基于哈密顿原理的两种材料界面裂纹奇性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了两种材料组成的弹性体在交界面上含裂纹时的裂纹尖端奇异场。通过变量代换及变分原理,将平面弹性扇形域的方程导向哈密体系,从而可通过分离变量及共轭辛本征函数展开法解析法求解扇形域方程,得到求解双材料界面裂纹尖点奇性的一般表达式,由此为该类问题的求解开辟了一条新途径。  相似文献

裂纹扩展过程中线性内聚力模型计算的半解析有限元法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出了求解基于线性内聚力模型的平面裂纹扩展问题的半解析有限元法,利用弹性平面扇形域哈密顿体系的方程,通过分离变量法及共轭辛本征函数向量展开法,推导了一个环形和一个圆形奇异超级解析单元列式,组装这两个超级单元能准确地描述裂纹表面作用有双线性内聚力的平面裂纹尖端场。将该解析元与有限元相结合,构成半解析的有限元法,可求解任意几何形状和载荷的基于线性内聚力模型的平面裂纹扩展问题。典型算例的计算结果表明本文方法简单有效,具有令人满意的精度。  相似文献

In this paper, based on the three-dimensional flow theory of plasticity, the fundametal equations for plane strain problem of elastic-perfectly plastic solids are presented. By using these equations the elastic-plastic fields near the crack tip growing step-by-step in an elastic incompressible-perfectly plastic solid are analysed.The first order asymptotic solutions for the stress field and velocity fields near the crack tip are obtained. The solutions show the evolution process of elastic unloading domain and the development process of central fan domain and reveal the possibility of the presence of the secondary plastic domain. The second order asymptotic solution for stress field is also presented.  相似文献

本文利用理想塑性固体平面应变问题的基本方程,分析了可压缩理想塑性体中逐步扩展裂纹顶端的弹塑性场,得到了关于应力的渐近场,分析了弹性卸载区的演变过程和修正的中心扇形区的发展过程,预示了出现二次塑性区的可能性,弹性可压缩性的影响明显表现在经典的中心扇形区必需加以修正,垂直于板面方向的应力偏量不再为零,而且随着新裂纹面的形成,裂纹前方的均匀应力场和紧连着的修正的中心扇形区的应力偏量将发生变化,这种变化是由于垂直于板面方向的应力偏量发生变化造成的。  相似文献

与界面相交的裂纹尖端的应力奇异性分析   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7  
为了确定与结合材料的界面相交的裂纹尖端附近的应力奇异性次数,提出了一种基于最小势能原理的一维特殊有限元法,以奇异点为原点半径r0的扇形奇异区域,可以简化为一维线性领域,即一条以代表结合材料的两个自由表面为端点的线段。对该一维线性领域作网格划分,采用三节点一维等参数二次单元。数值计算结果与已有理论解的比较表明,该方法具有很高的精度和效率,最后,利用文中给出的方法,得到了各向异性结合材料中与界面以任意角相交的裂纹尖端的奇异性次数随裂纹的变化规律。  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic behavior of a Griffith crack in a piezoelectric material strip subjected to the harmonic anti-plane shear waves is investigated by use of the non-local theory for impermeable crack surface conditions. To overcome the mathematical difficulties, a one-dimensional non-local kernel is used instead of a two-dimensional one for the anti-plane dynamic problem to obtain the stress and the electric displacement near at the crack tip. By means of the Fourier transform, the problem can be solved with the help of two pairs of dual integral equations. These equations are solved using the Schmidt method. Contrary to the classical solution, it is found that no stress and electric displacement singularity is present near the crack tip. The non-local dynamic elastic solutions yield a finite hoop stress near the crack tip, thus allowing for a fracture criterion based on the maximum dynamic stress hypothesis. The finite hoop stress at the crack tip depends on the crack length, the thickness of the strip, the circular frequency of incident wave and the lattice parameter.  相似文献

采用Green函数法研究界面上含圆孔边界径向有限长度裂纹的两半无限压电材料对SH波的散射和裂纹尖端动应力强度因子问题.首先构造出具有半圆型凹陷半空间的位移Green函数和电场Green函数,然后采用裂纹"切割"方法构造孔边裂纹,并根据契合思想和界面上的连接条件建立起求解问题的定解积分方程.最后作为算例,给出了孔边界面裂纹尖端动应力强度因子的计算结果图并进行了讨论.  相似文献

Using a proposed constitutive relation for materials with creep behavior, the stress and strain distribution near the tip of a Mode III growing crack is examined. Asymptotic equations of the crack tip field are derived and solved numerically. The stresses remain finite at the crack tip. Obtained qualitatively is the crack tip velocity and the local autonomy of the near tip field solution is discussed.  相似文献

