Pulsed Q collision induced dissociation (PQD) was developed to facilitate detection of low-mass reporter ions from labeling reagents (e.g., iTRΑQ) in peptide quantification using an LTQ mass spectrometer (MS). Despite the large number of linear ion traps worldwide, the use and optimization of PQD for protein identification have been limited, in part due to less effective ion fragmentation relative to the collision induced dissociation (CID). PQD expands the m/z coverage of fragment ions to the lower m/z range by circumventing the typical low mass cut-off of an ion trap MS. Since database searching relies on the matching between theoretical and observed spectra, it is not clear how ion intensity and peak number might affect the outcomes of a database search. In this report, we systematically evaluated the attributes of PQD mass spectra, performed intensity optimization, and assessed the benefits of using PQD on the identification of peptides and phosphopeptides from an LTQ. Based on head-to-head comparisons between CID (higher intensity) and PQD (better m/z coverage), peptides identified using PQD generally have Xcorr scores lower than those using CID. Such score differences were considerably diminished by the use of 0.1% m-nitrobenzyl alcohol (m-NBA) in mobile phases. The ion intensities of both CID and PQD were adversely affected by increasing m/z of the precursor, with PQD more sensitive than CID. In addition to negating the 1/3 rule, PQD enhances direct bond cleavage and generates patterns of fragment ions different from those of CID, particularly for peptides with a labile functional group (e.g., phosphopeptides). The higher energy fragmentation pathway of PQD on peptide fragmentation was further compared to those of CID and the quadrupole-type activation in parallel experiments.  相似文献

Recent advancements in mass spectrometry including data-dependent scanning and high-resolution mass spectrometry have aided metabolite profiling for non-radiolabeled xenobiotics. However, narrowing down a site of metabolism is often limited by the quality of the collision-induced dissociation (CID)-based precursor ion fragmentation. An alternative dissociation technique, higher energy collisional dissociation (HCD), enriches compound fragmentation and yields 'triple-quadrupole-like fragmentation'. Applying HCD along with CID and data-dependent scanning could enhance structural elucidation for small molecules. Liquid chromatography/multi-stage mass spectrometry (LC/MS(n) ) experiments with CID and HCD fragmentation were carried out for commercially available compounds on a hybrid linear ion trap orbital trap mass spectrometer equipped with accurate mass measurement capability. The developed method included stepped normalized collision energy (SNCE) parameters to enhance MS fragmentation without tuning for individual compounds. All the evaluated compounds demonstrated improved fragmentation under HCD as compared with CID. The results suggest that an LC/MS(n) method that incorporated both SNCE HCD- and CID-enabled precursor ion fragmentation afforded comprehensive structural information for the compounds under investigation. A dual collision cell approach was remarkably better than one with only CID MS(n) in an orbital trap. It is evident that such an acquisition method can augment the identification of unknown metabolites in drug discovery by improving fragmentation efficiency of both the parent compound and its putative metabolite(s).  相似文献

The dissolution mechanism of oligosaccharides in N,N‐dimethylacetamide/lithium chloride (DMAc/LiCl), a solvent used for cellulose dissolution, and the capabilities of low‐energy collision‐induced dissociation (low‐energy CID), collision‐induced dissociation (CID), and higher energy collision dissociation (HCD) for structural analysis of carbohydrates were investigated. Comparing the spectra obtained using 3 techniques shows that, generally, when working with monolithiated sugars, CID spectra provide more structurally informative fragments, and glycosidic bond cleavage is the main pathway. However, when working with dilithiated sugars, HCD spectra can be more informative providing predominately cross‐ring cleavage fragments. This is because HCD is a nonresonant activation technique, and it allows a higher amount of energy to be deposited in a short time, giving access to more endothermic decomposition pathways as well as consecutive fragmentations. The difference in preferred dissociation pathways of monolithiated and dilithiated sugars indicates that the presence of the second lithium strongly influences the relative rate constants for cross‐ring cleavages vs glycosidic bond cleavages, and disfavors the latter. Regarding the dissolution mechanism of sugars in DMAc/LiCl, CID and HCD experiments on dilithiated and trilithiated sugars reveal that intensities of product ions containing 2 Li+ or 3 Li+, respectively, are higher than those bearing only 1 Li+. In addition, comparing the fragmentation spectra (both HCD and CID) of LiCl‐adducted lithiated sugar and NaCl‐adducted sodiated sugar shows that while, in the latter case, loss of NaCl is dominant, in the former case, loss of HCl occurs preferentially. The compiled evidence implies that there is a strong and direct interaction between lithium and the saccharide during the dissolution process in the DMAc/LiCl solvent system.  相似文献

