Synthesis, structure, spectroscopy and thermal properties of complex [Co(NCS)2(hmt)2(H2O)2][Co(NCS)2(H2O)4] (H2O) (I), assembled by hexamethylenetetramine and octahedral Co(II) metal ions, are reported. Crystal data for I: Fw 387.34, a=9.020(8), b=12.887(9), c=7.95(1) Å, =96.73(4), β=115.36(5), γ=94.16(4)°, V=820(1) Å3, Z=2, space group=P−1, T=173 K, λ(Mo-K)=0.71070 Å, ρcalc=1.718567 g cm−3, μ=17.44 cm−1, R=0.088, Rw=0.148. An interesting two-dimensional network is assembled via hydrogen bonds through coordinated and free water molecules. The d–d transition energy levels of Co(II) ion are determined by UV–vis spectroscopy and calculated by ligand field theory. The calculated results agree well with experiment ones.  相似文献

Two nickel (imidazole) complexes, Ni(im)6Cl2·4H2O (1) and Ni(im)6(NO3)2 (2) (im=imidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=8.800(6) Å, b=9.081(6) Å, c=10.565(7) Å, =75.058(9)°, β=83.143(8)°, γ=61.722(8)°, V=718.3(8) Å3, Z=1 and R1 (wR2)=0.0469 (0.1497). 2 crystallizes in the trigonal space group R-3 with a=12.370(6) Å, b=12.370(6) Å, c=14.782(14) Å, =90.00°, β=90.00°, γ=120.00°, V=1959(2) Å3, Z=3 and R1 (wR2)=0.0358 (0.0955). 1 and 2 exhibit different supramolecular network due to their different counter anions and different hydrogen bonding connection. In compound 1, [Ni(im)6]2+ cation and counter anions Cl alternatively array in an ABAB fashion via N–HCl hydrogen bonding. In compound 2, the plane of each NO32− is almost parallel and each NO32− connect three different [Ni(im)6]2+ cations via N–HO hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The reaction of Ru(CO)4(C2H4) or Ru(CO)5 with 1,5-Ph4P2N4S2 in CH2Cl2/hexane at 23°C produces the dimer [Ru(CO)2(Ph4 P2N4S2)]2 (2), which was shown by X-ray crystallography to have a centrosymmetric structure in which the P2N4S2 ring is attached to one ruthenium atom through two (geminal) nitrogen atoms and the remote sulfur atom and serves as a bridge to the other ruthenium atom via the second sulfur atom. Crystals of 2 ·2(CH2Cl2) are triclinic, space group P (No. 2), a = 12.901(1) Å, b = 13.072(1) Å, c = 10.123(1) Å, = 100.88(1)°, β = 98.90(1)°, γ = 67.50(1)°, V = 1542.4(3) Å, Z = 1 with final R and Rw values of 0.040 and 0.027, respectively.  相似文献

The XeOSeF5+ cation has been synthesized for the first time and characterized in solution by 19F, 77Se and 129Xe NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and Raman spectroscopy with AsF6 as its counter anion. The X-ray crystal structures of the tellurium analogue and of the Xe(OChF5)2 derivatives have also been determined: [XeOChF5][AsF6] crystallize in tetragonal systems, P4/n, a=6.1356(1) Å, c=13.8232(2) Å, V=520.383(14) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0453 at −60°C (Te) and a=6.1195(7) Å, c=13.0315(2) Å, V=488.01(8) Å3, Z=2 and R1=0.0730 at −113°C (Se); Xe(OTeF5)2 crystallizes in a monoclinic system, P21/c, a=10.289(2) Å, b=9.605(2) Å, c=10.478(2) Å, β=106.599(4)°, V=992.3(3) Å3, Z=4 and R1=0.0680 at −127°C; Xe(OSeF5)2 crystallizes in a triclinic system, , a=8.3859(6) Å, c=12.0355(13) Å, V=732.98(11) Å3, Z=3 and R1=0.0504 at −45°C. The energy minimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of the XeOChF5+ cations and Xe(OChF5)2 were calculated using density functional theory, allowing for definitive assignments of their experimental vibrational spectra.  相似文献

