Reaction of [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]TiCl(NMe2) (1) with 1 equiv of PhCH2K, MeMgBr, or Me3SiCH2Li gave corresponding organotitanium alkyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(R)(NMe2) (R = CH2Ph (2), CH2SiMe3 (4), or Me (5)) in good yields. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of n-BuLi afforded the decomposition product {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (3). Complex 5 slowly decomposed to generate a mixed-valence dinuclear species {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe2)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (6). Complex 1 reacted with 1 equiv of PhNCO or 2,6-Me2C6H3NC to afford the corresponding monoinsertion product [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-OC(NMe2)NPh] (7) or [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-C(NMe2)=N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (8). Reaction of 4 or 5 with 1 equiv of R'NC gave the titanium eta(2)-iminoacyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(NMe2)[eta(2)-C(R)=N(R')] (R = CH2SiMe3, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (9) or tBu (10); R = Me, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (11) or tBu (12)). The results indicated that the unsaturated molecules inserted into the Ti-N bond only in the absence of the Ti-C(alkyl) bond and that the Ti-C(cage) bond remained intact. All complexes were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 6-8, and 10-12 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

The thermally stable silylene Si[(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2] 1 undergoes oxidative addition reactions with the lithium amides LiNRR'(R = SiMe3, R' = But; R = SiMe3, R' = C6H3Me2-2,6; R = R' = Me or R = R' = Pri) to afford the new lithium amides Li(THF)2[N(R)Si(SiMe3){(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2}][R = But2 or R = C6H3Me2-2,6 (3a)] or the new tris(amino)functionalised silyllithiums Li(THF)x[Si{(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2}NRR'][R = SiMe3, R' = C6H3Me2-2,6, x = 2 (3); R = R'= Me, x = 3 (4) or R = R' = Pri, x = 3 (5)]. Compounds 4 and 5 are stable at ambient temperature but compound 3 is thermally labile and converts into 3a upon heating. The pathway for the formation of 2 and 3 is discussed and the X-ray structures of 2-5 are presented.  相似文献

The Suzuki-coupling reaction of 2-(dihydroxyboryl)-3,4-dimethyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one and 2-(dihydroxyboryl)-3-methyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one with 2-bromoaniline derivatives affords cyclopentenone compounds from which cyclopentadiene compounds, 4,6-R'(2)-2-(2,5-Me2C5H3)C6H2NH2 and 4,6-R'(2)-2-(2,3,5-Me3C5H2)C6H2NH2 are prepared. After sulfonation of the -NH2 group with p-TsCl, metallation is carried out by successive addition of Ti(NMe2)4 and Me2SiCl2 affording o-phenylene-bridged Cp/sulfonamido titanium dichloride complexes, [4,6-R'(2)-2-(2,5-Me2C5H2)C6H2NSO2C6H4CH3)]TiCl2 (R'=H, ; R'=Me, ; R'=F, ) and [4,6-R'(2)-2-(2,3,5-Me3C5H)C6H2NSO2C6H4CH3)]TiCl2 (R'=H, ; R'=Me, ; R'=F, ). The molecular structures of and [2-(2,5-Me2C5H2)C6H4NSO2C6H4CH3)]Ti(NMe2)2 are determined by X-ray crystallography. The Cp(centroid)-Ti-N angle in is smaller (100.90 degrees) than that observed for the CGC (constrained-geometry catalyst), [Me2Si(eta5-Me4Cp)(NtBu)]TiCl2 (107.6 degrees) indicating a more "constrained feature" in than in the CGC. Complex shows the highest activity among the newly prepared complexes in ethylene/1-octene copolymerization but it is slightly inferior to the CGC in terms of activity, comonomer-incorporation ability, and molecular weight of the obtained polymers.  相似文献

