研究了通过掺杂得到的SrSO4:Eu(0.1mol%)的粉末样品的光释光(OSL)特性.用90Sr的β射线辐照0.116-1.16kGy后,测定了恒定光源激发的光释光发光曲线(CW-OSL)和线性光源激发的光释光发光曲线(LW-OSL),对发光曲线分析均得到了四种陷阱成分.采用复合作用响应函数得到SrSO4:Eu辐射剂量响应为线性-亚线性.测量了温度对OSL信号的影响,结果表明OSL信号的温度稳定性很好,最灵敏读出温度约为180℃,说明这时OSL信号来自热激发和光激发的共同作用.用60Coγ辐照100Gy后,测量了热释光(TL)三维光谱,确定了发光波长主要位于375nm,可以确定这是来自于Eu2+能级跃迁的发光.  相似文献

CaS phosphors co-activated with Bi+3 and Pd+2 impurities in varying concentrations have been prepared and their thermoluminescence has been systematically studied. The general features of the curves are discussed and the activation energies have been estimated in three different ways. The escape frequency factor is determined using the theoretical model of Randall and Wilkins. Conclusions are drawn regarding the type of kinetics involved in the thermoluminescence process.  相似文献

The features of the decay kinetics of radical-recombination luminescence (RRL) in crystal phosphors excited by atomic hydrogen have been studied. It is shown that the kinetics of the RRL decay can be determined both by the processes in the gas phase (decrease in the hydrogen-atom concentration as a result of their recombination at the walls of the reaction vessel after the atom-generation source has been switched off) and by the processes in the solid itself. The kinetic characteristics of the radical-recombination luminescence of crystal phosphors with a wide forbidden band in atomic oxygen are considered. It is shown that, in order to explain the form of the kinetic curve in the initial stage, simple model representations as to the statistical character of the recombination processes are sufficient. In luminescence measurements of potassium-feldspar (K-feldspar), both infrared (IR) and blue light (BL) can be used as stimulation sources. Component analysis suggests that the blue light stimulated luminescence (BLSL) measured at 60 °C from K-feldspar can be fitted using three components, namely fast, medium and slow. In order to explore the relationship between the origin of the infrared stimulated luminescence (IRSL) signal and the different components of the BLSL, five sets of experiments were conducted, namely post-IR BLSL (pIR-BLSL), post-BL IRSL (pBL-IRSL), pulse annealing tests, dose response and laboratory fading rate tests. It is observed that most of the IRSL signal can be bleached by BL, while the BLSL signal can only be partially bleached by the IR. The sources for IRSL are mainly associated with the fast and medium components of the BLSL signal.  相似文献

Calcium sulphide phosphors doped with bismuth and thulium are prepared from Indian minerals. The glow curves are recorded in the temperature range of 96–320 °K. The activation energies are determined by analyzing the glow peaks after thermal cleaning, using different methods. The results show that, in these phosphors, the electron traps responsible for thermoluminescence are present prior to irradiation. The infrared absorption spectra are recorded in the range of 4000-250 cm-1. It is concluded that the traps are due to host lattice defects which may arise from S-2 ion vacancies, created during phosphor preparation.  相似文献

The published data on photostimulated luminescence and some new results obtained by the authors with the KCl-Tl phosphor are analyzed. It is shown that for phosphors with associated donor-acceptor pairs photo stimulated luminescence appears as a consequence of an inter-impurity electronic transition. The kinetic aspects of the luminescence depend upon the Coulomb attraction between a quasi-free electron and a charged donor. The character of the radiative recombination is determined by the interaction energy between the two partners and by the trap depth. This enables us to consider various well-known phosphor models from a general point of view. It is emphasized that the coexistence of various mechanisms in the same phosphor must be taken into account to obtain a correct interpretation of the luminescence characteristics. It is also shown that, for the mechanism involving free holes, an exciton must be created before the recombination energy can be transferred to the luminescent center.  相似文献

A study was made of the spectral-kinetic laws of luminescence of a number of crystal phosphors activated by manganese in flows of atomic hydrogen and nitrogen. The data obtained were analyzed in terms of the mechanisms of luminescence arising in adsorption, bond strengthening, and the recombination of free atoms and radicals. The authors have studied the origin of integral thermoluminescence peaks and the destruction mechanism of color centers during thermal relaxation of X-irradiated NaCl-Cd phosphors. The luminescence spectra have also been studied, and previous similar results are discussed.  相似文献
