An effective route to alkyl 9a‐(2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2‐yl)‐9a,14,14a,14b‐tetrahydro‐14‐oxoindeno[2′,1′:3,4]pyrido[2,1‐a]isoquinoline‐9‐carboxylates via a diastereoselective one‐pot four‐component reaction of isoquinoline and alkyl prop‐2‐ynoates with two equivalents of indane‐1,3‐dione, in aqueous MeOH at room temperature, is described.  相似文献

The present article deals with novel compounds comprising a redox‐active group as core and a nucleobase in the peripheries, linked covalently via a spacer. The new derivatives 1,1′,1″‐(benzene‐1,3,5‐triyltrimethanediyl)tris{1′‐[3‐(3,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2,4‐dioxopyrimidin‐1(2H)‐yl)propyl]‐4,4′‐bipyridinium} hexafluorophosphate ( 1 ), 1,1′,1″‐(benzene‐1,3,5‐triyltrimethanediyl)tris{1′‐[2‐(4‐chloro‐7H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐7‐yl)ethyl]‐4,4′‐bipyridinium} hexachloride ( 2a ) 1

    A new trimer from the reaction of ageratochromene [1] (6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1‐benzopyran) with anhydrous aluminum chloride was shown to be 3,4‐dihydro‐6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐3‐(6′,7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐4′‐yl)‐4‐(3′,4′‐dihydro‐6′, 7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3′‐yl)‐ 2H‐1‐benzopyran. Its structure was confirmed by NMR (1H, 13C, DEPT‐135. COSY, HMBC, HSQC, TOCSY and NOESY), IR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

    A series of 6′‐chloro‐1′,1′‐dioxo‐2′H‐spiro[benzo[d][1,3,7]oxadiazocine‐4,3′‐(1,4,2‐benzodithiazine)]‐2,6(1H,5H)‐dione derivatives 2a , 2b and 3a , 3b have been synthesized starting from 3‐aminobenzodithiazines 1a , 1b and isatoic anhydride. Subsequent reactions of 2a with 3‐chlorophenyl isocyanate gave condensation products 4 and 5 . Compound 2a was also converted into 3‐(2‐aminobenzamido)‐6‐chloro‐7‐methyl‐1,1‐dioxo‐1,4,2‐benzodithiazine derivatives 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 . The mechanisms of the reactions are discussed.  相似文献

    Reactions of the substituted 2‐formyl chromones with aroylhydrazines gave corresponding 2‐(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones. Then 2‐(3′‐acetyl‐5′‐aryl‐2′,3′‐dihydro‐1′,3′,4′‐oxadiazol‐2′‐yl) chromones were prepared by these 2‐(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones under refluxing with Ac2O. All target compounds were characterized through elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, MS.  相似文献

    The novel 6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2,5‐dioxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyrano[3,2‐c]quinoline‐3‐carboxaldehyde ( 2 ) was efficiently synthesized from Vilsmeier–Haack formylation of 3‐(1‐ethy1‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐(1H)‐quinolin‐3‐yl)‐3‐oxopropanoic acid ( 1 ). The aldehyde 2 was allowed to react with some nitrogen nucleophiles producing a variety of hydrazones 3 – 7 . Reaction of aldehyde 2 with hydrazine hydrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded pyrazole and isoxazole annulated pyrano[3,2‐c]quinoline‐2,5(6H)‐dione, respectively. The reactivity of aldehyde 2 was examined toward some active methylene nitrile, namely, malononitrile, ethyl cyanoacetate, and cyanoacetamide leading to 2‐iminopyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines 10 – 12 , respectively. Also, some novel pyrazolo[4″,3″:5′,6′]pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines ( 13 , 14 ) and thiazolo[5″,4″:5′,6′]pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines ( 15 , 16 ) were synthesized. Structures of the new synthesized products were deduced on the basis of their analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

    Novel biobased epoxy resins were prepared from two fatty acid derivatives; epoxidized 10‐undecenoyl triglyceride and epoxidized methyl 3,4,5‐tris(10‐undecenoyloxy)benzoate, with 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane as a crosslinking agent. The flame retardancy of these epoxy resins was improved by the addition of 10‐[2′, 5′‐bis(9‐oxiranyl‐nonayloxy)phenyl]‐9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide and by crosslinking with a phosphorus‐containing curing agent, bis(m‐aminophenyl)methylphosphine oxide. The thermal, thermomechanical, and flame‐retardant properties of the cured materials were measured with differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, dynamic mechanical analysis, and the limiting oxygen index. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     The reaction of compound 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐6‐methylquinoxaline‐1,4‐dioxide with cyclohexanone and dimedone in dimethylformamide in the presence of anhydrous ZnCl2 under Friedländer‐type cyclocondensation gave compounds 12‐amino‐9‐methyl‐1,2,3,4,12,12a‐hexahydroquinolino[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐6,11‐dioxide ( 4 ), 7‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐spiro[benzo[g]pteridine‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]5,10‐dioxide ( 5 ), and 12‐amino‐3,3,9‐trimethyl‐1‐oxo‐1,2,3,4,12,12a‐hexahydroquinolino[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐6,11‐dioxide ( 6 ); (R)‐3′,3′,7‐trimethyl‐4,5′‐dioxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐spiro[benzo[g]pteridine‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]5,10‐dioxide ( 7 ) were achieved and evaluated their biological activity as antibacterial and antifungal activities and antitumor evaluation, and also, the density functional theory calculations were evaluated.  相似文献

