,5‐disubstituted‐3‐hydroxypyrazoles 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h and 4‐arylcarbonyl‐3‐substitutedisoxazol‐5‐ones 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i were synthesized by the Scotton–Baumann reaction of 2,5‐disubstituted‐2,4‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐ones 1 or 3‐substituted‐4H‐isoxazol‐5‐ones 6 and various acyl chlorides, followed by the Fries rearrangement in the presence of calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide as the catalyst. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. 1H NMR indicated that compounds 3 existed in enol forms and compounds 7 in keto configurations. The results of preliminary bioassays showed that some of the title compounds 3 and 7 exhibited moderate to good herbicidal activities against Brassica campestris L. at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Isoxazole compounds 7 showed better herbicidal activity against B. campestris L. than pyrazole compounds 3 did at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Moreover, most of the isoxazole compounds displayed higher herbicidal activity against B. campestris L. than Echinochloa crus‐galli. However, these compounds showed weak herbicidal activities at the concentration of 10 mg/L.  相似文献

A new class of substituted 2‐amino‐4‐(2‐ethoxybenzo[d][1,3]dioxol‐5‐yl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile derivatives catalyzed by Imidazole under mild reaction conditions has been developed. A variety of functionalized 2‐amino‐4‐(2‐ethoxybenzo[d][1,3]dioxol‐5‐yl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile scaffolds were assembled in high yields by this catalytic protocol. The newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. The compounds were then evaluated for antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

To find novel lead compounds having high insecticidal activity, a series of phosphorothioate derivatives containing 1,2,3‐triazole and pyridine rings were synthesized by the reaction of 1‐{1‐[(6‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]‐5‐methyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl}ethanone oxime with phosphorochloridothioates. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analyses. The structure of 6c was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction, which is thermodynamically stable E isomer. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that some title compounds possess insecticidal activity to some extent. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel 10‐amino‐9‐aryl‐2,3,4,5,6,7,9,10‐octahydroacridine‐1,8‐dione derivatives 4 were synthesized by hydrazine or phenylhydrazine and 9‐aryl‐1,8‐dioxo‐2,3,4,5,6,7,9‐heptahydroxanthene derivatives 3 , which were prepared by 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione 1 and aromatic aldehydes 2 in the presence of concentrated H2SO4 as a catalyst in water. 2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. Fused 3,6‐disubstituted triazolothiadiazoles were synthesized in good yield from a rapid and convenient oxidative cyclization of N‐heteroaryl‐substituted hydrazones promoted by chloramine‐T trihydrate at ambient temperature. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antioxidant and antitubercular activities. All the compounds 5a‐i and 6a‐i showed good antitubercular activity. A simple and high yielding method for the integration of 1,5-benzodiazepines integrated with 5-methyl- 2-oxo-3-phenyl-△^4-1,3,4-oxadiazolines in 75%-90% yield by microwave irradiation is devised. Microwave-accelerated reaction was compared with thermal method. All the compounds were characterized by physical, analytical and spectral (IR, 1^H NMR, MS) data. The reactions of isatins, urea and 1‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)butane‐1,3‐dione or 1‐morpholinobutane‐1,3‐dione have been developed for the preparation of spiroheterocycles compounds. It was found these reactions could be given higher yields and required shorter time in our process. In this synthesis, some useful groups, such as pyridyl and morpholinyl were introduced into the structures of the products. The compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. Else, compounds 4i and 4r were additionally confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The other advantages of this procure were simple handling, high yields, and wide range substrates.  相似文献

A facile method for the synthesis of substituted 3‐(2‐furylidene)‐2‐furanones has been developed using cyclofunctionalization reactions of 2,4‐dialkenyl‐1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds and iodine as electrophile in the presence of Na2CO3, in refluxing chloroform. Compounds 4 are obtained in modest to good yields and their structural identification was established by 1H NMR, 1H COSY, 13C NMR and 1H‐13C COSY. A mechanism has been proposed to rationalize the formation of the ylidene furanone.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrazolyl‐substituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives ( 6a‐6d, 7a‐7d, 8a‐8d ) were prepared by cyclization of the intermediate 3‐aryl‐l‐phenyl‐pyrazol‐4‐ylformaldehyde 4′‐phenylthiosemicarbazones with 0.5 M ferric chloride solution. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Simultaneously, the compounds were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer and had preferable fluorescence activity.  相似文献

4‐Methyl‐6,8‐dihydroxy‐7H‐benz[de]anthracen‐7‐one was isolated from the sap of Aloe by column chromatography. Its 1H and 13C NMR spectra were completely assigned by utilizing two‐dimensional 1H‐detected heteronuclear one‐bond (HMQC) and multiple‐bond (HMBC) chemical shift correlation experiments together with 1H–1H COSY and DEPT techniques. These techniques were also valuable in assigning the protons and carbons of those benzanthrone compounds which were previously incompletely reported because of the overlap of proton signals.
