本文推广了Peterson和Taft的主要结果.主要证明了F[x₁,x₂,… ,x_n]⁰与所有n元线性递归序列组成的集合是1-1对应的.从而可赋予后者一个Hopf代数结构.这样对研究多元线性递归序列内的运算性质(如Hurwitz与Hadamard乘法)提供了方便.此外还进一步研究了线性递归序列的解空间理论.并证明了n元线性递归序列的解空间由一个线性齐次偏微分方程组唯一确定.

Distribution of a Sparse Set of Fractions Modulo q

The distribution on the torus R/Z of a set of fractions of theform is investigated, where q is a large integer, is the inverse of m modulo q, R(x) is a rationalfunction defined modulo q, and U, M, N are subsets of {1,...,q}.Under some natural assumptions, it is shown that the set R isuniformly distributed on R/Z.     

Recurrent Linear Operators

We study the notion of recurrence and some of its variations for linear operators acting on Banach spaces. We characterize recurrence for several classes of linear operators such as weighted shifts, composition operators and multiplication operators on classical Banach spaces. We show that on separable complex Hilbert spaces the study of recurrent operators reduces, in many cases, to the study of unitary operators. Finally, we study the notion of product recurrence and state some relevant open questions.     

On a Double Complex Sequence of Linear Operators

The main goal of the article is to introduce a class of double complex linear operators of integral type. The technique is based by extension into the complex domain of a real positive approximation process. Involving the first modulus of continuity, we investigate their geometric and approximation properties. The statistical convergence of our sequence is proved. In a particular case, our operators turn into the double complex Gauss-Weierstrass integral operators.

We study the existence of several classes 𝒦 of Abelian p-groups, p a fixed prime, which possess the following property: A ∈ 𝒦?A/F ∈ 𝒦, whenever F is a finite subgroup of the Abelian p-group A.     

On the Distribution Modulo 1 of q-Additive Functions

We consider the asymptotic behavior of the distribution functions defined by F_N(z)=¹―_N{1≦ n ≦ N : f(n)≦ z (mod 1)} in the case when f is q-additive. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for a q-additive function to have a uniform distribution modulo 1 or to have a non-uniform distribution modulo 1.
