5A分子筛粉末对四氢呋喃水合物的生成及分解过程的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在低于0 ℃和常压下, 将粉碎并筛分后的成型5A分子筛粉末加入四氢呋喃-水(二者质量比为19:81)体系中, 用显微镜观察5A分子筛粉末的存在对四氢呋喃水合物生成和分解过程的影响. 结果表明, 5A分子筛粉末能够促进四氢呋喃水合物的生成. 5A分子筛粉末存在下, 四氢呋喃水合物生成方式主要表现为两种, 脉状生成和块状生成; 同时5A分子筛粉末能够提高四氢呋喃水合物结晶所需要的温度, 降低四氢呋喃水合物的分解温度; 而且5A分子筛粉末粒径的大小及分布对四氢呋喃水合物生成及分解的特性也有很大影响.  相似文献

甲烷水合物导热系数是甲烷水合物勘探、开采、储运以及其他应用过程中一个十分重要的物理参数.我们采用平衡分子动力学(EMD)方法Green-Kubo理论计算温度203.15~263.15K、压力范围3~100MPa、晶穴占有率为0~1的sI甲烷水合物的导热系数,采用的水分子模型包括TIP4P、TIP4P-Ew、TIP4P-FQ、TIP4P/2005、TIP4P/Ice.研究了主客体分子、外界温压条件等对甲烷水合物导热性能的影响.研究结果显示甲烷水合物的低导热性能由主体分子构建的sI笼型结构决定,而客体分子进入笼型结构后,使得笼型结构导热性能增强,同时进入笼型结构的客体分子越多,甲烷水合物导热性能越强.研究结果还显示在高温区域(T〉TDebye/3)内不同温度作用下,所有sI水合物具有相似的导热规律.压力对导热系数有一定影响,尤其是在较高压力条件下,压力越高,导热系数越大.而在不同温度和不同压力作用过程中,密度的改变对导热系数的增大或减小几乎没有影响.  相似文献

天然气水合物是由水分子和气体分子在一定温压条件下形成的一种类冰状笼形化合物.天然气水合物主要存在于海底和大陆的永久冻土区和青藏高原等多年冻土区,是一种潜在的替代能源.在考虑对天然气水合物资源进行开采和考察地球温压变化对含水合物层的影响时,有必要掌握水合物的热物性和含水合物层的有效导热系数,但目前报道的水合物导热系数数据不一、差异很大.水合物是一种非化学计量的化合物,因此很难获得一个不含自由气、自由水的零孔隙率完美样品.利用多孔介质的理论模型对多孔水合物的导热系数进行预测是获得水合物本征导热系数的有效途径之一.我们在一个自行设计的实验台上使用HotDisk系统独特的单面测试技术,并利用瞬态平面热源法测定了含甲烷气的多孔甲烷水合物的有效导热系数,获得该样品的导热系数和温度以及所加压力的关系.为了研究含甲烷气的多孔甲烷水合物的有效导热系数与孔隙率的关系,我们利用自相似的Sierpinski地毯分形模型,先假设多孔介质体系由多孔介质和流体两部分组成,而多孔介质颗粒则由随机分布不相接触的颗粒和带有接触热阻的自相似分布颗粒组成,再通过一维热流假设和采用等价电阻网络(即通过电一热阻模拟分析得到系统的热导率)分别模拟了干砂(含空气)和多孔甲烷水合物样品(含自由甲烷气)导热系数与样品孔隙度的关系,推测了无孔隙水合物样品的导热系数.实验和模拟结果均显示样品的有效导热系数随着孔隙度的增大而降低,样品的有效导热系数在30%的孔隙度时降低了25%.通过分析实验结果和模拟结果发现,无孔隙甲烷水合物样品的导热系数约为0.7Wm^-1K^-1.  相似文献

用显微镜从微观角度研究了0℃以下常压四氢呋喃-水体系中加入3A分子筛粉后THF水合物的生成过程,结果表明3A分子筛的存在能诱发水合物的成核,促进THF水合物的生成,提高THF水合物的生长速率;有3A分子筛存在时,THF水合物晶体的生长速率介于0.01~0.05gm/s之间;相对于无3A分子筛存在的体系,THF水合物晶体的生长速率提高约4nm/s;在相同条件下,THF水合物晶体长成后大晶体还会发生部分变化和重组。  相似文献