The neopentylidene-neopentyl complex (PNP)Ti=CH(t)Bu(CH2(t)Bu) (2; PNP(-) = N[2-P(CHMe2)(2-)4-methylphenyl]2), prepared from the precursor (PNP)Ti[triple bond]CH(t)Bu(OTf) (1) and LiCH2(t)Bu, extrudes neopentane in neat benzene under mild conditions (25 degrees C) to generate the transient titanium alkylidyne, (PNP)Ti[triple bond]C(t)Bu (A), which subsequently undergoes 1,2-CH bond addition of benzene across the Ti[triple bond]C linkage to generate (PNP)Ti=CH(t)Bu(C6H5) (3). Kinetic, mechanistic, and theoretical studies suggest the C-H activation process to obey pseudo-first-order in titanium, the alpha-hydrogen abstraction to be the rate-determining step (KIE for 2/2-d(3) conversion to 3/3-d(3) = 3.9(5) at 40 degrees C) with activation parameters DeltaH = 24(7) kcal/mol and DeltaS = -2(3) cal/mol.K, and the post-rate-determining step to be C-H bond activation of benzene (primary KIE = 1.03(7) at 25 degrees C for the intermolecular C-H activation reaction in C6H6 vs C6D6). A KIE of 1.33(3) at 25 degrees C arose when the intramolecular C-H activation reaction was monitored with 1,3,5-C6H3D3. For the activation of aromatic C-H bonds, however, the formation of the sigma-complex becomes rate-determining via a hypothetical intermediate (PNP)Ti[triple bond]C(t)Bu(C6H5), and C-H bond rupture is promoted in a heterolytic fashion by applying standard Lewis acid/base chemistry. Thermolysis of 3 in C6D6 at 95 degrees C over 48 h generates 3-d(6), thereby implying that 3 can slowly equilibrate with A under elevated temperatures with k = 1.2(2) x 10-5 s(-1), and with activation parameters DeltaH = 31(16) kcal/mol and DeltaS = 3(9) cal/mol x K. At 95 degrees C for one week, the EIE for the 2 --> 3 reaction in 1,3,5-C6H3D3 was found to be 1.36(7). When 1 is alkylated with LiCH2SiMe3 and KCH2Ph, the complexes (PNP)Ti=CHtBu(CH2SiMe3) (4) and (PNP)Ti=CHtBu(CH2Ph) (6) are formed, respectively, along with their corresponding tautomers (PNP)Ti=CHSiMe3(CH2tBu) (5) and (PNP)Ti=CHPh(CH2tBu) (7). By means of similar alkylations of (PNP)Ti=CHSiMe3(OTf) (8), the degenerate complex (PNP)Ti=CHSiMe3(CH2SiMe3) (9) or the non-degenerate alkylidene-alkyl complex (PNP)Ti=CHPh(CH2SiMe3) (11) can also be obtained, the latter of which results from a tautomerization process. Compounds 4/5 and 9, or 6/7 and 11, also activate benzene to afford (PNP)Ti=CHR(C6H5) (R = SiMe3 (10), Ph (12)). Substrates such as FC6H5, 1,2-F2C6H4, and 1,4-F2C6H4 react at the aryl C-H bond with intermediate A, in some cases regioselectively, to form the neopentylidene-aryl derivatives (PNP)Ti=CHtBu(aryl). Intermediate A can also perform stepwise alkylidene-alkyl metatheses with 1,3,5-Me3C6H3, SiMe4, 1,2-bis(trimethylsilyl)alkyne, and bis(trimethylsilyl)ether to afford the titanium alkylidene-alkyls (PNP)Ti=CHR(R') (R = 3,5-Me2C6H2, R' = CH2-3,5-Me2C6H2; R = SiMe3, R' = CH2SiMe3; R = SiMe2CCSiMe3, R' = CH2SiMe2CCSiMe3; R = SiMe2OSiMe3, R' = CH2SiMe2OSiMe3).  相似文献

Novel yttrium chelating diamide complexes [(Y[ArN(CH(2))(x)NAr](Z)(THF)(n))(y)] (Z = I, CH(SiMe(3))(2), CH(2)Ph, H, N(SiMe(3))(2), OC(6)H(3)-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me; x = 2, 3; n = 1 or 2; y = 1 or 2) were made via salt metathesis of the potassium diamides (x = 3 (3), x = 2 (4)) and yttrium triiodide in THF (5,10), followed by salt metathesis with the appropriate potassium salt (6-9, 11-13, 15) and further reaction with molecular hydrogen (14). 6 and 11(Z = CH(SiMe(3))(2), x = 2, 3) underwent unprecedented exchange of yttrium for silicon on reaction with phenylsilane to yield (Si[ArN(CH(2))(x)NAr]PhH) (x = 2 (16), 3) and (Si[CH(SiMe(3))(2)]PhH(2)).  相似文献

