将局部基本解方法应用于静电场问题的模拟与分析。局部基本解方法是利用控制方程的基本解,基于局部理论和移动最小二乘原理提出的一种无网格算法。相比于有限元和有限差分等传统网格类方法,该方法仅需离散节点,避免了复杂的网格剖分难题。作为一种半解析数值技术,物理问题的基本解被作为插值基函数建立数值离散模型,从而保证了算法的较高精度。此外,与具有全局离散格式的无网格方法相比,局部基本解法更适用于高维复杂几何和大尺度模拟。二维和三维数值试验表明,该方法具有实施方便灵活,计算精度高和计算速度快等优势。为静电场仿真研究开辟新的途径,拓展了局部基本解方法的应用领域。  相似文献

基于显热容法,建立复合相变材料应用于电子散热的传热模型及相应的数值计算方法,利用Icepak软件进行数值计算,分析了温度场及流场分布。模拟结果与实验测量值相接近,其最大相对误差为8.8%,说明所采用的数值模型及相关简化处理正确。借助热分析方法可以真实地模拟系统的热状况,从而为电子设备的热设计和热管理提供依据。  相似文献

采用数值方法研究了谐振子势阱囚禁带电荷理想玻色气体在磁场中的热力学行为.数值计算结果表明,相变温度随着外加磁场的增加而减小,磁化强度和磁化率与系统温度和外加磁场有关.数值方法修正了托马斯-费米近似,同时极大地提高了计算的效率和精度.  相似文献

We present a finite difference method to solve a new type of nonlocal hydrodynamic equations that arise in the theory of spatially inhomogeneous Bloch oscillations in semiconductor superlattices. The hydrodynamic equations describe the evolution of the electron density, electric field and the complex amplitude of the Bloch oscillations for the electron current density and the mean energy density. These equations contain averages over the Bloch phase which are integrals of the unknown electric field and are derived by singular perturbation methods. Among the solutions of the hydrodynamic equations, at a 70 K lattice temperature, there are spatially inhomogeneous Bloch oscillations coexisting with moving electric field domains and Gunn-type oscillations of the current. At higher temperature (300 K) only Bloch oscillations remain. These novel solutions are found for restitution coefficients in a narrow interval below their critical values and disappear for larger values. We use an efficient numerical method based on an implicit second-order finite difference scheme for both the electric field equation (of drift-diffusion type) and the parabolic equation for the complex amplitude. Double integrals appearing in the nonlocal hydrodynamic equations are calculated by means of expansions in modified Bessel functions. We use numerical simulations to ascertain the convergence of the method. If the complex amplitude equation is solved using a first order scheme for restitution coefficients near their critical values, a spurious convection arises that annihilates the complex amplitude in the part of the superlattice that is closer to the cathode. This numerical artifact disappears if the space step is appropriately reduced or we use the second-order numerical scheme.  相似文献

与传统网格法相比, 光滑粒子流体动力学方法不能直接施加壁面边界条件, 这就限制了该方法在工程中的应用.为此, 本文基于Galerkin加权余量法并结合传统排斥力方法, 推导出一种新的排斥力公式来施加壁面边界条件.该方法不含未知参数, 能在不减小边界粒子尺寸的情形下有效地防止流体粒子穿透壁面, 同时可避免邻近边界的流体粒子的速度及压力振荡. 分别通过静止液柱算例、液柱坍塌算例、容器中液体静止算例及溃坝算 例来验证本文方法的有效性, 并与传统边界处理方法进行对比, 结果表明: 本文方法克服了传统方法存在的缺陷, 是一种有效的固壁边界处理方法. 关键词: 光滑粒子流体动力学法 固壁边界 排斥力 加权余量法  相似文献

冷冻外科中组织冻结过程的分析对手术实施十分重要。本文建立了低温冷刀实验台,在模拟生物组织中进行冷冻实验,测量了冰球内某点的温度变化;并用有限元方法求解了建立在治法基础上的模拟生物组织冻结过程多维数学模型,计算结果与实验值符合较好;用该模型和方法计算了实验条件下冰球内的温度梯度变化和冷刀所需理论冷量;分析了不同的冷刀直径对冻结过程的影响。  相似文献

为提高油藏数值模拟算法的计算效率,在求解单向稳态渗流的有限分析算法基础上,构建二维非均匀多孔介质中不可压两相渗流的有限分析算法.算法中,网格界面上的平均渗透率不是简单地取为相邻网格渗透率的调和平均值,而是通过奇点邻域解析解积分求得.相比于传统的数值算法,有限分析算法随着网格的加密,能够很快地收敛(仅需将原始网格细分至2×2或3×3),并且其计算精度和收敛性不依赖于介质的非均匀强度,从而计算效率得到提高.  相似文献

复合材料的研究中经常遇到具有周期孔洞结构的材料,由于区域的小周期性及剧烈振荡性,用传统的有限元计算方法来计算这些材料对应的问题时需要大量的计算机存储空间及计算时间.对这类材料的热力耦合问题给出了一种新型的高阶双尺度渐近解,得到了对应的均匀化常数、均匀化方程及对应的有限元算法.数值算例表明,周期单胞的局部结构对局部应力与应变有较大的影响.算法对数值模拟这类材料的力学行为是高效和可行的. 关键词: 双尺度方法 热力耦合 周期孔洞区域 有限元方法  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical method is presented for the study of the radiative transfer in a two-dimensional graded index semitransparent medium with diffuse gray boundaries. The numerical method is a combination of the linear refractive index bar model, the discrete curved ray-tracing technique and the pseudo source adding method (LRIB-CRTP). In the traditional ray-tracing technique, it is difficult to deal with the diffuse gray boundary while solving the radiative transfer. Using the pseudo source adding method, the diffuse gray boundary of the medium can be treated as a black boundary. We have also studied the radiative equilibrium temperature field of the medium and analyzed the influence of some parameters involved. The results show that the directional discrete number is important for the medium having a large absorption coefficient. The results also show that the refractive index distribution greatly influences the temperature field, whereas the linear absorption coefficient distribution has little influence on the temperature field.  相似文献