In‐source collision‐induced dissociation (CID) is commonly used with single‐stage high‐resolution mass spectrometers to gather both a molecular formula and structural information through the collisional activation of analytes with residual background gas in the source region of the mass spectrometer. However, unlike tandem mass spectrometry, in‐source CID does not involve an isolation step prior to collisional activation leading to a product ion spectrum composed of fragment ions from any analyte present during the activation event. This work provides the first comparison of in‐source CID and beam‐type CID spectra of emerging synthetic drugs on the same instrument to understand the fragmentation differences between the two techniques and to contribute to the scientific foundations of in‐source CID. Electrospray ionization–quadrupole time‐of‐flight (ESI‐Q‐TOF) mass spectrometry was used to generate product ion spectra from in‐source CID and beam‐type CID for a series of well‐characterized fentanyl analogs and synthetic cathinones. A comparison between the fragmentation patterns and relative ion abundances for each technique was performed over a range of fragmentor offset voltages for in‐source CID and a range of collision energies for beam‐type CID. The results indicate that large fragmentor potentials for in‐source CID tend to favor higher energy fragmentation pathways that result in both kinetically favored pathways and consecutive neutral losses, both of which produce more abundant lower mass product ions relative to beam‐type CID. Although conditions can be found in which in‐source CID and beam‐type CID provide similar overall spectra, the in‐source CID spectra tend to contain elevated noise and additional chemical background peaks relative to beam‐type CID.  相似文献

1,4,7,10‐Tetraazacyclododecane‐1,4,7,10‐tetraacetic acid (DOTA) derivatives are applied in quantitative proteomics owing to their ability to react with different functional groups, to harbor lanthanoides and hence their compatibility with molecular and elemental mass spectrometry. The new DOTA derivatives, namely Ln‐MeCAT‐Click and Ln‐DOTA‐Dimedone, allow efficient thiol labeling and targeting sulfenation as an important post‐translational modification, respectively. Quantitative applications require the investigation of fragmentation behavior of these reagents. Therefore, the fragmentation behavior of Ln‐MeCAT‐Click and Ln‐DOTA‐Dimedone was studied using collision‐induced dissociation (CID), infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) and higher‐energy collision dissociation (HCD) using different energy levels, and the efficiency of reporter ion production was estimated. The efficiency of characteristic fragment formation was in the order IRMPD > HCD (normal energy level) > CID. On the other hand, the application of HCD at high energy levels (HCD@HE; NCE > 250%) resulted in a significant increase in reporter ion production (33–54%). This new strategy was successfully applied to generate label‐specific reporter ions for DOTA amino labeling at the N‐termini and in a quantitative fashion for the estimation of amino:thiol ratio in peptides. Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) can provide direct and accurate sequence characterization of synthetic oligonucleotide drugs, including modified oligonucleotides. Multiple factors can affect oligonucleotide MS/MS sequencing, including the intrinsic properties of oligonucleotides (i.e., nucleotide composition and structural modifications) and instrument parameters associated with the ion activation for fragmentation. In this study, MS/MS sequencing of a thymidine (T)-rich and phosphorothioate (PS)-modified DNA oligonucleotide was investigated using two fragmentation techniques: trap-type collision-induced dissociation (“CID”) and beam-type CID also termed as higher-energy collisional dissociation (“HCD”), preceded by a hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) separation. A low to moderate charge state (−4), which predominated under the optimized HILIC-MS conditions, was selected as the precursor ion for MS/MS analysis. Comparison of the two distinctive ion activation mechanisms on the same precursor demonstrated that HCD was superior to CID in promoting higher sequence coverage and analytical sensitivity in sequence elucidation of T-rich DNA oligonucleotides. Specifically, HCD provided more sequence-defining fragments with higher fragment intensities than CID. Furthermore, the direct comparison between unmodified and PS-modified DNA oligonucleotides demonstrated a loss of MS/MS fragmentation efficiency by PS modification in both CID and HCD approaches, and a resultant reduction in sequence coverage. The deficiency in PS DNA sequence coverage observed with single collision energy HCD, however, was partially recovered by applying HCD with multiple collision energies. Collectively, this work demonstrated that HCD is advantageous to MS/MS sequencing of T-rich PS-modified DNA oligonucleotides.  相似文献