Phosphino carboxylic acid ester terminated G(0) compounds Si(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(C(6)H(4)CH(2)OC(O)(CH(2))(n)()CH(2)PPh(2)(4) (9a and 9b; n = 1, 2) and the carbosilane dendrimers Si(CH(2))(3)Si((CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(C(6)H(4)CH(2)OC(O)(CH(2))(n)()CH(2) PPh(2))(3)(4) (10a and 10b; n = 1, 2) have been prepared as hemilabile nanoscale ligands for the palladium-catalyzed codimerization of olefins. The hydrovinylation of styrene was carried out in a continuously operated nanofiltration membrane reactor. Under continuous conditions, the selectivity of the reaction is increased considerably. Monomeric model complexes and the dendritic catalysts were compared for their activity and selectivity in batch reactions. The Pd catalyst complexes were prepared in situ from the dendritic ligands and an (allyl)palladium(II) precursor.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of novel Li and Yb complexes is reported, in which the monoanionic beta-diketiminato ligand has been (i) reduced (SET or 2 [times] SET), (ii) deprotonated, or (iii) C-N bond-cleaved. Reduction of the lithium beta-diketiminate Li(L(R,R'))[L(R,R')= N(SiMe(3))C(R)CHC(R')N(SiMe(3))] with Li metal gave the dilithium derivative [Li(tmen)(mu-L(R,R'))Li(OEt(2))](R = R'= Ph; or, R = Ph, R[prime or minute]= Bu(t)). When excess of Li was used the dimeric trilithium [small beta]-diketiminate [Li(3)(L(R,R[prime or minute]))(tmen)](2)(, R = R'= C(6)H(4)Bu(t)-4 = Ar) was obtained. Similar reduction of [Yb(L(R,R'))(2)Cl] gave [Yb[(mu-L(R,R'))Li(thf)](2)](, R = R[prime or minute]= Ph; or, R = R'= C(6)H(4)Ph-4 = Dph). Use of the Yb-naphthalene complex instead of Li in the reaction with [Yb(L(Ph,Ph))(2)] led to the polynuclear Yb clusters [Yb(3)(L(Ph,Ph))(3)(thf)], [Yb(3)(L(Ph,Ph))(2)(dme)(2)], or [Yb(5)(L(Ph,Ph))(L(1))(L(2))(L(3))(thf)(4)] [L(1)= N(SiMe(3))C(Ph)CHC(Ph)N(SiMe(2)CH(2)), L(2)= NC(Ph)CHC(Ph)H, L(3)= N(SiMe(2)CH(2))] depending on the reaction conditions and stoichiometry. The structures of the crystalline complexes 4, 6x21/2(hexane), 5(C(6)D(6)), and have been determined by X-ray crystallography (and have been published).  相似文献

The tetrahedral cluster [RuCo(3)(CO)(12)](-) reacts with various alkynes, including the new PhCtbd1;CC(O)NHCH(2)Ctbd1;CH (L(1)()), to afford the butterfly clusters [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-RC(2)R')](-) (1, R = R' = C(O)OMe; 2, R = H, R' = Ph; 3, R = H, R' = MeC=CH(2); 4, R = H, R' = CH(2)OCH(2)Ctbd1;CH; 5, R = H, R' = CH(2)NHC(O)Ctbd1;CPh), in which the ruthenium atom occupies a hinge position and the alkyne is coordinated in a micro(4)-eta(2) fashion. Reaction of the anions 1-3 with [Cu(NCMe)(4)]BF(4) led to selective loss of the 12e fragment Co(CO)(-) to form [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-RC(2)R')] (6, R = R' = C(O)OMe; 7, R = H, R' = Ph; 8, R = H, R' = MeC=CH(2)). To prepare functionalized RuCo(3) or FeCo(3) clusters that could be subsequently condensed with a silica matrix via the sol-gel method, we reacted [MCo(3)(CO)(12)](-) (M = Ru, Fe) with the alkyne PhCtbd1;CC(O)NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OMe)(3)(L(2)()) and obtained the butterfly clusters [MCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-PhC(2)C(O)NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OMe)(3))](-) 9 and 10, respectively. Air-stable [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))](-) (11) was obtained from 1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)butadiyne and reacted with [Cu(NCMe)(4)]BF(4) to give [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-HC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))] (12), owing to partial ligand proto-desilylation, and not the expected [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))]. Reaction of 11 with [NO]BF(4) afforded, in