Reaction of the optically active primary amine (S)-(—)--methylbenzylamine with trimethylaluminium in heptane affords the crystalline organoaluminium dimer (S)-(—)-(S)-(—)-[(C6H5)CH(CH3)NHA1(CH3)2]2. Isolated as large, colourless, extremely air-sensitive prismatic crystals, the title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with unit cell parameters a = 8.406(3), b = 15.505(4), c = 17.547(5) Å, V = 2287 Å3 and p = 1.03 g cm−3 for Z = 4. Least-squares refinement based on 1477 observed reflections converged at R = 0.056, Rw = 0.058. Methane was eliminated during the course of the reaction due to cleavage of A1---C and N---H bonds resulting in an asymmetric A12N2 fragment at the core of the organoaluminium dimer. The mean A1---C bond distance in the dimethylaluminium units is 1.930(8), while the mean A1---N bond distance is 1.950(5) Å. Specific rotation ([]D25 in CH2C12)of the dimer is determined to be - 20.6°.  相似文献

Transition metal coordination compounds with the novel N2S2-donor ligand 1,6-bis(4(5)-imidazolyl)-2,5-dithiahexane (abbreviated bhdhx) with general formulae M(bhdhx)(NO3)2(M = Co, Ni, Cu) and M(bhdhx)(H2O)2(BF4)2 (M = Cu, Zn) have been isolated. In all compounds the ligand is tetradentate with both thioether sulphurs and imidazole nitrogens coordinating. In all compounds the metal ions are six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry with either nitrates or water molecules as the fifth and sixth ligands. This is confirmed by the ligand field spectra, which agree with a distorted octahedral coordination. The distortion from octahedral, indicated by the ligand field spectrum of the cobalt nitrate compound is such that the S atoms of the ligands must be at a very large distance from the metal ion. A single crystal of Cu(bhdhx)(NO3)2 was used in a structure determination: orthorhombic space group Pbcn, a = 14.351(5), b = 8.554(3), c = 13.057(4) Å, Z = 4, and T = 293 K. The structure was solved by heavy atom techniques and refined by least-squares methods to a residual R value of 0.033 for 847 significant reflections. The copper ion is at a special position on a two-fold axis, which causes a two-fold symmetry in the ligand. The coordination geometry of the copper atom is distorted octahedral with the two nitrates and the two thioether sulphurs in a cis position, and the imidazole nitrogens trans. The copper to nitrogen distances are 1.933(4) Å, the copper to sulphur distances are 2.495(1) Å, and the copper to oxygen distances are 2.280(3) Å.  相似文献

The complex of copper(II) nitrate with N-methylimidazole (Nmiz) ligand has been studied as a catalyst for the oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethylphenol by means of kinetic and spectroscopic measurements. The order of the reaction in copper is fractional and depends on the N/Cu ratio and the base/Cu ratio, indicating that there are at least two possible rate-determining steps, i.e. the formation of a dinuclear copper species and the phenol oxidation. EPR spectroscopy performed on frozen solutions with varying ligand to copper ratios shows that all Cu(II) is converted into the precursor complex at a ratio of 4 to 1, whereas in kinetic experiments, maximum activity and selectivity are reached only at a ratio of at least 30 to 1. Base is needed as a co-catalyst, and the maximum reaction rate is reached at a base to copper ratio of 1.8 to 1. The solid-state X-ray structure of the catalyst precursor complex has been determined to be [Cu(Nmiz)4(NO3)2], monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 8.452(1) Å, b = 10.376(2)Å, c = 12.821(2)Å, β = 94.88(2) °, Z = 1, R = 0.049 for 3525 reflections. This structure consists of an axially elongated octahedral CuN4O2 chromophore, which is in agreement with frozen-solution EPR spectra. Investigations under conditions where water and dioxygen were carefully excluded, have shown that for the phenol oxidation step the presence of dioxygen is not required. However, the reaction does require a trace of water (or hydroxide) to form the reactive intermediate. A modified reaction mechanism for the oxidative coupling is presented with special attention to the first steps of the reaction and the equilibrium species present in solution. The role of dioxygen appears to be only to reoxidize the formed Cu(I) species and to regenerate base.  相似文献

Dibenzo[b,e]-7,7,8,8-tetraalkyl-7,8-disilabicyclo[2.2.2]octa-2,5-dienes (1: R = tBuCH2; 2: R = iPr) were prepared by the reaction of ClR2SiSiR2Cl with lithium anthracenide in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) at room temperature. The structure of 1 was determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, rC2/c, A = 12.941(2), B = 14.601(1), C = 35.109(6) Å, β = 94.957(7)°, V = 6609(2) Å3, Z= 8, R = 0.048, Rw = 0.053 for 4037 reflections. Compounds 1 and 2 show the bathochromic shift of 1La and 1Lb bands in UV spectra and exhibit considerably low oxidation potentials due to effective σ-π conjugation. Compounds 1 and 2 form charge-transfer complexes with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). In the case of 1, the charge-transfer complex (1: TCNE = 2: 1) could be isolated as crystals and the structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for the 1-TCNE complex: monoclinic, C2/c, A= 10.267(2), b = 36.077(4), C = 20.022(4) Å, β = 100.680(8)°, V = 7288(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.045, Rw = 0.077 for 4120 reflections. The action of transition metal chlorides on 2 resulted in [4+2] cycloreversion to form CliPr2SiSiiPr2Cl and anthracene.  相似文献

