α-呋喃甲醇与手性试剂5-(L-孟氧基)-3-溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮于室温进行串联的不对称双M ichael加成/分子内亲核取代反应,合成了含有4个新手性中心的螺环/环丙烷标题化合物(1,C33H47B rO8,M r=651.62)。其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS,元素分析和四园单晶X-射线衍射仪表征。1属正交晶系,P2(1)2(1)2(1)空间群,a=10.166(2),b=14.980(3),c=23.202(5),α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,V=3533.4(12)3,Z=4,Dc=1.225 Mg.m-3,μ=0.074 mm-1,F(000)=1376,偏离因子R=0.0701,wR=0.1149。1的分子中共有6个环,12个手性中心,2个六元环呈椅式构象,3个五元环呈信封式构象,4个新生成的手性中心的构型分别是(S)-C1,(S)-C3,(R)-C3,′(R)-C4′。  相似文献

报道了标题化合物合成和晶体结构。X-射线结构分析表明,该化合物的分子式为C39H58BrO10P,Mr = 797.74,晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21,晶胞参数a = 12.858(3), b = 25.130(5), c = 14.125(3) ? = 105.15(3), V = 4405(2) ?, Z = 4, Dc = 1.203 g/cm3, ?= 1.019 mm-1, F(000) = 1688,R = 0.0726, wR = 0.1201,共收集到9691个独立衍射点,其中可观测点5638个(I≥2s(I))。每个分子中有6个环,13个手性中心,2个五员环呈信封式构象,并分别与三员环组合成[2.4]螺环和[3.1.0]桥环化合物,4个新生成的手性中心的绝对构型为C(6)(S), C(7)(S), C(3)(R), C(2)(R),新引入的磷酸酯官能团C(9)为S构型。  相似文献

标题化合物是由5-(R)-(l-孟氧基)-2(5H)-呋喃酮与3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛肟在次氯酸钙作为氧化剂的条件下,进行的区域选择性原位1,3-偶极环加成反应得到。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定, C22H27NO6其晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P212121, Mr = 401.45, a = 6.2600(3), b = 10.7300(11), c = 31.2160(25) , V = 2096.8(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.272 g/cm3, μ = 0.09 mm-1, F(000) = 856。最终的可靠因子为R f = 0.073, wR = 0.186。在分子结构中,平面1(异噁唑啉环)与平面2(呋喃酮环)之间的二面角为67.4°, 孟氧基中的环己烷环为椅式构象,呋喃酮并异噁唑啉环上的3个手性中心的构型为SC3a, RC6, RC6a。  相似文献

文中深入研究了5-(l-孟氧基)-3-溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮新手性源(5a)的合成方法及其不对称合成反应。5a不仅制备方法简便,光学纯度单一,而且它作为稳定的Michael受体,可与碳、氧、氮、硫等不同的亲核试剂发生串联的Michael加成/分子内亲核取代反应,制备得到含有多个手性中心的双环[3.3.0^3^,^7]-5-辛烯类化合物、双环[3.1.0^3^,^5]-己烷类化合物和螺-环丙烷类化合物。本文报道了该手性呋喃酮5a的合成和构型测定。  相似文献

A novel compound of chiral spiro{1-bromo-4-hydroxy-5-N-cyclohexyl-butyro- lactam-6-oxo-dirings[3.1.0]hexane-2,3?-(4?-diphenylcarbinol-5?-menthyloxy-butyrolatone)} was synthesized via tandem nucleophilic substitution reaction under mild conditions, and its structure was determined by IR , 1H NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The title compound (C18H15FN6OS) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.983(10), b = 7.337(5), c = 16.702(12) (A), α = 90, β = 98.277(12), γ = 90°, V = 1696(2)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.498 g/cm3, Mr = 382.42,μ = 0.224 mm-1, F(000) = 792, the final R = 0.0362 and wR = 0.0878 for 2579 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). In the title compound, the atoms of C(1),C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5), N(1), N(2), N(3), N(4), N(5), N(6), O(1) and S(1) form a fully delocalized system with the average deviation of 0.0307(A). There exists a part of electron delocalization over the planes of Ⅰ (pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one moiety), Ⅱ (phenyl moiety) and Ⅲ (p-fluorophenylamine moiety). In the molecule, intermolecular hydrogen bonds between N(6)-H(6)…O(1)and C( 15)-H( 15)…O( 1 ) are observed.  相似文献
