Residues of holomorphic sections and lelong currents

LetZ be the zero set of a holomorphic sectionf of a Hermitian vector bundle. It is proved that the current of integration over the irreducible components ofZ of top degree, counted with multiplicities, is a product of a residue factorR ^f and a “Jacobian factor”. There is also a relation to the Monge-Ampère expressions (dd ^c log|f|) ^k , which we define for all positive powersk. The author was partially supported by the Swedish Research Council.

Extending bounded type holomorphic mappings on a Banach space

We show that a Riemann domain Ω over a symmetrically regular Banach space E admits holomorphic extension to pseudo-convex domains over E″ with respect to two natural spaces of holomorphic functions of bounded type on Ω.     

On holomorphic sections in Teichmüller spaces

It is proved that, for any elementary torsion free Fuchsian group F, the natural projection from the Teichmiiller curve V（F） to the Teichmiiller space T（F） has no holomorphic section.     

Invariant holomorphic extension in several complex variables

Two fundamental problems on the invariant holomorphic extensions have been posed, which are naturally arose from our solution of the extended future tube conjecture and closely and deeply related to the general theory of Stein manifolds due to Cartan-Serre. In this paper, the relationship is presented between the two problems, the motivation of considering the problems, and the methods to approach the problems. We have also posed some questions and conjectures related to this two problems. Dedicated to Professor Sheng GONG on the occasion of his 75th birthday     

Strong q-convexity in uniform neighborhoods of subvarieties in coverings of complex spaces

The main result is that, for any projective compact analytic subset Y of dimension q > 0 in a reduced complex space X, there is a neighborhood Ω of Y such that, for any covering space ${\Upsilon\colon\widehat X\to X}The main result is that, for any projective compact analytic subset Y of dimension q > 0 in a reduced complex space X, there is a neighborhood Ω of Y such that, for any covering space U\colon[^(X)]? X{\Upsilon\colon\widehat X\to X} in which [^(Y)] o U^-1(Y){\widehat Y\equiv\Upsilon^{-1}(Y)} has no noncompact connected analytic subsets of pure dimension q with only compact irreducible components, there exists a C ^∞ exhaustion function j{\varphi} on [^(X)]{\widehat X} which is strongly q-convex on [^(W)]=U^-1(W){\widehat\Omega=\Upsilon^{-1}(\Omega)} outside a uniform neighborhood of the q-dimensional compact irreducible components of [^(Y)]{\widehat Y}.     

The holomorphic automorphism group of the complex disk

The group of all holomorphic automorphisms of the complex unit disk consists of Möbius transformations involving translation-like holomorphic automorphisms and rotations. The former are calledgyrotranslations. As opposed to translations of the complex Plane, which are associative-commutative operations forming a group, gyrotranslations of the complex unit disk fail to form a group. Rather, left gyrotranslations are gyroassociative-gyrocommutative operations forming agyrogroup.     

Minimal periods of holomorphic maps on complex tori

We study the set of minimal periods of holomorphic self-maps of one- and two-dimensional complex tori. In particular, we characterize when the set of minimal periods of such maps is finite. In fact, we have an algorithm for doing this characterization for holomorphic self-maps of an arbitrary dimensional complex torus.     

On proper holomorphic self-maps of generalized complex ellipsoids

The purpose of this paper is to prove that every proper holomorphic self-mapping of a Reinhardt domain Ω in C ⁿ which is a generalization of a complex ellipsoid is biholomorphic. The main novelty of our result is that Ω is a domain in C ⁿ such that it is allowed to have a boundary point at which the Levi determinant has infinite order of vanishing.
