An effective route to alkyl 9a‐(2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2‐yl)‐9a,14,14a,14b‐tetrahydro‐14‐oxoindeno[2′,1′:3,4]pyrido[2,1‐a]isoquinoline‐9‐carboxylates via a diastereoselective one‐pot four‐component reaction of isoquinoline and alkyl prop‐2‐ynoates with two equivalents of indane‐1,3‐dione, in aqueous MeOH at room temperature, is described.  相似文献

    A new trimer from the reaction of ageratochromene [1] (6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1‐benzopyran) with anhydrous aluminum chloride was shown to be 3,4‐dihydro‐6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐3‐(6′,7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐4′‐yl)‐4‐(3′,4′‐dihydro‐6′, 7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3′‐yl)‐ 2H‐1‐benzopyran. Its structure was confirmed by NMR (1H, 13C, DEPT‐135. COSY, HMBC, HSQC, TOCSY and NOESY), IR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

    A series of 6′‐chloro‐1′,1′‐dioxo‐2′H‐spiro[benzo[d][1,3,7]oxadiazocine‐4,3′‐(1,4,2‐benzodithiazine)]‐2,6(1H,5H)‐dione derivatives 2a , 2b and 3a , 3b have been synthesized starting from 3‐aminobenzodithiazines 1a , 1b and isatoic anhydride. Subsequent reactions of 2a with 3‐chlorophenyl isocyanate gave condensation products 4 and 5 . Compound 2a was also converted into 3‐(2‐aminobenzamido)‐6‐chloro‐7‐methyl‐1,1‐dioxo‐1,4,2‐benzodithiazine derivatives 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 . The mechanisms of the reactions are discussed.  相似文献

    Reactions of the substituted 2‐formyl chromones with aroylhydrazines gave corresponding 2‐(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones. Then 2‐(3′‐acetyl‐5′‐aryl‐2′,3′‐dihydro‐1′,3′,4′‐oxadiazol‐2′‐yl) chromones were prepared by these 2‐(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones under refluxing with Ac2O. All target compounds were characterized through elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, MS.  相似文献

    The novel 6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2,5‐dioxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyrano[3,2‐c]quinoline‐3‐carboxaldehyde ( 2 ) was efficiently synthesized from Vilsmeier–Haack formylation of 3‐(1‐ethy1‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐(1H)‐quinolin‐3‐yl)‐3‐oxopropanoic acid ( 1 ). The aldehyde 2 was allowed to react with some nitrogen nucleophiles producing a variety of hydrazones 3 – 7 . Reaction of aldehyde 2 with hydrazine hydrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded pyrazole and isoxazole annulated pyrano[3,2‐c]quinoline‐2,5(6H)‐dione, respectively. The reactivity of aldehyde 2 was examined toward some active methylene nitrile, namely, malononitrile, ethyl cyanoacetate, and cyanoacetamide leading to 2‐iminopyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines 10 – 12 , respectively. Also, some novel pyrazolo[4″,3″:5′,6′]pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines ( 13 , 14 ) and thiazolo[5″,4″:5′,6′]pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]pyrano[3,2‐c]quinolines ( 15 , 16 ) were synthesized. Structures of the new synthesized products were deduced on the basis of their analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

    Novel biobased epoxy resins were prepared from two fatty acid derivatives; epoxidized 10‐undecenoyl triglyceride and epoxidized methyl 3,4,5‐tris(10‐undecenoyloxy)benzoate, with 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane as a crosslinking agent. The flame retardancy of these epoxy resins was improved by the addition of 10‐[2′, 5′‐bis(9‐oxiranyl‐nonayloxy)phenyl]‐9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide and by crosslinking with a phosphorus‐containing curing agent, bis(m‐aminophenyl)methylphosphine oxide. The thermal, thermomechanical, and flame‐retardant properties of the cured materials were measured with differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, dynamic mechanical analysis, and the limiting oxygen index. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     The reaction of compound 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐6‐methylquinoxaline‐1,4‐dioxide with cyclohexanone and dimedone in dimethylformamide in the presence of anhydrous ZnCl2 under Friedländer‐type cyclocondensation gave compounds 12‐amino‐9‐methyl‐1,2,3,4,12,12a‐hexahydroquinolino[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐6,11‐dioxide ( 4 ), 7‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐spiro[benzo[g]pteridine‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]5,10‐dioxide ( 5 ), and 12‐amino‐3,3,9‐trimethyl‐1‐oxo‐1,2,3,4,12,12a‐hexahydroquinolino[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐6,11‐dioxide ( 6 ); (R)‐3′,3′,7‐trimethyl‐4,5′‐dioxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐spiro[benzo[g]pteridine‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]5,10‐dioxide ( 7 ) were achieved and evaluated their biological activity as antibacterial and antifungal activities and antitumor evaluation, and also, the density functional theory calculations were evaluated.  相似文献

    In the crystal structures of four thiophene derivatives, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(anthracen‐9‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C28H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(1‐pyrenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C30H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C22H18O2S3, and (E,E)‐1,4‐bis[2‐(2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophen‐3′‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,5‐dimethoxybenzene, C36H26O2S6, at least one of the terminal thiophene rings is disordered and the disorder is of the flip type. The terthiophene fragments are far from being coplanar, contrary to terthiophene itself. The central C—C=C—C fragments are almost planar but the bond lengths suggest slight delocalization within this fragment. The crystal packing is determined by van der Waals interactions and some weak, relatively short, C—H...S and C—H...π directional contacts.  相似文献

