A coordination polymer formulated as {[Mn2L(N3)4]·2H2O)n(1) [L = 1,4-bis(pyridinil-3-carboxylato)-1,4- dimethylbenzene] was synthesized and structurally and magnetically characterized. The uniform Mn(Ⅱ) chains with mixed (μ-EO-N3)2(μ-COO) triple bridges (EO = end-on) are linked by L ligands to generate a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D framework. A novel manganese(H) coordination polymer [Mn(pdc)]n (pdc = pyridine-2,4- dicarboxylate) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P211n with a = 6.506(4), b = 9.392(6), c = 11.217(7) A, β = 105.650(12)°, V= 660.0(7)A3, Z = 4, Mr = 220.04, Dc = 2.215 g/cm3,μ = 1.971 mm-1, F(000) = 436, Rint = 0.0345, R = 0.0360 and wR = 0.0778 for 1259 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the structure, the Mn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated in a distorted octahedral arrangement by one pyridine N and five carboxylate O atoms from five pdc ligands, each of which coordinates to five Mn atoms to propagate a three-dimensional layered framework.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Cd(pzdc)(2,2'-bipy)]n·nH2O 1 (Hzpzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 10.8081(13), b = 14.4328(17), c = 10.2530(12) A, β = 98.504(2)°, V= 1581.8(3) ]A3, C16H14CdN4O5, Mr= 454.71, Dc = 1.909 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 1.420 mm^-1, F(000) = 904, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0230 and wR = 0.0554 for 2901 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). It exhibits an interesting two-dimensional network structure and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

使Zn(OAc)2·2H2O或Cd(OAc)2·2H2O与邻羧基苯甲酰二茂铁钠(o-OOCC6H4COFcNa;Fc=(η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4))和1,10-邻菲咯啉(phen)在甲醇中反应,合成了含有混合配体的单核配合物[Zn(o-OOCC6H4COFc)2(phen)(H2O)]·CH3OH (1)和双核配合物{[Cd(η2-o-OOCC6H4COFc)( μ2-o-OOCC6H4COFc)(phen)]·CH3OH2·H2O}2 (2)。晶体结构表明:在1中,单核的结构单元通过分子间氢键形成了一维的长链结构;在2中,o-FcCOC6H4COO-以及phen均双齿螯合中心Cd(II)离子,随后在o-FcCOC6H4COO-的双齿桥联下,形成一个双核结构。研究了这2个配合物在DMF溶液中的电化学性能。  相似文献

By reaction of two ligands, Na(o-OOCC6H4COFc) (Fc?=?(η5–C5H5)Fe(η5–C5H4)) and 1,1′–(1,5–pentamethylene)bis-1H-benzimidazole (pbbm), with Zn(OAc)2?·?2H2O in methanol solution, we have synthesized a zinc(II) coordination polymer [Zn(o-OOCC6H4COFc)2(pbbm)] n . The polymer was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Each Zn atom was connected by two pbbm ligands, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chain. Two monodentate o-FcCOC6H4COO? anions completed the coordination sphere of the central Zn(II) ion. The polymer's electrochemical properties were investigated in DMF solution.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers [Zn(L)2(4,4′-bipy)2] n (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) (1) and [Pb(η 2-L)(µ3-η 2-CH3COO)(H2O)] n (2) have been prepared by the reaction of 3-(4-carboxyphenylhydrazono)pentane-2,4-diketone (HL) with zinc(II) or lead(II) in solution. Polymer 1 shows an infinite zigzag chain, in which Zn(II) are linked by 4,4′-bipy bridges with carboxylate of L? monodentate to Zn(II). In 2, Pb(II) are bridged by tetradentate µ3-η 2-CH3COO? to form a linear 1-D chain, and each Pb(II) is chelated by carboxylate of L?. Their molecular structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Thermal and fluorescent properties of the two complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of a Zn(II) coordination polymer {[Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n , DADMBTZ?=?2,2′-diamino-5,5′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole} were synthesized by reaction of Zn(NO3)2?·?4H2O, CH3COONH4 and DADMBTZ by a sonochemical method. The nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. [Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In this four-coordinate compound with nearly C2 symmetry, DADMBTZ is bidentate. The metal lies in a pseudo-tetrahedral environment and is ligated by the two bithiazole ring nitrogen atoms and an oxygen from each of the two monodentate acetates; 2-D networks are formed via N–H···O hydrogen bonds. Thermal stability of [Zn(DADMBTZ)(CH3COO)2] n was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. A ZnO nanostructure was obtained by direct thermolyses at 500°C under air. The ZnO nanostructure was characterized by SEM, XRD, and FT-IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new 1-D polymeric chain complex [Mn(pydc)(1,10-phen)]n· nH2O (pydc = pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, thermal analysis and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility studies. Single crystal X-ray diffraction study reveals that the central Mn(II) ion is in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and is coordinated to pydc and 1,10-phen. The complex shows interesting hydrogen bond modes involving the dicarboxylates and lattice water molecules. The presence of weak antiferromagnetic coupling with J = −0.72 cm−1 for the complex has been concluded from the cryomagnetic susceptibility studies.  相似文献