Commercial copper wire and its polymer insulation cladding was investigated for the presence of three synthetic antioxidants (ADK STAB AO412S, Irganox 1010 and Irganox MD 1024) by three different mass spectrometric techniques including electrospray ionization–ion trap–mass spectrometry (ESI–IT–MS), matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization reflectron time‐of‐flight (TOF) mass spectrometry (MALDI–RTOF–MS) and reflectron TOF secondary ion mass spectrometry (RTOF–SIMS). The samples were analyzed either directly without any treatment (RTOF–SIMS) or after a simple liquid/liquid extraction step (ESI–IT–MS, MALDI–RTOF–MS and RTOF–SIMS). Direct analysis of the copper wire itself or of the insulation cladding by RTOF–SIMS allowed the detection of at least two of the three antioxidants but at rather low sensitivity as molecular radical cations and with fairly strong fragmentation (due to the highly energetic ion beam of the primary ion gun). ESI–IT‐ and MALDI–RTOF–MS‐generated abundant protonated and/or cationized molecules (ammoniated or sodiated) from the liquid/liquid extract. Only ESI–IT–MS allowed simultaneous detection of all three analytes in the extract of insulation claddings. The latter two so‐called ‘soft’ desorption/ionization techniques exhibited intense fragmentation only by applying low‐energy collision‐induced dissociation (CID) tandem MS on a multistage ion trap‐instrument and high‐energy CID on a tandem TOF‐instrument (TOF/RTOF), respectively. Strong differences in the fragmentation behavior of the three analytes could be observed between the different CID spectra obtained from either the IT‐instrument (collision energy in the very low eV range) or the TOF/RTOF‐instrument (collision energy 20 keV), but both delivered important structural information. Fragmentation of the pentapeptide leucine enkephalin (YGGFL) is accomplished via higher-order resonances combined with simultaneous analysis of low-mass product ions. Two methods of achieving excitation are explored: (1) 0.5 ms resonant excitation at the omega and at Omega-omega secular frequencies of ion motion (where Omega is the radio-frequency (rf) drive frequency) in a manner similar to both pulsed q collision-induced dissociation (PQD) and high amplitude short time excitation (HASTE), and (2) 0.5 ms pulse of the omega or at Omega-omega excitation frequencies when the secular frequency of the ions is quickly swept across resonance conditions (pulsed q dynamic CID, PqDCID). In both methods of excitation, the rf amplitude on the ring electrode is rapidly decreased after excitation, therefore enabling analysis of low-mass product ions. Maximum fragmentation efficiencies of approximately 20% can be obtained with pulsed CID with both regular and high-order frequency excitation, while pulsed DCID offers maximum efficiencies of approximately 12%. All the excitation methods studied offer increased internal energy depositions when compared to conventional CID, as measured by the a4/b4 product ion ratios of leucine enkephalin. These ratios were as high as 13:1 for pulsed CID and 8:1 for PqDCID. Successful mass analysis of the low-mass ions is observed with both pulsed CID and PqDCID. The combined benefit of high internal energy deposition and wider dynamic mass range offers the possibility of increased sequence coverage and the identification of unique internal fragments or high-energy product ions which may provide complementary information to biological applications of conventional CID. This is the first report on deliberate fragmentation of precursor ions at a higher-order component of the ion secular frequency combined with a successful mass analysis of the low-mass ions through pulsed CID and PqDCID.  相似文献

