突触输入刺激神经元产生的电活动,在神经编码中发挥着重要作用.通常认为,兴奋性输入增强电活动,抑制性输入压制电活动.本文选取可调节电流衰减速度的突触模型,研究了兴奋性自突触在亚临界Hopf分岔附近压制神经元电活动的反常作用,与抑制性自突触的压制作用进行了比较,并采用相位响应曲线和相平面分析解释了压制作用的机制.对于单稳的峰放电,快速和中速衰减的兴奋性自突触分别可以诱发频率降低的峰放电和混合振荡(峰放电与阈下振荡的交替),而中速和慢速衰减的抑制性自突触也可以分别诱发频率降低的峰放电和混合振荡.对于与静息共存的峰放电,除上述两种行为外,中速衰减的兴奋性和慢速衰减的抑制性自突触还可以诱发静息.兴奋性和抑制性自突触电流在不同的衰减速度下,分别作用在峰放电的不同相位,才能诱发同类压制行为.结果丰富了兴奋性突触压制电活动反常作用的实例,获得了兴奋性和抑制性自突触压制作用机制的不同,给出了调控神经放电的新手段. 相似文献

从标量波动方程出发,采用傅里叶变换的方法,导出了行波电光相位调制器的时间域输出响应的计算公式。以高斯脉冲调制信号为例,定量计算并讨论了速度不匹配和微波衰减对输出相位调制信号的脉冲形状,峰值,半值宽的影响,所得到的结果,对行波电光调制器的实验研究有很好的参考价值,所给出的公式和方法适用于行波电光调制器的时间域定量分析。 相似文献

以修正过的Morris-Lecar神经元模型为例,讨论了“Hopf/homoclinic”簇放电和“SubHopf/homoclinic"簇放电之间的同步行为.首先,分别考察了同一拓扑类型的两个耦合簇放电神经元的同步行为,发现“Hopf/homoclinic”簇放电比“SubHopf/homoclinic”簇放电达到膜电位完全同步所需要的耦合强度小,即前者比后者更容易达到膜电位完全同步.其次,对这两个不同拓扑类型的簇放电神经元的耦合同步行为进行了讨论.通过数值分析发现随着耦合强度的增加,两种不同类型的簇放电首先达到簇放电同步,然后当耦合强度足够大时甚至可以达到膜电位完全同步,并且同步后的放电类型更接近容易同步的簇放电类型,即“Hopf/homoclinic”簇放电.然而令人奇怪的是此时慢变量并没有达到完全同步,而是相位同步;慢变量之间呈现为一种线性关系.这一点和现有文献的结果截然不同. 相似文献

介绍了天津ⅢX光胶片在北京同步辐射源3W1B装置上进行绝对响应标定的一种实验方法。实验中采用快门控制曝光时间,标准探测器记录积分光强,从而得到胶片接收到的绝对光强,并用黑密度计扫描胶片得到光学黑密度。数据处理中通过对快门响应的标定和对光源分布不均匀性的处理来减小光强的不确定度。实验得到了胶片在1 keV和1.5 keV两个能点绝对光强与黑密度之间的绝对响应实验数据,并用Henke的理论公式拟合得到绝对响应曲线。 相似文献

神经元电活动可以从静息通过Hopf分岔到放电,放电频率有固定周期;也可以从静息通过鞍-结分岔到放电,放电频率接近零.在具有周期性的相位噪声作用下的Hopf分岔和鞍-结分岔点附近,都会产生相干共振.噪声的周期小于Hopf分岔点附近的放电的周期时,相位噪声可以引起神经系统产生一次相干共振,位于系统内在的固有频率附近;噪声的周期大于系统的固有周期时,相位噪声可以引起双共振,对应低噪声强度的共振产生在噪声频率附近,对应高噪声强度的共振产生在系统的固有频率附近;并对双共振的产生原因进行了解释.在鞍-结分岔点附近,无论噪声的周期是大是小,都只会引起一次共振,研究结果不仅揭示了相位噪声作用下平衡点分岔点相干共振的动力学特性和对应于两类分岔的两类神经兴奋性的差别,还对近期的相位噪声诱发产生单或双共振的不同研究结果给出了解释. 相似文献

本文首先根据能量转换理论建立了电磁辐射影响下神经元电流变量模型, 然后结合Hodgkin-Huxley(HH)神经元模型研究了电磁辐射对单个神经元以及耦合神经元放电行为的影响. 结果表明, 随着电磁辐射强度的增大, 神经元放电率逐渐减小, 最后达到一个比较稳定的值. 神经元原有的周期型放电由于辐射强度的增大而逐步过渡到簇放电状态, 并借助动态分岔理论解释了这种放电模式的转换. 同时证明了磁辐射对单个神经元放电的影响可以通过神经元间的耦合传递到临近其他神经元中. 相似文献

The infinitesimal phase response curve (iPRC) of an organ pipe was measured using two types of external forcing, namely, sinusoidal and pulse forcing. Although the measured iPRCs exhibited different shapes because of the difficulty in realizing ideal pulses in acoustic experiments, the spectral structures agreed between both methods. Both measurements indicated that an external sound, which matched the pipe's second resonance, could most effectively induce frequency locking. Acoustically, this may be considered as a consequence of the pipe's open end. Our study is of significant importance in understanding the characteristics of frequency locking among organ pipes. 相似文献

针对现有的相位提取算法只对某些特定的误差不敏感,不能满足高精度光学检测的要求,本文引入一种等间隔多步移相算法—权重待定的加权最小二乘算法。通过在最小二乘算法中添加待定的权重,分析移相点衍射干涉仪中多种误差源对算法的影响,获得多组约束方程,从而确定权重和新算法。对新算法和标准四步算法、Hariharan五步算法进行比对分析,验证了新算法对PZT线性和二阶非线性移相不准、光强的一阶二阶波动和光源频率一阶二阶波动等误差抑制能力远远优于标准四步算法和Hariharan五步算法;新算法对CCD的量化误差、光强噪声、频率噪声的抑制能力也具有一定优势,且对CCD的二阶响应非线性完全不敏感。 相似文献

Photoelastic stress analysis is a full-field optical technique for experimental stress analysis whose automation has received considerable research attention over the last 15 years. The latest developments have been made possible largely due to the availability of powerful calculators with large memory capacity and colour, high resolution, cameras. A further stimulus is provided by the photoelastic resins now used for rapid prototyping. However, one critical aspect which still deserves attention is phase unwrapping. The algorithms most commonly used for this purpose have been developed in other scientific areas (classical interferometry, profilometry, moiré, etc.) for solving different problems. An algorithm was developed to integrally handle excitation by radiation, relaxation and luminescence by thermal or optical stimulation in thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) processes. This algorithm reflects the mutual interaction between traps through a conduction band. Electrons and holes are created by radiation in the beginning, and these electrons move to the trap through the conduction band. These holes move to the recombination center through a valence band. The ratio of the electrons allocated to each trap differs with the recombination probability and these values also relevant to the process of luminescence. Accordingly, the glow curve can be interpreted by taking the rate of electron–hole pairs created by ionizing radiation as a unique initial condition. This method differs from the conventional method of interpreting the measured glow curve with the initial electron concentration allocated to each trap at the end of irradiation. A program using the Visual Studio's C# subsystem was made to realize such a developed algorithm. To verify this algorithm it was applied to LiF:Mg,Cu,Si. The TL glow curve was deconvoluted with a model of five traps, one deep trap and one recombination center (RC). 相似文献