addition to 12, [RuCo(3)(CO)(9)(NO)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))] (13) owing to selective CO substitution on a wing-tip cobalt atom with NO. The thermal reaction of 11 with [AuCl(PPh(3))] led to replacement of a CO on Ru by the PPh(3) originating from [AuCl(PPh(3))] and afforded [RuCo(3)(CO)(9)(PPh(3))(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))](-) (14), also obtained directly by reaction of 11 with one equivalent of PPh(3). Proto-desilylation of 11 using TBAF/THF-H(2)O afforded [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CH)](-) (15) which, by Sonogashira coupling with 1,4-diiodobenzene, yielded the dicluster complex [[RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;C)]](2)C(6)H(4)](2)(-) (16). The crystal structures of NEt(4).3a, NEt(4).4a, 6, NEt(4).11b, NEt(4).14, and [N(n-Bu)(4)].15a have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Preliminary results indicate the potential of silica-tethered alkyne mixed-metal clusters, obtained by the sol-gel method, as precursors to bimetallic particles.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(thf)(2)] (Ln=Y, Yb, and Lu) with one equivalent of Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4)H)NHR' (R'=Ph, 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2), tBu) affords straightforwardly the corresponding half-sandwich rare-earth metal alkyl complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NR')}Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(thf)(n)] (1: Ln = Y, R' = Ph, n=2; 2: Ln = Y, R' = C(6)H(2)Me(3)-2,4,6, n=1; 3: Ln = Y, R' = tBu, n=1; 4: Ln = Yb, R' = Ph, n=2; 5: Ln = Lu, R' = Ph, n=2) in high yields. These complexes, especially the yttrium complexes 1-3, serve as excellent catalyst precursors for the catalytic addition of various primary and secondary amines to carbodiimides, efficiently yielding a series of guanidine derivatives with a wide range of substituents on the nitrogen atoms. Functional groups such as C[triple chemical bond]N, C[triple chemical bond]CH, and aromatic C--X (X: F, Cl, Br, I) bonds can survive the catalytic reaction conditions. A primary amino group can be distinguished from a secondary one by the catalyst system, and therefore, the reaction of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5-aminoisoquinoline with iPrN==C==NiPr can be achieved stepwise first at the primary amino group to selectively give the monoguanidine 38, and then at the cyclic secondary amino unit to give the biguanidine 39. Some key reaction intermediates or true catalyst species, such as the amido complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y(NEt(2))(thf)(2)] (40) and [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y(NHC(6)H(4)Br-4)(thf)(2)] (42), and the guanidinate complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y{iPrNC(NEt(2))(NiPr)}(thf)] (41) and [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y{iPrN}C(NC(6)H(4)Br-4)(NHiPr)}(thf)] (44) have been isolated and structurally characterized. Reactivity studies on these complexes suggest that the present catalytic formation of a guanidine compound proceeds mechanistically through nucleophilic addition of an amido species, formed by acid-base reaction between a rare-earth metal alkyl bond and an amine N--H bond, to a carbodiimide, followed by amine protonolysis of the resultant guanidinate species.  相似文献

