The reactivity of iron(III) orthovanadate(V) towards zinc divanadate(V) in the solid state was investigated over the whole component concentration range. On the base of DTA and XRD measurements the phase diagram of the FeVO4-Zn2V2O7 system in the subsolidus area was constructed for the whole component concentration range. Ce2O3-K2O-P2O5 ternary system has been investigated by thermoanalytical methods (DTA, DSC), powder X-ray diffraction, XPS and IR spectroscopy. The existence of three double potassium-cerium(III) phosphates has been confirmed and a new binary phosphate K4Ce2P4O15 has been found. Phase diagram and isothermal section at room temperature of the system Ce2O3-K2O-P2O5 have been presented.  相似文献

As a result of solid-state reactions three cadmium vanadates(V) have been obtained, i.e. CdV2O6, Cd2V2O7 and Cd4V2O9. Melting temperature and the product of melting has been determined for Cd4V2O9. Thermal properties of the obtained cadmium vanadates(V) have been reinvestigated. The phase equilibria being established in the CdO-V2O5 system over the whole components concentration range up to the solidus line were described.  相似文献

[Co(NH3)6][AuX4]X2 binary complex salts, where X = Cl? (I) and Br? (II), have been obtained and defined by element, X-ray diffraction, and thermal analyses and by IR, Raman, and electron spectroscopy. The compounds are isostructural. Their structural units are the [Co(NH3)6]3+ complex cations, the [AuX4]? complex anions, and the X? anions. The plane square environment of the gold atom is completed to an elongated bipyramid by two halide ions lying at distances Au...Cl 3.245 Å for I and Au...Br 3.362 Å for II. The thermolysis products of I and II are pure gold and cobalt metal powders when thermolysis is performed under hydrogen and a mixture of metallic gold with cobalt halide in a reaction under an inert atmosphere.  相似文献

Sodium zirconium phosphate [NaZr2P3O12], a potential ceramic matrix for fixation of high level nuclear waste, was synthesized by heating the mixture of sodium carbonate [Na2CO3], zirconyl nitrate hydrate [ZrO(NO3)2·5H2O] and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate [NH4H2PO4] in air, in a resistance heated furnace and a microwave heating system respectively in the temperature range 450 to 650°C. The mixture heated for 1 h in a resistance furnace at 450°C yielded a poorly crystalline NaZr2P3O12 [NZP]. Increasing the temperature to 650°C produced a highly crystalline product. The same mixture heated in a microwave oven at 450°C for 1 h however, yielded the most crystalline NZP.In an alternate method, the mixture of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH2PO4), zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) and diammonium hydrogen phosphate [(NH4)2HPO4] heated in resistance furnace at 650°C for the same period did not react in air. The results of studies of solid solutions with the overall composition of Bi4V2 ? x Ge x O11 ? δ and Bi4Ge3 ? x V x O12 + δ are presented. The process of phase formation are studied during the synthesis of solid solution using the ceramic method and through liquid precursors. Crystallochemical parameters of the obtained compounds are determined. The size distribution of the particles is studied. Conductivity of annealed of polycrystalline samples as a function of temperature and composition is studied using the impedance spectroscopy method. The shape of impedance complex plane plots of the samples obtained in different ways is studied and analyzed.  相似文献

The study presents results of examination on Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) ferroelectric synthesis through intermediate binary compound Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT). The first stage of the study related to obtaining BIT from oxide precursors, i.e. Bi2O3 and TiO2. The second stage included obtaining NBT from Bi4Ti3O12, Na2CO3 and TiO2. Two polymorphic modifications of TiO2 (anatase, rutile) and diversified initial homogenization of raw material batches were applied during examination.  相似文献

Ultrafine magnetite particles are prepared through an electrochemical process, at room temperature, from an iron-based electrode immersed in an alkaline aqueous medium containing complexing compounds. XRD and chemical analysis indicate that the product is pure magnetite, Fe3O4. The size and morphology of the particles are studied by SEM. The magnetite nanoparticles present a magnetoresistance of almost 3%, at 300 K, under a magnetic field of 1 T. A reactive mechanism for the electrochemical process is proposed.  相似文献

Three new compounds MPr2W2O10 (M=Mn, Co, Cd) were prepared by the solid-state reaction. They are isostructural and crystallize in the orthorhombic system. MPr2W2O10 (M=Mn or Co) melt incongruently above 1150°C and the solid product of melting is Pr2W2O9. The CdPr2W2O9 compound starts decomposing in the solid-state at 1156°C to Pr2W2O9 and CdO.  相似文献