An original technique was presented for noncontact three-dimensional temperature field measurement in a participating medium using radiative information captured by a CCD camera. This technique was based on the backward Monte Carlo method and was faster and more efficient than traditional techniques based on the forward Monte Carlo method. A numerical simulation case was adopted to validate the technique. It was found that the technique was capable of reconstructing the three-dimensional temperature field well, even with noisy input data.  相似文献

Efficient and accurate numerical methods are presented for computing ground states and dynamics of the three-dimensional (3D) nonlinear relativistic Hartree equation both without and with an external potential. This equation was derived recently for describing the mean field dynamics of boson stars. In its numerics, due to the appearance of pseudodifferential operator which is defined in phase space via symbol, spectral method is more suitable for the discretization in space than other numerical methods such as finite difference method, etc. For computing ground states, a backward Euler sine pseudospectral (BESP) method is proposed based on a gradient flow with discrete normalization; and respectively, for computing dynamics, a time-splitting sine pseudospectral (TSSP) method is presented based on a splitting technique to decouple the nonlinearity. Both BESP and TSSP are efficient in computation via discrete sine transform, and are of spectral accuracy in spatial discretization. TSSP is of second-order accuracy in temporal discretization and conserves the normalization in discretized level. In addition, when the external potential and initial data for dynamics are spherically symmetric, the original 3D problem collapses to a quasi-1D problem, for which both BESP and TSSP methods are extended successfully with a proper change of variables. Finally, extensive numerical results are reported to demonstrate the spectral accuracy of the methods and to show very interesting and complicated phenomena in the mean field dynamics of boson stars.  相似文献

双分布函数热晶格玻尔兹曼数值方法在微尺度热流动系统中得到广泛的应用. 本文基于晶格玻尔兹曼平衡分布函数低阶Hermite展开式, 创新性地提出了包含黏性热耗散和压缩功的耦合的双分布函数热晶格玻尔兹曼数值方法, 将能量场内温度的变化以动量源的形式引入晶格波尔兹曼动量演化方程, 实现了能量场与动量场之间的耦合. 研究了考虑黏性热耗散和压缩功的和不考虑的两种热自然对流模型, 重点分析了不同瑞利数和普朗特数下流场内的流动情况以及温度、速度和平均努赛尔数的变化趋势. 本文实验结果与文献结果一致, 验证了本文数值方法的可行性和准确性. 研究结果表明: 随着瑞利数和普朗特数的增大, 方腔内对流传热作用逐渐增强, 边界处形成明显的边界层; 考虑黏性热耗散和压缩功的模型对流作用相对增强, 黏性热耗散和压缩功对自然对流的影响在微尺度流动过程中不能忽略.  相似文献

To investigate the infrared photonic crystal devices numerically, the traditional finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method has been modified by combining with a new alternating direction implicit (ADI) algorithm. An improvement of two-five in speed over previous FDTD methods can be obtained by calculating the envelope rather than the fast-varying field, and the numerical errors are minimized. Consider the isolated localized coupled-cavity modes, the phenomenon of eigenmode splitting has been observed when the coupled-cavity structures in two dimension triangular dielectric photonic crystals are simulated. Simulation of Combustion Field with Lattice Boltzmann Method   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Turbulent combustion is ubiquitously used in practical combustion devices. However, even chemically non-reacting turbulent flows are complex phenomena, and chemical reactions make the problem even more complicated. Due to the limitation of the computational costs, conventional numerical methods are impractical in carrying out direct 3D numerical simulations at high Reynolds numbers with detailed chemistry. Recently, the lattice Boltzmann method has emerged as an efficient alternative for numerical simulation of complex flows. Compared with conventional methods, the lattice Boltzmann scheme is simple and easy for parallel computing. In this study, we present a lattice Boltzmann model for simulation of combustion, which includes reaction, diffusion, and convection. We assume the chemical reaction does not affect the flow field. Flow, temperature, and concentration fields are decoupled and solved separately. As a preliminary simulation, we study the so-called counter-flow laminar flame. The particular flow geometry has two opposed uniform combustible jets which form a stagnation flow. The results are compared with those obtained from solving Navier–Stokes equations.  相似文献

The curved ray-tracing method is extended to radiative transfer in the graded index medium with diffuse gray boundary conditions instead of black boundary conditions and the pseudo-source adding method is extended to the case of the linear-anisotropic scattering medium with graded index from non-scattering medium. Furthermore, the equivalence of the two methods is verified by formulation derivation. As exact analytical solutions, both the methods have high accuracy and fast computational speed. The predicted temperature distributions and dimensionless radiative heat flux at radiative equilibrium are determined by the proposed methods, and the numerical results are compared with the data in references. The results show that the present methods have a good accuracy. Influences of various combinations of refractive index and boundary emissivities on the temperature distributions and dimensionless radiative heat flux are also investigated.  相似文献
