Three novel metal-organic complexes [Co(BDC)(TBZ)2] (I), [Cd2(BDC)2(TBZ)2(H2O)2] · 2(H2O) (II), [Mn2(BDC)(TBZ)4(SO4)] (III) (BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, TBZ = thiabendazole) have been prepared and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that both three complexes are one-dimensional chain polymers. The 1D chain architecture of I is constructed from terephthalic acid and cobalt atoms. A simultaneous presence of chelating and monodentate coordination modes of BDC ligands is observed in complex II. In complex III, the coordinated BDC ligands adopt monodentate mode and with SO 4 2? anions alternately bridge the Mn2+ ions into 1D chains. The 3D structures of the three complexes are stabilized by π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen-bonds.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Pb(IDPT)2(NO3)2] (I) and [Mn(IDPT)(SO4)(H2O)2] (II) (IDPT = imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The results reveal that the complex I belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and complex II belongs to monoclinic crystal system, P21/c space group. The cell parameters are: a = 19.1970(13), b = 7.3875(5), c = 17.3825(12) Å, β = 100.47(10)°, V = 2424.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1488 for I; a = 10.9135(6), b = 7.0230(4), c = 19.7034(10) Å, β = 99.32(10)°, V = 1490.25(14) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 828 for II. In the structure of complex I, the metal center Pb(II) is six-coordinated, displays an octahedral geometry. Each molecule is further connected with neighboring one via π-π interactions into 1D chain. In complex II, Mn(II) is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Compound II displays 1D supramolecular chain formed through hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the fluorescent properties for the complexes were investigated. Complexes I and II exhibit strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 583 and 529 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

Complexes of [Mn(MF)2(Cl)2]·2H2O (1), [Fe(MF)2(Cl)2]Cl·4H2O (2), [Ni(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·6H2O (3), [Cu(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2] (4), [Zn(MF·HCl)2](NO3)2·6H2O (5), [Cd2(MF·HCl)(Cl)4(H2O)] (6), [Mg(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·6H2O (7), [Sr2(MF·HCl)(Cl)4(H2O)] (8), [Ba(MF·HCl)2(Cl)2]·2H2O (9), [Pt(MF)4] (10), [Au(MF)3]Cl3 (11), and [Pd(MF)2]Cl2 (12) were synthesized from Legitional behavior of metformin drug as a diabetic agent. The authenticity of the transition and non-transition metal complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivity, (infrared, UV–Vis) spectra, effective magnetic moment in Bohr magnetons, electron spin resonance, thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction as well as scanning electron microscopy. Infrared spectral studies as well as elemental analyses revealed the existence of metformin in the base or hydrochloride salt forms in the chelation state acts as a bidentate ligand while the platinum(IV) complex is coordinated through the deprotonation of –NH group. The magnetic and electronic spectra of Mn(II), Fe(III), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes suggest an octahedral geometry. Antimicrobial screening of metformin and its complexes were determined against the (G+ and G?) bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and fungi (Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans).  相似文献

Two new Mn(II) complexes [Mn(Hmbhce)2(o-phen)] (1) and [Mn(Hmbhce)2(bpy)] (2) based on N??-(2-methoxybenzoyl)hydrazine carbodithioic acid ethyl ester (H2mbhce) have been synthesized by reacting Mn(OAc)2·4H2O with H2mbhce in the presence of o-phen/bpy. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility measurement, IR, UV?CVis and single crystal X-ray data. Both complexes [Mn(Hmbhce)2(o-phen)] and [Mn(Hmbhce)2(bpy)] crystallize in monoclinic system with space group P 21/c and P 21/n, respectively. The single crystal X-ray structures of 1 and 2 show that the Mn(II) center is bonded with two (Hmbhce)? through carbonyl oxygen and deprotonated hydrazinic nitrogen, plus two nitrogen atoms from one o-phen/bpy co-ligand. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 2 are stabilized by weak intramolecular N?CH···O hydrogen bonding and C?CH···?? interactions giving supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