研究了藻朊酸钠均质膜对有机液/水混合体系的渗透汽化特性。结果表明,藻朊酸钠对甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃及二氧六环等有机溶剂同水的混合液均表现为水优先透过,其渗透通量及选择分离系数都非常高。对80wt%的四氢呋喃水溶液,55℃下,通量Q达到2489g/m2·h,水对四氢呋喃的分离系数趋于无穷大;对80wt%的二氧六环水溶液,Q为2862g/m2·h,分离系数为39996(60℃)。通量与温度间呈Arrhenius关系。比较了两种藻朊酸钠样品对有机液/水混合体系的渗透汽化特性,讨论了化学组成、结构的不同,对膜性能的影响。  相似文献

当流体的温度和压力处于它的临界温度和临界压力以上时,称该流体处于超临界状态,为超临界流体.超临界流体表现出许多不同于一般气体和液体的特性,如溶质在超临界流体中的溶解度可较同温常压下溶质在同种气体中的溶解度大很多,超临界流体密度与液体的密度相近,其粘度却比液体小近百倍,导热系数比常压气体大得多等.由于超临界流体具有这些不同寻常的特性,因而以超临界萃取为代表的超临界流体已有广泛的工业应用.近年来超临界流体在聚合物加工中的应用逐渐受到重视,如超临界分级、造粒、气体辅助注塑成型、发泡成型等[1~3].  相似文献

建立了一套用于研究气体水合物的高压流体PVT(压力-体积-温度)测试系统。分别利用低压和高压传感器在温度268-283.2K时,压力6-40.2kPa和4600-7200kPa范围内采用恒温试压法分别对1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane(1,1二氯-1-氟乙烷)和甲烷气体水合物相平衡点进行了测试;并将所得两组数据与文献值相比较。该装置温度、压力范围较宽,可用于气体水合物相平衡实验。  相似文献

碳前驱体CH3ArCH2NH2的热解性能及动力学研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
通过密闭压力容器法、常压DSC、高压DSC及紫外分光光度定量分析法等实验手段,对液相沉积法制碳/碳复合材料用碳前驱体CH3ArCH2NH2的热裂解行为进行了研究,获得不同温度、不同压力下该碳前驱体的热分解温度和残碳率,用等温动力学和非等温动力学方法获得了热裂解反应的表观活化能,实验结果表明,常压热裂解温度大约为530.15-556.55K,1-3MPa的高压范围内的热裂解温度大约在618.34-675.49K,密闭压力容器中的残碳率为56.23%,常压下的残碳率为28.96%-36.47%,而高压下残碳率可达59.11%,根据基辛格等方法获得了等温条件下和非等温条件下热裂解反应的表观活化能Ea分别为206.78kJ/mol和183.93kJ/mol, 反应级数N~1.  相似文献

在水热体系中合成了具有规则孔道结构的微孔分子筛ZSM-5和介孔分子筛MCM-41,SBA-15,MAS-5,通过改变材料表面的电性对介孔材料进行了化学修饰.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的结构、形貌进行了表征;通过氮气吸附-脱附测试了产物的比表面积,采用BJH法计算孔分布和孔容;将制得的样品压制成绝热材料后,进行导热性质测定.常温(25℃)常压下,有序介孔分子筛MCM-41的导热系数为0.038 W·m-1·K-1,具有少量微孔结构的MAS-5的导热系数为0.035W·m-1·K-1,二者均为超级绝热材料.材料经改性后,绝热性能有所提高:MCM-41的导热系数降至0.028 W·m-1·K-1,MAS-5的导热系数降至0.017 W·m-1·K-1.结合纳米介孔材料导热理论模型进行分析,发现纳米孔绝热材料的孔径越小,孔隙率越大,绝热性能好;介孔分子筛的导热系数与其孔壁厚度、孔径大小以及孔隙率有关.  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