Two different classes of silicone-modified ligands were prepared: nitrile derivatives, 4'-[3-(organosilyl)propoxy]biphenyl-4-carbonitrile R'3SiC3H6OC6H4C6H4CN (R'3Si- = a: Me3SiOSiMe2-, b: (Me(3)SiO)2SiMe-, c: Me3SiO(Me2SiO)3SiMe2-, d: Me3SiO(Me2SiO)25SiMe2-); and, pyridine derivatives, isonicotinic acid 2-methoxy-4-[3-(organosilyl)propyl]phenyl ester R'3SiC3H6Ph(O)MeOCOC5H4N . Compounds and were bound to Pd and Pt using ligand substitution reactions with organometallic precursors to give (R3SiC3H6OC6H4C6H4CN)2PdCl2, (R3SiC3H6OC6H4C6H4CN)2PtCl2 and (R3SiC3H6C6H3(OMe)OC(O)C5H4N)PtCl2(eta(2)-1-octene). The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-supported Pt and Pd compounds and had excellent solubility in both organic solvents and polysiloxanes. All the Pt compounds exhibited good catalytic activity for hydrosilylation of vinylsilanes. The PDMS-supported Pd compound also was effective catalyst for hydrosilylation of a diene, isoprene, with 1,1,1,3,3-pentamethyldisiloxane MM(H) to produce the 1,4-adduct Me3SiOSiMe2CH2CH=CMeCH2-H as a major product.  相似文献

The dithiosalicylidenediamine Ni II complexes [Ni(L)] (R=tBu, R'=CH2C(CH3)2CH2 1, R'=C6H4 2; R=H, R'=CH2C(CH3)2CH2 3, R'=C6H4 4) have been prepared by transmetallation of the tetrahedral complexes [Zn(L)] (R=tBu, R'=CH2C(CH3)2CH2 7, R'=C6H4 8; R=H, R'=CH2C(CH3)2CH2 9, R'=C6H4 10) formed by condensation of 2,4-di-R-thiosalicylaldehyde with diamines H2N-R'-NH2 in the presence of Zn II salts. The diamagnetic mononuclear complexes [Ni(L)] show a distorted square-planar N2S2 coordination environment and have been characterized by 1H- and 13C NMR and UV/Vis spectroscopies and by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Cyclic voltammetry and coulombic measurements have established that complexes 1 and 2, incorporating tBu functionalities on the thiophenolate ligands, undergo reversible one-electron oxidation processes, whereas the analogous redox processes for complexes 3 and 4 are not reversible. The one-electron oxidized species, 1+ and 2+, can be generated quantitatively either electrochemically or chemically with 70 % HClO4. EPR and UV/Vis spectroscopic studies and supporting DFT calculations suggest that the SOMOs of 1+ and 2+ possess thiyl radical character, whereas those of 1(py)2 + and 2(py)2 + possess formal Ni III centers. Species 2+ dimerizes at low temperature, and an X-ray crystallographic determination of the dimer [(2)2](ClO4)2.2 CH2Cl2 confirms that this dimerization involves the formation of a S-S bond (S...S=2.202(5) A).  相似文献

Reaction of [U{(SiMe2NPh)3-tacn}Cl] with LiNEt2 or LiNPh2 affords the corresponding amide compounds, [U{(SiMe2NPh)3-tacn}(NR2)] (R = Et (1), R = Ph (2)). The complexes have been fully characterized by spectroscopic methods and the solid-state structure of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The six nitrogen atoms of the tris(dimethylsilylanilide)triazacyclononane ligand are in a trigonal prismatic configuration with the nitrogen atom of the diethylamide ligand capping one of the trigonal faces of the trigonal prism. Crystallization of 2 from CH3CN solution gave crystals of the six-membered heterocycle [U{(SiMe2NPh)3-tacn}{kappa2-(HNC(Me))2CC[triple bond]N}] (3). The reactivity of the amides was investigated. Both compounds undergo acid-base reactions with protic substrates such as HOC6H2-2,4,6-Me3, 3,5-Me2pzH (pz = pyrazolyl) and HSC5H4N to give the corresponding [U{(SiMe2NPh)3-tacn}X] (X = OC6H2-2,4,6-Me3 (4), 3,5-Me2pzH (5), kappa2-SC5H4N (6)) complexes. The solid-state structures of and were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and revealed that the compounds are eight-coordinate with dodecahedral geometry.  相似文献