Ionized limonene and related isomeric compounds have been examined by collisional activation at both gaseous and solid targets. The gas-phase collision-induced dissociation (CID) experiments were performed as a function of collision energy and scattering angle and the surface-induced dissociation (SID) experiments as a function of collision energy, in order to vary systematically the internal energy deposited in the molecular ion. The virtual absence of retro-Diels–Alder (RDA) fragmentation upon conventional CID, as compared to its importance in the electron impact (EI) mass spectrum, the subject of a study by Boyd and coworkers, was confirmed. However, as the ion internal energy was increased by raising the collision energy or the scattering angle, RDA fragmentation was observed and it became a dominant mode of fragmentation for SID at collision energies in the range of 25–50 eV. The energy deposited into the colliding ion in the SID technique is compared with that deposited upon CID in the eV and keV energy ranges and upon EI. The order obtained is: SID > EI > low-energy, multiple-collision CID > high-energy, single-collision CID > low-energy, single-collision CID. The distribution of energies in SID is narrower than in the other techniques. High internal energies are accessible by increasing the scattering angle in CID; however, this is accompanied by an increase in the width of the internal energy distribution, and it is therefore not possible to channel fragmentation predominantly into RDA by this method. It is concluded that RDA fragmentation of limonene is a high-energy process and that this is the explanation for its behavior. Isomerization, occurring through 1,3-hydrogen migrations of the molecular ions of limonene, isolimonene, terpinolene and α-terpinene, was investigated and long-lived molecular ions of the first three compounds were found to maintain distinct structures.  相似文献

Using n‐butylbenzene as a test molecule, evidence is provided that fast, efficient or highly energetic collision‐induced dissociation (CID) can be achieved during the mass acquisition ramp of a commercially available quadrupole ion trap (QIT) mass spectrometer. The method of excitation is very similar to axial modulation for mass range extension except that lower amplitude waveforms are used to excite the precursor ions within the trap instead of ejecting them from the trap. ITSIM simulations verify that fast kinetic excitation followed by kinetic‐to‐internal energy transfer occurs on the rapid time‐scale required for the recapture and mass analysis of product ions during the mass acquisition ramp. CID efficiencies larger than 50% can be obtained using this new approach and ratios of Th 91/92 of n‐butylbenzene fragment ions as large as 9 are possible, albeit at significantly reduced efficiencies. These very large ratios indicate an internal energy above 7 eV for the precursor ions indicating that fragmentation of larger ions could also be possible using this new approach. The main benefits of the new method are that no extra time is required for fragmentation or cooling and that on‐resonance conditions are guaranteed because the ions' secular frequencies are swept through the fixed frequency of excitation. Also presented are the effects of experimental variables such as excitation frequency, excitation amplitude and scan rate on the CID efficiencies and energetics. Ion activation methods for tandem mass spectrometry   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
This tutorial presents the most common ion activation techniques employed in tandem mass spectrometry. In-source fragmentation and metastable ion decompositions, as well as the general theory of unimolecular dissociations of ions, are initially discussed. This is followed by tandem mass spectrometry, which implies that the activation of ions is distinct from the ionization step, and that the precursor and product ions are both characterized independently by their mass/charge ratios. In collision-induced dissociation (CID), activation of the selected ions occurs by collision(s) with neutral gas molecules in a collision cell. This experiment can be done at high (keV) collision energies, using tandem sector and time-of-flight instruments, or at low (eV range) energies, in tandem quadrupole and ion trapping instruments. It can be performed using either single or multiple collisions with a selected gas and each of these factors influences the distribution of internal energy that the activated ion will possess. While CID remains the most common ion activation technique employed in analytical laboratories today, several new methods have become increasingly useful for specific applications. More recent techniques are examined and their differences, advantages and disadvantages are described in comparison with CID. Collisional activation upon impact of precursor ions on solid surfaces, surface-induced dissociation (SID), is gaining importance as an alternative to gas targets and has been implemented in several different types of mass spectrometers. Furthermore, unique fragmentation mechanisms of multiply-charged species can be studied by electron-capture dissociation (ECD). The ECD technique has been recognized as an efficient means to study non-covalent interactions and to gain sequence information in proteomics applications. Trapping instruments, such as quadrupole ion traps and Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance instruments, are particularly useful for the photoactivation of ions, specifically for fragmentation of precursor ions by infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD). IRMPD is a non-selective activation method and usually yields rich fragmentation spectra. Lastly, blackbody infrared radiative dissociation is presented with a focus on determining activation energies and other important parameters for the characterization of fragmentation pathways. The individual methods are presented so as to facilitate the understanding of each mechanism of activation and their particular advantages and representative applications.  相似文献