Four new coordination polymers, namely Mn2(4,4-bpy)2(o-tol)4 1, Mn2(4,4-bpy)2(m-tol)4 2, Mn2(bpp)2(m-tol)4 3 and {[Mn2(4,4-bpy)2(p-tol)4][Mn(4,4-bpy)2(H2O)2(p-tol)2]}·6H2O 4 have been synthesized from 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4-bpy), 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane (bpp), o-toluic acid (o-Htol), m-toluic acid (m-Htol) and p-toluic acid (p-Htol). All four complexes feature dinuclear Mn2(tol)4 moieties, which are bridged by 4,4-bpy or bpp ligands to form 1D double-chain structures. The resulted 1D double-chains are assembled via hydrogen bonding or π···π stacking into 2D supramolecular layers. The complexes were characterized by physico-chemical (thermal behavior) and infrared spectroscopy. Variable temperature magnetic characterization suggest weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange between dimeric Mn(II) centers (J = ?0.46 cm?1 for 1, ?0.56 cm?1 for 2, ?1.28 cm?1 for 3 and ?0.59 cm?1 for 4).  相似文献

The metastable decompositions of trimethylsilylmethanol, (CH3)3SiCH2OH (MW: 104, 1) and methoxytrimethylsilane, (CH3)3SiOCH3 (MW: 104, 2) upon electron ionization have been investigated by use of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectroscopy and D labeling. The metastable ions of 1 ·+ decompose to give the fragment ions m/z 89 (CH 3 · loss) and 73 (·CH2OH loss), whereas those of 2 ·+ only yield the fragment ion m/z 89 (CH 3 · loss). The latter fragment ion is generated by loss of a methyl radical from the trimethylsilyl group via a simple cleavage reaction as shown by D labeling. However, the fragment ions m/z 89 and 73 from 1 ·+ are generated following an almost statistical exchange of the original methyl and methylene hydrogen atoms in the molecular ion as shown also by D labeling. This exchange indicates a complex rearrangement of the molecular ion of 1 ·+ prior to metastable decomposition for which as key step a 1,2-trimethylsilyl group migration from carbon to oxygen is suggested. A different behavior is also found between the source-generated m/z 89 ions from 1 ·+ which decompose in the metastable time region to give ions m/z 61 by loss of ethylene and those from 2 ·+ which decompose in the metastable region to yield ions m/z 59 by elimination of formaldehyde.  相似文献

A new complexes, namely, {[Mn2(L)2(Bipy)2] · H2O} n (I) (H2L = diphenic acid, Bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal diffraction analysis. In I, the two syn, anti-carboxylate groups in L bridge Mn(II) forming a one-dimensional chain, which is further connected by Bipy into 2D double layer. Magnetic study reveals the overall antiferromagnetic interaction between neighboring Mn2+ ions in compound I.  相似文献

Fourteen bis(citrato)germanates(IV) and bis(citrato)stannates(IV) were prepared, in particular, [M(H2O)6][Ge(HCit)2] · 4H2O (M = Mg (I), Mn (II), Fe (III), Co (IV), Ni (V), Cu (VI), Zn (VII)) and [M(H2O)6][Sn(HCit)2] · nH2O (M = Mg, n = 4 (VIII); Mn, n = 2 (IX); Fe, n = 4 (X); Co, n = 4 (XI); Ni, n = 4 (XII); Cu, n = 4 (XIII); Zn, n = 3 (XIV)) (H4Cit is citric acid). The purity and the composition of the products were determined by a set of physicochemical methods including elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. The structures of I, II, IV, VI, VII, VIII, XI, and XII were determined by X-ray diffractometry. All eight crystals composed of centrosymmetrical octahederal [M(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ge(HCit)2]2? (or [Sn(HCit)2]2?) anions, and crystal water molecules are isostructural. The structural units in I, II, IV, VI, VII, VIII, XI, and XII are connected by systems of hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