Trialkyl imido niobium and tantalum complexes [MR(3)(NtBu)] (M = Nb, R = Me 2, CH(2)CMe(3)3, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 4, CH(2)SiMe(3)5; M = Ta, R = Me 6, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 7, CH(2)SiMe(3)8) have been prepared by treatment of solutions containing [MCl(3)(NtBu)py(2)] (M = Nb 1a, Ta 1b) with three equivalents of magnesium reagent. By an unexpected hydrolysis reaction of the tris-trimethylsilylmethyl imido tantalum compound 8a, a μ-oxo derivative [(Me(3)SiCH(2)O)(Me(3)SiCH(2))(3)Ta(μ-O)Ta(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(NtBu)] (8a) was formed and its structure was studied by X-ray diffraction methods. Reactions of trialkyl imido compounds with two equivalents of isocyanide 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3)NC result in the migration of two alkyl groups, leading to the formation of a series of alkyl imido bisiminoacyl derivatives [MR(NtBu){C(R)NAr}(2)] (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3); M = Nb, R = Me 9, CH(2)CMe(3)10, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 11, CH(2)SiMe(3)12, CH(2)Ph 13; M = Ta, R = CH(2)CMe(3)14, CH(2)CMe(2)Ph 15, CH(2)SiMe(3)16). This paper reports the organolanthanide-catalyzed intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization of amine-tethered unactivated 1,2-disubstituted alkenes to afford the corresponding mono- and disubstituted pyrrolidines and piperidines using coordinatively unsaturated complexes of the type (eta(5)-Me(5)C(5))(2)LnCH(TMS)(2) (Ln = La, Sm), [Me(2)Si(eta(5)-Me(4)C(5))(2)]SmCH(TMS)(2), and [Me(2)Si(eta(5)-Me(4)C(5))((t)BuN)]LnE(TMS)(2) (Ln = Sm, Y, Yb, Lu; E = N, CH) as precatalysts. [Me(2)Si(eta(5)-Me(4)C(5))((t)BuN)]LnE(TMS)(2) mediates intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization of sterically demanding amino-olefins to afford disubstituted pyrrolidines in high diastereoselectivity (trans/cis = 16/1) and good to excellent yield. In addition, chiral C(1)-symmetric organolanthanide catalysts of the type [Me(2)Si(OHF)(CpR*)]LnN(TMS)(2) (OHF = eta(5)-octahydrofluorenyl; Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(3); R* = (-)-menthyl; Ln = Sm, Y), and [Me(2)Si(eta(5)-Me(4)C(5))(CpR*)]SmN(TMS)(2) (Cp = eta(5)-H(3)C(5); R* = (-)-menthyl) mediate asymmetric intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization of amines bearing internal olefins and afford chiral 2-substituted piperidine and pyrrolidine in enantioselectivities as high as 84:16 er at 60 degrees C. The substrate of the structure NH(2)CH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)CH=CH(CH(2))(2)CH=CH(2) is regiospecifically bicyclized by [Me(2)Si(eta(5)-Me(4)C(5))((t)BuN)]LnE(TMS)(2) to the corresponding indolizidine skeleton in good yield and high diastereoselectivity. Thermolysis of (eta(5)-Me(5)C(5))(2)LaCH(TMS)(2) in cyclohexane-d(12) at 120 degrees C rapidly releases CH(2)(SiMe(3))(2) and leads to possible formation of fulvene (eta(6)-Me(4)C(5)CH(2)-) species. The thermolysis product readily reverts to active catalysts upon protonolysis by substrate and exhibits the same catalytic activity as the (eta(5),eta(1)-Me(5)C(5))(2)LaCH(TMS)(2) precatalyst at 120 degrees C in the cyclization of cis-2,2-dimethylhept-5-enylamine. The yttrium, cerium and magnesium bis(trimethylsilyl)methyls [Ln[CH(SiMe3)2]3][Ln = Y (1), Ce (2)], and the known compound Mg[[CH(SiMe3)2]2 (C) and [Mg(mu-Br)[CH(SiMe3)2](OEt2)]2 (D) formed the crystalline nitrile adducts [1(NCBut)2] (5), [2(NCPh)] (6), [C(NCR)2][R = But (8), Ph (9), C6H3Me2-2,6 (10)] and [Mg(mu-Br)[CH(SiMe3)2](NCR)]2 [R = But (11), Ph (12), C6H3Me2-2,6 (13)], rather than beta-diketiminato-metal insertion products. The beta-diketiminato-cerium complex [Ce[(N(SiMe3)C(C6H4But-4))2CH][N(SiMe3)2]2] (16) was obtained from [Ce[N(SiMe3)2]3] and the beta-diketimine H[[N(SiMe3)C(C6H4But-4)]2CH]]. The cerium alkyl 2 and [Ln[CH(SiMe3)(SiMe2OMe)]3][Ln = Y (3), Ce (4)] were obtained from the appropriate lithium alkyl precursor and [Ce(OC6H2But2-2,6-Me-4)3] or LnCl3, respectively. Heating complex 3 with benzonitrile in toluene afforded 