Unambiguous differentiation between isobaric sulfated and phosphorylated tyrosine residues (sTyr and pTyr) of proteins by mass spectrometry is challenging, even using high resolution mass spectrometers. Here we show that upon negative ion mode collision-induced dissociation (CID), pTyr- and sTyr-containing peptides exhibit entirely different modification-specific fragmentation patterns leading to a rapid discrimination between the isobaric covalent modifications using the tandem mass spectral data. This study reveals that the ratio between the relative abundances of [M-H-80](-) and [M-H-98](-) fragment ions in ion-trap CID and higher energy collision dissociation (HCD) spectra of singly deprotonated +80 Da Tyr-peptides can be used as a reliable indication of the Tyr modification group nature. For multiply deprotonated +80 Da Tyr-peptides, CID spectra of sTyr- and pTyr-containing sequences can be readily distinguished based on the presence/absence of the [M-nH-79]((n-1)-) and [M-nH-79-NL]((n-1)-) (n=2, 3) fragment ions (NL=neutral loss).  相似文献

Pulsed Q collision induced dissociation (PQD) was introduced for isobaric tag quantification on linear ion traps to circumvent the problem of the low-mass cut-off for collision induced dissociation (CID). Unfortunately, fragmentation efficiency is compromised and PQD has found limited use for identification as well as quantification. We demonstrate that PQD has a comparable peptide identification performance to CID on dual-pressure linear ion traps, opening the potential for wider use of isobaric tag quantification on this new generation of linear ion traps.  相似文献

Benzylisoquinoline alkaloids (BIAs) have profound implications on human health owing to their potent pharmacological properties. Notable naturally occurring BIAs are the narcotic analgesics morphine, the cough suppressant codeine, the potential anticancer drug noscapine, the muscle relaxant papaverine, and the antimicrobial sanguinarine, all of which are produced in opium poppy (Papaver somniferum). Thebaine, an intermediate in the biosynthesis of codeine and morphine, is used in the manufacture of semisynthetic opiates, including oxycodone and naloxone. As the only commercial source of pharmaceutical opiates, opium poppy has been the focus of considerable research to understand BIA metabolism in the plant. The elucidation of several BIA biosynthetic pathways has enabled the development of synthetic biology platforms aimed at the alternative commercial production of valuable phytochemicals in microorganisms. The detection and identification of BIA pathway products and intermediates in complex extracts is essential for the continuing advancement of research in plant specialized metabolism and microbial synthetic biology. Herein, we report the use of liquid chromatography coupled with linear trap quadrupole and high‐resolution Orbitrap multistage mass spectrometry to characterize 44 authentic BIAs using collision‐induced dissociation (CID), higher‐energy collisional dissociation (HCD), and pulsed Q collision‐induced dissociation (PQD) MS2 fragmentation, with MS2 CID followed by MS3 and MS4 fragmentation. Our deep library of diagnostic spectral data constitutes a valuable resource for BIAs identification. In addition, we identified 22 BIAs in opium poppy latex and roots extracts.  相似文献

The simultaneous resonant low-energy excitation of leucine enkephalin and its fragment ions was demonstrated in a collision cell of the multipole-quadrupole time-of-flight instrument. Using low-amplitude multiple-resonance excitation CID, we were able to show the exclusive sequential fragmentation of N- and C-terminus fragments all the way to the final fragments--immonium ions of phenylalanine or tyrosine. In this CID mode the single-channel dissociation of each new generation of fragments followed the lowest energy decomposition pathways observable on the time scale of our experiment. Up to six generations of sequential dissociation were carried out in multiple-resonance CID experiments. The direct qualitative comparison of fragmentation of axial-acceleration versus resonant (radial) CID was performed in the same instrument. In both activation methods, fragmentation patterns suggested complex decomposition mechanisms attributable to dynamic competition between sequential and parallel dissociation channels.  相似文献

