In this paper, we first introduce the concept of Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of a generalized mixed variational inequality in Banach spaces and establish some characterizations of its Levitin-Polyak well-posedness. Under suitable conditions, we prove that the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of a generalized mixed variational inequality is equivalent to the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of a corresponding inclusion problem and a corresponding fixed point problem. We also derive some conditions under which a generalized mixed variational inequality in Banach spaces is Levitin-Polyak well-posed.  相似文献

We generalize the concept of well-posedness to a mixed variational inequality and give some characterizations of its well-posedness. Under suitable conditions, we prove that the well-posedness of a mixed variational inequality is equivalent to the well-posedness of a corresponding inclusion problem. We also discuss the relations between the well- posedness of a mixed variational inequality and the well-posedness of a fixed point problem. Finally, we derive some conditions under which a mixed variational inequality is well-posed. In this paper, we consider an extension of the notion of well-posedness by perturbations, introduced by Zolezzi for a minimization problem, to a mixed variational inequality problem in a Banach space. We establish some metric characterizations of the well-posedness by perturbations. We also show that under suitable conditions, the well-posedness by perturbations of a mixed variational inequality problem is equivalent to the well-posedness by perturbations of a corresponding inclusion problem and a corresponding fixed point problem. Also, we derive some conditions under which the well-posedness by perturbations of a mixed variational inequality is equivalent to the existence and uniqueness of its solution.  相似文献

In this paper, we first introduce the concept of Hadamard well-posedness of a general mixed variational inequality in Banach space. Under some suitable conditions, relations between Levitin–Polyak well-posedness and Hadamard well-posedness of a general mixed variational inequality are studied. We also establish some characterizations of Hadamard well-posedness for a genaral mixed variational inequality. Finally, we derive some conditions under which a general mixed variational inequality is Hadamard well-posed.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Levitin–polyak well-posedness by perturbations of the split variational inequality problem in reflexive Banach spaces. Furi-Vignoli-type characterizations are established for the well-posedness. We prove that the weak generalized Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations is equivalent to the nonemptiness and boundedness of the solution set of the problem. Finally, we discuss the relations between the Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations of the split variational inequality problem and the Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations of the split minimization problem when the split variational inequality problem arises from the split minimization problem.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce some notions of well-posedness for scalar equilibrium problems in complete metric spaces or in Banach spaces. As equilibrium problem is a common extension of optimization, saddle point and variational inequality problems, our definitions originates from the well-posedness concepts already introduced for these problems. We give sufficient conditions for two different kinds of well-posedness and show by means of counterexamples that these have no relationship in the general case. However, together with some additional assumptions, we show via Ekeland’s principle for bifunctions a link between them. Finally we discuss a parametric form of the equilibrium problem and introduce a well-posedness concept for it, which unifies the two different notions of well-posedness introduced in the first part.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider an extension of well-posedness for a minimization problem to a class of variational–hemivariational inequalities with perturbations. We establish some metric characterizations for the well-posed variational–hemivariational inequality and give some conditions under which the variational–hemivariational inequality is strongly well-posed in the generalized sense. Under some mild conditions, we also prove the equivalence between the well-posedness of variational–hemivariational inequality and the well-posedness of corresponding inclusion problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce two new classes of generalized monotone set-valued maps, namely relaxed μ–p monotone and relaxed μ–p pseudomonotone. Relations of these classes with some other well-known classes of generalized monotone maps are investigated. Employing these new notions, we derive existence and well-posedness results for a set-valued variational inequality problem. Our results generalize some of the well-known results. A gap function is proposed for the variational inequality problem and a lower error bound is obtained under the assumption of relaxed μ–p pseudomonotonicity. An equivalence relation between the well-posedness of the variational inequality problem and that of a related optimization problem pertaining to the gap function is also presented.  相似文献

In this article, the concepts of well-posedness and well-posedness in the generalized sense are introduced for parametric quasivariational inequality problems with set-valued maps. Metric characterizations of well-posedness and well-posedness in the generalized sense, in terms of the approximate solutions sets, are presented. Characterization of well-posedness under certain compactness assumptions and sufficient conditions for generalized well-posedness in terms of boundedness of approximate solutions sets are derived. The study is further extended to discuss well-posedness for an optimization problem with quasivariational inequality constraints.  相似文献

