The framework structure of As-synthesized A1PO4-14 has been investigated with a combination of different one-dimensional 27Al and 31P solid state NMR techniques and 27Al/31P double resonance methods. The results are found to be fully consistent with the assumed structural model. 27Al MAS and DOR experiments at three different magnetic field strengths together with simulations show the presence of two tetrahedral sites, one pentacoordinated and one octahedral aluminum site. The 27Al quadrupolar coupling constants and the 31P isotropic chemical shifts of the tetrahedral sites correlate well with tetrahedral shear-strain parameters and mean P-O-A1 bond angles, respectively. These correlations allow one to assign all of the NMR resonances to specific T-sites in the proposed framework structure. The assignments are then further confirmed by the application of three different two-dimensional heteronuclear correlation methods (i.e., 27Al → 31P TEDOR, CP, and INEPT) which reveal the connectivities between AlOx and PO4 polyhedra. The two-dimensional INEPT experiment is applied here for the first time in the solid state.  相似文献

27Al double rotation (DOR) NMR spectroscopy has been applied to investigate the framework ordering in the aluminophosphate molecular sieve AlPO4-8 during the hydration process. Relative well-resolved peaks in the DOR spectra of both dehydrated and successively rehydrated AlPO4-8 allow the isotropic shifts and the quadrupolar shifts to be correlated with the local framework structure. The rather complex interaction of water with AlPO4-8 occurs in a specific way, not randomly. For dehydrated AlPO4-8 efforts are shown to correlate respectively the isotropic shifts to the mean Al-O-P angles and the quadrupolar coupling constants to the shear strains of the different aluminium sites.  相似文献

1H, 27Al and 31P MAS, and 13C and 29Si CP/MAS NMR spectroscopies, were used to characterize catalysts of Pd supported on various solids including SiO2, AlPO4 and Mg3(PO4)2 that were activated with the chiral hydrogen-donor limonene. The above-mentioned techniques were used to check for the formation of an organopalladium complex between Pd2+ atoms and the olefin bonds in the limonene molecule on the catalyst surface. The results are compared with those obtained for catalysts activated in a hydrogen stream.  相似文献

27Al decoupling has been used to remove residual J-coupling interactions between 31P and 27Al in microporous aluminophosphates AlPO4-14 and AlPO4-40. In combination with 1H high-power decoupling, 27Al adapted decoupling yields 31P spectra with optimal sensitivity and resolution. The importance of double-resonance decoupling is further demonstrated by incorporating this technique in the MQHETCOR sequence. Unambiguous assignment of all the AlPO4-14 nuclear magnetic resonances is achieved by combining multiple-quantum evolution in the 27Al dimension and double-resonance decoupling in the 31P acquisition domain.  相似文献

Sodium aluminophosphate gels and glasses in the system NaPO3–Al2O3 with P/Al ratios ranging from 9:1 to 1:1 have been synthesized by a novel sol–gel route based on the reaction of aluminum lactate with sodium polyphosphate in aqueous solution. The route from the solution to the gel and the final glass was monitored in situ by liquid and solid state NMR techniques, characterizing the influence of composition and pH on the hydrolysis, polymerization, and vitrification processes. The site distribution in the xerogels is strongly influenced by the gel-processing temperature. At temperatures near 150°C ligation with lactate groups can be nearly suppressed, resulting in maximum Al/P connectivity in the gel. Annealing the gels at temperatures near 400°C produces significant structural rearrangements, resulting in a glassy network that has close structural similarity to the glasses derived from the usual melt-cooling procedure at 1100–1450°C. This has been confirmed by extensive 27Al, 31P and 23Na MAS NMR as well as 27Al{31P} and 27Al {1H} double resonance experiments. Compared to melt-cooling, the sol–gel process permits a significant extension of the glass-forming region towards higher alumina contents.  相似文献