2,2-dimethyl-4,6-diphenyl-5-trimethylsilyl-1,3-diaza-2-silahexa-1,3-diene (7), a member of a new class of heterocycles. The X-ray structures of the crystalline compounds, D, [Mg[CH(SiMe3)2]2(OEt2)2], the known [Ce(Cl)[(N(SiMe3)C(Ph))2CH]2] (E) and 16 are reported. The cerium alkyl (like 1) has one close Ce...C contact for each ligand, attributed to a gamma-C-Ce agostic interaction. The Ln alkyls and have a trigonal prismatic arrangement of the chelating ligands (each of the same chirality at Calpha) around the metal. In an arene solution at 313 K exists as two isomers, as evident from detailed NMR spectroscopic experiments.  相似文献

Organolanthanide complexes of the type Cp'(2)LnCH(SiMe(3))(2) (Cp' = eta(5)-Me(5)C(5); Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Lu) and Me(2)SiCp' '(2)LnCH(SiMe(3))(2) (Cp' ' = eta(5)-Me(4)C(5); Ln = Nd, Sm, Lu) serve as efficient precatalysts for the regioselective intermolecular hydroamination of alkynes R'Ctbd1;CMe (R' = SiMe(3), C(6)H(5), Me), alkenes RCH=CH(2) (R = SiMe(3), CH(3)CH(2)CH(2)), butadiene, vinylarenes ArCH=CH(2) (Ar = phenyl, 4-methylbenzene, naphthyl, 4-fluorobenzene, 4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene, 4-methoxybenzene, 4-(dimethylamino)benzene, 4-(methylthio)benzene), di- and trivinylarenes, and methylenecyclopropanes with primary amines R' 'NH(2) (R' ' = n-propyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, phenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 4-(dimethylamino)phenyl) to yield the corresponding amines and imines. For R = SiMe(3), R = CH(2)=CH lanthanide-mediated intermolecular hydroamination regioselectively generates the anti-Markovnikov addition products (Me(3)SiCH(2)CH(2)NHR' ', (E)-CH(3)CH=CHCH(2)NHR' '). However, for R = CH(3)CH(2)CH(2), the Markovnikov addition product is observed (CH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CHNHR' 'CH(3)). For internal alkynes, it appears that these regioselective transformations occur under significant stereoelectronic control, and for R' = SiMe(3), rearrangement of the product enamines occurs via tautomerization to imines, followed by a 1,3-trimethylsilyl group shift to stable N-SiMe(3)-bonded CH(2)=CMeN(SiMe(3))R' ' structures. For vinylarenes, intermolecular hydroamination with n-propylamine affords the anti-Markovnikov addition product beta-phenylethylamine. In addition, hydroamination of divinylarenes provides a concise synthesis of tetrahydroisoquinoline structures via coupled intermolecular hydroamination/subsequent intramolecular cyclohydroamination sequences. Intermolecular hydroamination of methylenecyclopropane proceeds via highly regioselective exo-methylene C=C insertion into Ln-N bonds, followed by regioselective cyclopropane ring opening to afford the corresponding imine. For the Me(2)SiCp' '(2)Nd-catalyzed reaction of Me(3)SiCtbd1;CMe and H(2)NCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)CH(3), DeltaH() = 17.2 (1.1) kcal mol(-)(1) and DeltaS() = -25.9 (9.7) eu, while the reaction kinetics are zero-order in [amine] and first-order in both [catalyst] and [alkyne]. For the same substrate pair, catalytic turnover frequencies under identical conditions decrease in the order Me(2)SiCp' '(2)NdCH(SiMe(3))(2) > Me(2)SiCp' '(2)SmCH(SiMe(3))(2) > Me(2)SiCp' '(2)LuCH(SiMe(3))(2) > Cp'(2)SmCH(SiMe(3))(2), in accord with documented steric requirements for the insertion of olefinic functionalities into lanthanide-alkyl and -heteroatom sigma-bonds. Kinetic and mechanistic evidence argues that the turnover-limiting step is intermolecular C=C/Ctbd1;C bond insertion into the Ln-N bond followed by rapid protonolysis of the resulting Ln-C bond.  相似文献