The neutral nitrogen-bidentate ligand, diphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, Ph2CPz′2, can readily be obtained by the reaction of Ph2CCl2 with excess HPz′ in a mixed-solvent system of toluene and triethylamine. It reacts with [Mo(CO)6] in 1,2-dimethoxyethane to give the η2-arene complex, [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)3] (1). This η2-ligation appears to stabilize the coordination of Ph2CPz′ 2 in forming [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2C6H4NO2-p)][BPh4] (2) and [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2Ph)] [BF4] (3) from the reaction of 1 with the appropriate diazonium salt but the stabilization seems not strong enough when [Mo{P(OMe)3} 3(CO)3] is formed from the reaction of 1 with P(OMe)3. The solid-state structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by X-ray crystallography: 1-CH2Cl2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.814(3), b = 11.7929(12), c = 19.46 0(6) Å, β = 95.605(24)°, V = 2698.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.530 g/cm3 , R = 0.044, Rw = 0.036 based on 3218 reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2 (3)-1/2 hexane-1/2 CH3OH-1/2 H2O-1 CH2Cl2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 41.766(10), b = 20.518(4), c = 16.784(3) Å, β = 101.871(18)°, V = 14076(5) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.457 g/cm3, R = 0.064, Rw = 0.059 based on 5865 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Two independent cations were found in the asymmetric unit of the crystals of 3. The average distance between the Mo and the two η2-ligated carbon atoms is 2.574 Å in 1 and 2.581 and 2.608 Å in 3. The unfavourable disposition of the η2-phenyl group with respect to the metal centre in 3 and the rigidity of the η2-arene ligation excludes the possibility of any appreciable agostic C---H → Mo interaction.  相似文献

Carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) is a biologically active molecule involved in muscular metabolism. It crystallises in the C; space group with a = 24.725 Å b = 5,427 Å c = 8,004 Å β = 100,2° (Z = 4)

In the crystal, acid and basic groups are engaged in hydrogen bonds whose strength is evaluated through IR frequencies. Molecular conformation in the solid state is defined by τ1 = /t-177° τ2 = −38° φ = −96° ψ = +131° χ1 = 181° χ21 = 62°

NMR study of carnosine in aqueous solution indicates that rotation about CH2-CH2 is free and that the other angles take the following values: Ø −150° or −90° and X1 = 165° or 315°. Infrared and Raman spectra suggest that τ2 undergoes small changes when going from crystal to solution while ψ is close to +150°.  相似文献

The pentaamminecobalt(III) complex with the 3-cyano-2,4-pentanedionate anion coordinated through the nitrile nitrogen has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of [(NH3)5CoNCacac](Cl)(ClO4)·2H2O are triclinic, space group P , a = 10.245(2) Å, b = 14.071(4) Å, c = 6.971(2) Å, = 90.03(3)°, β = 109.86(2)°, γ = 108.91(2)°, V= 887.1 Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.64 g cm−3, F(000) = 456, Mo-K radiation, λ = 0.71069 Å, μ(Mo-K) = 12.7 cm−1. The structure was determined by the heavy-atom method, and refined by block-diagonal least-squares calculations, R = 0.0537, Rw = 0.0607, for 2499 observed reflections. Principal dimensions are: Co---N(NH3) trans to NCacac 1.940(5), other Co---N(NH3) 1.967(2), Co---N(NCacac) 1.911(5) Å. The pendant acac moiety is best described in terms of a delocalized bond network with, for example, C---C distances in the range 1.44–1.52(1) Å. Several reactions involving this free acac group are also described including the preparation and characterization of the dimeric species pentaamminecobalt(III) - μ - (3 - cyano - 2,4 - pentanedionato) - bis(propylenediamine) cobalt(III) perchlorate.  相似文献