    In the crystal structures of four thiophene derivatives, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(anthracen‐9‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C28H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(1‐pyrenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C30H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C22H18O2S3, and (E,E)‐1,4‐bis[2‐(2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophen‐3′‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,5‐dimethoxybenzene, C36H26O2S6, at least one of the terminal thiophene rings is disordered and the disorder is of the flip type. The terthiophene fragments are far from being coplanar, contrary to terthiophene itself. The central C—C=C—C fragments are almost planar but the bond lengths suggest slight delocalization within this fragment. The crystal packing is determined by van der Waals interactions and some weak, relatively short, C—H...S and C—H...π directional contacts.  相似文献

    A new diepoxide and a new diamine, both bearing bis‐(9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐oxide‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐yl‐)‐substituted methylene linkages, were prepared through the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide with benzophenone derivatives via a simple addition reaction followed by a dehydration reaction. These two compounds were used as monomers for preparing cured epoxy resins with high phosphorus contents. The resultant epoxy resins showed high glass‐transition temperatures (between 131 and 196 °C). All of the cured epoxy resins exhibited high thermal stability, with 5% weight loss temperatures over 316 °C, and excellent flame retardancy, with limited oxygen index values of 37–50. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     Several derivatives of the new pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐4,7,12‐trione ring system have been prepared by the reaction of 3‐amino‐1‐aryl‐5,10‐dioxo‐5,10‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐2‐carbonitriles with aliphatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphoryl chloride (POCl3).     Oxidovanadium(IV) complexes [VO(L1)(phen)] ? Cl ( 1 ) and [VO(L2)(L3)] ? Cl ( 2 ), in which HL1 is 2‐{[(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)methylimino]‐methyl}phenol (sal‐ambmz), HL2 is 2‐[({1‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methyl]‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl}methylimino)‐methyl]phenol (sal‐an‐ambmz), phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline and L3 is dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine (dppz) conjugated to a Gly‐Gly‐OMe dipeptide moiety, were prepared, characterized, and their DNA binding, photoinduced DNA‐cleavage, and photocytotoxic properties were studied. Fluorescence microscopy studies were performed by using complex 2 in HeLa and HaCaT cells. Complex 1 , structurally characterized by X‐ray crystallography, has a vanadyl group in VO2N4 core with the VO2+ moiety bonded to N,N‐donor phen and a N,N,Odonor Schiff base. Complex 2 , having an anthracenyl fluorophore, showed fluorescence emission bands at 397, 419, and 443 nm. The complexes are redox‐active exhibiting the V(IV)/V(III) redox couple near ?0.85 V versus SCE in DMF 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium perchlorate (TBAP). Complex 2 , having a dipeptide moiety, showed specific binding towards poly(dAdT)2 sequence. The dppz‐Gly‐Gly‐OMe complex showed significant DNA photocleavage activity in red light of 705 nm through a hydroxyl radical (.OH) pathway. Complex 2 showed photocytotoxicity in HaCaT and HeLa cells in visible light (400–700 nm) and red light (620–700 nm), however, the complex was less toxic in the dark. Fluorescence microscopy revealed the localization of complex 2 primarily in mitochondria. Apoptosis was found to occur inside mitochondria (intrinsic pathway) caused by ROS generation.  相似文献

    A new bis‐spiroorthoester‐containing monomer, bis[(1,4,6‐trioxaspiro‐[4.4]‐nonan‐2‐yl)‐methyl] 2‐[10‐(9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenantrene‐10‐oxide‐10‐yl)] maleate (SOE‐DOPOMA), was synthesized with good yields by an esterification reaction with a hydroxylated spiroorthoester (2‐hydroxymethyl‐1,4,6‐trioxaspiro‐[4.4]‐nonane) and a phosphorus‐containing diacid {2‐[10‐(9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenantrene‐10‐ oxide‐10‐yl)] maleic acid}, both of which were previously synthesized. SOE‐DOPOMA was characterized with 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. This new spiroorthoester was crosslinked with ytterbium triflate as a cationic initiator. A mixture of SOE‐DOPOMA and diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A was also crosslinked under the same conditions. The curing was studied with differential scanning calorimetry and monitored with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The materials were characterized with differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and thermodynamomechanical analysis. The shrinkage effect on cationic crosslinking was assessed with gas pycnometry, and the flame‐retardant properties were determined with limiting oxygen index measurements. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     The polymerization of 9‐phenyl‐10,10‐dioxo‐thioxanthen‐9‐yl and 9‐phenyl‐10‐oxo‐9,10‐dihydroanthracen‐9‐yl methacrylates obtained under radical initiation (α,α‐azobisisobutyronitrile) in benzene solution proceeds with high isotactic specificity to afford homopolymers with a triad mm content higher than 95%, having presumably a helical main‐chain structure and showing significant resistance to solvolytic degradation in methanol. 9‐Phenyl‐10,10‐dipropyl‐9,10‐dihydroanthracen‐9‐yl methacrylate similarly affords isotactic polymers with an mm of 98% but is much less durable in contact with methanol. The high isotacticity observed for the aforementioned polymethacrylates as well as for poly(1‐phenyl‐dibenzosuberyl methacrylate), previously reported in the literature, reveal a tendency of ortho‐bridged triarylcarbinols to enforce isotacticity on their methacrylate polymers obtained under radical initiation. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     The regioselective reactions of luminol with 1,3‐cyclohexanedione (or malononitrile) and aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by 2‐1′‐methylimidazolium‐3‐yl‐1‐ethyl sulfate were developed to synthesize 7‐amino‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐indazolo[2,1‐b]phthalazine‐1,6,11(13H)‐triones and 3,9‐diamino‐5,10‐dihydro‐5,10‐dioxo‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐2‐carbonitriles in good to excellent yields in short times.  相似文献