New Mn(III) complexes with Schiff bases and dicyanamide are synthesized: [Mn(Salpn)N(CN)2] n (two polymorphous modifications, Ia and Ib), {[Mn(5-BrSalen)N(CN)2] · CH3OH} n (II), and [Mn(3-MeOSalen)N(CN)2(H2O)] (III), where SalpnH2 = N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-diaminopropane, 5-BrSalenH2 = N,N′-bis(5-bromosalicylidene)-1,2-diaminoethane, and 3-MeOSalenH2 = N,N′-bis(3-methoxysalicylidene)-1,2-diaminoethane. Complexes Ia, Ib, and II have the polymer structure in which the dicyanamide anion binds the paramagnetic Mn(III) complexes with the Schiff bases into one-dimensional chains. Unlike them, in complex III the monomer units containing water and the dicyanamide anion as terminal ligands form dimers due to hydrogen bonds. The study of the magnetic properties of complexes Ia and II shows a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Mn3+ ions through the dicyanamide bridges in these complexes.  相似文献

Three new cobalt(Ⅱ) coordination compounds,[Co(3,3’-Hbpt)2(H2pm)(H2O)2]·2H2O(1),[Co(4,4’-Hbpt)(pm)0.5(H2O)]·3H2O (2) and [Co(3,4’-Hbpt)(pm) 0.5 (H2O)3]·2H2O(3)(3,3’-Hbpt=3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole;4,4’-bpt=3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)1H-1,2,4-triazole,3,4’-Hbpt=3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4’-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole and H4pm=pyromellitic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 has a one-dimensional (1D) chain network,2 exhibits a four-connected three-dimensional (3D) structure with 1D open channels encapsulated by water molecules, while 3 displays a regular two-dimensional (2D) architecture connected through 1D metal helical chains. In addition, the efficacy of compounds 1-3 as additives to promote the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) is explored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Guest inclusion properties of two cyclic imides which have carboxylic acids connected through flexible tether, namely, 4-(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (1) and 4-(1,3-dioxo-1H,3H-benzo[de]isoquinolin-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (2) are studied. The crystals of host 1 containing one molecule of 1, the crystals of 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) cocrystal of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and half molecule of bpy (1a), the crystals of 1,4-dioxane solvate of 1 containing two molecule of 1 and one and half molecule of 1,4-dioxane (1b) and the crystals of quinoline solvate of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and one molecule of quinoline (1c) in their crystallographic asymmetric units are investigated. Intermolecular hydrogen bonded two dimensional (2D) sheet structure of 1 and 3D channel network of 1b are comprised of cyclic R 2 2 (8) hydrogen bond motifs; whereas cleavage of dimeric carboxylic acid R 2 2 (8) motifs occurs in the structures of 1a and 1c in which 3D host–guest networks are comprised of discrete O–H···N and cyclic R 2 2 (7) interactions, respectively. Various types of weak interactions between the two symmetry nonequivalent host molecule are found to be responsible for the formation of channels (14 × 11 Å) filled by guest 1,4-dioxane molecules in the crystal lattice of 1b. Two different solvates of 2 containing one molecule of 2 with a water molecule (2a) and one molecule of 2 with a quinoline molecule (2b) in their crystallographic asymmetric units, respectively, are also crystallized in different space groups. The quinoline molecules are held with host molecules by discrete O–H···N and C–H···O interactions and reside inside the voids formed by 3D repeated hexameric assemblies of host molecules in the crystal lattice of 2b.  相似文献