The electrochemical performances of Co3O4 nanopowders, obtained by the sol-gel method, were investigated and compared with those of commercial Co3O4 powders, for oxygen evolution reaction in alkaline solution. The active oxide powder was mixed with teflon and assembled on Ti substrate to form thin catalyst film. Cyclic voltammetry, polarization curves, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to assess the mechanism of oxygen evolution reaction, chemical structure, and morphology of the catalyst. A nickel(II) and a cobalt(III) complex of two different potentially tetradentate Schiff bases with different binding modes have been synthesised. The nickel(II) complex [NiL1] · CH3OH (1) was formed, on reacting the metal salt with a perfectly symmetrical N2O2 tetradentate Schiff base ligand H 2 L 1 , which is the 1:2 condensation product of 1,3-diamino propane and 2-hydroxyacetophenone. The cobalt(III) complex [Co(HL2)3] · (ClO4)3 · H2O (2) was synthesised using an asymmetric N2O2 tetradentate Schiff base ligand HL 2 on condensing N,N-dimethyl-1,3-diamino propane with o-vanillin in 1:1 mmol ratio. Although both Schiff bases are N2O2 functionalised, they showed variation in their coordinative property with nickel(II) and cobalt(III) ions. Both the complexes were characterised by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry and their single crystal structures clearly indicate that 1 is a mononuclear species whereas 2 is a hydrogen-bonded dimer.  相似文献

Chemisorption of SO2 and O2 on the In2O3 surface containing a zinc additive (0.4–2.7 at.%) was studied in a temperature range of 22–200 °C. At least three forms of sorbed SO2 exist on the modified In2O3 surface. The temperature affects the contribution of single forms of SO2 sorption and, hence, the change in the electric conductivity. The preliminary sorption of O2 favors the formation of a donor form of chemisorbed SO2. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Summary The solubility of CoSeO3-SeO2-H2O system in the temperature region 298-573 K was studied. The phase diagram of cobalt(II)selenites was drawn and the crystallization fields for the different phases were determined. Depending on the conditions for hydrothermal synthesis, CoSeO3×2H2O, α-CoSeO3×1/3H2O, β-CoSeO3×1/3H2O, CoSeO3, Co(HSeO3)2×2H2O and CoSe2O5 were obtained. The different phases were proved and characterized by chemical and X-ray analyses, as well as IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Summary A series of Al2O3-SnO2 catalysts with Al2O3 to SnO2 molar ratio of 1:1, 1:0.5, 1:0.2 and 1:0.1 were synthesized by sol-gel technique and characterized by thermal analysis and FTIR. In the case of binary gels - addition of tin component leads to better crosslinking than in pure alumina gel and as a result to a much uniform texture structure.  相似文献

Thermal properties of Co2FeV3O11 have been reinvestigated. It has been proved that this compound does not exhibit polymorphism. It melts incongruently at the temperature of 770±5°C and the phase with lyonsite type structure is the solid product of this melting. Phase relations in the whole subsolidus area of the CoO–V2O5–Fe2O3 system have been determined. The solidus area projection onto the component concentration triangle plane of this system has been constructed using the DTA and XRD methods. 15 subsidiary subsystems can be distinguished in this system.  相似文献

Summary Titania-based photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method using Fe3+ and polyethyleneglycol (PEG600) as additives. Thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and evolved gas analysis (EGA) with MS detection were used to elucidate processes that take place during heating of Fe3+ containing titania gels. The microstructure development of the Fe2O3/TiO2 gel samples with and without PEG600 admixtures was characterized by emanation thermal analysis (ETA) under in situ heating in air. A mathematical model was used for the evaluation of ETA results. Surface area and porosity measurements of the samples dried at 120°C and the samples preheated for 1 h to 300 and 500°C were compared. From the XRD measurements it was confirmed that the crystallization of anatase took place after thermal heating up to 600°C.  相似文献

The phase diagram of CoV2O6–CoMoO4–CoO system in subsolidus area was investigated by DTA and XRD methods. It was shown that this area consisted of five subsidiary systems in which there existed three solid phases. The melting temperatures of these systems were also determined. Preliminary examinations regarding formation of bismuth titanates in a part of Bi2O3—TiO2 system rich with TiO2 have been carried out. Bismuth titanates have been synthesized from mixtures of Bi2O3 and TiO2 (anatase) by the conventional solid-state method at the temperatures ranged from 1273 to 1473 K. Differential thermal analysis (DTA), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) have been used to study the formation of bismuth titanates. The following compounds have been achieved: Bi4Ti3O12, Bi2Ti2O7 and Bi2Ti4O11. Existence of controversial bismuth titanate of formula Bi2Ti3O9 in the Bi2O3—TiO2 system has not been confirmed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å).