Two luminescent Pb(II) coordination frameworks containing dinuclear lead(II) units, [Pb(PYDC)(H2O)]n (1) and [Pb(HPHT)]n (2) have been prepared by the self-assembly of lead(II) salts with pyridinecarboxylate and benzenecarboxylate. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compound 1 is a three-dimensional architecture consisting of Pb2O2 dimeric building units, whereas compound 2 is a two-dimensional layer structure containing one-dimensional lead-oxide chains. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated in the solid state at room temperature, indicating structure-dependent photoluminescent properties of the coordination frameworks.  相似文献

A zinc coordination polymer derived from pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (PDC), {[Zn2(PDC)2]}n, was successfully prepared via conventional, sonication and microwave-irradiation methods. The composition and characteristics of the obtained coordination polymers (CPs) were investigated by elemental analysis, TGA/DTA, X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic techniques. The so obtained CPs were heat-treated in the air at 600 °C for 2 h to produce ZnO of nanosized particles (NPs). It is of interest to note that the synthesis approach of the precursor greatly affects both the nanoparticle size and the structure of the resulting ZnO NPs. Moreover, the smallest particle size was associated with the sample derived from the ultrasonically prepared precursor. TEM analysis revealed that all samples have sphere-like morphologies. Structural analysis of the prepared ZnO samples was conducted and compared using Rietveld analysis of their PXRD patterns. Optical band gap calculations based on analysis of the UV–vis spectra of ZnO samples using Tauc's power law were achieved. The highest band gap of 3.63 eV was observed for ZnO sample obtained from the ultrasonically prepared precursor. Furthermore, the photocatalytic activity of ZnO NPs for the removal of Eosin Y color was monitored. The highest removal efficiency was recorded for ZnO originated from the ultrasonically synthesized precursor. Enhancement of removal efficiency that reached 98% was attained in only a period of 8 min. Its recycling test showed that it can be reused without structural changes over four cycling experiments.  相似文献

From the reaction between Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O and tetrabutylammonium croconate violet ((NBu4)2CV) in the presence of the flexible ligand 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (BPP) a novel neutral 2-D coordination polymer {[Zn(μ-BPP)(BPP)(CV)(H2O)] · H2O}n (1) was obtained. Compound 1 was characterized by means of elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrational spectroscopy. The crystal structure of 1 reveals that each Zn(II) is coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from two different BPP ligands, two oxygen atoms from one Croconate Violet dianion and one aqua ligand, within a distorted octahedral geometry in a facial arrangement (ZnN3O3). One of the BPP ligands adopts a TG (trans–gauche) conformation bridging two zinc centers giving rise to a 1-D polymeric chain along the crystallographic a axis, and the other is coordinated to metal site in a monodentate fashion adopting a TT (trans–trans) conformation. Adjacent 1-D chains are extended into a 2-D coordination network of (4, 4) topology through cooperative hydrogen bonding involving N31, OW2 and OW1 atoms, in direction of the c axis. Two complementary 2-D sheets fit each other exhibiting an interdigitation phenomenon, giving rise to a bilayer supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Three zinc(II) nitrite coordination polymers, [Zn(4-bpdb)(NO2)2]n (1), {[Zn(3-bpdb)(NO2)]·0.5H2O}n (2) and [Zn(3-bpdh)(NO2)2]n (3), 4-bpdb = 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene, 3-bpdb = 1,4-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene and 3-bpdh = 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene} were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. Compound 3 was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and is one-dimensional polymer with coordination environments of distorted octahedral, ZnN2O4. The thermal stabilities of compounds 1–3 were studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). Direct calcination of the compounds 1–3 at 600 °C under air atmospheres yields different morphologies of nano-sized ZnO.  相似文献