    The reaction of triphenyltin(IV) hydroxide with the isophthalic acid and benzoic acid derivatives, 5‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1,3‐dihydro‐isoindol‐2‐yl)‐isophthalic acid (H2L1) and 4‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1,3‐dihydro‐isoindol‐2‐yl)‐benzoic acid (HL2) yielded the complexes [(SnPh3)2L1] ( 1 ) and [(SnPh3)L2] ( 2 ). All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and FT‐IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy. Interestingly, the supramolecular structures of 1 and 2 are found to consist of 1D molecular chains built up by intermolecular C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds.     The regioselective reactions of luminol with 1,3‐cyclohexanedione (or malononitrile) and aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by 2‐1′‐methylimidazolium‐3‐yl‐1‐ethyl sulfate were developed to synthesize 7‐amino‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐indazolo[2,1‐b]phthalazine‐1,6,11(13H)‐triones and 3,9‐diamino‐5,10‐dihydro‐5,10‐dioxo‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐2‐carbonitriles in good to excellent yields in short times.  相似文献

    A new diepoxide and a new diamine, both bearing bis‐(9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐oxide‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐yl‐)‐substituted methylene linkages, were prepared through the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide with benzophenone derivatives via a simple addition reaction followed by a dehydration reaction. These two compounds were used as monomers for preparing cured epoxy resins with high phosphorus contents. The resultant epoxy resins showed high glass‐transition temperatures (between 131 and 196 °C). All of the cured epoxy resins exhibited high thermal stability, with 5% weight loss temperatures over 316 °C, and excellent flame retardancy, with limited oxygen index values of 37–50. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     Iron(III) complexes [Fe( L )( L′ )(NO3)]—in which L is phenyl‐N,N‐bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]methanamine ( 1 ), (anthracen‐9‐yl)‐N,N‐bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]methanamine ( 2 ), (pyreny‐1‐yl)‐N,N‐bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]methanamine ( 3 – 5 ), and L′ is catecholate ( 1 – 3 ), 4‐tert‐butyl catecholate ( 4 ), and 4‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐benzene‐1,2‐diolate ( 5 )—were synthesized and their photocytotoxic properties examined. The five electron‐paramagnetic complexes displayed a FeIII/FeII redox couple near ?0.4 V versus a saturated calomel electrode (SCE) in DMF/0.1 m tetrabutylammonium perchlorate (TBAP). They showed unprecedented photocytotoxicity in red light (600–720 nm) to give IC50≈15 μM in various cell lines by means of apoptosis to generate reactive oxygen species. They were ingested in the nucleus of HeLa and HaCaT cells in 4 h, thereby interacting favorably with calf thymus (ct)‐DNA and photocleaving pUC19 DNA in red light of 785 nm to form hydroxyl radicals.  相似文献

    Several derivatives of the new pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐4,7,12‐trione ring system have been prepared by the reaction of 3‐amino‐1‐aryl‐5,10‐dioxo‐5,10‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐2‐carbonitriles with aliphatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphoryl chloride (POCl3).     (E)‐2‐[2‐(1‐Substituted ethylidene)hydrazinyl]‐5‐oxo‐9b‐hydroxy‐5,9b‐dihydroindeno[1,2‐d][1,3]‐thiazine‐4‐carbonitriles and (E)‐5‐oxo‐[(E)‐(1‐substituted ethylidene)hydrazinyl]‐2,5‐dihydroindeno[1,2‐d][1,3]thiazine‐4‐carbonitriles have been obtained from the reaction of 2‐(substituted ethylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamides with 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐inden‐2‐ylidene)propanedinitrile ( 1 ) in ethyl acetate solution. However, (Z)‐6′‐amino‐1,3‐dioxo‐3′‐substituted‐2′‐[(E)‐(1‐phenylethylidene)hydrazono]‐1,2′,3,3′‐tetrahydrospiro(indene‐2,4′‐[1,3]thiazine)‐5′‐carbonitriles were observed during the reaction of N‐substituted‐2‐(1‐phenylethylidene)hydrazinecarbothioamides with ( 1 ). The structure assignment of products has been confirmed on the basis of 1H‐, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectrometry, as well as theoretical calculations.  相似文献

    Herein, we present an innovative, novel, and highly convenient protocol for the synthesis of 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ), which have been delineated from the reaction of 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐6‐aryl‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g ) and 4‐sec‐amino‐2‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles ( 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e ) with 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) through the ring transformation reaction by using KOH/DMF system at RT. The salient feature of this procedure is to provide a transition metal‐free route for the synthesis of asymmetrical 1,3‐teraryls like 3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐sec‐aminobiphenyl‐4‐carbonitriles ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ) and 9,10‐dihydro‐3‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1‐sec‐aminophenanthrene‐2‐carbonitriles ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e ). The novelty of the reaction lies in the creation of an aromatic ring from 2H‐pyran‐2‐ones and 2H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles via two‐carbon insertion from 2‐acetylpyridine ( 5 ) used as a source of carbanion.  相似文献