Historically, structural elucidation of unknown analytes by mass spectrometry alone has involved tandem mass spectrometry experiments using electron ionization. Most target molecules for bioanalysis in the metabolome are unsuitable for detection by this previous methodology. Recent publications have used high‐resolution accurate mass analysis using an LTQ‐Orbitrap with the more modern approach of electrospray ionization to identify new metabolites of known metabolic pathways. We have investigated the use of this methodology to build accurate mass fragmentation maps for the structural elucidation of unknown compounds. This has included the development and validation of a novel multi‐dimensional LC/MS/MS methodology to identify known uremic analytes in a clinical hemodialysate sample. Good inter‐ and intra‐day reproducibility of both chromatographic stages with a high degree of mass accuracy and precision was achieved with the multi‐dimensional liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) system. Fragmentation maps were generated most successfully using collision‐induced dissociation (CID) as, unlike high‐energy CID (HCD), ions formed by this technique could be fragmented further. Structural elucidation is more challenging for large analytes >270 Da and distinguishing between isomers where their initial fragmentation pattern is insufficiently different. For small molecules (<200 Da), where fragmentation data may be obtained without loss of signal intensity, complete structures can be proposed from just the accurate mass fragmentation data. This methodology has led to the discovery of a selection of known uremic analytes and two completely novel moieties with chemical structural assignments made. Quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomic assays often suffer from a lack of robustness and reproducibility. We here describe a targeted mass spectrometric data acquisition strategy for affinity enriched subproteomes—in our case the kinome—that enables a substantially improved reproducibility of detection, and improved quantification via isobaric tags. Inclusion mass lists containing m/z, charge state, and retention time were created based on a set of 80 shotgun-type experiments performed under identical experimental conditions. For each target protein, peptides were selected according to their frequency of observation and isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) reporter ion quality. Retention times of selected peptides were aligned using similarity driven pairwise alignment strategy yielding <1 min standard deviation for 4 h gradients. Multiple fragmentation of the same peptides resulted in better statistics and more precise reporter ion based quantification without any loss in coverage. Overall, 24% more target proteins were quantified using the targeted data acquisition approach, and precision of quantification improved by >1.5-fold. We also show that a combination of higher energy collisional dissociation (HCD) with collisional induced dissociation (CID) outperformed pulsed-Q-dissociation (PQD) on the OrbitrapXL. With the CID/ HCD based targeted data acquisition approach 10% more quantifiable target proteins were identified and a 2-fold increase in quantification precision was achieved. We have observed excellent reproducibility between different instruments, underlining the robustness of the approach.  相似文献

Collision-induced dissociation (CID) in a quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometer is usually performed by applying a small amplitude excitation voltage at the same secular frequency as the ion of interest. Here we disclose studies examining the use of large amplitude voltage excitations (applied for short periods of time) to cause fragmentation of the ions of interest. This process has been examined using leucine enkephalin as the model compound and the motion of the ions within the ion trap simulated using ITSIM. The resulting fragmentation information obtained is identical with that observed by conventional resonance excitation CID. "Fast excitation" CID deposits (as determined by the intensity ratio of the a(4)/b(4) ion of leucine enkephalin) approximately the same amount of internal energy into an ion as conventional resonance excitation CID where the excitation signal is applied for much longer periods of time. The major difference between the two excitation techniques is the higher rate of excitation (gain in kinetic energy) between successive collisions with helium atoms with "fast excitation" CID as opposed to the conventional resonance excitation CID. With conventional resonance excitation CID ions fragment while the excitation voltage is still being applied whereas for "fast excitation" CID a higher proportion of the ions fragment in the ion cooling time following the excitation pulse. The fragmentation of the (M + 17H)(17+) of horse heart myoglobin is also shown to illustrate the application of "fast excitation" CID to proteins.  相似文献

Axial collision induced dissociation (CID) and high-pressure resonance CID were implemented and compared with normal low-pressure resonance CID in a miniature ion trap mass spectrometer to obtain more complete fragmentation spectra. Axial CID was realized simply by applying a potential to the discontinuous atmospheric pressure interface (DAPI) capillary without performing parent ion isolation before dissociation. High-pressure resonance CID employed a double-introduction pulse scan function, by means of which precursor ions isolated at low-pressure (<10−3 torr) were dissociated at high-pressure (0.1 torr-1 torr) with higher excitation energy, so that tandem MS of isolated precursor ions was achieved and extensive fragmentation was obtained. A simple peptide (Leu-enkephalin) and dye molecule (rhodamine B) ionized by ESI were used to investigate both methods and compare them with normal low-pressure resonance CID.  相似文献