An experiment is presented that combines the multiple-quantum magic-angle spinning (MQMAS) technique with cross-polarization (CP). As a preliminary test of this new method, we measured and compared the 27Al 3QMAS and 19F → 27A1 CP 3QMAS spectra of a fluorinated AlPO4 aluminophosphate. Complete discrimination between the fluorinated and nonfluorinated Al sites was easily achieved, which demonstrates the usefulness of CP MQMAS for spectral editing. Future applications of this experiment will include other spin pairs and heteronuclear correlation NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Bremsstrahlung activation curves were measured for the reactions 31P(γ, 2p)29Al and 31P(γ, 2pn)28Al in 0.5 MeV steps from 23.0 to 62.0 MeV. The cross sections obtained from these curves show peaks at 32.6 ± 0.7 MeV, 41.2 ± 0.8 MeV and 51.0 ± 1.5 MeV for both reactions. The cross section integrated to 62 MeV for the (γ, 2p) reaction is 5.6 ± 0.6 MeV · mb and for the (γ, 2pn) reaction is 7.6 ± 0.8 MeV · mb.  相似文献

31P核磁共振(NMR)观察了人淋巴瘤白血病细胞系Molt-4的31P谱.NMR测试温度为37℃、20℃和4℃时,随着测试时间增长,细胞31P谱中ATP峰降低,无机磷峰升高,细胞31P谱的变化随测试温度降低依次减缓.实验温度为4℃,从收集细胞至开始NMR累加在30min内,NMR累加在60min内,获得活细胞的稳定的31P谱.根据细胞内无机磷的化学位移数值,对细胞内pH值进行了测定.  相似文献

The primary goal of this study was to establish a rigorous approach for determining and comparing the NMR detection sensitivity of in vivo 31P MRS at different field strengths (B0). This was done by calculating the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) achieved within a unit sampling time at a given field strength. In vivo 31P spectra of human occipital lobe were acquired at 4 and 7 T under similar experimental conditions. They were used to measure the improvement of the human brain 31P MRS when the field strength increases from 4 to 7 T. The relaxation times and line widths of the phosphocreatine (PCr) resonance peak and the RF coil quality factors (Q) were also measured at these two field strengths. Their relative contributions to SNR at a given field strength were analyzed and discussed. The results show that in vivo 31P sensitivity was significantly improved at 7 T as compared with 4 T. Moreover, the line-width of the PCr resonance peak showed less than a linear increase with increased B0, which leads to a significant improvement in 31P spectral resolution. These findings indicate the advantage of high-field strength to improve in vivo 31P MRS quality in both sensitivity and spectral resolution. This advantage should improve the reliability and applicability of in vivo 31P MRS in studying high-energy phosphate metabolism, phospholipid metabolism and cerebral biogenetics in the human at both normal and diseased states noninvasively. Finally, the approach used in this study for calculating in vivo 31P MRS sensitivity provides a general tool in estimating the relative NMR detection sensitivity for any nuclear spin at a given field strength.  相似文献

本文通过对鸟笼线圈原理和阵列线圈去耦原理的分析,提出了一种适用于自主研发的多核并行磁共振成像(MRI)系统的双核并行成像线圈设计方案,并在电感去耦的基础上提出LC并联trap去耦法,提高了去耦方法的可适性.依据设计方案制作了1H/31P双核并行成像线圈,并将其应用于4.7 T磁体系统,利用自主研发的多核并行MRI系统进行了并行成像实验测试,成功获得了1H和31P的并行磁共振图像,验证了设计方案的可行性.  相似文献

本工作报道了用31P NMR谱定量分析活体肝胵Fasiciola hepatica中含磷化合物的实验方法及一些初步结果,测定了活体肝胵体内含磷化合物的弛豫时间T1,观察了无灌注循环系统时肝胵体内pH值变化。利用高氯酸萃取物测得的31P NMR谱,定出了各谱峰的归属,观察了用含糖及缺糖培养液培养的肝胵糖类养料的代谢变化,并利用13C NMR谱肯定了肝胵体内主要含磷化合物之一的α-甘油磷酰胆碱31P NMR谱峰的归属。  相似文献