Based on stress field equations and Hill yield criterion, the crack tip plastic zone is determined for orthotropic materials and isotropic materials under small-scale yielding condition. An analytical solution to calculating the crack tip plastic zone in plane stress states is presented. The shape and size of the plastic zone are analyzed under different loading conditions. The obtained results show that the crack tip plastic zones present “butterfly-like” shapes, and the elastic–plastic boundary is smooth. The size of the plastic zone for orthotropic composites is less at the crack tip for various loading conditions, compared with the case of isotropic materials. Crack inclination angle and loading conditions affect greatly the size and shape of crack tip plastic zone. The mode I crack has a crucial effect on the plastic zone for mixed mode case in plane stress state. The plastic zone for pure mode I crack and pure mode II crack have a symmetrical distribution to the initial crack plane.  相似文献

在线弹性理论中,三维 V 形切口/裂纹结构尖端区域存在多重应力奇异性,常规数值方法不易求解. 本文提出和建立了三维扩展边界元法 (XBEM),用于分析三维线弹性 V 形切口/裂纹结构完整的位移和应力场. 先将三维线弹性 V 形切口/裂纹结构分为尖端小扇形柱和挖去小扇形柱后的外围结构. 尖端小扇形柱内的位移函数采用自尖端径向距离 $r$ 的渐近级数展开式表达,其中尖端区域的应力奇异指数、位移和应力特征角函数通过插值矩阵法获得. 而级数展开式各项的幅值系数作为基本未知量. 挖去扇形域后的外围结构采用常规边界元法分析. 两者方程联立求解可获得三维 V 形切口/裂纹结构完整的位移和应力场,包括切口/裂纹尖端区域精细的应力场. 扩展边界元法具有半解析法特征,适用于一般三维 V 形切口/裂纹结构完整位移场和应力场的分析,其解可精细描述从尖端区域到整体结构区域的完整应力场. 作者研制了三维扩展边界元法程序,文中给出了两个算例,通过计算结果分析,表明了扩展边界元法求解三维 V 形切口/裂纹结构完整应力场的准确性和有效性.  相似文献

An internal crack located within a functionally graded material (FGM) strip bonded with two dissimilar half-planes and under an anti-plane load is considered. The crack is oriented in an arbitrary direction. The material properties of strip are assumed to vary exponentially in the thickness direction and two half-planes are assumed to be isotropic. Governing differential equations are derived and to reduce the difficulty of the problem dealing with solution of a system of singular integral equations Fourier integral transform is employed. Semi closed form solution for the stress distribution in the medium is obtained and mode III stress intensity factor (SIF), at the crack tip is calculated and its validity was verified. Finally, the effects of nonhomogeneous material parameter and crack orientation on the stress intensity factor are studied.  相似文献

The method of complex function and the method of Green‘s function are used to investigate the problem of SH-wave scattering by radial cracks of any limited length along the radius originating at the boundary of an elliptical hole, and the solution of dynamicstress intensity factor at the crack tip was given. A Green‘s function was constructed for the problem, which is a basic solution of displacement field for an elastic half space containing a half elliptical gap impacted by anti-plane harmonic linear source force at any point of its horizontal boundary. With division of a crack technique, a series of integral equations can be established on the conditions of continuity and the solution of dynamic stress intensity factor can be obtained. The influence of an elliptical hole on the dynamic stress intensity factor at the crack tip was discussed.  相似文献

采用弹性断裂力学Westergaard 的方法,分析在轴向拉伸载荷作用下钢管的Ⅰ型裂纹尖端处的应力场. 基于Ⅰ型裂纹钢管应力场的特征,设定尖端处的应力艾雷函数,给出其应力场模型边界条件和应力场的解析函数,并利用裂纹尖端处的切平面研究裂纹尖端局部应力场,建立了钢管裂纹尖端应力场模型. 通过钢管与平板Ⅰ型裂纹应力场模型的对比,结果表明二者明显不同,钢管裂纹尖端处应力峰值影响范围仅与裂纹长度、拉应力相关.  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic interaction between two collinear cracks in a piezoelectric material plate under anti-plane shear waves is investigated by using the non-local theory for impermeable crack surface conditions. By using the Fourier transform, the problem can be solved with the help of two pairs of triple integral equations. These equations are solved using the Schmidt method. This method is more reasonable and more appropriate. Unlike the classical elasticity solution, it is found that no stress and electric displacement singularity is present at the crack tip. The non-local dynamic elastic solutions yield a finite hoop stress at the crack tip, thus allowing for a fracture criterion based on the maximum dynamic stress hypothesis. Field equations of the non-local elasticity are solved to determine the state of stress in a plate with a Griffith crack subject to the anti-plane shear. Then a set of dual-integral equations is solved using Schmidts method. Contrary to the classical elasticity solution, it is found that no stress singularity is present at the crack tip. The significance of this result is that the fracture criteria are unified at both the macroscopic and the microscopic scales.  相似文献
