Pd–In/Al2O3 and Pd–In/MgAl2O4 catalysts prepared from dinuclear Pd–In acetate complexes were studied in the hydrogenation of alkyne compounds with different structures. The Pd–In catalysts demonstrate high selectivity in the hydrogenation of internal alkynes comparable with that of the Lindlar catalyst. Similar activity/selectivity characteristics are reached at a significantly lower Pd content. For terminal alkynes, the favorable effect of Indium introduction is considerably less pronounced. An analysis of the In effect on the selectivity and the ratio between the rates of the first and second hydrogenation steps suggests that the reaction selectivity is determined to a large extent by a thermodynamic factor (adsorption–desorption equilibrium between the reactants and the reaction products).  相似文献

A comparative catalytic study of Pd–Ag bimetallic catalysts and the commercial Lindlar catalyst (Pd–Pb/CaCO3) has been carried out in the hydrogenation of phenylacetylene (PA) and diphenylacetylene (DPA). The Pd–Ag catalysts have been prepared using the heterobimetallic complex PdAg2(OAc)4(HOAc)4 supported on MgAl2O4 and aluminas (α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3). Physicochemical studies have demonstrated that the reduction of supported Pd–Ag complex with hydrogen results in homogeneous Pd–Ag nanoparticles. Equal in selectivity to the Lindlar catalyst, the Pd–Ag catalysts are more active in DPA hydrogenation. The synthesized Pd–Ag catalysts are active and selective in PA hydrogenation as well, but the unfavorable ratio of the rates of the first and second stages of the process makes it difficult to kinetically control the reaction. The most promising results have been obtained for the Pd–Ag2/α-Al2O3 catalyst. Although this catalyst is less active, it is very selective and allows efficient kinetic control of the process to be carried out owing to the fact that, with this catalyst, the rate of hydrogenation of the resulting styrene is much lower than the rate of hydrogenation of the initial PA.  相似文献

Catalytic properties of Pd—Cu bimetallic catalysts supported on SiO2 and Al2O3 were studied in a model reaction of selective hydrogenation of diphenylacetylene. Application of PdCu2(AcO)6 heterobimetallic acetate complex as a precursor made it possible to obtain homogeneous Pd—Cu bimetallic nanoparticles. This result was supported by the data of IR spectroscopy of adsorbed CO. The Pd-Cu catalysts showed considerably higher selectivity than monometallic samples. Moreover, the introduction of copper decreases the hydrogenation rate of diphenylethylene (DPE) to diphenylethane. As a result, the maximum yield of the target product, DPE, increased from 78 to 93% in the presence of Pd—Cu catalysts.  相似文献

Pd/Sibunit and Pd–M/Sibunit (M = Ga, Zn, or Ag) catalysts have been synthesized, and their catalytic properties in liquid-phase acetylene hydrogenation have been investigated. Doping of the palladium catalyst with a metal M leads to the formation of the Pd2Ga, PdZn, or Pd0.46Ag0.54 bimetallic compound. The bimetallic particles are much smaller (1.6–2.0 nm) than the monometallic palladium particles (4.0 nm). Doping with zinc raises the ethylene selectivity by 25% without affecting the activity of the catalyst. Specific features of the effect of each of the dopants on palladium are reported.  相似文献

New composites based on the [RhMo6O24H6]3− (RhMo6) heteropolyanion supported on pillared (PILC), heterostructured (PCH) and functionalized(PILC-F) and (PCH-F) systems based on clays were prepared, characterized and tested as catalysts in the liquid-phase hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde. The original phases and supported systems were characterized using several techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDS), Raman microprobe studies, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses (TG-DSC), temperature programmed reduction (TPR), and textural analysis (BET method), which confirmed their functionalization, physicochemical modification and the nature of Mo adsorbed species. Active acidic, basic and redox sites were determined by temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR). Mo loading reached 7 wt% for the system RhMo6/PCH-F and 3 wt% for the system RhMo6/PILC-F, while unfunctionalized clay systems showed a value of 1 wt% of Mo. The catalytic performance showed that PCH-based composites were the most active and reached up to 56% conversion at 360 min of reaction when tested in liquid-phase cinnamaldehyde hydrogenation. The selectivity for all the systems was mainly toward hydrocinnamic aldehyde (HCAL) and reached 77% for the RhMo6/PCH-F catalyst at 25% conversion.  相似文献

Phase composition and surface layer state of the Pd–P hydrogenation catalyst formed at various P/Pd ratios from Pd(acac)2 and white phosphorus in a hydrogen atmosphere were determined. Palladium on the catalyst surface is mainly in two chemical states: as Pd(0) clusters and as palladium phosphides. As the P/Pd ratio increases, the fraction and size of palladium clusters decrease, and also the phase composition of formed palladium phosphides changes: Pd3P0.8 → Pd5P2 → PdP2. The causes of the modifying action of phosphorus on the properties of palladium catalysts for hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds were considered.  相似文献