Free nitriles NCCH2R (1a R = CO2Me, 1b R = SO2Ph, and 1c R = COPh) with an acidic alpha-methylene react with acyclic nitrones -O+N(Me)=C(H)R' (2a R' = 4-MeC6H4 and 2b R' = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2), in refluxing CH2Cl2, to afford stereoselectively the E-olefins (NC)(R)C=C(H)R' (3a-3c and 3a'-3c'), whereas, when coordinated at the platinum(II) trans-[PtCl2(NCCH2R)2] complexes (4a R = CO2Me and 4b R = Cl), they undergo cycloaddition to give the (oxadiazoline)-PtII complexes trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2R)ON(Me)C(H)R'}2] (R = CO2Me, Cl and R' = 4-MeC6H4, 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) (5a-5d). Upon heating in CH2Cl2, 5a affords the corresponding alkene 3a. The reactions are greatly accelerated when carried out under focused microwave irradiation, particularly in the solid phase (SiO2), without solvent, a substantial increase of the yields being also observed. The compounds were characterized by IR and 1H, 13C, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, FAB+-MS, elemental analyses and, in the cases of the alkene (NC)(CO2Me)C=C(H)(4-MeC6H4) 3a and of the oxadiazoline complex trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2Cl)ON(Me)C(H)(4-C6H4Me)}2] 5c, also by X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the N-substituted arylamido ligands [N(R)(C6H3R'2-2,6)] [R = SiMe3, R' = Me (L1); R = CH2But, R' = Pri (L2)] toward FeII and CoII ions was studied. The monoamido complexes [M(L1)(Cl)(tmeda)] [M = Fe (1), Co (2)] react readily with MeLi, affording the mononuclear, paramagnetic iron(II) and cobalt(II) methyl-arylamido complexes [M(L1)(Me)(tmeda)] [M = Fe (3), Co (4)]. Treatment of 2:1 [Li(L2)(THF)2]/FeCl2 affords the unusual two-coordinate iron(II) bis(arylamide) [Fe(L2)2] (5).  相似文献

Lithium aluminates Li[Al(O-2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))R'(3)] (R' = Et, Ph) react with the μ(3)-alkylidyne oxoderivative ligands [{Ti(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))(μ-O)}(3)(μ(3)-CR)] [R = H (1), Me (2)] to afford the aluminum-lithium-titanium cubane complexes [{R'(3)Al(μ-O-2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))Li}(μ(3)-O)(3){Ti(η(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(3)(μ(3)-CR)] [R = H, R' = Et (5), Ph (7); R = Me, R' = Et (6), Ph (8)]. Complex 7 evolves with the formation of a lithium dicubane species and a Li{Al(μ-O-2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))Ph(3)}(2)] unit.  相似文献

The tetracyclic dilithio-Si,Si'-oxo-bridged bis(N,N'-methylsilyl-beta-diketiminates) 2 and 3, having an outer LiNCCCNLiNCCCN macrocycle, were prepared from [Li{CH(SiMe(3))SiMe(OMe)(2)}](infinity) and 2 PhCN. They differ in that the substituent at the beta-C atom of each diketiminato ligand is either SiMe(3) (2) or H (3). Each of and has (i) a central Si-O-Si unit, (ii) an Si(Me) fragment N,N'-intramolecularly bridging each beta-diketiminate, and (iii) an Li(thf)(2) moiety N,N'-intermolecularly bridging the two beta-diketiminates (thf = tetrahydrofuran). Treatment of [Li{CH(SiMe(3))(SiMe(2)OMe)}](8) with 2Me(2)C(CN)(2) yielded the amorphous [Li{Si(Me)(2)((NCR)(2)CH)}](n) [R = C(Me)(2)CN] (4). From [Li{N(SiMe(3))C(Bu(t))C(H)SiMe(3)}](2) (A) and 1,3- or 1,4-C(6)H(4)(CN)(2), with no apparent synergy between the two CN groups, the product was the appropriate (mu-C(6)H(4))-bis(lithium beta-diketiminate) 6 or 7. Reaction of [Li{N(SiMe(3))C(Ph)=C(H)SiMe(3)}(tmeda)] and 1,3-C(6)H(4)(CN)(2) afforded 1,3-C(6)H(4)(X)X' (X =CC(Ph)N(SiMe3)Li(tmeda)N(SiMe3)CH; X' = CN(SiMe3)Li(tmeda)NC(Ph)=C(H)SiMe3)(9). Interaction of A and 2[1,2-C(6)H(4)(CN)(2)] gave the bis(lithio-isoindoline) derivative [C6H4C(=NH)N{Li(OEt2)}C=C(SiMe3)C(Bu(t))=N(SiMe3)]2 (5). The X-ray structures of 2, 3, 5 and 9 are presented, and reaction pathways for each reaction are suggested.  相似文献