The structures of two glycinohydroxamoto (GHA) complexes of Ni(II) and Co(III) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystals of Ni(GHA)2 are monoclinic with a = 5.360(1), b = 7.315(4), c = 10.194(4) Å, β = 96.57(3), Z = 2, and space group P21/c. The crystals of Co(GHA)3•1/2 H2O are monoclinic with a = 22.467(19), b = 8.041(4), c = 13.700(11) Å, β = 116.01(7), Z = 8, and space group C2/c. The values of the final residuals R for Ni(GHA)2 and Co(GHA)3•1/2 H2O are 0.0275 and 0.032, respectvely. The molecular structures of Ni(GHA)2 and Co(GHA)3 consist of a square planar and an octahedral coordination, respectively, with the glycinohydroxamato (NH2CH2CONOH) ligands coordinating to the metal ion via the N (amino) and the N (NOH). These two complexes are the first well-established cases of coordination of the NHO group of a hydroxamic acid to a transition metal via the nitrogen atom.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of novel enantiopure binaphthoxy-diiodo lanthanides [(R)-2-(1-naphthol)-1′-naphthoxide)LnI2(THF)3] (Ln=Sm (4a), Yb (4b), La (4c)) are described. These complexes have been prepared by reacting the mono potassium salt of (R)-binaphthol with the corresponding lanthanide triiodides and were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopies. Recrystallization of 4c from THF–hexane led to monocrystals of [(R)-2-(1-naphthol)-1′-naphthoxide)]-diiodolanthane-tetrakistetrahydrofurane] (4c*). Complex 4c* crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, P212121 with cell parameters a=13.086(1) Å, b=15.496(1) Å, c=18.854(1) Å, V=3823.2(6) Å3, and Z=4.  相似文献

The interaction between Mo2(O2CCH3)4, Me3SiI and I2 in THF resulted in oxygen abstraction from the solvent and formation of [Mo2(μ-O)(μ-I)(μ-O2CCH3) I2(THF)4]+[MoOI4(THF)] and I---(CH2)4---I. The molybdenum complex has been characterized by X-ray diffractometry. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P , a = 13.827(3) Å; b = 15.803(7) Å; c = 9.950(3) Å; = 93.34(4)°; β = 102.40(2)°; γ = 90.09(2)°; V = 2120(2) Å3; Z = 2; dcalc = 2.559 g cm−3; R = 0.0476 (Rw = 0.0613) for 370 parameters and 3938 data with F02> 3σ(F02). The metal-metal distance in the cation is 2.527(2) Å and indicates a strong interaction. The magnetic behavior is consistent with the assignment of one unpaired electron to the Mo27+ core of the cation and one to the d1 Mo(V) center of the anion. The interaction between Mo(CO)6 and I2 in THF also results in the formation of 1,4-diiodobutane.  相似文献

The (η2-formaldehyde)zirconocene dimer (Cp2 H2)2 (7) inserts CO2 into the zirconium to carbon bond of the metallaoxirane moiety to give [(Cp2 H2)(Cp2 =O)] (8). Reaction with diphenylketene 7 gives the cyclodimeric 1 : 1 addition product (Cp2 =CPh2)2 (10) via the mono-insertion product 9. Similarly, treatment of 7 with t-butylisocyanate yields the intermediate complex [(Cp2 H2)(Cp2 =NCMe3)] (11) which gives the final product (Cp2 =NCMe3)2 (12). Here two five-membered metallacycles are joined together by oxygen bridges via a central four-membered Zr2O2 metallacycle. Complex 12 was characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in space group P21/n with cell parameters a 10.142(1), b 17.949(2), c 12.001(1) Å, β = 114.27(1)°; Z = 2, R = 0.055, Rw = 0.054.  相似文献

One-dimensional Co(dien)2(VO3)3·(H2O) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of NH4VO3, Co2O3, diethylenetriamine (dien) and H2O at 130 °C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.1581(6) Å, b=8.7006(3) Å, c=13.9893(4) Å, β=103.1483(11)°, V=1915.13(11) Å3, Z=4, and R1=0.0268 for 3060 observed reflections. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure is composed of infinite one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing VO4 tetrahedra with Co(dien)3+ complex cations and crystallization water molecules occupying the interchain positions, which are held together to a three-dimensional network via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions. The compound, with a new zig-zag conformation of metavanadate chains, is the first example of vanadium oxides incorporating trivalent transition metal coordination groups. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis are also described.  相似文献

The structure of 1-hydroxy-1,2,3-benzotriazolium diphenyl phosphate (HOBt/DPP) has been investigated by X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with Z = 4 and the following lattice parameters: a = 11.711(2), b = 12.727(2) and c = 12.794(3) Å, β = 105.12(2)°, V = 1840.9(6) Å3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined on F2 to R values of wR2 = 0.084 and R1 = 0.034 for 1985 observed reflections. HOBt/DPP has an ionic structure with very short OHO and NHO hydrogen bonds linking the different ions. Owing to these hydrogen bonds, infinite screw-shaped chains which are twisted parallel to the y-axis are formed.  相似文献