Three new silver coordination compounds with empirical formula [Ag2(L1)2·(ntp)·(H2O)3.25]n (1), [Ag1.5(L1)1.5·(H0.5bdc)·(H2O)4]n (2) and [Ag(L2)(Hmip)]n (3) (L1 = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole, H2ntp = 2-nitroterephthalic acid, H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2mip = 5-methylisophthalic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and physico-chemical spectroscopic methods. The silver centers display different environments with a linear geometry in 1 and 2 and distorted T-shaped geometry in 3. In 1–3, the bidentate N-donor ligands (L1 and L2) bridge neighboring silver centers to form 1D infinite chain structures. Complexes 2 and 3 are extended into 2D layers, and 1 is packed into a 3D 3,4,4,6-connected supermolecular network via classical O–H···O hydrogen bonds, while 3 is further extended into 3D framework through π–π interactions. The luminescence properties of complexes 1, 2 and 3 were investigated in the solid state. These coordination polymers possess a remarkable activity for degradation of methyl orange by persulfate in a Fenton-like process.  相似文献

The ion mobility in new fluoride glasses (mol %) 45ZrF4 · 25BiF3 · 30MF (I) (M = Li, Na, K), (70 - x)ZrF4 · xBiF3 · 30LiF (II) (15 ≤ x ≤ 35), and 45ZrF4 · (55-x)BiF3 · xMF (III) (M = Li, Na; 10 ≤ x ≤ 30) has been studied by 7Li, 19F, and 23Na NMR in the temperature range 250–500 K. The character of ion motion in bismuth fluorozirconate glasses I and III is determined by temperature and the nature and concentration of an alkali-metal cation. Major type of ion mobility in glasses I–III at temperature 400–440 K are local motions of fluorine-containing moieties and diffusion of lithium ions (except for the glass with x = 10). The factors responsible for diffusion in the fluoride sublattice of glasses I have been determined. Sodium ions in glasses I and III are not involved in ion transport.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers associated with bent bis(imidazole) 1,3-bis(imidazol-l-yl-methyl)benzene (mbix) and isophthalic acid (H2ip) or 5-methylisophthalic acid (H2mip) ligands, formulated as {[Cd(mbix)(mip)]·H2O} n (1), {[Co(mbix)(mip)]·0.4H2O} n (2) [Ni(mbix)(mip)H2O] n (3) and [Ni(mbix)(ip)] n (4), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Complexes 1 and 2 are isomorphous and exhibit a 1D loop-like chain. Complex 3 features a 2D (4,4) layer, which further extends into an unusual 2D (3,5)-connected 3,5L2 double-layered supramolecular network via classical O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Complex 4 is a 3D network, which shows a rare binodal (3,5)-connected 3,5T1 framework. Moreover, the luminescence and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of methyl orange by sodium persulfate in a Fenton-like process are reported.  相似文献

Guanidine reacts with chalkone1 a, 4-methylchalkone1 b and 4′-methylchalkone1 c resp. to yield mixtures of pyrimidinamines2 a,3 b and3 c (=3 b) resp. with (2:1)-condensatesA,B andC resp. The structures of the compoundsA-C (whicha priori could be dihydropyrimidopyrimidines4 a-c or5 a-c or6 a-c) are elucidated. NMR-investigations show that the saltsA-C · HCl must be symmetrically substituted pyrimidopyrimidinyliumchlorides4 a-c · HCl or5 a-c · HCl (and not6 a-c · HCl). Furthermore, it is proved by chemical methods that the condensatesB · HCl andC · HCl are pyrimidopyrimidinyliumchlorides4 b andc · HCl (and not5 b andc · HCl): The structure ofB · HCl (=4 b · HCl) was established by total synthesis of dimethylpyrimidopyrimidinyliumpicrate9 b-Pi from10 c (via13 c · HI-18 · HCl) and transformation ofB · HCl into an identical salt9 b-Pi via hexahydropyrimidopyrimidine8 b · HCl. The structure ofC · HCl (=4 c · HCl) was determined by comparison of its hydrogenation product (=8c · HCl) with8 b · HCl. The structure of condensateA · HCl (=4 a · HCl) results from conclusion by analogy. The spatial structure of4 a-c · HCl and8 a-c · HCl is discussed; it was established by NMR that the salts are racemic mixtures of stereoisomers4 a-c K · HCl and8 a-c K · HCl resp. and their antipodes (with C2 symmetry).  相似文献