Due to the complexity of the structure–activity relationship of the CuAl2O4 spinel catalyst, optimization of the catalyst structure is a great challenge. In this paper, three different CuAl2O4 spinel catalysts were prepared by the solid-phase method using copper hydroxide, copper nitrate, and copper oxide as the copper source, respectively, to study the difference in the structure of CuAl2O4 spinel catalysts induced by the raw materials and the catalytic behavior for CO hydrogenation. The structure of CuAl2O4 spinel catalyst was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, TEM, H2-TPR and XPS. The activity of CO hydrogenation over the CuAl2O4 spinel catalyst without pre-reduction was evaluated in the slurry reactor. The results demonstrated that different copper sources had obvious influence on the CuAl2O4 spinel texture properties, surface enrichment degree, as well as decomposition and reduction ability, which further regulated the ratio of Cu+/Cu0 and thus affected the catalytic performance, especially the alcohol distribution. The CuAl2O4 spinel, employing copper hydroxide as the copper source, showed better selectivity of C2+OH, which was assigned to a higher ratio of Cu+/Cu0, along with larger pore size and pore volume. Moreover, the synergistic effect between Cu0 and γ-Al2O3 improved the selectivity of dimethyl ether.  相似文献

Samples of Pd/C and Pd–Ag/C, where C represents carbon nanofibers (CNFs), are synthesized by methane decomposition on a Ni–Cu–Fe/Al2O3 catalyst. The properties of Pd/CNF are studied in the reaction of selective hydrogenation of acetylene into ethylene. It is found that the activity of the catalyst in hydrogenation reaction increases, while selectivity decreases considerably when the palladium content rises. The obtained dependences are caused by the features of palladium’s interaction with the carbon support. At a low Pd content (up to 0.04 wt %) in the catalyst, the metal is inserted into the interlayer space of graphite and the catalytic activity is zero. It is established by EXAFS that the main share of palladium in catalysts of 0.05–0.1 wt % Pd/CNF constitutes the metal in the atomically dispersed state. The coordination environment of palladium atoms consists of carbon atoms. An increase in the palladium content in a Pd/CNF catalyst up to 0.3 wt % leads to the formation of highly dispersed (0.8–1 nm) Pd particles. The Pd/CNF samples where palladium is mainly in the atomically dispersed state exhibit the highest selectivity in the acetylene hydrogenation reaction. The addition of silver to a 0.1 wt % Pd/CNF catalyst initially probably leads to the formation of Pd–Ag clusters and then to alloyed Pd–Ag particles. An increase in the silver content in the catalyst above 0.3% causes the enlargement of the alloyed particles and the palladium atoms are blocked by a silver layer, which considerably decreases the catalytic activity in the selective hydrogenation of acetylene.  相似文献

The influence of the Ni2+/Cr3+ ratio in the precursor compound on the formation of the catalyst structure and its transformation upon the thermal treatment and reductive activation in hydrogen was studied. The precursors with the cation ratio Ni2+/Cr3+ = (2.3–3)/1 represent a homogeneous system of the stichtite-type structure. The treatment of the precursors at T ~400 °C in an inert atmosphere forms a nanosized phase of the NiO-type structure with the lattice parameter a = 4.186±0.005 Å. At 600 °C the lattice parameter of this phase decreases to the tabulated value (a = 4.177±0.005 Å). The phase of nickel chromite of the cubic spinel structure with the lattice parameter a = 8.320±0.005 Å is also observed. Hydrogen activation of the catalyst preheated at 300 °C in an inert gas leads to the formation of Ni0 crystallites with a size of ~5.5 nm and a specific surface area of ~7.0 m2 g?1. This catalyst exhibits high activity and selectivity in benzene hydrogenation and preferential CO hydrogenation in the presence of CO2. The catalysts with the ratio Ni2+/Cr3+ = 1/(2?3) containing nickel and chromium hydroxocarbonates as precursors are less active in the hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane.  相似文献

A comparative study of the catalytic characteristics of monometallic Pd/α-Al2O3 and bimetallic Pd–Zn/α-Al2O3catalysts in the liquid-phase hydrogenation of structurally different substituted alkynes (terminal and internal, symmetrical and asymmetrical) was carried out. It was established that an increase in the reduction temperature from 200 to 400 and 600°C led to a primary decrease in the activity of Pd–Zn/α-Al2O3 due to the formation and agglomeration of Pd1–Zn1 intermetallic nanoparticles. The Pd–Zn/α-Al2O3 catalyst containing Pd1–Zn1 nanoparticles exhibited increased selectivity to the target alkene formation, as compared with that of Pd/α-Al2O3. Furthermore, the use of the Pd–Zn/α-Al2O3 catalyst made it possible to more effectively perform the kinetic process control of hydrogenation because the rate of an undesirable complete hydrogenation stage decreased on this catalyst.  相似文献