In this paper, well-posedness of a general class of elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities is studied. This general class includes several classes of the previously studied elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities as special cases. Moreover, our approach of the well-posedness analysis is easily accessible, unlike those in the published papers on elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities so far. First, prior theoretical results are recalled for a class of elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities featured by the presence of a potential operator. Then the well-posedness results are extended through a Banach fixed-point argument to the same class of inequalities without the potential operator assumption. The well-posedness results are further extended to a more general class of elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities through another application of the Banach fixed-point argument. The theoretical results are illustrated in the study of a contact problem. For comparison, the contact problem is studied both as an elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequality and as an elliptic variational–hemivariational inequality.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Levitin–Polyak type well-posedness for inverse variational inequalities. We establish some metric characterizations of Levitin–Polyak α-well-posedness by perturbations. Under suitable conditions, we prove that Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations of an inverse variational inequality is equivalent to the existence and uniqueness of its solution. Moreover, we show that Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations of an inverse variational inequality is equivalent to Levitin–Polyak well-posedness by perturbations of an enlarged classical variational inequality.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the well-posedness for the parametric optimization problems with variational inclusion problems as constraint (or the perturbed problem of optimization problems with constraint). Furthermore, we consider the relation between the well-posedness for the parametric optimization problems with variational inclusion problems as constraint and the well-posedness in the generalized sense for variational inclusion problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and study a generalized class of vector implicit quasi complementarity problem and the corresponding vector implicit quasi variational inequality problem. By using Fan-KKM theorem, we derive existence of solutions of generalized vector implicit quasi variational inequalities without any monotonicity assumption and establish the equivalence between those problems in Banach spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the vector equilibrium problems involving lexicographic cone in Banach spaces. We introduce the new concepts of the Tykhonov well-posedness for such problems. The corresponding concepts of the Tykhonov well-posedness in the generalized sense are also proposed and studied. Some metric characterizations of well-posedness for such problems are given. As an application of the main results, several results on well-posedness for the class of lexicographic variational inequalities are derived.  相似文献

In this article, we derive some equivalences of generalized mixed non-linear programs, generalized mixed least-element problems, generalized mixed complementarity problems and generalized mixed variational inequality problems under certain regularity and growth conditions. We also generalize the notion of a Z-type map for point-to-set maps. Our results improve and extend recent results in the literature.  相似文献

Solving a variational inequality problem can be equivalently reformulated into solving a unconstraint optimization problem where the corresponding objective function is called a merit function. An important class of merit function is the generalized D-gap function introduced in [N. Yamashita, K. Taji, M. Fukushima, Unconstrained optimization reformulations of variational inequality problems, J. Optim. Theory Appl. 92 (1997) 439-456] and Yamashita and Fukushima (1997) [17]. In this paper, we present new fractional local/global error bound results for the generalized D-gap functions of nonsmooth variational inequality problems, which gives an effective estimate on the distance between a specific point to the solution set, in terms of the corresponding function value of the generalized D-gap function. Numerical examples and a simple application to the free boundary problem are also presented to illustrate the significance of our error bound results.  相似文献

Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of variational inequalities   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this paper we consider the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of variational inequalities. We derive a characterization of the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness by considering the size of Levitin-Polyak approximating solution sets of variational inequalities. We also show that the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of variational inequalities is closely related to the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of minimization problems and fixed point problems. Finally, we prove that under suitable conditions, the Levitin-Polyak well-posedness of a variational inequality is equivalent to the uniqueness and existence of its solution.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a generalized weak vector variational inequality, which is a generalization of a weak vector variational inequality and a Minty weak vector variational inequality. By virtue of a contingent derivative and a Φ-contingent cone, we investigate differential properties of a class of set-valued maps and obtain an explicit expression of its contingent derivative. We also establish some necessary optimality conditions for solutions of the generalized weak vector variational inequality, which generalize the corresponding results in the literature. Furthermore, we establish some unified necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for local optimal solutions of the generalized weak vector variational inequality. Simultaneously, we also show that there is no gap between the necessary and sufficient conditions under an appropriate condition.  相似文献