The complexes [CuL2Cl2]n (1), [CoL2Cl2(H2O)2]·L (2) and [MnL2Cl2(H2O)2]·L (3) (L = 3-chloro-6-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) pyridazine) were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals that the Cu(II) center of complex 1 is located in a slightly distorted tetragonal pyramidal environment and bridged by chlorine atoms to generate infinite 1D chains, which are further connected into 2D supramolecular structures by C–H…Cl hydrogen bonds. The Co(II) and Mn(II) atoms in complexes 2 and 3 both have a distorted octahedral coordination sphere, and the crystal lattices include hydrogen bonds and ππ stacking interactions to yield 3D supramolecular frameworks. The antioxidant activities (influence on O2 ?? and ?OH) and antibacterial activities of the ligand L and its three complexes were also investigated.  相似文献

Complex I features linear Mn(II)-trinuclear units, which form 1D chain structure through F···F weak interactions, and complex II is 1D polymeric Mn(II)-chains. Antiferromagnetic coupling interactions exist within Mn(II)- carboxylate trinuclear in I (J =–0.40 cm–1) and Mn(II)-carboxylate chain in II (J =–0.45 cm–1).  相似文献

Three complexes with the formula [Co(Ip)(CuL)(H2O)2] · H2O (I), [Co(Ip)(NiL)(H2O)2] · H2O (II), [Co(CuL)2(Hbtc)(H2O)] (III), (H2Ip = m-isophthalic acid; H2L = 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien; H3Btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopy. The compound (dienH3)2(pydc)3, 1; dien: diethyltriamine, pydcH2: pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, as a proton transfer ligand was applied to synthesize (dienH3)2[Ce(pydc)3]3·16.75H2O, 2. The compounds were examined by elemental analysis, IR, UV and NMR spectroscopy. In addition, the compound 2 was studied by TG analysis, single crystal X-ray diffractometry and computational calculations. Geometry optimizations were carried out using B3PW91 hybrid density functional and quasi-relativistic effective core potentials (ECP46MWB) to represent the atomic core of cerium and 6–311G(d, p) basis set that used to describe the electrons of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen atoms. Also, natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis at the B3 PW91/A level gives the natural electron population and the natural charge for each atom. Cerium atom in 2 is nine-coordinated with three (pydc)2? groups giving an anionic complex which is balanced by (dienH3)3+ in the crystal structure. Several intermolecular interactions including O–H···O and N–H···O hydrogen bonds, face-to-face and edge-to-face stackings are responsible to stabilize the extended structure.  相似文献

Two new 2D metal-organic complexes, namely [Cu(3-dpyb)(1,2,4-HBTC)(H2O)]·H2O (1) and [Cu3(3-dpyb)3(SIP)2(H2O)8]·6H2O (2) [3-dpyb?=?N,N??-bis(3-pyridinecarboxamide)-1,4-butane, 1,2,4-H3BTC?=?1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H3SIP?=?5-sulfoisophthalic acid], have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Single crystal X-ray analyses reveal that the two Cu(II) complexes show different 2D coordination networks, the 4-connected (44·62) topology for complex 1 and the (4·62)2(42·62·82) topology for complex 2. In the 2D layers of complexes 1 and 2, the 3-dpyb ligands adopt a typical ?? 2-bridging mode (via ligation of two pyridyl nitrogen atoms), while 1,2,4-HBTC and SIP serve as a linear spacer and a ??V??-like linker, respectively, to connect the adjacent Cu(II) centers. The adjacent 2D layers are extended to 3D supramolecular networks via hydrogen-bonding interactions. The fluorescence properties of both complexes and electrochemical properties of complex 2 have also been investigated. The complex 2 bulk-modified carbon paste electrode (2-CPE) displayed a one-electron redox wave in potential range of 600?C200?mV in 1?M H2SO4 aqueous solution, and 2-CPE showed good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite.  相似文献