Pd-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling (SMC) reactions are important in chemistry. In this work, using electrospinning technology, we prepared a novel type of composite catalyst with ligand structures such as urea-Pd/PAN (polyacrylonitrile) and used them to catalyze SMC reactions in nontoxic systems and “green” conditions (air atmosphere, low temperature, and short reaction time). This method of preparing hybrid materials is simple and easy to operate. The higher catalytic activity of the catalysts is attributed to active centers with rich electrons transferred from ligands with unique structures, which can decrease the activation energy of the rate-determining step (oxidative addition). In addition, urea-Pd/PAN composite catalysts exhibit higher catalytic performance than those reduced by H2 because of the smaller size of active species and the more-efficient oxidative addition to Pd0–ligand complexes compared to Pd0.  相似文献

Co–Pd bimetallic alloy nanoparticle catalysts were prepared from CoCl2, Pd(OAc)2 and several capping agents with Li(C2H5)3BH. The nanoparticle catalysts were applied to the aerobic oxidation of a variety of alcohols in water to give the corresponding carbonyl products. The catalyst was magnetically recovered and reused for further oxidation. The nanoparticle catalysts were characterized with TEM, ICP, and XPS analyses.  相似文献

Bi- and trimetallic platinum–ruthenium and platinum–ruthenium–palladium catalysts with specified atomic ratios Pt: Ru = 1: 1 and Pt: Ru: Pd = 1: 1: 0.1, respectively, were synthesized from the coordination compounds of the metals deposited on highly dispersed carbon black. The catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, electron dispersive analysis, and transmission electron microscopy. According to voltammetry data, the highest activity in the dimethyl ether (DME) electrooxidation is exhibited by the catalyst Pt0.43Ru0.47Pd0.1/C; hence, it may be considered as a promising anode material for direct DME fuel cells.  相似文献

The catalytic properties of several supported metal catalysts on different carriers were studied in the partial oxidation of methane (POM) to syngas. In our experiment, supported noble metal catalysts exhibited better performance than the other supported transition metal catalysts. The catalyst performances were significantly influenced by the d-electron configuration of the active metal components and the dispersion of active metal components on the support. A catalyst with a moderate number of unpaired electrons in the d-orbital of the active metal support without obvious acidity or redox activity (e.g. MgO) was suitable for POM performance. The Rh/SiO2 catalyst was the best in the POM reaction, among those investigated. Reaction conditions apparently also affected the POM performance of the catalyst. The conversion of methane and the selectivity for CO increased with the reaction temperature, and a high CH4/O2 ratio was not beneficial for POM performance.  相似文献

Using catalysts prepared in situ from [Rh(NBD)Cl]2 and chiral diphosphines of the type Ph2PCHRCH2PPh2 (R = Ph, i-Pr, PhCH2) optical yields above 60% were achieved in the hydrogenation of PhMeCNCH2Ph. Although reproducibility of the results was poor, it can be concluded that the chiral diphosphines DIOP and diPAMP are much less effective, and that the halide ligand is necessary for good enantioselectivity.  相似文献

The supported bimetallic Fe—Pd/SiO2 catalysts with the different Fe (0.025—8 mass.%) and Pd (0.05—3.2 mass.%) loadings were synthesized by the incipient wetness impregnation of support. The samples were heat-treated under different conditions (calcination in air at 240—350 °C or reduction in an H2 flow at 400 °C). The X-ray phase analysis revealed the formation of Pd0, α-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 phases after calcination of the samples at 240—260 °C. The reduction of the calcined Fe—Pd samples in an H2 flow at 400 °C enables the formation of Fe0 nanoparticles of size 17—20 nm. The synthesized catalytic systems were studied in the selective hydrogenation of phenylacetylene at room temperature and atmospheric pressure in a solvent (ethanol, propanol). The catalytic properties of the Fe—Pd catalysts depend on the nature of solvent, catalyst composition, and thermal treatment conditions. The application of the Fe—Pd bimetallic catalysts with a low Pd loading of 0.05—0.1 mass.% made it possible to reach the high activity and selectivity to styrene (91%) at the complete conversion of phenylacetylene.  相似文献

Hydrosilylation of functionalized terminal arylalkynes with a variety of silanes catalyzed by PtCl2 or PtO2 in the presence of the air-stable and bulky Xphos ligand was investigated. Regardless of the electronic nature (electron withdrawing or donating group) and the position (o, m, p) of the substituents on the aromatic ring, a single β-(E)-styrylsilanes was obtained in good to excellent yields. The regioselectivity of the H-Si bond addition was found to be governed by steric effects induced by the bulky Xphos ligand. A dramatic regioselectivity was also observed when functionalized terminal aliphatic alkynes were employed as a substrate and in these cases regioisomeric β-(E)-vinylsilanes were generated with excellent selectivity.  相似文献

The effect of Pt additives on the catalytic characteristics of a Pd-containing catalyst based on manganese hexaaluminate was studied. It was found that the bimetallic PtPd-containing catalysts based on MnLaAl11O19 with the Pt/Pd atomic ratio smaller than 0.25 exhibited a comparable or somewhat smaller activity in the methane oxidation, but their stability at elevated temperatures and gas flow rates was higher than that of the Pd-based catalyst. The state of the active constituent of the resulting catalysts was investigated. Main correlations between the state of the active component and the catalytic activity were revealed.  相似文献