提出利用S-RESIDOR(Symmetry-based Resonance Echo Saturation Irradiation DOuble Resonance)方法测量1H-27Al偶极偶合常数. 通过理论模拟,讨论了四极作用常数、饱和照射脉冲功率、照射时间对1H/27Al S-RESIDOR实验的影响. 发现四极作用常数对1H/27Al S-RESIDOR偶极去相曲线影响较小,中等强度的饱和照射功率即能满足实验要求. 高转速下,在氢型丝光沸石上进行了1H/27Al S-RESIDOR实验,测量得到Br-nsted酸位上的 1H与骨架上27Al的偶极偶合常数为874 Hz.  相似文献

The relaxation time T1 values and nuclear Overhauser enhancement factor for 31P signal were determined in model solutions of metabolites ATP, PCr and Pi, and AMP at two frequencies and in H2O and 2H2O solutions. The data were analyzed to resolve the contribution of different relaxation mechanisms. A knowledge of NOE is important in the light of recent applications of double resonance methods to enhance the sensitivity of in vivo 31P spectroscopy. The results show that chemical shift anisotropy is the dominant mechanism for 31P in ATP at the high field, whereas the dipolar interaction mechanism is the main feature for the 31P relaxation of PCr and Pi. The dipolar mechanism responsible for NOE originates from interactions of solvent water with 31P moiety. Implications for in vivo spectroscopy are indicated.  相似文献

In 31P MAS NMR spectra of chlorocyclophosphazenes, characteristic splittings have been observed for PCl or PCl2 groups. At different applied magnetic fields, the fine structure and total width of the patterns change in a characteristic way, demonstrating that the splittings are due to indirect spin–spin and residual dipolar interactions with the chlorine nuclei directly bonded to phosphorus. For trans-nongeminal N3P3Cl3(NMe2)3 and N3P3Cl6 as examples, the spectra have been analyzed to obtain information on chlorine nuclear quadrupole coupling constants and 35,37Cl, 31P indirect spin–spin coupling constants. Neglect of these interactions may result in misinterpretations of the multiplicity in 31P MAS spectra of chlorophosphazenes.  相似文献

对Y型沸石原粉及几种不同脱铝样品进行了几种不同NMR方法的测量,确定了不同处理过程的脱铝机制和骨架内外铝状态的变化,29Si MAS NMR谱给出了骨架Si、Al分布的信息,反映了不同方法处理样品其脱铝机制的差异,据此可以控制Y沸石脱铝过程获得更高的硅铝比,27Al MAS NMR谱、二维章动NMR及1H-27Al CP/MAS NMR测量表明:水热处理的Y沸石中存在4种不同的铝状态。综合29Si和27Al MAS NMR观测,可相当程度地推断Y型沸石分子筛脱铝改性所发生的内部过程。  相似文献

Experimental studies of the slowing down of 1H, 4He, 7Li, 11B, 12C, 14N, 16O, 23Na, 27Al and 28Si ions in CR-39 nuclear track etch material in the ion energy range 0.25–2.8 MeV/u are presented. The ion stopping powers obtained are compared to the predictions of two recent semiempirical models for calculating ion stopping powers. The predictions are found to clearly underestimate the observed stopping powers for 7Li, 11B, 12C, 23Na, 27Al and 28Si ions.  相似文献

Two patients affected by severe Alzheimer's disease (AD) were investigated by MRI and image-guided 31P MRS. In one case, 1H MRS was additionally performed. In both cases the diagnosis of AD was confirmed, post mortem, by the pathologist. The spectral parameters of the 31P MR spectra were estimated by fitting the 31P MR signals in the time domain. Our 31P MRS results suggest that it is possible to detect the membrane catabolism, as indexed with the level of PDE resonances visible in in vivo 31P MRS, at least in severe AD cases. The 1H spectrum from AD brain showed a marked decrease of NAA signal respect to choline.  相似文献
